Hotspot device has no signal due to SIM card being locked due to too many wrong password attempts. I was on phone for 2 days trying to resolve problem. I got no useful help. Never got problem resolved. I have been a loyal and very satisfied boost customer for many manyany years.

Very unreliable service. I may be able to use my phone two or three hours a day if I'm lucky. When you call customer service they tell you some story about improving their system which will be completed in 72 hours.

It's been over a month and it gets worse not better.

Every single time I come to the store it’s closed whether it’s when it’s supposed to be open or after looking at whatever sign they’ve left on the door indicating a different time there’s never a time that there’s actually someone in the store I’ve even had instances where I’ve called in the store seeing someone in there while they have the doors locked they said they were still open and then when I asked if I could pay my phone bill very quickly even an hour and a half before they were supposed to be closed they said they were closed and

their computer was off so they wouldn’t be able to help me I’m curious why there is never anyone actually working and the store is never open the hour should at least be changed online if they aren’t going to be an actual service

I purchased a phone from your company today and was charged but I knew that but a few hours later I decided to return the phone but to stay with Boost mobile as my wireless carrier. I’m very upset that within just a few hours of returning the phone I did not get refunded for the phone or anything at all and was told it was to die with the activation process.

This does not make any sense at all and your company has ripped me off. How is it that I don’t get back any of my money? The phone was returned? This doesn’t make any sense at all and I’m still going to look into this as it’s not good service at all.

I paid my bill on Saturday August 13th and my data does not work for 4 lines. I called to get assistance and phone was troubleshooted but still does not work. I asked for refund and I was told by supervisor DY075492 that he did not care that I paid my bill or that my service doesn’t work. Refund denied.

He then called my personal cell back 30 minutes later to laugh and make fun of the fact that I wasn’t getting refunded. Not to mention being hung up on 8 times by different representatives. Boost mobile is trash and the whole company should be shut down.

After all that my phone still doesn’t work and NOTHING has been done about it. I am beyond disgusted. I am taking my 4 lines where they respect their customers!

I never received my $50 rebate for getting a new sim card that made my phone inoperable. I've had 4 months of really bad service that the customer service team did not want to help fix. Told I would be compensated, never wad.

I was told I'd get better service when they switched nothing but lies. Here's the kicker when I was told I' d get a rebate it was $30. Don't see it reflected. When I should be getting $120 × 4 for the lies I was told for 4 months.

The towers are fine is what I was told. It was after I paid my new bill I was told it was the towers. I think it would be fair to recieve 3 months of free service. I hope I dowloaded the right files I have more, unfortunately you have no more space

com. No where in the description did it say that the phone were used or refurbished. When i got them I tried to activate phones online. 00 out of my bank account two activate 2 phone. One of those two phones never did come on but the other one came on, let me make a call and the device shut down and locked up when I tried to restart it.

00 out when my bank statement says something different. I then go to a Boost Mobile store to get a rep to activate them. The rep then tells me that they can not activate either phone. how is beyond me when I thought that was connected to the device and I had that device.

Phone suspension due to payments not being pro And it is not my fault due to payments not being properly done and a credit not Being properly placed this is a known problem. And also a know issues with phone suspensions.

Since it is a known problem there should be a solution to resolve the issue but I feel like Boost moble isn’t concerned about it.

The policies in place need a major review to continue to retain customers and acquire new ones!

I’ve been a long time customer for over 8 years I had 3 supervisors hang up on me when all I wanted was help with my service bc it stopped working. They cut off my data instead of reducing it like usual that cause my talk and text to not work.

It says I used all my 4g and that I have unlimited 2g but they didn’t reduce to 2g they just cut if off. My phone began acting the way it would if I didn’t pay the bill but I did not even two weeks ago and they verified it.

They offered no help and were extremely rude it was a very bad and distasteful experience. Definitely looking to change providers after this.

I made a purchase and was sold items not needed by the service agent at the store 175th Kedzie. Hazelcrest,IL. 60429. Antoinette B. Sales person sold items fraudulent. Went back to the store was told she no longer worked there, other customers complained about the same thing.

