First the restaurant had an odd oder upon walking in. My son insisted we eat there. The workers were very pleasant the whole visit after getting out food we started to eat. The mashed potatoes were very loose and not tasty the chicken on both our plates was dried out had a funny smell and unable to further consume, the corn bread was cold and had burn marks all over them.

My son complained he couldn't eat the food because the chicken was dried out hard to chew and did not taste well. I attempted to eat mine only to notice the food was cold In general. My chicken as well was cold dried out hard on some spots and had a funny smell.

Needles to say I didn't make an scene, I closed everything up and left. 5 minutes driving home I had to pull over because my son vomited up the portion of the…

My name is Leo and I work at the one of the locations of Boston market I'm trying to understand what is going on with our checks we've been waiting for several weeks now for our checks yesterday which it was Friday we were supposed to got paid I don't understand how come that me as an employee coming to work everyday on time to work why can't we never get paid on time I've been working with this company 7 plus years these new owners came and

took over and they took everything from us our medical our insurance and also our money I also can't file taxes because of the company situation so now once again I'm waiting for my check it seems like we get paid once a month which I don't understand that I work every two weeks how come we can't get paid on time It's a shame

Earlier this week I ordered for delivery from Boston Market at 3020 N Ashland Ave. in Chicago, Il. (order #AAAKYLQV9QAX). The order arrived on time but did not include what I ordered. The order was supposed to include 3pc Peri Peri Dark meat chicken, Cornbread Mac and Cheese and Caesar salad.

I received the 3 pcs. of chicken, but no cornbread and no Caesar salad. Instead of the cornbread and Caesar salad, I received 2 orders of Mac and Cheese with a runny cheese sauce. Please reimburse me for the missing items and the second Mac and Cheese which I did not want.

I walked in to the medford ma boston market and only had one person in front of me so I thought it would be fast but one of the two guys that were there said I gotta make a phone call and I didn't see him again the other was mumbling about having to do his job making online orders so 43 min pass and I ask the guy how long until he takes my order he looks at me says "when I get to it" I said OK even though he was being a prick then

he walked around the counter looked at me and said " if this is a problem I can rub your order on my balls before I give it to you " I said are you serious in shock and he replied "ya fuck this job what are they going to do fire me" I called him a asshole and walked out but this guy needs to be fired along with his coworker that doesn't work while he's there…

I wanted meatloaf, said they did not have it! So I ordered ham, they said they did not have it. So I ordered Mac & cheese. 99 plus tax. The Mac & Cheese was hard. Cold and nasty tasting. It hard crunchy stuff in it.

I went back thru dt. Told them about it. They said… that’s how it’s made now! I did not want that. So I said can I just have a few pieces of turkey. She said yes I got it. I drove away opened it back.

Two minutes later it was cold dry it out and it was like three days ago that someone should I eat it and I’m texting to complain know cause I think spending 599+ tax something ridiculous for what I got!

Very very disappointed both of my meals I ordered online and when I got first nobody was inside far as a customer just me. When showed the my online order said 604 pick up time. It was not ready. I had to 20 mins longer as they were doing all these meals in some styaform boxes etc.

the young people looked confused. When got my order it was not the right food or sides and it’s tasted horrible n undercooked. Plus they there was no cornbread in the order. The chicken MEAL was supposed to be the bourbon bbq 3 piece meal.

Me and partner both throw the food at home and wax extremely upset. I love Boston market and this looked like frozen meal I could not beeline the quality. Do you different cooks or crew members on weekends ? For Saturday this food was surprisingly the worst food we ever had.…

My family and I have always enjoyed Boston markets fantastic mashed potatoes but for some reason they are horrible!!!!! Bad taste consistency favor ect!!!! Turkey availability is hit and miss and I'm totally disappointed with one of my favorites places to eat.

First off waited 20 minutes to pick up online just to find out they didn't have half of what we order asked for a refund but couldn't get one. So we took what they had food was not good. All the chicken we had was dry completely out we couldn't eat it. I need a refund.

I ordered and paid for two meals from the store at 385Cedar Crest Blvd, Allentown, Pa 18103. 48 and received one of the two regular turkey meals that I ordered. The girl told me that if I ordered something extra like a cookie or brownie that she would give me a free meal.

I agreed but then she said that I had to go online to do that because she did not know how to do a refund. I am assuming that I would have had to enter my credit card information again and did not feel that was what I should have to do.

At no time, was the offer made for me to go to the location and get my meal. I understand that errors are made but do not feel that I was offered resolution for a mistake that was not mine.

On Feb 28th my husband picked up some food for us. We were both very disappointed. The stuffing was watery and inedible. We just threw it away! The cornbread seemed smaller than it was in the past The mashed potatoes had no flavor and tasted like they were not real potatoes.

