I recently was trying to upgrade my phone so I went on yall website attempting to pay for the iPhone 12 but wasn’t able to I then put 217$ in my account thinking I would be able to use it to finally purchase the phone but I was told by an employee of y’all’s that I couldn’t so I requested a refund 5 days ago exactly an I still have yet to receive my money back all the ppl I have spoken with st boost have been no help they hav been rude haven’t let me talk to a manager or supervisor or they jus simply hang up an I hav been a valued customer for over 6 yrs an because of this I’m thinking about switching over to somebody else cause it don’t make no sense why I’m still sitting here with no phone an y’all still hav my money

I switched from metro to boost and brought 4 people with me they told us we would get $200 grift card after three payments I’m on the 5th payment now and boost mobile still has not granted the $200 talked to a department that’s handling the gift cards to the new customers and they say they got peoples emails messed up so

they are working to get the money out to all the people but the people are put on a list and they are not sure when it will arrive but it’s being handled so have to stay with boost until I get my $200 ridiculous than they said they only have $50 and $60 plans now can’t go any lower makes no sense should have just stayed with metro

Boost took a phone completely off my plan and then told me I had to go to a store to fix their screwup. I’ve had this service for years and never paid my bill late. They refused to fix or even try to fix it.

I couldn’t understand the three different people I talked to because they spoke poor English. This company has turned into a joke and their customer service SUCKS!

Hello yes I’ve been with the company for years and never had this problem first I don’t receive text let me know when my bill due that the first issue next my phone service was turn off I pay the bill two minutes latter and still no service I’ve wait three hours still no services the employee are rude I’ve ask for a supervisor for hours they hang up on me I work by my phone so I’ve been suspended due to not having phone service when it not my faught because I’ve paid the bill

I have had trouble with my service for over a month. I had to buy extra data and I even bought an extra monthly plan that they would not let me use until my due date. My due date is always been the beginning of the month and they told me that I could use my new monthly card beginning May 1st.

So after May 1st my data was still not working so I called again and now they tell me my monthly bill is due on the 10th and I can't use my data until then. So I asked to have my $26 paid back that I paid for my monthly data plan and they refused.

I have been paying me and my husband's bill fatefully every month, and our phones keep acting up. My internet doesn't work. My husband phone keep shutting off. I tried reaching out to tech support, they are no help. This is just wrong, then when the had that problem with 2g and 3 g internet switch we had too to pay for our phones we paid $400 dollars for just my phone by itself.

Phone service is very sensitive phone works perfectly if there's no bad wea but the minute it gets very cloudy/ rains etc the service for boost mobile is very bad experience when you're trying have movie night on discord with friends or family the experience is horrible the live stream movie or show won't load and same experience happens if you restart you're phone and the experience might even be same as discord experience with Netflix etc

In March, my account was suspended for nonpayment a few minutes after receiving the message that my autopayment was received. 4 different said there was no problem. My service was working again a few hours later but the app and website still said my account was suspended and some features were unavailable but no one would help me.

In April, my account was suspended before the autopayment was made. After talking to several people, again, no one could help. The last person I spoke to suggested making a double payment (why double, idk) and said that might restore my service.

On April 27, 2023, I activated new cell phone service with Boostmobile at $25 monthly, all inclusive. I was assisted by Boostmobile employee, MONICA. In activating my service she asked several times if I was keeping the same number and each time I expressed an emphatic 'yes'!

and I just found out I can't get old number back! a number I've had for over 30 years! I am extremely perturbed by MONICA'S ineptitude. It should also be noted that this employee was very unprofessional, seemed uncaring and sounded 'groggy'.

Also, while I am not 100% sure of her name being MONICA, I am reasonably sure and our interaction was between 10:30am-11:30am.

If the rating scale was 0-5, I would have chosen 0. I have had it with Boost Mobile. It seems like every year something happens to their system and my outgoing caller ID registers my name incorrectly (maiden name). It has been 9 yrs since I got married and had my account updated to reflect.

Every year I call and ask them to fix it and they would. Except this time they had me do a few things and it didn’t work and told me to call Apple. Two times now in the past week I tried getting Boost to fix it.

Again, told to call Apple. Called Apple and they said they are not involved with how my name appears but looked at my settings anyway. Apple asked me to get a ticket number from Boost and call them back if Boost is still saying they can’t help me.

I went to a local Boost Mobile store. I asked the lady to give me a prepaid wireless Internet. They charge me $48 she told me everything is ready to go. I tipped a $20 because I felt bad for her because she says she just came from Cuba had no money and top of that the item didn't. Work I returned it.

Called to update my new phone. Phone number got changed completely to California . I don't even live in California. They hung up when they changed my number couldn't give me the name of the person who changed my number without my permission.

