I have a complaint about Data usage My data runs out really quickly and I have done everything possible to prevent that from happening. I have been a customer for many years and the service has changed from fair to terrible.

It is not fair to myself or all of the loyal customers that our data is cut off without notice and then it's hard to get back into the system to add more minutes to my plan. Customers should be given notice ahead of time when data is running low also we should be allowed data to get back into the system to add more minutes.

I have experienced this twice and it's unfair. I practically live on the internet and it's very frustrating to lose my data. Since the company has changed hands things are worse then before, extend the data so we can stay connected and allow more…

Went to store 3005 Springhill ave ste F Mobile Al 36607 Went to store around 12:15 pm get new services ported my number over it took about 10 minutes after that employee couldn’t get new device to active are work! I spent 3 hours in boost mobile store after I spent my money & was late for work because of boost service & employee which was polite in the beginning then end up been very rude to me after I asked for supervisor name..

I’ve lost out on money sitting in store of no knowledge updated of device til 3 hours later.. I’m highly upset never sat in any cell phone store for 3 hours with no apologies at all was said to me.

I want to cancel my service asap!! This wasn’t fair to me at all

Very very poor service! I bought a brand new iPhone SE 5/4/22; I login to account and someone else names on the account and another device; my service stop working altogether after a month for 5 days before it was fixed; but

after that I haven’t been able to login to my account; throughout this process I’ve called customer service maybe a hundred times; they are useless; really can’t understand why I’m paying you people for this awful service; my phone is slow constantly spinning and I just paid my bill; I need it to be fixed or upgraded to a better phone.

BEWARE IF THEY MAKE A MISTAKE THEY CAN'T RESOLVE THIS ONE.. People are right Boost Mobile not only has poor coverage in area's they claim are good since moved to 5G but they also have a poor customer service department. Though some reps are nice and try to be professional there's usually too much background noise and chatter from other reps which is distracting and annoying, add in a language barrier with repeating yourself and you'll realize how unprofessional Boost Mobile is.

The other issue I learned from my new provider T-Mobile was that my (IPhone 12) was locked by Boost Mobile and couldn't be transferred until Boost released it. Boost Mobile customer service should have advised or at the very least warned me at that time I confirmed my account with them and was switching service…

67 in my wallet acct. Was not used to come off my auto pay. I was counting on that money to come off. It caused me to bounce a check. It costs me $80. I'm on a fixed income. I have no way to pay the $80. Oh I got $7.

I bought an iPhone plus on June 24, I said I wanted a 3rd line. The worker sold me an iPhone X, which was larger. I am 66 years old so I took the worker that this x was larger.

I brought the phone back because the iPhone X was not a plus and the screen was very small. The worker said 8 plus would be in on July 1st. I came back on that day and of course NO 8 plus.

The worker said it was 7 days so there was nothing I could do. After I said technically it was the 7th day and he say no and I could not get my money back. Then he went in the back and I waited for about 15 minutes.

Then he told me for an old iPhone 8plus it would cost me $481 I felt I was scammed. I let him know I would not do any more business with dishonest people and in a month I would not be doing business with them.

I’m the primary on my boost account and my phone was stolen and I couldn’t report my phone to boost on the website unless I cancel my entire family line and I couldn’t remember my Apple ID password so I changed the phone number and misplaced the paper. I tried to call boost and I verified all my other line phone numbers and passcode and the agent said he doesn’t have access to tell me my number and nobody will be able to at boost.

I went to the boost store and couldn’t pay my bill and my service is cut off and I was given only the option to get rid of my entire family plan and my current boost. If nobody at boost can tell me my number so I can pay my bill, how did they know my number to be able to suspend my service??

I love boost but this so disappointing that I will be leaving

My daughter set up my Virgin Mobile Account (Boost took over account). MY DAUGHTER DIED IN NOVEMBER, 2019. I do not know the security code or email address she used (it is not my email address since it started with asaleik. net.

I phoned Customer Service Line and was told I could not do anything without security code. I went to Boost Mobile office in Bellevue, PA. I went to Citizens Bank and they were unable to stop payment on their end.

My son called Boost Mobile Customer Service. He could do nothing for me. They said they texted security code to my cell phone (I CAN NO LONGER CHARGE UP CELL PHONE - IT IS BROKEN). I filed a complaint with BBB today and am waiting for them to get back to me. PIlease help me.

