I’ve purchased a brand new UNLOCKED iPhone 11 Pro Max and brought it to boost where I already had an account with for over 8 years, I get it switched over to my new phone and then a month goes by and my service begins to become terrible and on top of that the customer service I received was even worse.

But long story short I came to the conclusion that I would like to take my phone and business to a different carrier and I have now found out that boost had LOCKED my phone to their carrier and refuses to unlock it until I have the phone connected to their services for a year straight.

I feel I have been robbed because I’m unable to take my phone that I purchased from apple to any carrier I choose even though boost mobile is not a contract company... any suggestions or advice?

I am paying 50.00 a month for unlimited talk text and data it is not unlimited it is a cap of 35 GB after the 35 gb the phone slows down to the point where it wont even let me get online this is false advertising and i will be switching over to another service . this really dont make no sense

I went to the holland mich boost mobile.in washington ave the lady was rude and she took my sims card out of my old.phone and kept it. Now.i cant reactive my phone since she was rude about me activating my new phone I had just bought . With the new 5 g sims.card .she said I had to get a newer phone I'm not sure what to do next since I jaus purchased a phone.

Changed service so Samsung phone no longer gets internet. Replacement phone is Moto g 2021 which is clunky & awful. Spent hours to stop unwanted app downloads & shortcuts. Had to install replacement apps for some like calculator which gave cents in fractions.

Now find strange service codes in contacts & can't delete them. But many of MY contacts are missing. Why is 211, 411, 711, Miss dig stuck in my contacts? Just hate the phone: size, keypad, functions etc.

I am a long time boost mobile customer. I recently called customer service to have a phone line token off of my family plan and the agent on the truly didn’t listen to anything that I said. The agent said that she was taking the phone off my plan but instead she changed my primary number.

I am a small business man with past and future clients tied with that number. I called customer service again to rectify the problem and was told that even though I did consent to have my number changed I would have to pay to have it changed back.

The agent promised that if I paid that I would receive my primary number back. Instead I received a different number with someone else’s name on the account. I called once again to try to rectify the problem and was totally disrespected by the agent.

I am a long time boost mobile customer. I recently called customer service to have a number token off of my family plan. Instead the agent changed my primary phone number. I called customer service again to ask how was that possible when I didn’t ask or give permission for a number change. The conversation got nowhere.

I called the next morning to ask why mu number was changed and the agent said that it was changed from the computer. I am the only person on the account who knows my information and password. It is to my knowledge that in order to change a number that it was a fee involved.

I have contacted Boost Mobile after being on the phone for over an hour I was told I should expect my refund 7-14day. The representative stated October 14, 2021 which placed on the 14th day of return of refund.

Contacted Boost Mobile once again on October 21st due not receiving my refund. Was told by a representative that this request for manual refund will be completed should receive the refund in 72 hours. Same excuse on 11/2/2021 and again today 11/9/2021.

hello, I am contacting you due to the poor service that I received at Boost. I went in to switch my mobile phone service due to lack luster customer service at my previous provider. I found the phone that I liked and and was told to get my account number from my previous company so that they could start the process of porting my number.

Mind you I entered the store at 1:30 pm and the process was complete at 3:45pm. The two employees lacked customer service skills and were probably not trained well. I was not told about the phone features and as the switch process was going on I was not updated on why it was taking so long, I was not told that I had to automatically be on a 60 dollar plan.

I have been a Boost Mobile customer for years. I was offered to pay for a phone on a payment plan. I picked the Samsung Galaxy s9. I made my last payment in July 2021. I recently found out that because some changes are being made within the Boost Mobile network, after December, my phone won't work with Boost anymore.

Boost had this information in February, when I was still paying for this phone. Instead of informing me and giving me some options, they said nothing. They were quick to want the payments for the phone every month, but said nothing about the changes being made.

When I found out I contacted Boost and their solution was to buy a other phone on their payment plan! I just finished paying for this one! I am so fed up with Boost!

Have tried everything from going to store to customer service and still have same problem. Latest advice “buy another SIM card or wait 7-10 days for new one”! I drove twice to two different stores bought new card at second store!

Phone says NO SERVICE about 80-90% of the time.

Also it says NO NETWORK. I am very disappointed and angry at the response I received. What’s going to happen in January? A total blackout with useless phones.

Hello: Spoke with 2 reps outside of the US. Not happy that they are not familiar with issue since I see same question asked on Google. Problem: Most of my text messages sent as of Sunday, 10/17/21 evening have come in as No Subject and my messages are not being sent.

The reps have thick accents and fumble over words and do not seem to know what they are doing, especially working from home where they can't consult a coworker or supervisor on sight. Absolutely frustrating. : ( : ( : (

This is my last trying to solve this problem I applied for EBBP since September and I applied online and approved then received email from BOOSTMOBIL. Sys i am active now and I don’t pay anything for a whole year .

