By far most pitiful experience of any service I have dealt with. Phone service sucks and customer service is worse. I have been on phone for 40 minutes simply to just get my account number. For this I am leaving your lousy service and returning to Verizon.

They claim that your call will be answered in 30 seconds - THAT I would like to see. I called last night to clarify whether or not I owed a payment (as they had texted me did - interesting as I was on auto pay) and to change plans.

I was kept on hold for an hour - with brief interruptions to tell me to please continue holding. I finally was given a number to call to change plans, yet when I called it, I was told they were closed and to call back today.

I just tried calling and was told that I would be on hold less than 30 seconds. was on hold for around 12 minutes before I gave up. I was also told to call Mint, my prior carrier, because I was still their customer.

My complaint stems from an insurance claim I made. I have been a customer for 20 years and finally discontinued my association due to terrible customer service. I filed a insurance claim on 11/3/2022 due to a no working phone.

I was told a replacement phone would be sent in 3 to 5 days.. 70 to use in buying a new phone at a local Boost Mobile store. I had an IPhone 7plus and went to a local store where I learned I could only get a low end Android phone.

I have paid insurance under the guise that if anything happened to my phone, I would get a replacement. Seven calls to the Likewize Insurance line resulted in no assistance at all. I asked for my issue to be escalated and was never contacted or allowed to speak with a manager or someone in corporate.

On oct 31st my account that was acp migration stopped working and after logging onto my boost it said I owed 30 dollars, now I've had my phone sense march and never paid a bill cause acp pays, after calling boost mobile I was informed that acp shut my services off however that was a lye an unauthorized rep from your company transferred my info to qlink and

On September 25 I did 2 payments by mistake so I cancel 1 and on October 15 they cancel my crevices so they told me I had to wait 72 hours for them to restore my crevices I told them I could wait so I pay again another 80 and no November the same issue they stop my crevice on the 15 and I pay again another 80 now they telling me I have to wait another 72 hour for my crevice to be restored they gave me a ticket number 1053128

I originally was VIRGIN MOBILE, which was Sprint an had good service. Then Boost MOBILE took over Virgin MOBILE, then is when the nightmare began. No service, spotty service, people couldn't hear me. Then I found out it is now Dish what a joke!

Well the joke was on me, because no one tells u anything !!!!! I bought a $500 phone I can't use from Boost MOBILE!!!! I'm done with them!

The woman that works at the Anderson store in Rock Hill SC os extremely rude. She constantly has attitude. I go in to pay my bill and she has very poor customer service skills. I was outside the store today and watched yet another dissatisfied customer walk out upset.

Good Afternoon, I'm writing this email in regard to my boost mobile account for phone number 917 224 5691.

For the months of September and October I've been over charged 140 dollars.

For the month of September I replaced my debit card with a new card and I thought the charge was for none payment or a fee for non payment.

For the month of October I received a placement phone because of a broken screen and saw the payment of 127 dollars thinking it was a charge for not receiving the phone in a timely matter and the payment will be refunded when the phone is received.

My complaint is I have been waiting a long time for a refund to my bank account. I ordered a phone and I returned it unopened. It has been returned since September 21 2022. I have called numerous times to get my refund only to be assigned 3 case numbers.

I got a text from Boost saying I had used 85% of data. Now how did that happen & why am I just being notified. I am on the cheapest plan because the Boost Salesperson said that was all I needed as I work from home and have wifi that I can use.

Also, I could not text back to Boost on my IPhone, which is VERY IRRITATING - no way to contact Boost directly - so much for a communication company. On Sept 12, 2022 I first noticed a name unfamiliar to me was displaying with my cell number. I complained to customer svc 7 times in Sept as each time the rep said "they could resolve the issue and that name would be removed in 72 hrs.

" I spoke with 5 different svc reps and 2 different techs. I got hung up on twice when I started asking relevant questions about the 72 wait period. Everything I called I had to wait 72 hours for the network to resolve the issue.

