Boost sold me a phone that does not work on the network where I live. I have to drive away from my home to to get a signal. Called customer service, they performed a reset. Did not work. Boost will not let me return as they stayed shipping time counts on the 7 day return policy.

Then they really screwed up reactivating my old phone. They changed my number( didn't tell me) and it never connected to the network I even "reboosted" the account which they took the money, did not connect phone to the network, and state they do not show a payment.

It was drafted immediately from my acct. So Boost Mobile is a bunch of thieves.

hi so i was trying to change my monthly to a daily plan but apparently they could not do a thing about it so i decided to call supervisor he was very rude and ontop he canceled my account and change my pin now i have to pay to get my phone turned back on and on top the supervisor changed my pin and cancelled how does a supervisor do that and

not get in trouble so i have no phone or phone number and no place to actually get answers for this its absolutely appalling that they would let one of there supervisors do this i have nothing but malice towards this phone company and they have no right to cancel my service and i have had the same phone number for 7 years

We have been Boost customers for over 5 years. We recently updated all 5 of our phones. We paid for 4 of the 4 outright and tried to use our boost up option for the 5th. The order was processed, money taken from our account, and then canceled within 24 hours over 7 times.

We have spoken to over 20 reps, done everything they have suggested and it will not process. Now we attempted to just purchase it outright and it’s doing the same thing! We have dealt with this since March 23 (it’s currently April 4th) and every time we order it processes, we get an confirmation order, the money is taken out of our bank, and then is canceled within the day!

So now we’re stuck with a company that and four new phones and no solid bc I need the 5th phone! They just keep telling us to go to a store - we…

Can't contact human. Can't purchase phone online. Phone system is a joke. Eventually ordered a phone and found human to talk to and even received a confirmation number and email along with charging my account. W T F! Boost also cheated me out of the 15% off promo code.

I’ve been trying for 2 weeks to get an issue resolved to no avail. I’ve spoken to several people and have literally gotten the run around. I purchased and paid off a phone through the boostup program. Did an upgrade after that and now that phone is being tagged as lost or stolen.

Which it is neither lost nor stolen. I’ve waited patiently for emails and callbacks but have yet to receive either. I’m being told the escalation department is going to take care of the matter but they have yet to do so.

I’ve been with boost since 2018 and I’m ready to leave!!

There is an employee of yours named either Nicky Maymi or Nicky Garcia. He or she gave my phone number out to an ex boyfriend of mine whom happens to be his cousin. I have a order of protection on my ex boyfriend for stalking and physical abuse.

This employee of yours need to be fired immediately. He gave my number out without my permission. I'm not sure what Boost location he or she works at but he put my life in danger by doing so.

Need phone to be unlocked. I have been with boost for a year by the end of March.

However on the mean time a phone brooke and had to replace phone. Boost wants me to continue with the service for one more year to unlock phone. I am moving out of state and I need my phone. Horrible service.

I started with boost back when they was with Nextel up untill the end of January 2021 then i switched to Verizon every phone i got from them i paid for in full my stylo 5 was bought last year . Boost will not unlock my phone they said i was short 8 days of a year having my phone with them .. there has got to be something done about them

Boost’s $50 “unlimited” plan has a quickly reached 35gb limit that does not operate @ 4g as promised. After that limit is reached for the next three weeks the phone is at the bottom end of 2g, inadequate for media.

If you change plans you get zero rollover credit. Lying and stealing during a pandemic: nice!

On August 3rd 2020 a boost mobile male operator charged me for the iPhone 8 phone, and I never received it. I also called my bank (chase bank) and they too verified that my money was taken by boost. I have been with boost mobile since 2007, and 2020 a new worker decides to steal from a customer.

Truly unprofessional and he should get fired. He put the order date April 8th 2020, and the order status was cancelled, and he didn't give me no tracking number. The phone color was space gray which I didn't pick, 64 GB.

I have been with boost since around 2007. I even went through the shrinking payment plan you are offering now and got my payment down to $35. After about a year fon problem happened and got new fon but you told me that i was back to paying $50 again.

Now this past few months been having problems with this fon. Called and you said you added data. I already had unlimited data. And gave me one month free. But you changed my payment date from the 3rd to the 1st.

Im on ssd an i make my payment on the 3rd. Tried to get that changed back but your employee said they couldn't. You are offering a free Samsung fon and shrinking payment again. Just letting you know if i can't get that after proving to be a loyal customer i will be changing carriers.

I provide direct support for a mentally disabled individual. She had a phone plan with Virgin Mobile for many years without issue. Her plan was changed to Boost. She must make a payment every 3 months to keep her service active.

With Virgin, we could make that payment at the end of the month without penalty. one day late according to your schedule. You removed $185 from her account as a penalty! That seems severe! I have talked with 2 agents as well as a chat agent.

I was told twice that a manager would call me back. This has not happened! I am asking that grace be extended, and her money be refunded, minus a late fee if you feel that is necessary. With all the COVID restrictions, it seems like that is a reasonable request, since lots of details are falling thru the cracks.

Called in regarding a discount that was advertised on tv reducing my billl to $35. I was told to go to the boost store because there was a code needed. Which was nor true. I have been a customer for years and i feel that if anyone should get a discount it should be me.

In the process of being lied to I can nolonger recommend your services to anyone. By October the first I will be leaving boost. I don't like to be lied to especially when it comes to my money. I should not have to buy a new phone to get something I should be entitled to.

In closing your staff should be better TRAINED.

My wife was trying to get an extension and the first agent said sure we can give you one .. a few minutes passed and the phone was still off so she called back this agent says that they don't do that anymore my wife explained to her that she has medical issues that she can't just call 911 there instructions because of the whole covid19 .

