When you send boost Mobile customer service money to put on your data extra gigabytes and a transfer it to your phone bill is kind of fucked up it's not the first time it happened it's every month seems like they got some dumbass employees that don't know what they're doing or whoever's in charge don't know what they're doing I wouldn't give them a star for nothing cuz they do nothing the employees at their stores don't know what the hell they're doing either boost Mobile is garbage do not buy nothing from them as I said boost Mobile is garbage

My daughter had insurance on her phone for the last 2-3 years all of a sudden Boost merges and (she doesn't have insurance which I've been paying for) and now my son has Insurance on his phone which he never did previously. Tried explaining that to a supervisor who in turn didn't help no one could explain how the mix up happened and no one seems to care even though I need to replace my daughters phone which I can't cause boost STOLE her insurance pretty much.

Was on the phone 2 hours Thursday and over an hour Monday and still trying to figure out who can help correct BOOSTS MISTAKE!!! Worst customer service I've ever received. 2022 when she has insurance all of a sudden they can't go back that far since the merge which is BS

I purchased two iPhone 12 phones (upgrade) on June 16, 2023. I received one (my sons) the next day. I have yet received mine. I have spoken through online chat and several times by phone to resolve issue. Each time getting different responses, investigations (told now the agents submitted wrong info.

I am frustrated because told another investigation and will be another week. Making it 5 weeks since I ordered and paid for phone. Still no phone!!! Called back and told ups is sending back to them. Ups states they never had it.

I have gotten different explanations each time I call back. The supervisor was I empathetic, gaslighting and unwilling to help me resolve the issue that is completely on them! My other son ordered his phone days after me and received his a day or two later.

Someone in the company was messing with my phone service last month and dropped one of my lines and completely removed it with out my consent to do so. I had to play hell to try and get it back on my family plan then when I did, they jack the plan up to 60 bucks more than what I had it.

I had the cheapest phone plan on that line. Then I call to try and lower my plans just for this month and they refused to do so. So I told the lady they will be loosing a costumers. And I wanted to talk to her supervisor and she made accuses.

She said there not allowed to drop lines without the person who owns the account, I am not lying when I said this happened. I want something done about this problem, I have been a customer for years with you people, and bought many phones as well.

My phone services was suspended by Boost due to the new account rollover on 05/28/23 and not for none payment. 00 plus dollars for loss busy that I conduct on my phone. I went to the Boost store located at 167 Hillsboro Blvd, Deerfield Beach, FL 33441.

Worst customer service I have ever experienced. I have been dealing with the same issue since January 2023. Due to a "glitch" my account was added a second line on their end. I was billed for a second line with no added device?

I went to the Boost Mobile store located on 922 Park Lake. My intentions was to transfer my ACP from Q Link to boost. Upon arriving, there was no one in the front after about a minute or so this young lady came from the back and I gave her the information and let her know what I needed.

Stay far away from this company. To restore your service might take a week or longer. My service was interrupted twice due to them mistakenly returning my payment. Last week I was told a payment was sent back into my bank from April, let me remind you while checking my online banking no charge back was submitted.

Hours on the phone with them I just gave in and paid. Two days to restore service. Monday comes and they turned my phone off again talking about a change back. My bank told me that there was no charge back.

6/25: went to the Walmart located at 2401 Augusta Rd, West Columbia, SC 29169 to purchase a temporary phone. Explained to the individuals in the electronic department of my needs; Mother left her phone in Arkansas and we needed a cheap and quick option that would allow her to make phone calls immediately and until her phone is shipped (~3-days).

Walmart representative guided me to a boost mobile flip phone which we purchased. They said they could not activate in the store, and we had to do it. After taking it home we made countless attempts to activate online and through the phone with Boost Mobile.

Last month I bundles my Wi-Fi and my phone service seeing as my boost service with 2 phones was 94$ and I got Wi-Fi and two phones from Xfinity for less than that. But I still can’t get boost mobile to give me my transfer pin to transfer companies.

This morning I started calling to get the transfer pin once again. It’s 2 pm and I been on hold all day. Hung up on. Been rude to. Told a different story everytime i call the number. Boost locked my phones.

Where to start, first boost cancel my service a day early, gave me a 50 dollar credit, then required me to pay another 50 to cut my phone back on. Even though I already had 50 on my account. Then, they take my number and give it some1 else all in 1 day, the online customer service rep's never helped me.