In the process of moving so I didn’t have my home internet so I paid to have unlimited data. For 3 weeks and hundreds of calls still unable to use my data! They suggested I didn’t pay my bill! They had balls to ask if I would mind driving to a place to use their wifi!

Contacted Boost Mobile on June 23,2022 asking for a phone unlock. Moved to an area where there is no cell signal with Boost but found a carrier that works. Representative said it was no problem. I called to get an account number that I was not aware that was on the account. I thought my account number was my phond number. And was unable to get this number because I didn't want to answer whom I last called. This is ridiculous!

I pay my bill every month, I should be able to get the account numer to my account. Outraged! You're losing a customer

On May 31, 2022, I, Ms. 00 which was to extend service thru month of June. The next day, I noticed a double charge. We spoke to Boost and they stated "oh yes, that's a credit payment"for next month). 00 "credited" fee Boost double-dipped from my credit card.

Boost has their months payment; yet suspended phone service immediately. Plus another double payment was made in a Gladstone store 6/25/22 mid-day; and he still has no service! After buying a phone from boost online, there was no sim card when received. After calling to discuss customer service begrudgingly agreed to send one. Almost a week later after receiving the Sim card I contacted Boost to inquire about returning the phone and card. The rep agreed but then reversed accepting the refund and told me it could not be returned and I would have to eat the $500! Please contact and rectify this issue when ever possible. Thank you.

The store at 603 S Center St, Bloomington, Il. was closed at a little after 9:00. The sign on the window said the opened at 9am. But the lighted sign said closed. I called several times an didn't get an answer.

After 11:00am I called and the gentleman assured me that they were open. After walking all the way over there, the lighted sign said OPEN.

However, the door was locked. I knocked several times and got no answer. I am coming up on 70 years old and walking twice in this heat is very difficult. If your website and the sign in the window said a different time it would be open, I would have waited until that time to go over there.

I hope the person running this store doesn't get paid for hours not worked.

I have made FOUR phone calls so far to request that Boost Mobile UNLOCK my Samsung Galaxy phone which was connected to Boost for 10 months. After speaking to 3 different people and providing all needed info : my name, phone number, account pin, and telling them the account was inactive as I am now living in Ontario Canada.

I asked that my phone be UNLOCKED - I provided the IMEI etc. I had no answer or a variety of unsatisfactory answers; the last person telling me today that because I was only with Boost 10 months they could NOT unlock the phone. This is totally unacceptable.

I was with Virgin prior to Boost. Boost took over Virgin and so my account went to Boost automatically. I was not a NEW Boost customer, I came from Virgin where I had an account for 5+ years. Not a new boost account…

I was trying to get my daughters phone reactivated and customer service advised me to get a SIM card at the closest Boost store but not to pay the $35 activation fee and call them back. I went to the store and they told me they can’t sell just the SIM card.

I called another store and they told me I absolutely can. I told them about one of their sister stores denying to sell me just the card and the lady asked me how is that her problem. I feel the stores are being operated with different agendas.

I should be able to go to any store and get the same service. I will be switching carriers because of this simple issue.

My son joined the army. He didn't know boost held him captive since we didn't purchase phone through them or have a contract. But they locked his phone and when he wanted to go out on his own, they wouldn't unlock it.

I will now cancel all service and cut ties. Their customer service is the worst I've ever seen and I am so pissed because now I cannot talk to my son at all

I ordered a new phone through the insurance. It was promised delivery by Friday, 6/10/22, but my phone did not arrive until today. 6/13/22. Actually, two phones arrived in the same box. Clearly there was a mistake so I contacted Likewize to let them know and they were able to tell me which device was the correct one and instructed me to contact Boost to activate it.

None of that is my complaint, I realize that was an issue with Likewize but I wanted to give you the whole story so you can underatand my frustration. I have the $35 unlimited talk and text plan. I ran out of data and did an add-on for $5. After that data ran out I was unable to send or receive text. I called 611 on my phone and it was difficult to understand the agent due to a language barrier and she was very unknowledgeable.

I called again, once again a language barrier and this lady was more clueless that the first one. She suggested that I turn my phone on and off. As if I hadn't tried that several times already. No one can tell me why I cant text when it's supposed to be included in my plan.

