00 a month. 00. 00 credit. They said I should of reported it earlier and will only credit for May. They said I switch to family plan. I said what is the other phone number on account. They said I only have one.
So how is that a family plan. The are refusing to credit my account. This is their error. I have never heard such a thing. Worst customer service ever 619 966-7120 kathy I ask to talk to a manager said he could not transfer me or give me his number. His name was Frank.
There error and they will not return my money
