I’ve purchased a brand new UNLOCKED iPhone 11 Pro Max and brought it to boost where I already had an account with for over 8 years, I get it switched over to my new phone and then a month goes by and my service begins to become terrible and on top of that the customer service I received was even worse.
But long story short I came to the conclusion that I would like to take my phone and business to a different carrier and I have now found out that boost had LOCKED my phone to their carrier and refuses to unlock it until I have the phone connected to their services for a year straight.
I feel I have been robbed because I’m unable to take my phone that I purchased from apple to any carrier I choose even though boost mobile is not a contract company... any suggestions or advice?
