I dropped my phone an hour ago and went to the local Boost Mobile Store near my house located at 413 Broadway, Chelsea MA 02150. My screen is badly damaged and i asked the red dyed haired Spanish woman to help me get a new phone.

She gave my phone to a non English speaking Spanish lady who has me write down my information. This woman says my pin code is wrong, which it's not because I've used the same code fore all pin codes. But how would they know when the screen is so damaged that I can't even pull a visible screen up to type numbers?

I went into a boost store in Okmulgee Oklahoma to have my phone switched to another phone because i ran over mine. I took both phones into the store and was told they can switch it for me for $25 or i could call customer service and they would do it for free.

I have been a customer over a year and i pay for insurance and havent ever filed a claim. If this is boost mobiles policy and how they are expected to treat customers i will be taking my business elsewhere.

So here we go again I ordered a phone back in June I bought the an unlocked phone online my phone was not unlocked so I wasn't able to activate my boost SIM card so the day I was able to activate it which was September 15th because my cell phone was able to be unlocked that day I tried the online activation that something is wrong so

then I called your company I said on the phone three different times for at least an hour to an hour to 2 hours each time the first person hung up on me the second person hung up on me and I would have left it at that because they said that my account was suspended that my SIM card was activated..

I just switched to boost 2 weeks ago went into a store they got everything done 2 days later lost service they didn't charge me for activation fee then paid the 35 dollars to get service restored and my mobile Hotspot doesn't worked called boost 4 times talked to a lady saying that they would fix the issue. Once again not fixed I am so ready to make a formal complaint.

The customer service rep in San Marcos, Tx is illiterate, unethical,narcissistic and has no respect for anybody else's right to be on this earth and to get good service from a phone company. She also would not allow me to have the ACP website to get my money back from all the months boost has kept it from my bill being paid.

Has my plan marked under migration and refuses to take it off and return my account to it's original state. I did not change it to migration and did not ask for migration, whatever that is.

New phone from boost, s22 ultra. No phone service. Old phone worked fine other than a battery issue. Called several times. One person states no issue. Other time they say tower issue. Tried a new sims card and changing settings. No change.

So I am stuck can't return phone and most of time I can't call or receive.

The low down bought outright an iphone 11 roughly $380 In may2022. No where when purchasing this phone was I told or in fine print that the iPhone is locked till 12 mths after service and at that time you must then request for it to be unlocked.

On customer service for 25mins asking where is this fine print located? After hitting five different browsers, I was brought to unlocking policy. Fun though, no words are listed in fine print stating buying a phone through us, your phone will be locked for 12 mths and needing to request to unlock it.

The agent kept giving me the run around, then offered me a monthly benefit if I get food stamps, ssi, smh. The policies do not hold up. Things of this nature should be told in big print to the customer.

Horrible company to do business with!

The owner was rude and disrespectful at 11mile Van Dyke store in Warren MI. He talked to me and my wife so disrespectful we left before anything was done. He thought that giving us a small deal for our inconvenience for their system being down gave him the right to speak to us disrespectfully.

I'm ve been with boost mobile since 2008 and I have never been treated so poorly and the way he talked to my wife was unacceptable beware ladies you're next. They own two stores and it's only two of them Marcellus is a great dude and needs to beware because the other guy is bad business.

Not enough space to be specific as issue hasn't been resolved. I can honestly say, being in customer service field most of my life and not just in US, but on international level, boost mobile has the worst customer service ever.

Im hoping my issue will resolved so i can never ever ever deal with this most ncompetent company ever again. Im closing my account, and going elsewhere. Will never do any business with them again, and never refer anyone ever again.

The easiest transaction of refund, they cannot handle correctly. I will be launching complaint with consumer protection and FCC.

i stopped today, sunday sept. 4,2022 at boost mobile at 1830 fulton ave. sacramento ca. to get a new case for my phone since this is were i got the phone and case and ive been with boost for 7 years.

the store is open till 5 on sunday and i get there at 25 till 4 and its locked and note on door back at 4 on lunch. since its 110 degrees out and i live 2 or 3 miles from store i go home.

when i call at 25 after 4 it does a half ring and goes right to recording saying its boost u r calling but they are closed and call back tomorrow then they tell u the hours,, on sunday were open till 5, well then why arent u answering the phone it was a quick question that couldve been answered in less then 5 minutes.