It never got resolved in the month of September. It was eventually resolved in late October. So much for the 72 hour fix. Customer svc and tech support seemed to be clueless as to timely resolution of issues and they spend to much time with false plaititudes. Moreover, they don't listen.

I have had Boost for over 15 years. Right now I am so angry. Boost went into my phone and erased its app. Then when I tried to pay my bill on their new app, lucky I read the fibe print because if I would have paid it I would have been signed up for auto pay.

The box for auto pay is checked and you can't unchecked it. Tried to call their number to pay and they want to now charge over $3 to do it that way!!!! S. Will call during building hours Tom and try to pay, my phone is now cut off.

But if there is a fee I will be dropping my service. What a SHAM!!!!!

I’ve been on a family plan for the last 3 years, with two phones on it, and I’ve been a boost costumer for at least the last 6 years. This morning I used the online chat option to discontinue my family plan and separate the two lines, there was obviously a language barrier/ miscommunication because they completely canceled the entire phone number.

Now I just paid both phones bill two days ago. The person who had the second line was going to finish out the plan for this month and then switch companies. When I found out they completely shut everything off I called them and tried to restore the service I just paid for !

00 charges on my account that I don't understand. from 10/31. I can't find a number to call and talk with a representative. I was charged for services I did not use on 10/31 at 8:31 and 8:38 pm. The last time I used my phone that night was at dinner to send my son some pictures I took of him and that was at 6:14 and 6:38 pm.

00 charges that I did not make. When I typed in my question on the chat , the representative had the nerve to route me a computer specialist for an additional charge!! You've got to be kidding me. I was pressured into a iPhone se because the store was out of iPhone 11 an the district manager jaylen s told me the accessories were free with phone. What should have been 85 dollar total for switching to boost and activation fee turned into 153 dollars.

Non-working accessory! Manager for Columbia, Pa. Boost mobile. Wrongfully sold a product to me. Stating it was a quick charging cord. Was told 15 minute charge! After 4 hours and still only 80% I decided to return the next day. Manager was not working.

Another employee stated you can't return accessories. He asked if it worked I said yes but no. Told him that it was sold to me to charge and a period of 15 minutes and it does not. All he did was plug the device in it started charging so he claimed at work.

when i signed up they were supposed to xfer my number to my Samsung Galaxy. After four days of visiting the store, hours every day calling them, even the store manager calling them, and they could not find my info even though he had it right on his screen.

Hi, my stepson Rich Petrillo stopped into your boost store at 7 e broad st Burlington nj 08016. He broke his existing phone a samsung A21 and brought in his older samsung A 20 phone to have the sim card upgraded to be able to use the older phone.

I purchased service for my teenager for an existing iphone we own. I was sent the wrong SIM card by Boost. I contacted customer service using the number in the package they sent with the SIM Card and they couldn't find my order or account.

I bought a very nice phone today at the Boost Mobile store near my home. I was in the store for three hours because the representative could not get the phone working. She could not successfully get a release from my former phone carrier, so the request was marked PENDING.

Online I purchased a Sim Card that was supposed to compatoble, but wasn't. They refused to allow me to return it, or recieve credit for it. Now they are about to be charged with fraud because I've never had service with them and they have debited my account for service charges.

I bought a phone out right from a Boost Mobile store to use until I got my government SIM card. Once it came in I was going to use that phone with the SIM card. I was never told phones are locked nor that even if you buy a phone out right that you will still have to wait 12 months before the phone could be unlocked.

The customer service is horrible the worst experience I have ever had to encounter. I have been a loyal customer since 2003 only having a total of two numbers the entire almost 20 years. I have never had such hostile experience has I had with a supervisor who took my call.

Boost mobil customer for 10 years. Recently went to the Wilmington, Ohio store for a new phone. Was sold a defective one. Went back same day and they refused me any kind of help because the employee who sold it to me was from the Washington CH, OH store.

So I'm stuck with a phone that crashes any app after 10 seconds or so, and now my unlimited data I pay for is limited? Trash way to treat customers.... Employee was extremely rude when I went and asked for help with the phone also.
