Had a number then changed it. My phone was destroyed then i changed it. All at a boost mobile location. Using same sim card. Only to find out when I tried to pull up my account its not taking my pin number.

So I called them to find out that my new number doesn't exist in their system. In order for them to find it I had to give them my EMI number off my phone. So they say they're upgrading their system and they cant open up my account. Its not working.

Try using your new number with your pin and it's not working. So now I have an none working phone because I can't upload my boost reload card that I paid 50 dollars for nor can they fix the problem because they are having problems with opening up peoples account.

On February 3, 2023 I left my Cell phone in a shopping cart at Winn Dixie. I reported it lost the following day at a Boost Mobile in MacClenny Florida . That was the closest location as the one in Lake City has been closed for several months.

Initially the annoying 21 year old manager was trying to be helpful but could not navigate the system to order my replacement phone. They did not have any Android Motorola's in stock so I had to have one shipped to me.

She gave me a loaner phone and I paid for the activation until my new phone was delivered. I received the replacement phone on Monday Feb 6, 2023 and headed back up to MacClenny after work. A different employee was there and said there was nothing he could do as far as activating my phone because the system was down AGAIN.

When I purchased my phone I was told that I will receive a $200 visa gift card if I pay four payments by February 28, 2023 I have yet to receive the text to tell me about my $200 visa gift card their phone service has been off and I cannot contact anyone. Boost mobile has been having “system issues” since February. I can’t access my account at the store, online, or by phone. The recording that immediately comes on reports systems issues they are trying to resolve and state no service interruption.

My service has been interrupted since 3/5. I went yo Boost store and the representative there says you can’t pay your bill because of systems issue but the problem should be solved by tonight. This is frustrating and a huge inconvenience.

I have been trying since Saturday to re-up my friend's boost mobile account. We have tried online, on the app, with a boost re-up card,by phone and in person. I was just hung up on by a person at the boost store when I asked what they planned to do about it, was told the system has been down for 5 days.

Hate to imagine how many people in desperate need of their phone have been put at risk. I assume Boost must be getting ready to go out of business, Dish should be more responsible for taking care of the people who rely on their services.

I hope no one dies because they were unable to make a call to get help.

I purchased a boost card and you can't even get through because of boost says they're having having problems yeah right. I've been with boost for years and never had this problem and it's crazy. T hey want the money every month then don't want to fix the problem.

On January 30, 2023, I left my Apple iPhone SE in an Uber, I reported my phone lost with Boost Mobile. My phone was returned to me on January 31, 2023, by the Uber driver. I reported finding my phone with Boost Mobile customer service. "They have taken me off the lost list, but my Apple is still ***IMEI**is still blacklisted.

I have all my pictures and 1000 memories on my phone. I don't want to lose my data. I have spent over 30 hours with BOOST MOBILE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND visited TO THE BOOST MOBILE STORE FOR the whole month of February requesting they remove my phone from the BLACKLIST!! I purchased 1 of your 35g hotspots for around $80 a week ago. I didn't even get 1 days worth out of it before it "ran out". Went back to the store and they told me I had to go through corporate.

They couldn't do anything about it. There is NO way, it's humanly possible to go through that much w only 2 devices on it, that fast.

I truly actually hate this phone company. They in all honesty are very unprofessional they lack and I mean lack customer service, I've been trying to get a simple $5 refund for over a month. They never are on the same page with one another it's like each one has their own rules and policies.

I don't truly understand how one minute they have unlimited $50 plan and then the next minute they don't, or I have to go online and change my own plan. Well then what is the customer service for? If they supposedly can't tap into the system and change a phone plan to a very clear promotion then why are they even getting paid to be a customer service.

I don't know I'm just waiting to get out of boost Mobile phone service just disgusting and a joke. Their system has been down for over 2 weeks now…

I've been paying for insurance on my phones since 11/21. I recently had an accident with my phone (it fell on the ground and I didn't realize it till after I ran it over with my truck) on 2/18/23. I called boost to file a claim which then they transferred me to there 3rd party insurance partners then I'm told that nothing I gave them matched there records then got transferred back to boost again, after speaking with a boost rep and

verifying that my pin # I had given, my address and my name was all correct I was told that I had to be transferred back again to claims department.. I got transferred 6 times 2 and a half hours being bounced back and forth and still nothing was accomplished..

I waited until today to call back 2/23/23 and spent 3 almost 4 hours with the same thing all over…

My account has been overcharged 2 months in row, resulting in me having to pay penalties for my account being overdraft twice. Instead of returning funds,they apply overcharge to credit on my account, despite my objections. I signed up for a prepaid phone, yet I'm being treated as I'm bind by contract.

All I want is money I was overcharged. They're actions are 1 of ponzi schemes.

Agent told me that if I signed up for autopay that I would get a $50 credit to my account. I had $15, and they did not take it of my bill. I called another agent 2/21/23, and got nowhere. Called another agent.

He told me to add $62 to my next mths bill, and I would get the other in $20 credit. I told him no they would take out of my bank account, and he said no they wouldn't. Well they took it out of my account called another agent he tried to help, and said.

