I was with Sprint Mobile for years and when Boost was sold or got bought out, whichever the case may be on their corporate end of the transaction(s), Boost Mobile continued my service and kept my plan and monthly costs/payment the same that I had with Sprint without any changes for over a year.
Then, all of a sudden coming January 2021, I found myself not being able to text out full-text messages or send out pictures. 00 per month to be able to have full-text messages sent or pictures. every time I called all I get is some rude services rep and supervisor like Victor who was very arrogant and rude not willing to help me but they're quick to charge the monthly services fee knowing that I'm not getting my services will be changing company soon.

Boost mobile sold me a phone which as I was told was the only one they had. It had no instructions on how to use it. The clerk when we came in was to busy to wait on us as she was playing with her children in the back room.
We had to go back and get her which took a few minuets. I was given no instructions or information on how to use it. A grocery clerk showed me how to turn it on and answer. I was told today that I can't exchange or refund this unless it didn't work.

Over 72 hours ago my eligible phone to be unlocked was requested to be unlocked. From day one of having boost service my phone was eligible to be unlocked. I was told Thursday night that this would be done in 48 hours.
It is now Sunday night and nothing has been done. I was patient and waited over 48 hours now after speaking with 3customer service reps and two supervisor who blatantly lied to my face and said it would be done by 330 today It still has not been done.
Supervisor John told me to call back if not taken care of. I call back and could not talk to him. I spoke with supervisor David and he tells me that what John told me was incorrect. There was nothing he could do.
I ask to speak with someone over him and of course he couldn't do that. They have to call me back now I'm waiting…

I called Customer Service and spoke with "Juan" (Supervisor. I had a inquiry about my husband's data and he was not even answering my questions correctly. I told him that I was going to add some mor data to his phone and that after I do, his data will go away too fast again, I wanted for him to notate that I wanted a new phone with no charge.

I have been a customer with boost, and had my own device which was unlocked. I lost my device and thankfully had insurance on it, which took quite sometime to be processed but eventually it did after so much hassle.
I receive a phone which is locked and upon asking about it I was told that boost won’t unlock the phone before a year!!! I spoke to a supervisor and explained them the situation that my original phone was unlocked and I should get this phone unlocked but was told the same thing!!

I was a customer w/Boost about 10 yrs. Recently unable to make internet connection anywhere but in my home!!! I called boost 4/19 (my plan of 35.00 a month was due on 4/22) Rep. informed me if I increased my plan to 50.00 a month it would solve the issue. I paid 57.00 on the 19th based on info from Boost Rep. to absolutely no avail!!! I had no choice after years w/boost to change my carrier. I feel like I am entitled to a refund or at least a partial. I purchased a phone on the 31st of March. I called Boost because it did not work and the rep said this phone was not a good phone. The rep said I can only get the phone that I currently have.
I had seven days to return the phone, so I returned it the next day. The rep at the store would not take the phone and give me my money back. I called Boost and talked to three supposedly supervisors.
One said they would send me a box and I could return the phone and get my money back. Now, they keep giving me the run around. I do not want this phone and I want my money back, so I can get the phone I want.

I updated my data plan because my data was slow. From a $35 plan, I upgraded to a $50 plan now my data does not work AT ALL. I have called several times a day for four consecutive days after being told someone would contact me regarding my lack of ability to use my apps.
I can perform my job because my internet is NOT WORKING. I have been transferred to several representatives and none can help me. Some when they realize they can't help me, they place me on hold and hang up OR transfer me to "automated assistance" when promised to connect with technical support that can assist me with the issue.

They said no, so I asked again where does the money go and they simply said the money was lost. I find this very unfair to the consumer. I was forced to go to Spectrum due to the terrible service and many cities I visit I cant get any service at all.

I went to the store in Reisterstown, MD to sign up for a cell phone. 00. Therefore, I attempted to do it online at lease 6 times and was unable to activate my phone. I purchased an SIM CARD KIT.

I decided to restart my plan and renew service so that i would have a nice new whopping 12gigs of hot fresh hotspot for my work i do on my laptop at home. So it restarted the service for me but didn't restart the mobile hotspot so i called customer service to get a fix for this issue.
