I went to boost Mobile store yesterday because I wanted to set up new service for my son on his iPhone 7 plus the phone was working good before I bring it to the store and Bradley set up my new service for me and when he was finished he gave the phone back to me and told me everything was good to go so when I left the store and

got in the car and waited about 5 minutes trying to check and make a phone call to see the phone was working and it wasn't so I went back into the store and that's when the manager helped me then it was a lady so it never made the phone calls or something was wrong with the phone so the lady updated the phone she reseted the whole phone to factory reset and

I bought a phone at boost store in S. Zanesville Ohio on Monday aug 16, 2021. I specifically asked and was assured that the phone would make calls over wifi. when I attempt to use it for calling over WiFi I find it is not compatible with Boost.

I called the store 2 days later and got a different salessperson who said she had no knowledge of WiFi calling. She was not able or willing to connect me to management or have management call me. I told he I would return it and she said I would only get partial refund even tho they sold me the phone under fraudulent terms.

I and a friend went to the Boost store in Timberville, VA. She waned to switch her service from T-Mobile. 00 to connect. She was given a free phone. 00 with a better selection of free phones. I wanted to switch to prepaid Xfinity internet. 00. 00.

He brushed it off and made me feel as though I could not get that price. 00. We did not know the differences in price until after purchase. My friend took her phone in and another lady was working. She assisted my friend with setting up her phone that Mohammad had not done.

Also another customer came in while I was waiting. She said that she had brought her phone in for some assistance and he asked for her pin number. When she gave it to him he said it was the wrong one.

Elderly father with dementia. Has not been able to use phone in many months. Boost store reos not able to help him yet they kept sebding him awat allowing servuce/ charges to continue on his account.

He later lost the phone. And of course he does not remember the PIN.

So despite POA, I am unable to report the phone as lost nor am I able to cancel service. Why? Because to report it lost you need the PIN. To get a new PIN, you need the phone.

Multiple calls and pleas for assistance have resulted in some really rude treatment by Boost Mobile reps.

This is now a legal issue. Boost Mobile is taking financial advantage of an elderly man with dementia. Knowingly.

I've tried obtaining the phone numbers doing the calling, but Boost Mobile customer service indicates that they can not provide this information. Without the calling phone number I can not place them on a "do not call list". My account is being depleted by persons I don't want calling me.

Attached is a list of calls and amounts depleted from my account for the last 90 days. I want credit for calls received that I can not block.

My complaint is I received a text message from Boost today. My mobile is 0466079462 as with my email you don't really use it as you text using my mobile number. The text was to update my mobile app to My Mobile app.

I tried it and it says something went wrong and I went back to my old one and it says an error has occurred. So I've lost everything. I'd like an explanation asap please as I recharge through that app.

I had become very dissatisfied with boost mobile because of the very low signal and usually having to go outside to talk on the phone. Even doing that there was a lot of static at times. Then they switched to T Mobile a d said I needed to go to a store to get my free sym card, so I went to the store closest to me a it was closed for good went to the only other one in town and

My daughter has stolen 2 of my phones & after I disconnected the account in my ñame. Then your office ALLOWED her to turn the phones back on & she changed the sign in information Blocking me off of the account. I have contacted your company twice to no avail I also went to a Boost Mobil Store and presented my license to prove my identity also to no avail.

Changed my plan and then lost remaining service for the current cycle. Then told that it cannot be restored until I make a payment. The change was not supposed to take effect until the new cycle. Seems anytime there is a problem there is nothing they can do to change or fix the problem.

I'm switching to another service and will only give bad reviews and no recommendations to boost.

After activating the new free upgrade SIM card Boost Mobile sent me in the mail I lost all use of my cell phone while at my home address. I only had varying degrees of service at other locations while driving around near my home..

The final explanation for me was that it had something to do with my I Phone software and there was nothing further could be done. {I even used the text chat format to ensure that there was no misunderstanding of the problem} I then contacted another cell carrier to switch service and was told they could not help caused the phone was locked by Boost.

To my surprise boost advised I would have to wait another month because boost only unlocks phones purchased through them after a year. I cannot believe that they have no way to correct this particular problem…

I am a customer of Boost Mobile since 1/21 Since I joined Boost I have had two of the same phones Stylo 6. And I have had the exact same poor performance on both phones. I paid $50 to Brightstar the first time I experienced problems to have a replacement phone sent only to have that phone give me the exact same problems as the first.

Which is no one can hear me talking unless I put my phone on speaker phone. No one can seem to resolve this for me. Boost Mobile says it Lg problem contact them. This company is a joke. Website has been down all night. I get charged a convience fee to call customer service which they refuse to waive. I was paying as a guest as it is not my account. The rep then says Dial some crap on my phone to pay without fee.