I’ve had poor service with Boost Mobil for a while now. My data and hotspot speeds go from 10Mbs to 200kbs from morning to night. That’s a 50 time degradation during a normal day. I’ve heard every excuse from customer service from we’re updating a tower to you’re running algorithms on me and changing my speeds intentionally.

After calling for two weeks straight I keep hearing we’ll have to troubleshoot your device. Obviously after doing the speed test throughout the day it is not my device but you intentionally degrading my speed on your network.

First of all I have been a loyal customer of Boost Mobile for almost years. Paid my bill every month. I received a text from Boost Mobile letting me know that as of Jan. 2022 there would no longer be prepay wireless.

I reached out to another company to set up service.

First I had to contact BM to get my phone unlocked took 3 days, which no one from BM contacted me, the new company checked for me. After finding out that me old phone is not compatible with my new service, I go to the BM store in Waynesboro VA.

Mother bought me an iphone from Boost for my birthday. She was tired of the poor reception i received and inability to contact me because of poor service. She didn't realize it probably wasn't the phone but network provider. By the time i got it as a birthday gift i wasn't able to return it.

They have a 7 day return policy. I also couldn't port it over to another provider because they locked it. This is an iphone 12 she paid almost 800 dollars for. If the bought the same phone through apple for the same price i wouldn't have any of these issues.

They won't let me return the phone and they won't let me port it to another provider. It is almost worthless to me now. an unused iphone 12 that is locked down by boost and won't get service on boost network in Northern AZ.

As I see I am far from the only supposed boost loyal customer that recently has been jerked around!!!! I’ve had boost for over two years and well let’s just say I’ve been loyal but am not treated as such.

Actually 5 years but 2 consecutively. QI’m one week into my billing cycle and to my surprise……. No service after ONE WEEk. No notifications that if you use your lovely add on hotspot incentive, not to mention that you recently put a cap on the so called “unlimited “ plan.

I've been with boost for over 10 years. I've never had any problems until now. The last 2 months, 2 weeks after I make payment, Im notified ive used all data. My name is Judith Ramsey and I have been with Boost Mobile for over a year now. We was told that boost had merged with T mobile and that we needed the t mobile Sim card to get better service.

Problem is our phones said emergency calls only . We have talked to several associates of Boost about a refund so we could go to another phone service that would work at my house. com ,send them a copy of the receipt and they would issue a refund.

Boost rendered my phone inoperable by adding my Galaxy S10 to the 5g expanded network I haven't had phone service since Saturday September 4, 2021. I called customer service to activate my daughter's replacement phone which had nothing to do with my phone.

The customer service representative put the sim information from my daughter's phone which is 5G compatible into my S10 Galaxy which is not compatible on 5G and they have a big notice saying if you put an S10 series Galaxy on the 5G network it will render it useless. My daughter then started receiving all of my text messages.

Boost mobile lied to me about having some other department checking to see why my data is gone from 8/27/21 until 8/30/21 I used my a total of 4 hrs and all my data is gone even with the add ons. My bill is $89 but I paid $125 just to make sure I had data no there telling me that I used it all up.

They told me that some one would contact me anywhere from 24hrs to 72hrs about my problem a supervisor told me that on the 8/30/21. When I called back yesterday I was told by customer service that they don't see anything in my account.

When I asked to speak to a supervisor I was on hold for a 1hr and 45minutes. I hung up. So basically boost mobile screwed me. I really am going to take my business somewhere else where they treat the customers with respect.

I haven't heard anything from boost mobile about my data. I paid my bill on the 27th of August 2021 I used my hot spot less than 4 hours and I was told that all my data was gone. When I paid my bill I paid for data add ons since there's no more unlimited data.

When I called on August 30th 2021 I was told I used up all my data for the month. That's a bunch of BS. I was told that they were going to get back to with in 24 to 48 hrs. That's a lie.

I paid my bill and some data add ons that was August 27,2021 I spent over a $125 today is the 30th of August and I have no data at all. I have to get restarting my phone to get some type of data.

I have a family plan. I used my hotspot twice and now I have no data and customer service tells me I used all my data that is allowed to me along with my add on data. It's been 3 days and all my data is gone.

I went into the store near me yesterday to get a new phone. I had got a insurance claim aporoved. The manager was just plain rude. I had been talking w the insurance co most the morning so I knew what I was dealing with.

He wouldn't listen to me, I showed him proof of everything, he basically called me a liar but when he threw his head back and sighed while rolling his eyes, I was done. An employee let alone a manager should never act that way.

I had a Boost Mobile phone for 3 years @ $50 a month plan. The internet never worked outside of my home except for Hot Spots. My phone quit working and the Boost store in our town closed so I purchased a new phone elsewhere with a new company.

When I switched over Boost promised me a refund for leftover prepaid service. I was told only after it was cancelled. Now they claim I had to ask beforehand. How can you do that if it's active at the time???

My phone was stolen and the thief changed my pin number and address information. When I called cs they instructed me to go to my local Boost Mobile store. Arriving at the store the agent says they can't help me call cs.