Since July 2022 I have no calls able to go out or in and texts are often throttled for days. Unlimited is a lie. Ditched dish Network couple of years ago. Bad service no update to rented equipment and very poor service.

Been a boost customer for over 15 years and I had a LGk22 phone that updated at night and would not turn back . Had iPhone 6 that I activated and was having no service issue and still as I write this.

Stayed on boost chat on it off all day and I’m talking from 8 am to 10 pm trying to issue resolved to no avail. Multiple people told me it was a tower being expanded after spending hours going through different steps on phone to resolve no service and no one said there was a tower issue while doing this.

Got hung up on multiple times when I called with my wife’s phone . Heard laughing in background when talking to some agents. Asking for supervisors was like asking for gold. Worst most unprofessional company now that T-Mobile has took over

I bought my phone in June and wanted to refund the phone and the service a few days later for personal reasons. When it took forever to get a refund after I kept calling and calling my phone manages to get a scratch on it so I decided to just keep it.

I told them to just cancel the refund and they said that they weren’t able to do it and they had canceled my service so I wasn’t able to get my $50 refund on my service that I didn’t even use so they got me out of my 50 dollars.

I bought my phone from boost mobile and even though I own the phone and I have been with them for over year they refuse to unlock the phone unless I pay for monthly service. This is not right. I should not have to continue service with them in order for my phone to be unlocked.

Since T-Mobile bouht Boost Mobile we havent had any service for 3 months, I have Contacted Boost Mobile way more than should have ovr last 3 months!!! Our Toer still isnt fixed (upgraded) I have very serious issues because of no service for 3 months, Corporate trid to call me, im sure when they if they recieved my message, I cant recieve or make calls with any success, for 3 months I cant get anywhere as all these people go off a script.

Absolutely the worst customer service I've ever had to deal with. Ever since they switched to the expanded network I've had to deal with constant incomplete or dropped calls, I'm unable to send or receive text messages, and I've had all around slower service.

I've contacted customer support numerous times over the last 8 months. We've updated my network, I've reset my APN and restarted my phone, they've gone through advanced troubleshooting techniques and never have been able to resolve any of their issues.

Anytime I try and follow their directions and disconnected from the chat have to start all over. Unreliable service and inept technicians.

Today August 28, 2022 I have witnessed the worst customer service of my history with boost mobile. The agent refused to let me talk with a manager, he kept going on about how he can’t give me an extension so I can make a phone call to set up medical appointment for my disability.

i tried boost but was not happy with service after 1 month. went to mint and signed up for new service. no problem till i got a notice that mint could not port my phone number. they needed the pin from boost.

i gave them the only pin i knew of but that was not the one required. i was told to call a store; i called three and no one knew what i was talking about. i was in two three way phone calls with boost and they would not give me the transfer pin unless they could call me.

i explained that mint had given me a new temp number and they could not call my on my old number because it was halfway between the two carriers. absolutely would not give out that pin. told me to go to store in person. lol that's a joke.

This company are crooks and liars. I have tried to get my phone unlocked from their service several times and they have denied me every time. At first they said I had to have my phone active on their service for 1 year, despite being active for 9 months, they said that it had to be another full year because I had tried to switch (I had never cancelled my service, they cancelled it without my consent so that the year would start over.)

When I waited 14 months, and tried to switch, they told me I was not eligible and would have to wait another full year. I called several times and eventually they said they would unlock my phone. I have been a Boost customer,over 8 years,since they first opened a store,Downtown Elizabeth,NJ. The phone Man’s customer service voice has been the same very annoying all these years. Recently, I tried to purchase a larger screen iPhone 11 from having had 2 iPhone SEs with Boost,Boost kept saying my method of payment turned down,when my Wells Fargo checking/debit had over 3000.

6/3/2022 after harassing calls from Boost to upgrade or else lose data and service. Purchased 2 phones. Apple iphone LIT which my daughter has not been able to use. We found that both my TCL20xe have previous owners/users. My phone is locked.

Went to return and was only accused of overcharging but that was done kinda hohum, and nothing was offered by way of refund or return although well within the 7 day timeframe.