I wish i could give your customer service dept a zero. Not only was i never able to speak with someone who had a CLEAR English accent, i kept being sent to the wrong dept. I wasted an hour on the phone.

I purchased a phone, tried to call to get order confirmation. Apparently thats a problem. I placed an order online, they took my money, but then turned around and didnt process the order. Just bad business all the way around.

This experience is why i will be switching back to Metro as soon as my month is up.

I was supposed to have been paying one low monthly price to cover me for a whole month, paycheck to paycheck. When I signed up, cutting me off mid month before my pay was even here was not what I signed up for! When you sign up for a monthly plan and then they cut you off mid month saying your bill's already do, you must wonder how many more unsuspecting people they’ve done this to. When they try to say your bill's due when you’ve already paid for the whole month and you pull up your bank statement, you’re smart to tell your bank and dispute the charge. Don’t give them no more money if they pull this crap on you

I bought an Iphone 7 from Boost for my daughter to upgrade. The battery was bad so I called to arrange to return the phone for a refund within the seven day return period. I was told I would receive a mailing label on Friday to return the phone, but it did not arrive.

I called again on Monday letting them know I had not received it as promised and was told that since it was past the seven day guarantee, they would no longer accept a return. I tried to explain that when I received authorization to return it, it was within the seven days and I was told to wait to receive the label, but they did not care.

iPhone will not receive phonecalls. We have spent 12 hours over 3 days on calls or on hold with clueless customer support reps. They keep transferring us to "Technical support" where we suffer on hold for an hour, then the call drops.

we have not found any way to file a complaint, or even open a ticket so that they can work on the problem. My latest rep The worst customer support I have ever experienced. Does anybody know how to file an official complaint?

My companion and I bought two LG K51 cell phones from Boostmoble Online Store. His phone works fine but mine does not receive text from out of state contacts. I have caledl Boost several times and they keep telling me there is a service problem in my area that is causing my problem.

I have used Boost Mobile for over 10 years. I purchased a new phone last September. It will not charge anymore. Mind you I am still paying for it. I have been on the phone since last night with several different customer service representatives.

Each one I spoke to knew less than the last.

First I was offered a new battery, then they changed their mind. Then I was offered a replacement phone, since mine is still under warranty. Changed their mind again.. Both my two sons and I use Boost Mobile, but not after tonight.

Called Boost Mobile today, 6/5/20, due to issues with website while trying to purchase new phone.

First call resulted in disconnect when transferred to customer service.

Second call was placed and answered by Boost associate identifying himself as "Jeff". I told Jeff that I was trying to purchase a new phone outright rather than paying for it on installments added to my Boost Mobile account. 00 total).

We were a Virgin Mobile customer; Virgin sold us to Boost; We had service until December with Virgin; Boost has not honored that contract and on 5/27/2002 , even though we had over $150 in our account, they brought our account down to 0. Spoke to them on 5/27 and Paul promised they would rectify the matter in 24 hours. That was yesterday.

We cannot be the only transferred Virgin customer who this has happened to. Stupid, stupid company! I lost $150, but they have lost us as a future customer and if you are smart they have lost you, too. Who wants to deal with a company that is so totally inept? And perhaps unscrupulous?

This seems like the only place I can contact someone with my problem. Ever since my account was moved from Virgin Mobile to Boost Mobile when I go to account information on my flip phone, I get the message account error, not valid account.

I called the boost mobile store which was located at 10606 Devco Dr in Port Richey,l Florida 34668. My call went unanswered so I called again and she put me on hold. ” After asking for her name she hung up the phone.

Afterwards I went and visited the store there was a single car in the parking lot with only a single couple in the store, upon walking in she instantly was able to ask us what we wanted. This was horrible customer service and I’ve never felt so disrespected in my life.

Attempted to purchase two I Phones yesterday with 10% discount and would not take my credit card data. I contacted my bank on my debit card and changed from a PO Box to my physical address because Boost Mobile would not except a PO Box.

I updated the debit card in Boost Mobile to show both addresses as my resident address. It shows a new card when it is the same card. I attempted to purchase two I Phones, but it still shows the PO Box.

Very frustrating when denied purchasing. No problem with Verizon. Please update. Dissatisfied Customer.

I have attempt several ways to contact BOOST due to COVID-19. I am not working due to this epidemic, I am practicing social distancing due to being a high risk. My only means of communicating with my family is through my cell phone.

I am trying to get an extension or make payment arrangement with BOOST and there is no means to communicate. They do not give you an option to be put on hold, you cannot use the live chat. They give you a voice mail to go online and there still isn't any help there.

BOOST is definitely not the provider to have when you are in a crisis!. This is the only provider where there no help for you when you are trying to protect yourself and other.

I have been a Boost Mobile Customer for year's and I really like my service's. I pay my bill every month at the Boost Mobile store in Sapulpa, Oklahoma. I have never had bad service until I went to pay my bill in January of 2020.

There was a new employee there and it was the worst service I have ever experienced. I ask where the other employee was that ran the store and he said he was not the any more because the sales was down and that Boost Mobile wanted to get someone in here that could do the job.

I was on a 40 per month plan. I needed to add gigs for my hot spot. So i was told that I could not add gigs on the plan that I was on and the rep suggested that I go to the 60 per month with 30 gigs. With her advice I changed my plan. Again, I needed it for college. She also said that I could switch back whenever I was ready. I had the plan at 60 for about a month.

When I decided to switch over back to to the plan that I had, the lady assured me that I was on the plan that I was on previously.
