00 a month. 00. 00 credit. They said I should of reported it earlier and will only credit for May. They said I switch to family plan. I said what is the other phone number on account. They said I only have one.

So how is that a family plan. The are refusing to credit my account. This is their error. I have never heard such a thing. Worst customer service ever 619 966-7120 kathy I ask to talk to a manager said he could not transfer me or give me his number. His name was Frank.

I refused to continue business there after I went there little before 6:00pm on April 3,2022 to pay my phone bill and resolve a Hotspot issue. I heard from 4 folks so far that these people are rude and consider the customers as ghetto.

I really do think think they will last years at this location without Boost getting sued,cooperate should do a favor and pull their contract because their behavior does not represent Boost Mobile .

This is keeps going on every time for a long time and I'm tired of it I think I'm going to go to another company now. Every time I tried to go into my account and it keeps going and it keeps going and it doesn't change and I talked to the Boost Mobile customer and it still didn't change. And it's still going to happen the same thing in June right.

I went to my local Boost Mobile on 317 E Lake St, Minneapolis, MN 55408. I was having trouble turning on my phone and activating it. When I went into the store the man behind the desk would not even look at my phone. He said since I bought it online from Boost Mobile it was probably faulty. He said I probably needed to buy a new one.

After googling how to to turn it on and activate, I found out that there was nothing wrong with it.

I was still struggling to activate it, so I brought it in. He refused to look at it and said he couldn't help me. Finally after a lot of convincing, he took a look and realized I had put the SIM card in upside down. I have had the worse experience of my life with Boost Mobile. I don't know where things went wrong but from the time when I was with them until now it's horrible all the way around. I joined boost when they 1st came out in 2001 until about 2019.

I rejoined Boost in 2022 and it is GARBAGE! I successfully ordered one phone. I had no issues with the address, everything was fine until it was time to order phone #2. All of a sudden it's not my name, they can't locate my address and the problems began.

I called customer service ASSUMING that they could help me. The 1st representative couldn't help and transferred me to someone who was supposedly able to help me. Unfortunately, I believed him in my demise. He placed the order with name in all lower case letters, he butchered my address…

The store has you sign a paper before an account is even set up saying for a refund you lose 25% of what you paid. i ask for our two phones to be unlocked, in which we passed the required time for both phones. after days of asking and dealing with rude customer service, hours on the phone with them, one of my phones was unlocked.

again countless time asking for other to be unlocked nothing its still locked. now i have switched to another service but my phone cannot be used why? boost mobile has it still locked! customer service is a joke! how do i get it unlocked!

I went into the boost mobile store on 3/17/2022 to switch two phones from Metro PCS to boost mobile located at 14084 Amargosa Rd 250 Victorville, CA 92392 Phone number is (760) 596-4555. This phone has extreme static during calls as well, as a voicemail that is set up in Spanish, i have had to make several visits to the location during the month of March with no results just excuses.

I purchased my device for my job and now that there is no way people can leave me voicemail messages due to the fact it's in Spanish. I am now in the Month of May 2022'. This is a scam to be sold a phone that messes with my employment as well as my day-to-day life.

This location needs to be looked into for scamming people and selling phones that are already set up. The retailer has made changes to my account…

Almost everybody that I know in a 5 mile radius uses Boost Mobile, T-Mobile, or Sprint. They all use the same cell towers(at least in my area), and nobody has had service for about a week now. This is atrocious, and unacceptable.

A big screw you to the idiot who's executive decision made part of the Texas Hill Country a dead zone for cell service. Get it together or transfer your contracts to a better company, and get a call center that can actually comprehend English!

