Myservice was suspended, and I don't know why. I gave this phone to my nine year grandson. I have been a loyal customer, and I have done everything honest and faithful. I left boost because my calls kept dropping. I gave this phone to my grandson.

I have been calling to see what happened, but no one is telling me what happened. I wanted to restart the plan, but I don't know what to do.

I called and cancelled my service and still got charged for the account after calling several times waited on hold for over an hour got hung up on three times after being on hold. On Jan. 16,2023 and made my monthly payment of $35. Next dat went to use my phone and it did not work. I go to the nearest boost mobile store and first the associate was no help all she told me was my account did not exist which caught me by surprise because I been a Boost customer since 2014 and never had an issue.

17,2023 paying another $25 and still have no phone service so I go back to the boost store and the associate now sees my account and both payments I made with my same number and she can not get my phone service. So I called costumer care and after being on the phone for all but an hour the lady says we have it all taken care of and my phone service would be restored in about 2 hours.

I called boost mobile on 01/09/2023 to port out number 813-900-6835 and to get phone unlocked to switch to spectrum mobile and was informed that phone was unlocked and number was released, given account number and transfer pen called back on 01/13/2023 and was informed that phone was not unlocked due to only having iPhone SE since 06/2023 that I would need to have phone for a year before boost mobile would unlock phone.

And that I could transfer phone number back to boost mobile due to number linked to my job.. I was then informed to go online to make a new account which I did and nothing… boost mobile rep informed my that spectrum has not release number but when I call spectrum it shows number was released..

everytime I call it’s a different story I’ve been without a phone almost 2 week…

Been going rounds with boost mobile about the data on my account since January 12th 2023 and no one on the phone not even the "supervisor" could really help they just wanted to agrue with my and the supervisor basically called me a liar and that I didn't know hiw the phones on my account were being used I've been with boost for 6 years and never had a problem till now and the phone on my account still isn't working right because of the data

On Jan 9th I called boost mobile and spoke to someone about being a loyal customer paying my bill on time. Well this time money wouldn't hit my account until the 20th so I asked the guy if I could pay my bill on the 20th..

he said yes we can do that for you so he said he also would change all my payments to be paid on the 20th for now on. Well today I called boost mobile back cause they shut off my service and the lady that I talked to said that boost doesn't offer that service and that the only way to get my phone back on is to pay the amount.

I've been trying to get a replacement phone for 3 weeks and I was told I was lying about having insurance. I've never been called a liar by anyone before today. I got so upset I thought I was going to have a heart attack.

I had an associate take care of me yesterday. She was very rude . I hung up , asked to speak to a manager she just placed me on hold no one ever answered . Last night I got nothing but on going messages at 2:26 am 26 times.

Today I log on the website says my account has been moved . She refused to change my plan after disconnected. On website it says u can .

I was trying to change my provider with a government provider since I'm a low income senior with a no cost plan. & was replace with celery 5h because Stylo pulled from the builder no longer exists,a talked to several reps from boost in a matter of two months they both wrote up to times a ticket to resolve my issue & I could never get my problems resolved.

I had to move on & had to purchase another phone with a lot of hardship that was un-necessary if my phone would of been unlocked. I decided to submit to BBB to compliant so no one else has to under go my problem.

I bought a link-zone 2 mobile hotspot with 2gig service plan online. When i got it in the mail i tried to set it up following all the directions, but they have sent a SiM card that is not compatible with the device.

Sadly I have called customer service who said they would call back within sixteen hours that was almost three days ago and I have heard nothing back. I went to the store in Jeffersonville, IN today and the guy told me that he had no idea how to fix it and no clue as to what I should do or needed to do to get it fixed. REALLY?

I am so mad, I think im going to cancel my phone and try to get a refund for the hotspot, because I see online in many differrent forums there are a VERY LARGE NUMBER of consumers who have the same issue and not one of them has been able to get it resolved…

I've been with Boost for 12 years, I have a family plan with 3 lines.

However; I need to replace 2 of the phones (one go ran over and the other you can't read the screen) so I waited til my bill was due to call customer service because if I couldn't get a deal for 2 new phones I was going to switch providers. Worst customer service in the world. RUN don't walk away from Boost. All I wanted is my acct number so I could change providers. Chat says they don't have access to it since it is "sensitive" called a phone number they provided.

Waiting on hold almost 50 minutes, a guy answered and when I asked for my acct number. he refused to say another word for the entire next hour. Needless to say, I turned into a Karen and told him he was an ahole.

Absolutely the worst customer service anywhere that I have experienced in my 60 years. I also spent almost 9 hours on chat and making not one but 2 round trips to the boost store because they changed something overnight on 12/31/22 to 1/1/23.

I have boost mobile over 15 years . Today 12/29/22 My phone was turned off over the boost saying something about my account. I never heard of this before. If ai had a known this I would have been changed providers. I am so upset.