The chicken was ok but seemed dry. 00 on a meal that we were not happy with. I doubt if we will be going back.

Just purchase dinner at the restaurant on Rte 10 East Hanover. The chicken was dry and overcooked The rice was not completely cooked and the broccoli was ice cold. I could not eat the food. So disappointing. The store looks sad and dark.

Tables were dirty, 3 girls standing around. Food Crispy chicken BLT sandwich was very small and bread tasted old. The big Complaint was a roach climbed on our table. Manager Brittany tried to get it. Didn’t say I am sorry, didn’t try to compensate my mother-in-law and myself.

We threw out our food. 2 girls came over and looked at it and finally got the manager. I have been to that Boston Market many times before, but never again and I am calling health dept on Monday. Wasn’t busy at all for the place to look like that!

I had reward pointss that I've earned for 3 years. At the begining of 2023 I noticed that Boston Market rewards department took away 1000 points. There was no warning or rules that stated that they would disappear after the new year started.

I tried calling several times but no return answer. This is completely wrong and my 1000 reward points should never disappeared after years of earning them

Placed a catering order, store did not have an item. Had to call the catering department to have item removed from bill. But after getting my order they actually charged my debit card for the original order with all items and also the revised amount with the item taken off.

I have called and at least twice a week to get my money back the catering department says someone will call me back and never does. And when you call corporate they never answer. Just have a recording asking to leave name and number and i do and they never call me back either. They are thiefs.

On January 19th, 2023, I placed an online order for two half chicken dinners, from the Munster, IN store on Calumet Ave. My significant other picked them up. The chicken was extremely dry, and the creamed spinach was very, very salty. We could not finish the meals, and I requested a refund. The next day the manager of the store called, and insisted that bring the meals back to be exchanged. I refused, and requested a refund. I am requesting once again that I receive a refund. Walk inside to retrieve a replacement order, general manager refused to replace the order, but I just love Boston Market however I ordered a small meatloaf meal with a extra cornbread. Now I ask as the GM was preparing to make order I asked where was the rest of the side items and he said doesn't have.

So I requested red sauce and stir the Mac cheese cause it was old looking stir mashed potatoes was as to old looking. I paid $14 and the whole meal was dry and I received no sauce. Yuck I could have went to Mississippi Bell Restaurant for that matter.

I left the restaurant got on the Indy Go Bus I was super hungry my cornbread was hard and everything has no taste and I have been calling since yesterday and the phone line stayed busy!

Today I tried to buy a cabaitta chicken sandwich at your location at 1960 & 249 Houston Tx. I was told they were out of chicken. Time before they were out of bread. This is an ongoing problem at this location.

I have gone through the drive thru and unable to order food at this location. The staff today was rude & just didn’t care.

I spent 25 dollars on a "dinner" at the Medford location and all the side dishes were disgusting... I tried to get a coke and the substance that flowed from the fountain looked like the soda line has never been cleaned and there was mold growing in it...

the coke was a fuzzy light brown shade. Then after eating what I could stomach I was going through a few of my recent purchases from the CVS next door... telling us to "get out of here.. this isn't our bedroom..

we have five minutes to leave" after receiving this totally outlandish ad inappropriate interaction from the guy... i walk to the counter and politely ask for the manager.... the guy behind the counter says that he is the manager and I asked him if he witnessed what had just happened.

And he starts yelling at me in broken…

On December 16th 2022, I placed an order online for a family meal. Upon arriving to Boston Market in Glendale WI to pick up my order the store was closed. There was a worker inside in which I told her I had placed an order online and that I was there to pick it up.

She informed me that the store had been closed all day and that they were only taking large catering orders. I told her my card had been charged and now she is telling me I can not get the food.

I have called several times a week since then and have still as of today January 11th 2023 not received a refund for my order. I am extremely disappointed because I have spoken to several managers in regards to this matter.

00 can go a long way. I have a family of 5 and so any and everything helps. I really hope someone gets back to…

I went to the to Boston Market on East 149 Street. On 1/7/2023. The customer service was not helpful with accommodating my situation. I ordered three half a chicken orders with mash potatoes and Spinach. Everything was unable to eat.

I asked for my money back right away I was denied.

Also for store credit I was denied as well. I have never had a bad experience before this is the first time. I was unsatisfied.

Customers on December 29th for lunch. 50). She ate only half of her sandwich because it had orange cheese on it that neither looked nor tasted like cheese, in addition to being such a sloppy presentation that she took pictures.

two strips of real bacon, but what looked as well as tasted like TURKEY BOLOGNA! Neither of us was pleased with the food. The service was great, the food was terrible! This experience did not make us want to try your restaurant again.

