I recently was trying to upgrade my phone so I went on yall website attempting to pay for the iPhone 12 but wasn’t able to I then put 217$ in my account thinking I would be able to use it to finally purchase the phone but I was told by an employee of y’all’s that I couldn’t so I requested a refund 5 days ago exactly an I still have yet to receive my money back all the ppl I have spoken with st boost have been no help they hav been rude haven’t let me talk to a manager or supervisor or they jus simply hang up an I hav been a valued customer for over 6 yrs an because of this I’m thinking about switching over to somebody else cause it don’t make no sense why I’m still sitting here with no phone an y’all still hav my money
