Today, I called the Boost Customer Service in regards to a phone order I placed in the amount of $700. I noticed that the phones were discounted for an additional 15% a day or two after I placed my order (I have yet to receive the phones) , so I decided to call to see if I could get the discounted price.

The first woman agent I spoke with was very rude and not helpful at all before hanging up on me when I requested to speak with a Supervisor. I called back and got the same woman I believe. I again asked to speak with a Supervisor.

She told me that she would be the one to help me (refusing to transfer me), asked me for my information before once again disconnecting the call. I told him about my experience with the previous calls and what I had called for initially.

My iPhone broke and I clot to get it replaced and a representative informed me that I will be getting a new phone and a mail within a week for Free. When I didn’t get it when I called back to see the ETA on the phone the insurance consultant told me that it was $125 fee which I was never in form from the jump and now they want me to continue to pay for a cracked phone.

I called and spoke to three representatives and two supervisors and two of the representatives still lead me to believe that I was going to get a free phone. The company needs to train their employees better so they won’t be lying to customers having them believe one thing and doing another

Reps are very disrepectful and will lie about tower enhancments and most definitly will not give long term customers there compensation. i have been trying to reach a customer service representatives for about two weeks regarding purchasing another phone add a about 20 phones to a business account of mines but for some reason they make it hard to talk to someone. ive decided not to add the phones for my business but i still wanted to upgrade my phone but it keeps rejecting my payment and i called customer service and they didnt want to leave me a call back number because for some reason the phone always tend to hang up and

If i could give less than 1 star i would. Boost customer for 12 years. I bought an lgstylo 4 on a promotion of $15 a month. Took it back day 9 after having it. Full of problems and the store owner/manager said it wasn't his problem.

The phone was sold to me as new and i should've guessed cuz i opened the box in the store. I asked if there was supposed to be a quick start booklet in the box and he said no. It's all on line now. LIES.

I tried using it 3 months and the phone is FULL of viruses or WHATEVER it is that happens to phones. Even my old flip phones are in better condition than this NEW phone. I've gotten extremely ill. In and out of hospital.

just went and bought an lg 5 when my *new* phone just became far too unusable at about 3mos old. I don't care much for the 5 bit it is new.…

A member of my family plan decided to purchase the new iPhone 11 (Pro) because Boost Mobile was sold out at the time. So, they decided to go to the Apple Store to purchase the phone. While at the Apple store we called Boost Mobile to make sure, that if we brought the phone there, that we could still get the (Boost Mobile - SIM Card) mailed to their home, in order to resume normal phone service and they said sure.

So, once the new SIM card was delivered and inserted into the new iPhone 11 (Pro) it still didn’t work. So, on 10/18/19 we contacted Boost Mobile and spoke to Rep: Ruth, who was of absolutely no help, and didn’t even try other than to put me in touch with her supervisor after several requests.

I switched over from MetroPCS power by T-Mobile and I got both mobile power by for a cow I mean I no longer want to get service it would laugh my I spoke with Apple customer service rep they told me it would take 48 hours to take activation lock on my phone I didn’t buy the phone from both mobile power fight for it I don’t have a two year agreement which is a contract I would like. Terrible service. Data is so slow my phone will state not connected. Work for cell phone companies as a customer service rep, so I know how to clean my phone. But still slow. Never use the app to pay your bill because it may charge twice.

I have had the Coolpad for a little over a month,now. It has been the worst decision ever. I can not add new contracts to my contact. Can Not save new numbers. I have had to cut this phone on and off more times then I have had the phone.

I can't even enjoy my phone due to cutting it off several times a day. I can't get customer service to understand that's not going to solve the problem. I can not message anyone who is not previously in my phone, but again I can't add new numbers to be able to text or call new friends or family member.

Sometimes it will ring and can't answer do to it being frozen. Again, this phone is fairly new and should not be having all these problems. My friend has the same phone and he is experiencing the same issues. This is really bad business!

I ordered a Samsung Galaxy A10 e from Boost Mobile on August 13, 2019. I received confirmation on August 14th that it was shipped via FedEx. It has been more than 6 weeks and I have not received the phone.

I haven't heard from Boost Mobile even though I sent a letter to the corporate head office with receipt confirmation signed by M Flores on September 20, 2019. I still haven't been contacted by anyone from Boost Mobile. I have contacted FedEx and also filed a complaint with them.

I want my money ($107. 99) refunded for the phone.

My husband and I have had our Boost accts since early 2015, without any issues. On Aug. during the first week whenever I tried to make a phone call and an automated operator came on "Sprint has rerouted this call to an outside operator. " I hung up.

I call Boost customer service using my husband's phone. VERY polite customer rep came on, asked for my phone # and PIN and assured me he could fix this problem. He did and I was able to make phone calls as before.

Then later in the same month it happened again, same prerecorded message same issue. I called Boost again, and while on the phone to them I checked my online banking acct. 00) all within the span of 24 hours. ALL unauthorized.

I have unlimited talk and textr with Boost Mobile. I pay $60 per month. Whle planning a family reunion I text family contact in my phone to inform them. 25 for each text that was delivered to a land line.