When I went to set up my phone plan the man scammed me and lied to me and got me to sign up with them without telling me certain important details. He also told me my phone could be transferred amd it cannot.

He also had me buy an iPhone for my son and he said I could take that phone to any carrier. I found out after i cant do that til I keep boost for 12 months. I don't get service or internet 50 percent the time.

I called boost mobile last night to get a transfer pin because i am trying to switch to my new phone. I was on hold for 2 HOURS! So i eventually hung up after giving all my info to a couple of non english reps.

I called back again this morning just to be hung up on after being told to hold on. As well as being on hold again right now constantly being transferred to rep after rep THAT KEEP TELLING ME THAT they have to transfer me to another dept.

I called boost mobile to have my service transferred to Xfinity. I was on hold for 30 minutes, when Lexi answered. I told her what I needed help with and she said she had to transfer me to another department.

A recorded voice stated that the call couldn't go through and disconnected. I called again, on hold for another 20 minutes and Lexi answered again, pretended she couldn't hear me! I called back again and talked to a man who transferred me to Anna.

I returned a new phone and it was received by Boost on 12/1/22. We were told that the refund of 768 dollars would be refunded to my account within 7 to 14 business days. It has now been 18 business days and “Kevin” said that the 14 day clock restarted when we called on December 16 to ask where our refund was.

Now they say it won’t be until January 5,2023. We may never get our money back

Bought their $100 yearly plan after the local Boost store assured me in person it would work with my phone. During activation the site said it was NOT compatible with the phone. Asked customer service for a refund. They promised a refund in 72 hours.

Called 4 days later, and same story, another 72 hours. Called third time, 20 minutes on phone with customer service, still no refund.

I wanted to change my plan. My bill was due on December 18, 2022. My plan was suspended on December 17, 2022. I was told I had to make the payment than change the plan. If my phone wasn't suspended on the wrong date I would've been able to change my plan.

#2 I was disconnected with no call back twice. The operators were checking for the text that was sent to my phone by boost mobile. So I made the payment however I was told my new plan wouldn't go into effect until the next payment.

I wanted the change for this payment going forward. This is very frustrating. Your service is not customer friendly, and we shouldn't have to be inconvience when you make mistakes. On top of that to be rude and disconnect. I will be looking for another phone carrier if this happens again.

My daughter purchased a phone and plan on Black Friday. delivered. it took me forever to get a breathing agent on the line. Four weeks later the resolution dept. let me know that they would refund the purchase. That is not acceptable because she purchased at a great discount on Black Friday.

She womt get that deal today. She will never purchase from boost again and I am seriously contemplating changing my current service as I have boost. Will not recommend boost ever again and will caution others.

I recently opened a phone line with Boost mobile. Transferred my phone line from T-Mobile. 00 dollar line.

However, when asked about the line the gentleman said the deal was over. Suggested the gentleman to bring down the advertisement then. While browsing the internet, I realized the deal was not over. Called the customer service number provided on the website.

BOOST MOBILE WILL NOT UNLOCK MY PHONE, BECAUSE IT SEEMS TOO DIFFICULT FOR THEM TO! Bought a phone from them in Scranton Pa. It has been sheer HELL then and now. We recently had to replace our LG k51 my wife's phone,this screen is blacked out my phone is blacking out also I filed a claim on both phones my wife got her replacement phone the LG stylo6 which is a terrible phone my replacement phone has yet to be sent and they won't help me get my replacement phone when my wife took her phone to get it activated she was told LG no longer makes phones in just need to get a reliable phone because I use it for work can we get a better phone as a replacement phone?

The last few months Boost says I’ve ran out of data and then puts me in a timeout mode like a child lol. I don’t believe I use that much data, especially since my data just started again yesterday and it’s already saying I’m almost out again. My phone provider experience with boost has been very unpleasant at earnest of times. Where things regarding my services can not be explain like the phone having service when both the wifi is off and the data service is turned off as well at same times..

There’s a Boost One app that I’m trying to activate but I keep getting an error message saying: Thank you for being a loyal Boost subscriber! At this time, your account is not supported. but my daughter had no problem activating it on her phone.

I called Boost multiple times and advised and they keep telling me I need another SIM card but my daughter didn’t have to get another one and besides we both got new ones for 5g earlier this year. Every rep I talked to hung up in my face.

The service is always down no signal phone freezes ever other day. I can never use my message app or make calls. I have been a customer for years and have had these same problems. When you call or go by the store for help they always say you need another phone which is bs.

Good afternoon, I purchased a new device on 11/25. Since then, my device constantly restarts as if it's not picking up the service. It drops calls, and restarts automatically. I've updated the phone and manually restarted it to see if that helps and it's still doing the same thing.

I spent a lot of money on this phone and I can't afford to lose it, it's unfair to shave no refund or exchanges in your stores with no guarantee that the phones even work. I'm a mother of 5 kids and I can't afford to have money stolen from me for a faulty device.