Again I said this is not my account. After payment she tells me to go to website for further assistance. Again I told her website is freakin down, and since you can not tell me when it will be back up, just to keep checking.

This is the WORST service EVER. I HOPE MY WIFE CHANGES COMPANIES ASAP. My money is not earned to give to such crappy customer service.

On July 19th my wife Patricia and I entered the Boost Mobile Service Center at 435 Fulton Street Brooklyn to take advantage of a free promotion to upgrade her phone. Upon talking with the Boost Rep Mohammed A, we were told that we could have both our phones upgraded to 5G for $29.00 and $25.00; a total of $54.00 in total. Mohammed replaced the Sim Card on both our phones.

That night we received an email statement charging us $179.00. The statement does not outline what the charges are based on.

I have emailed Mr. Mohammed twice to correct or explain the charges. He has not responded

We would like the statement corrected to reflect a proper charge of $54.00.

I went to your store to upgrade my phone with a new sim card. The agent said he could not do it and I had to take it to another store. But he could sell me a new phone. 00.

So this sounded like a good deal so I bought it. 99. The next day I confronted the agent about screwing me out of money and he started yelling and tried to keep me from talking to him about it.

He wouldn't acknowledge that he over charged me. 00. This is the worst treatment I have ever received by an agent from any store of any kind. I will seriously look for other mobile phone service. I thought I was doing business with a professional company but this Boost agent slam dunked that idea.

I received a Sim Card along with instructions to update my phone to 5 G. in the mail from boost mobile on Thursday, July 15. I inserted the new Sims Card and was unable complete the update despite numerous attempts.

I called customer service and was on the line for more than one hour without any luck. Because I had tried to update my phone using the Sim Card I received from Boost Mobile, my phone was disabled. I could not make or receive calls or text messages.

On Friday, July 16th, I went to the Boost Mobile store on Memorial Drive in Decatur, Georgia. The employees at that location could not unlock my phone. They called tech support and the instructions provided by them did not unlock my phone.

1. I purchased a phone, samsung 20fe from boost mobile online. 21. I called customer service 20 mins later to switch service from my old phone to the new phone. I spoke to 7 different boost employees and one Samsung employee,.

In Clarksburg West Virginia area code 2630 100s of your customers are having trouble receiving and sending texts they only receive one to two bars of service in town. Even your own store employee admitting to getting countless complaints. Even after speaking to Customer Care numerous times they have yet to fix the problem it is all due to the upgrades you’re in the process of making to your towers.

going online without Wi-Fi is nearly impossible. The website will time out long before your phone can load. I personally use an iPhone which never should have this problem. Your Customer Care claims everything is operating properly but clearly with so many having the same problem that is not the case

My service stopped working entirely for 3 months when I was at work. My phone wouldn't make calls, receive calls, send texts or receive texts, I couldn't access the internet, NOTHING. I often could not clock in or out of work because of this, couldn't get a lot of my actual work done, and I used other people's phones to call all the time.

Meanwhile I was paying $50 a month. I chatted COUNTLESS representatives who kept saying oh theyre doing improvements to a tower, it will be working better within a day. Nothing. I called and called and chatted and chatted and NOTHING.

On June 18th I called this company to do me a favor to give me 2 days extension because my work make mistakes on paycheck they do not deposit my paycheck, I short of money in my bank because of the covid19 I really bad situation,I asked boost mobile to withdraw the payment 2 days after my due date because I do not want to overdrew from my bank, boost mobile told me no they prefer to cut my service, I am a customer for over 12 years this the first time I asked them that favor.

Boost Mobile is dishonest and makes excuses for not providing the customer 100% of what they pay for. I switched plans from a limited to unlimited internet plan, and the company tried to charge me the full amount even though I had only used 1/2 of my previously paid for plan.

A customer service rep hung up on me. Another one credited my account with what I had already paid for. Then, two weeks into having paid for unlimited internet for a month, my internet service was severely throttled to where pages wouldn't come up or would take minutes to come up as if it were 25 years ago using dial up.

That is not "unlimited" internet. To top it off, customer "care" referred me to the website and refused to give me an email or mailing address to make my complaints known, and a previous complaint…

I switched my son's plan from the $35 plan to the $50 plan paid the $50 then when I went back in to check my debit card statement there was a $35 payment and a $50 payment taken out of my account by boost Mobile I did not authorize a $35 payment so there should have never been $35 taken off of my card.

Then when I called to get it resolved I'm told that it I'm going to have to wait for them to refund it to me but they sure didn't wait or even ask permission to take out a $35 payment on top of a $50 payment that was already made I didn't authorize $35 I authorized only 50 so now I have an $85 payment to boost Mobile that was not authorized.