I reasoned that I had to respond before it could be charged. On August 8 my service was interrupted because Boost mobile had reduced my account balance by $1300 to pay for these text. I explained to them I had not authorize these text to be delivered to a land line.

I was not given adequate reasons for the charges without consent. It is my contention that Boost mobile broke their contract with me for unlimited service for one approved price $60. They indicated to me that this was linked to automation.

It is my contention that boost mobile has pulled an illegal charge to my account…

I have paid my $57. phone bill for unlimited plan and $$7. Insurance. My plan is being interrupted and suspended and a representative won't say why. They tell me that they see no problem with my service from the office but, from a boost location they are seeing the problem.

I had the phone rest from tis store and as soon as I got home the call center had suspended my service again but, cannot tell the truth about why it is that they can see the problem but, will not admit to seeing the problem to fix it. Since the first week I bought this phone I have not had full use of my plan and each month the problem gets bigger.

Approximately 3:00 pm this afternoon, July 12, 2019 I and a friend attempted to enter a retailer with an exterier sign for Boost Mobile. She was interested in obtaining a phone and we wanted to see what specials the store had to offer. There were signs in the windows saying no shoes, no shirt, no service and something else on the sign I didn’t read.

I am a quadriplegic in a motorized wheelchair, after entering the outer door, and my friend opening the inner door with the sign, a person inside the store shouted, “No motorized wheelchairs allowed! I had been with boost for a few years and finally had enough. The customer service is trashy horrible... and the comprehension level of communicating with the reps is the most frustrating thing ever. My most recent interaction is that I had two lines..

got mine switched and had to wait to get my sons transferred for multiple reasons. I informed the rep at that time I will be moving all my lines over. I finally switched to high $$ T-mobile, but refuse to go back to boost.

I'd rather NOT have service at all. At least at T-Mobile I can understand and relate to the reps as well as get a definitive answer. I've been with Boost Mobile for about 4 mouths now switched from Metro PC bad idea. Every since I've had Boost nothing but lies and unsatisfactory of the service I got 4 phones with insurance and the unlimited plan for all of my phone's.

Customer Service can't help you they want you to put in all these useless codes phones are really slow more than often there is no service they over charge please check your billing statement they can't help you after you buy the phones but are glad to take your money.....

In short, Boost Mobile's dismal customer service is borderline criminal and not worth the tradeoff for its spotty mediocre cell service at, albeit, a great bargain price. If you can afford to go elsewhere, for the love of God - Do it!

You get what you pay for. Call center goes to, what sounds like, India. The CS reps tap dance to cover the company's problems and tell you lies outright lies. I brought my own devices (two brand new unlocked iPhones) to be placed on the Boost mobile network.

I enjoyed cheap but mediocre service for over a year. I now am in a battle with Boost who are basically holding my phones hostage by locking them into the Boost network. These were never Boost phones as they were not acquired through Boost.

They tell me that if I want Boost to unlock them for free that…

One of your stotr managers was very rude and disrespectful over the phone and hung up on me on several occasions. Gave me the wrong number to call about my problem. Even refused to let me talk to someone to better assist me.

It was so bad that Im actually about to cut all ties with Boost Mobile completely. That experience make me no longer want ti be a customer og Boost mobile. I hope you can find better agents to run your stores in the future..

I ported my phone number i had had for 2 years over to boost on may28th. My phone was stolen on june 4th. I called boost reported it only to find out my number had been changed and the name on my account.

It took a week of phone calls to finally prove it was my account not the thiefs. Then i finally get to file with insurance on that fri i get my new phone monday and it takes 3 days and at least 20 escalated calls to get it activated.

The thief after boost supposedly secured my account had reactivated the stolen phone but it was activated with the number the thief changed it to. I have waited on the higher ups to call for over a week. I was promised they would get my old number back and credit myaccount for the lost service time...

Boost Mobile is the absolute WORST company in the world to deal with. They do nothing but lie and provide absolutely ZERO SERVICE.

I have used a Boost Mobile Hotspot Netgear Fuse) for several years without problems. A few weeks ago I purchased 10 GB of data for $50. My hotspot died less than a day later. That when this nightmare began. I called Boost Mobile (hereafter justifiably referred to as BM) who eventually, after many, many phone calls, decided a new SIM card was needed. They promised to send me here at the campground in New Jersey where we are staying. A week later, nothing has arrived. I called BM again, and after several phone calls, was told the SIM card could only be sent to my home billing address. Weird-- because a WEEK AGO they had no problem with sending it here in NJ.

My complaint is this ive been with boost for 2 or so years and from day one my network and data connection has been horrible. Ive contacted ur customer service reps and had my phone reprogrammed and updated over 10 times with the same result everytime.

Ive been a loyal and on time paying customer through out my time with yall ur rep named mary informed me i cant even get an upgrade because i tried to switch devices but the other phone wouldnt accept the sim so i had it switched back to my original phone she said ive only been active for 2 months in actuality ive been an active customer for 2 years.

e. NO SERVICE INSIDE MY HOME. I NEVER had that problem with Metro PCS. I have not been able to go online and surf the internet with my boost service while inside my house. I have no reception bars to make or receive calls inside my house.