We have had u guys for 7 yes and left bc of issue. And then we come back been here now and I use a reuse card where u can use same pin for ur service I put 100 on it and now I been fight with boost over it it my mins and

gave them everything over and over and now it been a week no phone for my family plan instead I havent been able to work bc no mins no not.. If I could give no stars I would. I paid my bill on April 1st which was a Friday. On Sunday my friend put me on his plan through another company. I was told that I would get a refund for which I paid. I paid 59.99. When I talked to someone on that Tuesday they said that the request they put in on Monday was denied. This was totally uncalled for. I have been calling for the last 2 weeks or so and no one would give me answers. 59.99 iss aloe of money for 1 1/2 days of use. I'm on a fixed income that is why I went with boost almost 3 years ago. I want to know why.

Network boost mobile and they refuse to do it because my grandpa gave me the phone and don't remember his pen or none of his information because he has a learning disability and can't remember that good so he gave me the phone and the refuse into unlock it for me because I know everything but the pin or the other information to have the network around a lot and I think it's bad business for boost mobile to do that because somebody can't remember something when after so long it should be unlocked that's not right to me

Boost Mobile Stores is scamming people out of money. Everytime I buy a new device not a new line, they insist on activating it & charging me $45 plus taxes. When I can activate it at home for free & purchase phones for way cheaper than the Boost Mobile Stores.

We were trying to get our account # the store on Western in Amarillo told us we had to contact 611. We had lost our phone so that was not an option. 00 to set the phone up and the same employee did no such service.

We went to the store on 34th and she gave us the wrong account #. So thanks to the customer service we are no longer customers of Boosts

I added a bolt-on and i wanted to cancel it after the first month cause i need more data. So i called at least 5 times and they said I can’t cancel it. I mean i would give it zero stars but I can’t.

Anyways, it said online that you can cancel anytime. So i called customer support and they made a lame excuse that their system was changing. Don’t go for the cheap the expensive is better. DO NOT BUY THIS COMPANY!

Bad customer service. I work in the Quality Assurance Department for 7 years. Every rep I spoke work on 03/30:2022 would fail. Calls were drops and no one called me back especially after I provided the order number. All these calls back and forth went on about 2 to 4 hours.

So this morning I call again and got the order canceled and provided a cancellation number. I was also told I would receive an email which never happened so now as I type this on the phone again. This is so unacceptable.

I left Boost 4 yrs ago because of bad customer service. I purchased a phone for my boyfriend but I am about to tell him to leave boost. So now this call as drop. Let’s see if anyone will call back

I went to this location (2715 N Market St Unit 3, Wilmington, DE 19802) to upgrade my phone and I regret it!. The 1 black man thats always in there talks fast, moves fast and has a loud attitude that just make you want to argue with him.

Any way I upgraded my phone on 03/23/2022 since I got the phone its been freezing, dropping calls and my screen turns black at times EVERYDAY! I called the store on 03/30/2022 the man said bring the phone back with the receipt, the box all that and I did.

their return process for phones is ridiculous. they give no electronic record of a return authorization, and no confirmation that the product is received. they basically hold you to ransom that the product was returned, even after paying for insurance and shipping/tracking service with confirmed signature delivery.

I contacted customer service to Boost Up, I had an issue with pricing and asked to speak with a manager or supervisor. I waited on hold for about 1 hour and 10mins then received Alex he was very rude and unprofessional. I didn’t get my issue resolved which makes me want to quit the service.

My mom's in a wheel chair can't get around good so I go to boost to get her the free wifi box it to a week to qualify and then the girl wouldn't give it to me cause of my attitude, so imagine how that would make you feel they need to get rid of her, they should have 0 tolerance for someone doing a customer like this, it is the boost store in anderson sc in homeland park.

Bought a iPhone from boost at us hwy 1 Port St Lucie FL. From the moment the clerk who himself works as bad as my phone does. Horrible experience nightmare the clerk finds anything to argue relaxing my phone. Says it is normal for safari open up in google.

Boost Rep; do not know what they are doing. They have messed up my service and caused me to come out of pocket more than I could afford. One rep could not activate my phone so he changed my 80.

dollars a month service that I have had for over four years to 100 dollar family plan of three people. The 80. dollar service was only for two lines. I contacted another rep today that totally screwed my service up.