Service sucks. They double charged my card on the 30th and told me to dispute one with my bank if i wanted my money back. So i did. The suspended my acct. Told me to pay 120 to get it on.

Its been over 48hrs and its. still not on. Still havent gotta the 120 back that i disputed. $350 in 9days & still dont have a phone. 7yrs of service with them. I had a $30 credit so i paid $80 to restart my plan and somehow they charged me again.

I took an unlocked phone to be used on a the Boost mobile network account. Iwas told by the Boost mobile representative that the phone would not be locked to Boost mobile because i owned it. After deciding to move to another company after 4 months, Boost mobile representatives told me if take 3-5 days to unlock my phone. After the required time.

I called back to check on the status only to be told they could not unlock my phone until i paid for 8 more months of service. This is not a Boost phone. I own this phone. They have basically stolen my phone.

They lied to me and have committed theft by giving me no option to get my phone unlocked except to pay for their service for 8 months.

I have been a customer with boost mobile for 13+ years with no problems, until the past 2 months. Now my internet connection is is slow, turns off, or just doesn't work at all. I always have to be roaming.

There's no good reason for this, I have not moved. I'm so tired of this, I called to get technical support and they said they did something but nothing changed. I can't continue to deal with this anymore. I'm switching after 13 happy years.

I spent 7 hours traveling to several stores trying to get a ACP service applied to my account. I was directed to go to1000 Veterans Mem Blvd. The customer rep tried to help however it was clear he did not know what he was doing after one and half hours he was able to reach his boss she stated I would need to get a new phone number. I called ACP and Boost Administration they informed me that this was not true. I called the store back and the Rep was very rude. He refused to provide his boss or his name.

After being a customer for 10 years and paying my bill boost decided they were going to upgrade to 5g network. At the time when they upgraded our phones at the time were about 2 months old the rep said they weren’t compatible and that we needed to buy newer devices.

went into your store at 6:45 pm on 07-27-2022 (the store on union deposit road, Harrisburg, pa) was having an issue with my phone. the representative was on his phone with his girlfriend. waited 10 minutes for him to end his call.

he then told me that he could not help me because he was leaving (closing) and that because he had to close.... he was rude and had me wait till his call was over. after this encounter and very poor service.

Hello I called Boostmobile to advise that I am in a Domestic Violence case and The abuser stole my bank account information and the bank put all of my financial information on hold for 48 hours. My payment was due on 07/26/2022.

I called and spoke with a customer rep on 7/26/2022 they informed me they were talking with someone in escalation and returned stating my services would remain for 48 hrs. I woke up this morning and my services were turned off.

My phone was stolen 6-25-22 and I filed a police report, due me being on a family plan I can’t just report my phone stolen without disconnecting all phones so I came up with the idea to change my phone number and miss placed the paper I wrote the number on.

I called boost customer service and was required to identify myself after I did that customer service told me that they can’t tell me my number at all. I have been unable to make a payment and I have a boost up account.

I called in just to find out how to get lifeline/ACP onto my account. My only question for the representative was if they could do it over the phone or if I had to go into a store. He then took it upon himself to change my plan and then change it again and cut my phone service off.

My phone stopped receiving calls. Upon calling Boost, I learned that the sim card needed to be updated. They sent one. I contacted them to activate it. Didn't work. They "elevated" it, said it would start working and that they would contact me. It didn't work and they didn't contact me. This happened three times.

I decided to switch services and tried to port my number. In order to do this, I had to have the account number. It's not online and customer service won't give it to you. They told me I'd have to go to a Boost Mobile store to get it. I did this twice and finally got a number. It didn't work. Customer service would not help me, continuing to tell me to visit a store.

Their customer service is a joke, and their service is average at best. Steer clear.

I called boost mobile checking the status of a ticket at 8:45pm est. The representative I spoke with did not want to resolve my issue so I requested a supervisor. The rep told me she was getting me a supervisor and then muted me and never said anything else.

26 on March 15 from Boost mobile, but canceled it on the same day and asked a confirmation email. The call agent said the email will be send out within 48 hours so I trusted.

However, I received a sim card after 4 days instead of refund or the confirmation email. - I have never activated, not even opened the box of the sim card, or used their service since I canceled on the same day I paid.
