I have a complaint about Data usage My data runs out really quickly and I have done everything possible to prevent that from happening. I have been a customer for many years and the service has changed from fair to terrible.
It is not fair to myself or all of the loyal customers that our data is cut off without notice and then it's hard to get back into the system to add more minutes to my plan. Customers should be given notice ahead of time when data is running low also we should be allowed data to get back into the system to add more minutes.
I have experienced this twice and it's unfair. I practically live on the internet and it's very frustrating to lose my data. Since the company has changed hands things are worse then before, extend the data so we can stay connected and allow more…