I explained my situation to her and she totally changed my two line plan to 50 dollars each. She totally cut off my service and I basically had to start over. I called another rep who was also a lost cause, stating she could not help me get back my plan.

Boost who are you hiring because these people are not qualified to satisfy your customers. Now I am looking for another service…

i purchase a Samsung Galaxy S10 on Boost Mobile website, now the horrible customer Rep, is saying the phone is not 5g compatible. Before,i purchase this phone. I called Boost Mobile customer, i ask if the phone was 5g compatible, I ask the question several time. i have been on the phone with Boost Mobile three hours today and 2 hours on 03/01/2022. I pay for Todos Mexico Plus to be able to make and receive calls and texts when I'm in Canada or Mexico. I recently had to buy a new phone to access their new network. Since activating my new phone I am unable to call Canada.

I've talked to their customer no-service (which are clowns in India working from home) 4 times. Each time I get the same response - restart your phone or call back from another phone. I would think that the answer is pretty simple when I activated the new phone the Mexico plan didn't get activated.

I think that 1 star is too generous. I am going to be looking into another carrier

I visited the Boost office on Fondren Road, Jacob plaza, Texas today. I went with my one year old son to help with my husband as his plan needed renewal. When it was my turn, the representative gave my turn to another client.

I asked it wasn’t turn and he responded that he is the representative and he decides. He spoke rude and handed a number to me to call and do the it myself. I believe he mistreated me because I was different race and not rich, was dressed differently.

He prioritized the client more similar to him. I hope Boost improves its customers service and be committed to respect and non discrimination towards its clients. Thank you

The company sucks. After them messing up my account and having me on the phone for over 2 hours. I was offered 0 dollars in compensation, and still had to pay a 100 dollar bill. Just to be able to keep my service active in order to be able to port over to another company!!!

I have been having problems with your service since 2019. Someone in house with Boost Mobile was stealing money off my Boost Mobile Account using address 270 Baseline Street Marina 93933. I reported this to your company 2 years ago and someone in the Boost Mobile company was using my money on my Boost Mobile Account.

The store at 110 highway 60, lake wales, fl 33853 is always locked when I try to pay a bill. Today at 2:30 pm est it was locked up. When it is open there's always an excuse why its closed so much.

I can try at 10:30 am after open time and it's been closed. I've tried 12 pm-1 pm and it'll be closed, which I would say lunch time. But after 1:30pm it should be open. PLEASE do something. I like the store cause its walking distance for me

I rely on people's honesty when I'm dealing with them. I told him what I needed to be able to do with the phones. He sold me the cheapest phones he could get his hands on. All I saw was they were Samsung Galaxy.

Here we go again. 00 per month for Telephone service. Yet each month I get no data for my Iphone. Last month I had no data. Spring of 2020 to July of 3021 I had no data. I want my money back or my bill credited.

I moved in March of 2021. I have had alot of signal problems. I call and they reset my phone. A couple weeks later my sons phone started doing the same thing. Dropped calls no internet connection. So I bought a wifi from them. 50$ a month.

That seemed to have helped with the internet part. Not for long. Same problem again. I called all the time. I would be on the phone with customer service for hours. Each time they would want to reset my phone.

I'm trying to explain that resetting my phone don't fix it. I have 4 on my account and none work. But they don't listen. They check the tower and say it's good. I still can use the phones. Now December I'm told it's a bad sim card.

My name is Ronald Barr and live in Kingwood Texas. My wife and I have Samsung S8 phones tied to Boost Mobile. We were notified that we needed new sim cards for our phones. We got them from the local Boost store.

I called Boost mobile more than 10 times today and talked with tech support 4 times to get the sim cards activated. They cannot make my phone work with the new sim card and there appears to be no solution.

My phone does not work and there is no one who is competent to make it work although 4 service techs said they could. It is nearly impossible to get someone on my home phone to address this issue. I have spent 10 hours today with absolutely no success.
