22 I purchased a new phone and changed my carrier to Consumer Cellular. The sales person told me that Boost services would be cancelled. I than received a bill from Chase for my Boost Mobile. 22 and spoke to representative Ann, she told me Boost was cancelled and not to pay the bill. Ref#I-218-469-2330.
Now I am getting donning texts from Chase with interest and late fees applied to my balance. I would NEVER recommend Boost as a mobile carrier. have now been on hold with Chase for 40 minutes, all because Boost is a miserable company including their representatives!