I've had the same number five plus years. And phone did not even get updated after all of this . And they couldn't do anything about changing my number. Asked to speak with the supervisor and they wouldn't let me .

My daughter bought her children BOOST phones December 2022, however, around February BOOST made a huge mistake saying there was inappropriate material used on the main line (4 phones for 4 teenagers) of which BOOST later found was untrue.

However, BOOST disconnected all 4 phones & told my daughter that she would have to wait 3 months for reconnect April 17th is 3rd month & now BOOST says she has to pay $400 for reactivation because they closed the account if no fault of consumer. , When BOOST made the mistake.

She just bought those phones December 2022. Why does she have to buy phones again? I believe BOOST is pocketing $$ taking advantage of it's customers. Something has to be done to protect the consumer. Where us justice for consumers.

I made a payment on my account on the due date and my monthly service plan did not restart effective immediately this happens to me now on the new network since February every month I wait 3 days until my service restarts even after payment never had this issue with boost and I’ve been a member for over ten years every due date my service whether I make a payment does not restart effective immediately it takes 24 hours till midnight to finish processing the cycle huge inconvenience because even if I make a payment I have to wait 24 hours for my service plan to restart it leaves a bad experience for me every month for this waiting period I Believe once Payment is on hold or received everything should restart on the due date effective immediately from payment

For 6 weeks I have been trying to get my IPhone14 activated. I have talked to 5 different people in India and NO ONE has been able to understand the issue and some have just hung up because they didn't know what to do.

I haven’t been able to access my account since the switch over to boost one and to top that off today my account got suspended and I don’t understand how because I have been on auto pay for years now all of a sudden I’m not. I tried to cancel an add on doing it on line. I was told "we dont offer that feature". WTF I called customer service, he told me to "call back in 2 hours". I went to a Boost store. He couldn't help, gave me a number to call.

My sim card was locked mistakenly over a month ago and I have been trying to get help from Boost to get my PUK code because I throw it away not knowing I would need it. I have been calling for over a month trying to get my provider to help me retrieve this code but have been getting the run around.

Representative are telling me they can help me but the problem has not been resolved. Plus I paid my bill in March but have not been able to use my service due to this problem. I am a student and this has been so frustrating not being able to use my phone.

Given the run around by at least 10 employees. Was trying to switch service to another carrier kept on hold and past around to different people, finally was told my phone was locked so they couldn't do anything and have no ideal when service will be back up down since February 23, asked to speak to a supervisor told they were not allowed to let me speak to a supervisor.

I was a Boostone customer. I switched to T-Mobile after some issues with Boostone. I had already paid my Boostone April payment. 85, and that payment has already cleared my bank. I have called 3 times for a refund, and keep getting run-a-round. I want my refund.

Each time I call, they tell me when the system is up and running WHAT? As big as company as Boost is, one would expect that it be up and running all the time for refund. At this point, Boost is holding money that's not theirs.

I've called boost customer service several days to know do the customers get a discount on they next bill due to boost service getting hacked leaving many customers without service included myself. I was greatly disappointed and very upset. Which all this happened when I was out of town so I pad to purchase another phone.

They're advertising a $25 a month plan But I am unable to sign up for it, they can't give me a reason why and they say it's pending and it's been pending over a week, then I told them I wanted to discontinue my service and get a refund they said they can't do that because it's pending ? I could give them zero Stars I would give you zero. All I wanted to do was get my phone unlocked so I can transfer my number to another phone. The first guy I talked to you on the phone was rude to me then he hung up on me second guy said he couldn't help me not rude but not nice the last Lady I talked to was nice but she can't help me.

I try to do it on chat online everyone's just ending the chat and not trying to help me. I'm paying $50 a month to not even be able to use my phone I cannot use my phone unless I'm connected to Wi-Fi so why am I paying you $50 a month?

I just finished waiting 45 minutes for customer service person and the moment he came on he had an attitude. I was calling because I got a text message telling me to pay my services even though your line is down.

I was willing to pay the service. I don't have access to booth one because it hasn't been working since you. People went over to the new service since December and I've had to call every time to make my bill telling me they were gonna fix it now you.

The Customer Service has been down for a month now. I was not aware that it was down. I had surgery last week. I have no help. I had to get out of my bed and go into the store to pay my bill.

On top of that they charged me for paying the bill in the store and it was not my fault that the Customer Service server is down. I used to like Boost Mobile but lately I am rethinking staying with this company.

We should not have to pay extra for going into the store to pay our bill if the Customer Service server on our phone is down. I am thinking of going to another company at this point. I have been a customer of Boost Mobile for 15+ years. Since they have migrated to the new system, I have been unable to access my account since December 2022. Keep getting error that the phone number doesn't match what Boost have in their system, it's the same ph# I've had from Boost for 15+ years.