On 6/16 I paid my phone bill to have my service reconnected. It did reconnect, but 30mins later a question mark appeared over the signal bar. 5hrs trying to resolve my problem. Chris and two other female employees didn't catch their names INTENTIONALLY hung up on me.

Which added to my frustration. 2 supervisors Mancini and Amy DID try to help but with no resolve. Conclusion I paid $60 for no service. I would like to have the service that I paid for or my money back.

I have had nothing but trouble with Boost Mobile!! Before Boost, I had Virgin Mobile, and since they switched over, I have had to get a new Sim card and it didn't make anything better;--but only worse!! I have contacted them by phone 5 times since January20th of 2022, and talked to a "real" person who supposedly solved my problem.

But things only got worse! but I called to have them reconfigure me, but it is even worse!! I cannot text anyone that doesn't have an iphone!! They text me, but when I try to reply, it never gets delivered.

This has been going on now for over 4 months and I keep calling them and giving them "another chance. "Now I've had it and want my money for the past four months refunded, but now can't even get ahold of a REAL person when I call the customer service…

We stressed to the boost mobile representative that we had iffy phone service and needed to be able to change back to Verizon if boost didn’t work in our area he promised us it would work and that if we need to change back it was no big deal. Of course it was a big deal and my daughter has lost her number and boost mobile does not work in our area without using Wi-Fi calling. Customer service is awful!

One person told us that if I didn’t give him permission to call me back in 10 minutes he was going to hang up on me in two minutes anyway because that was their policy. What a joke…

Yes. I have been with this company over 16 years. And this is how it ended. I purchased a new phone iphone se.. as soon as I received it I sent it back the same day. Phone wasn't as expected so was told to send back within 7 business days. Which I did..

89 within 7-14 business days.. never happened I kept calling to find out why.. and was told they never received it.. ok.. I send them the tracking # and rma number.. still cant locate. Was told to contact my financial institution to let them put a stop payment on the transaction by one of the boost customer service rep.

Do NOT USE BOOST MOBILE. They will steal your money and not send the phone. I ordered 13 days ago, they gave me fake tracking. When I called yesterday the supervisor said there some sort of glitch and this happened to a ton of people.

I called back today, different supervisor said oh no it’s not their fault and basically he couldn’t help. I had to wait another 14-17 days for a phone to come or possibly a refund. So they have my $500, I have no phone or real time frame, they know damn well the phone never shipped. So I’m waiting for nothing.

Chose another provider wisely!

Boost upgraded to 5G. After months of telling me my 3G phone would stop working 5/32/22 (I did not have a 3G phone, I have a 4G phone), they shut my service off with a week still paid for that I did not get back.

I am trying to move my number to a new provider but I need the account number for that. They refuse to give it to me. It's my account number, my phone and the number I have had for 20 years.

Why do they have the right to withhold this from me? All I want to do is move on and they will not let me port my number. They are rude and just keep reciting the same stuff at me and try to get me to upgrade to a 5G with them.

I want as far away from Boost as I can get. Terrible way to conduct business.

I bought the 5g celero at the beginning of the year and have had nothing but trouble with it since. Lose internet connection daily. Have to restart the phone everytime I go online so it will work half way decent.

I've had boost phones for at least 12 years and this is the worst one I've had. And going to the boost store in town won't help because the person working there doesn't seem to know much about phones.

I had free services three another company and boostmobile still charge my debt card 30.00 and it screw my account up and I got kicked off the free service well I had to call the company back and get everything straigthing out boostmobile agreed to refund my money back now it’s been 2weeks and I still have not recieved my refund iam writing this review for people to see how this phone carrier treat its clients now my next step is to go to better business burea because it’s the fact about it. I went to your store located at 1523 N Nova Rd, Holly Hill, FL 32117 at 6:25 PM (6/2/22). Store was locked, the sign (OPEN) was on and the guy that is supposed to be working is on the phone in the parking lot.

If a store is supposed to be open it should be open. If someone is coming back they should put a sign "be back in XX amount of minutes. If the store is closed it should read CLOSED. I work during the day and have little time to get to your store.

IT SHOULD BE OPEN UNTIL 7PM.

I was OVER boost mobile and attempted to switch and port my number over to another carrier but they wanted me to pay $60 just to give service to my phone for less than 1 hour in order for my number to be ported instead of them crediting the account temporarily! so my number is stuck until i pay my bill even though I'm switching carriers!
