when i signed up they were supposed to xfer my number to my Samsung Galaxy. After four days of visiting the store, hours every day calling them, even the store manager calling them, and they could not find my info even though he had it right on his screen.
They could never find my acct number and never get the phone to work. I bought a new phone, even tho my previous phone was new and should have worked. the service was horrible and would go in and out, picture msgs with small file size took a long time with five bars, so i called them to get a xfer pin to leave boost, they have two divisions "legacy" and
