22 I purchased a new phone and changed my carrier to Consumer Cellular. The sales person told me that Boost services would be cancelled. I than received a bill from Chase for my Boost Mobile. 22 and spoke to representative Ann, she told me Boost was cancelled and not to pay the bill. Ref#I-218-469-2330.

Now I am getting donning texts from Chase with interest and late fees applied to my balance. I would NEVER recommend Boost as a mobile carrier. have now been on hold with Chase for 40 minutes, all because Boost is a miserable company including their representatives!

Customer Service is the worst I've ever encountered!!! As a brand new customer, I contacted Tech support to obtain answers to questions.

First spoke with Miguel who refused to identify his department when he answered. When requested repeatedly to transfer me to a supervisor and left me on hold for 27 minutes never returned to the line. His command of English was poor as was his attitude. 2nd try.

Almost inaudible voice still wouldn't address the issue for which he left me on hold never to return. Seriously, is there any professionals employed there?? If so, where are they hidden. While I truly like the phone, I will return it immediately!!

Hello. My name is Viola Thomas. I just received my new sim card for my phone from boost and I called the number listed on the package for a representative to activate my phone. I have a Galaxy S9. The representative walked me through the steps to get the new card activated. Once activated, the card did not work in my phone and now I am without a phone. I ordered a Dish Celero phone with a year of service from them for $280. I was told I qualified for the year of service even though I was an existing customer. Once I got the phone and activated it, they told me I couldn't get the year of service because I was an existing customer.

They have even admitted that they told me I qualified before I ordered it. They refuse to make it right.

Went to boost mobile store in Foley Al will never go back there again the black woman who worked there seen us at 7:30 pm pull up she locked the door on purpose and went to dollar tree next door she stayed gone a few minutes my friend went to dollar tree she was telling the workers she hopes we don't come in there very rude person and not friendly.

Bought a Samsung Galaxay AO2s phone from Boost Mobile on Decembe 31, 2021. Have been unable to activate the phone since receiving it on approximately January 7, 2022. There is a history of any contacts and talks with technicians, none of whom have been able to resolve an activation problem. I have been a boost customer on and off for years. My telephone number originated with Boost. I ported my number back from Metro T Mobile in June 2021. On Thursday January 20 my service stopped working. I have spent COUNTLESS hours on the phone with support and in the stores for a week now trying to figure out why.

A few days ago I was finally told that some how my telephone number had been ported to Metro T Mobile. I did not request a port. After another day went by they were able to tell me that when we ported my number in June that something went wrong.

I had been a Virgin Mobile customer with two phone numbers for many years and was transferred to Boost Mobile on a pay-lo plan. Recently I was informed that I needed to upgrade my phones. #443-373-1185 and 443-373-7033. I ordered two new flip phones from Boost off of the website Order ID: ek-bepp-970302177 on 11/23/2021 and Order ID: ek-bepp-970626420 on 11/29/2021.

I waited to activate them until December. After trying to activate online and making numerous calls to customer service and repeating many times, that my phones were not activated - I was told I needed to go to a store.

Hello, I want to register a complaint. My number is 248-254-2849. Previously I was a boost customer. But after using 4 months of Boost service, My phone shows Not compatible with Boost service. So I ported out my number to a different Carrier.

I was having $35 left in my account. After that I have contacted Boost Customer service number of times for Refund. Every time they would take my request & told me I will get a refund in 4-5 days. But didn't received yet.

During the transition 5G I was told to take my old phone in to a Boost Mobile Store and they broke my phone, they asked me to wait during which time I had no access to a phone, my student email and my canva how I could submit my homework for school which requires 2 step verification.

After giving them a chance to fix my phone and failing I terminated my service with them and requested money back for services they could not provide and their solution was to offer me credit for a company I didn't want to do deal with. Several times they lied to me stringed me along.

I'm a longtime customer, & was given the option to buy a phone on Boost Mobile's payment plan. I bought the Samsung Galaxy s9, & made my last payment July 2021. Now I'm told, because of the changes within the company, my phone will no longer be compatible & I have to buy a new phone!

What's worst is Boost Mobile knew about the changes in February, while I was still making payments on a phone they knew wouldn't be compatible, and said nothing. They just kept accepting my payments. This is not only very poor customer service, but it's almost a crime!

The location at 123 West Capital Drive Milwaukee,WI 53212 is AWFUL The man was having a full conversation with another male co worker while I was in the process of getting an upgrade on my phone. They forgot I was I standing there.

I recently moved from a big city to the middle of nowhere. Boost Mobile does not get coverage in the area I now live in. I have $20 left on my account which is $50 per month. I can not get phone calls or text messages.

I asked boost mobile to unlock my phone that was paid for so I can use with another carrier. It's now almost a week later and still not unlocked. I have talked to about 6 people and they all said my phone has been unlocked.