It's very simple to roast a turkey and slice the breast meat IF you're going to make turkey sandwiches, using REAL TURKEY... ESPECIALLY IF YOU'RE GOING TO CHARGE $15 FOR WHAT AMOUNTS TO LESS THAN AN OUNCE OF TURKEY! I do it every week, using a rotisserie chicken!

Filthy dirty unorganized restaurant. Littleton CO location tends to open without regularity. Encountered District Manager serving at window for order pickup was told to park and come in as order not ready and it would mess up timer for customer orders.

I went to the Boston Market in Safety Harbor, FL this afternoon (12/28), after calling to confirm that the location was offering the $3.70 promotion. When I arrived about 5:00 p.m., the workers told me they were out of chicken, and more chicken would be ready in about 45 minutes. I chose to wait.

Close to 6:00, Matt (an employee) told me the chicken was ready. He asked me what I wanted. I told him two chickens and two side dishes. When he brought the items to the register, he told me that I could only get two items at the $3.70 price. When I explained that the promotion stated, "Limit 2 of each item", he said the corporate office told the employees that the promotion was for two items total per person. I went to BM in Somerset, NJ for the anniversary deal on 12/28/22 in the early afternoon . I was told over the phone that i need to come in person to make an order. So I appeared in person.

The staff told me that I need a coupon. I explained that I didnt have one because none was required. I read him the article in People’s magazine which advertised the anniversary deal. He wasn’t interested. He kept saying i should have a coupon, which customers would have gotten in mail or email.

I felt the whole interaction was disingenuous and made a purchase since I wanted dinner. I did not enjoy my food because I felt cheated that the deal was not honored. I will most certainly not go to Boston Market again.

This experience was not scrupulous. I spent more money than I needed to when i went there…

3 times in one week I went to Boston Market in Valley Stream, NY 11580 to purchase chicken pot pies at dinner time. They never have them ready. When you ask they tell you 30 minutes till they will be ready.

The manager, Fatima, totally ignores you. Will not make eye contact at all. I just cant understand why they wouldn't have pot pies ready to go during dinner time. When we try to call the them they never answer the phone.

Guess I'm going to have to look for a new place to eat.

Boston Market completely ripped me off with their combo holiday meal that feeds 12 people that cost me $180. Did not include the crackers for the dip, the cranberry relish. They had no dinner rolls, and gave us 6 corn bread.

Had no stuffing, and gave us enough Mac and Cheese to feed 2 people. Now i have to go out last minute and BUY what i had already paid for with them

I don’t even know the words, I love your spinach dish, and rotisserie nuggets, however when I pulled ip to one of your stores I was appalled. The windows were filthy. When I walked up to your food I was upset. Everything was dry and looked old and this was 1 pm. I asked did he have fresh spinach dish and he stirred it up I almost vomited. This store was so greasy, dusty and dirty. I called the Health Department. People are going to get sick. This place is not sanitary for food consumption by humans or animals. My cousin and I had dinner at Boston market on Randall road in Elgin. Used to love Boston Market food was served as your pictures. Not here. My cousin ordered 1/4 white. Received a very small piece of white meat, mostly bone with a small wing attached.

Had sides of mashed potatoes and corn. I ordered 3 piece dark with creamed spinach and mashed potatoes. I received meat loaf. After problems trying to get the order. I just ate it. Realized we didn't get cornbread. Went back and received 2 pieces of cornbread which used to be great was cold and tasted bad didn't finish and we left.

We hadn't been to Boston market in awhile and stopped by for what we thought would be a delicious meal, and was not. Will not return

Went through drive through Alexis road Toledo Ohio this evening. They forgot my Mac and cheese and mashed potatoes. The meatloaf was a dry end piece chicken had a bad smell. Sweet potatoes were runny and creamed spinach was dry and seemed old. I was so disappointed.

This used to be one of my favorite meals. I called to complain. They hung up on me.

Every time I order food from the Fitchburg Ma Boston Market, they are consistently out of items. I could see on one occasion and supplementing an item but this has been 3xs in the past year. They do not update their online menus with items not available example, doordash, and it is extremely frustrating.

Boston market winter Haven Florida. 11/24/2022. The website said open at 11 but it was nearly 1 before they opened for walk up orders. They were doing prepaid catering only. Then they ran out of turkey at 115 stating it would be 30 minutes for more.

And they had full pies but we're not offering slices for individual meals as advertised. My wife and I left and had to share one meal. Absolutely terrible experience. I will never be back.

Boston Market #0812 Tables and seat were filthy. Dirty food containers were piled up on side bar. Restrooms were dirty and no toilet paper in mens or woman’s room. Waited for change from our purchase and watched it be delivered to another couple. Food was par.

There was no need for any of the above. I saw three employees. Only two couples for costumers.