I had to go to the store and pay 35 dollars to re activate my phone to get my number back. While still having 100 on my account.

I had acp hot spot box, government decided to not pay for them. I went into a store they said I could purchase service, but this has not worked since I purchased the service and I live 87 miles away.

The store manager Angel on east Colfax will not give me a refund on the service unless I drive the 87 miles. It cost me to drive and it's a service not a product. 19 back.

I switched over from cricket to boost (big mistake) I have lost all service in two months and no one can figure it out. The customer service people are extremely rude, and hang up on you multiple times. When I called the second time my phone stopped working for no reason they told me that my phone was unlocked for two days so I would have two days to switch companies.

Well when I went back to cricket to switch they were unable to do it because my phone is apparently locked. I was told numerous other bs stories on I would have to wait 6 months, then it was 24-48 hours then finally was told 12 months.

I ran out of hotspot data and purchased $15 of their"extra", 5 GB which their website States clearly maybe used for hotspot or high-speed data. But the hotspot didn't work and when I texted customer service I spent more than an hour while they told me that there was no such deal, that my hotspot data was capped and I could not purchase anymore.

I've had plan for 3half years. 4 line family plan. My plan was changed to 3 lines. I didn't give permission or consent to change my plan. Getting different versions of issue. The line is unaccounted for. One say disconnected.

Other says on separate acct now. They dont know what it why or how to fix issue. Dealing w over phone and store. Guy in store said he can't do anything. Call customer service. 3 days now. Hung up on. nothing taken.

I live in Kansas city MO and I applied for the government assisted phone plan initially in Blue springs. I was told that all I needed was a food stamp card because the one I had was unreadable. I applied and received a new one and went back, however this time she said my ID wasn't right.

I went to another office on 40 highway and found the same representative, unfortunately unable to help me again. I got the impression she was doing everything she could to deny me service I'm qualified for. Took me two months to accomplish this.

Very disappointing experience, I hope others don't have to experience what I did. I'm complaining because if there are others like me reporting this individual, maybe this can be addressed

I ordered the boost 25 a month plan for byod and paid at the time I ordered online. The said I didn't qualify buT never refunded my money. I then ordered the moto stylus free with 35 a month online and again I was denied and not refunded.

I called and called and nobody resolved the issue so I'm out 85 dollars I would to have refunded to my account. My daughter ordered the phone and right before I got the whole system crashed and it took an additional month to get it activated.

It would be fine to just apply the balance I'm owed to my current plan meranda belew is the name on that account.

I have been a loyal customer for boost for over 12 years now, since Dish bought the company boost has gone down hill. I have been getting charged double for my monthly payment, my phone service sucks, switching my phone to a different phone should take 5 mins an it takes me 24hrs .

The new app is the worst one ever.. Dish needs to put everything back the way it was before. Don't fix something that is not broken. I'm looking for a new phone company and I will be switching to very soon. Very unhappy with boost.

Terrible company. often cannot hear each other during the phone call. So after 2 month with them, I decide to port out. This is the beginning of REAL nightmare. They first make lots of trash talk with me and then transfer me to different agent.

And eventually, they gave me the PIN. But it was the Wrong PIN. I confirmed with them twice, so I am sure they did it on purpose. So I told them I am going to record the conversation and I hope they will give me the right PIN this time.

When getting my plan set up there was a lot of information left out. I wasn’t told that I couldn’t change my $50 plan to a $35 plan or switch toe plans for the two phone bills under my name through Boost.

I wasn’t told vital information about my payments every month. I also spoke with several associates over the phone who were rude and once again was just trying to rush me off the phone. An associate was suppose to turn off auto pay after turning it on without my permission and never did.

Today May 10th Boost Mobile went into my Bank account and withdrew $57 without my permission. I never had service with them, I don't have a phone with them. So how were they able to withdraw money from my account without permission?

I call customer care for help and they couldn't explain what happened so they transfer me from one dept to the next until I got disconnected. Imagine I call my bank and the rep that was trying to help me couldn't speak English properly I got very frustrated and had to hang up.

The address of the Boost mobile was posted in Englewood CO, but when I google the address the store is permanently closed, and the phone number associated with the store is not in service.

I don't get any notifications alerting me that my phone bill is bue. Normally you would get a text or something telling you in a week in advance or a day in advance. Not anymore. I haven't had good customer service with y'all in half a year now. Every month it's something.