I would get refund 5 to 7 days. I told him to let me talked to Supervisor, and she said refund 7 to 14 day's. I told her I had other bills coming out of my account and would have overdraft charges.

She said there was nothing she could do.

Me and my husband have been on family plane for 8 months. We paid our $80 bill and 2 days later they turned our phones off. We couldn’t even call customer service. After 7 hours they turned my husbands phone back on but not mines.

When he called they told him that I went over the data usage. We have unlimited data on the phone plan and the person on the phone even confirmed it. It’s been two days and they’re telling me to log into an email address so that it can be resolved.

My Phone goes into SOS code. Go to my dealer and they can get it out of that mode. They are 40 miles away from where I live. No one there can Explain to me what SOS is and why boost puts my phone in that program.

-I purchased a sim card, charged on 11/28/22 - $7.85

-I did not activate the sim until the end of December which included a 14-day free trial.

-When the trial ends, the $25 plan is automatically activated. I called ahead because I knew I would want the the $35 plan in stead, and was charged for this on 1/9/23 - $35.75. I also signed up for automatic payments.

-On 1/17/23, (NOT one month later - 8 DAYS later), I was charged my first automatic payment of $36.75. This should have paid for a MONTH not 8days. I have been a customer for several years now. I use the app to pay by the month and never had a problem. Now I was migrated to the new boost one app. When I went to pay my monthly charge it was saying transaction failed.

After several customer service calls and chats I was told to keep trying. Then noticed that boost had 2 payments pending in my acct I do not have automatic payments so they should NOT have touched my bank acct when they failed the transaction.

Then I noticed that the app is saying I didn't make a payment. So getting nowhere with chat I finally got a sevice agent that worked with me. He made 2 tickets and memos on my acct and I agreed to use the extra payment they took to cover next months charge.

Ok I placed a order back on December 7th 2022 I totally understand you all have a return policy but I wasn't expecting anything like this to happen but now the iphone 8 64gb that I purchased order number ek-bepp-984368018 is blacklisted and cannot be used at all!!! I was a longtime 7+ years w Boost. Recently they were bought by Dish and now everything has gone to hell. They deactivated the MyBoost app which you could easily manage your acct. They substituted BoostOne app. Ok, so I start to create an acct there, but then it started to force me to buy things.

And to activate a new sim, which I did not want. Since then nothing their foreign help desk does can get my acct right. I bought an extra data pack, and no one can activate it to my acct. That is, when they are not hanging up on me.

And thats not because im rude or anything. I think their customer service just loses interest. Way to go guys! You took a fine efficient cellular company and destroyed it utterly, and have successfully alienated a brand loyal block of customers in the process.

I tried to purchase a cell phone plan from Boost Mobile in Diberville Mississippi. February 1st. My phone service did not work and the Sells person asked me to come back later. There is a no return policy. I returned later that day and she said the tower was down, but I say other customers using their phones.

I went to a Apple/iPhone specialist and he discovered the SIMM card was not working properly. I went back and the representative told me to come back the next day. When I returned and asked for a refund, she wanted to keep my iPhone.

First off I have not used much data on my cell phone and I keep getting no service message when trying to use apps for YouTube, my yahoo email and other apps. I called in to get assistance and I was told that I must call from another phone so they can troubleshoot.

NO STARS!!!! I filed for a replacement phone to the 844-534-3099 phone number. 1/17/23 FIRST i give them all the info & the money so they can send it to my home, and I'm told it will take 48 hours.

I didn't get it by Friday, so I called again and the person I talked to did NOT add my lot number to my address, even though I made SURE to tell her about 10 times. On 1/20/23 I call again, they tell me they've gotta talk to their supervisor to change my address.

All they had to do was ADD THE LOT NUMBER. Then I'm told I'll receive my replacement phone in 24 hours. By Monday 1/23/23 my phone still has NOT shown up. I call the boost insurance phone number, they weren't very helpful, AT ALL!!!!

I am very unsatisfied with the new system for boost mobile online, I was trying to make a payment online but I did not create a password and it was asking for one and when I tried to recover the password it was needed to send a code to my phone number the one that was suspended and the one that I was trying to pay.

I switched to Boost about a month ago and it has a horrible experience. I asked to port my number over & that didn't occur. I was given.a new number which was mistake. After 6 calls to customer service i was finally able to get my old number ported. I requested 3 times to have the number mistakenly given to me removed from my account & it has not been done but Boost has billed for this line and I refuse to pay for something I didn't use so Boost suspended my lines. Told me because line was suspended they couldn't remove the unwanted line until I paid bill & for a line that was not active & in use. No one will help I just get passed around. I ordered a cell phone as a Christmas gift for my mother. I placed the order over a month ago. The phone never arrived. I spoke with UPS and fount out that they lost the phone. I reported a claim and then called Boost Mobile.

I was told I had to wait for them to confirm with UPS that the phone wasn't delivered. They have since done that and was told that a replacement phone would be sent. I called again today as it's been over a week and was told that although the claim has been escalated and they determined that the phone was lost and I would get a replacement they could not tell me when.

Boost store in Lima Ohio. Some of the worst customer service experienced. The district manager was rude disrespectful and arrogant. Seem to have very little knowledge of services. I'll never choose boost now and would never recommend to anyone.
