I don’t know what happened to this company… but what a shame. I need a washing machine and went online to see how soon it can be delivered by multiple companies and ultimately ended up going with Brandsmart as their window of delivery was 2/1. I ordered on 1/29.

Called won location 1/31 and spoke to someone who looked up my order and said they were working into their route and should reach out to me that day. She then told me if I don’t hear from them, to call back.

No one called, so we called back and spoke with someone else who said they didn’t have the order and to call Deerfield. Called Deerfield who then echoed the same crap. They don’t have it. But it was 9:30pm so we were SOL on speaking to anyone any further about the order.

This is NOT a complaint. I was greeted at the door offering help and a Welcome. Had good assistance in the gas stove department. When I went to check out Sharqunna and Jeniya could not have been more helpful and friendly.

To Whom it may concern,

Upon receipt of our order, we noticed a dent in the back of the unit. We plugged it in and it did not work, it seems that the bolt was broken off from the base on the inside of the unit damaging the fan motor. We would like an exact replacement please.

Today I received a very particular delivery, according to the people who made it, none of my items corresponded to the size, his insistence on it was so great that they did not install a washer dryer for me, even though I insisted it be done, it is a product I don't know if it works since they refused to install, which left me very unhappy and dissatisfied.

Purchased a washer and dryer machine on Friday May 5th, 2023, was promised to be delivered on Monday May 8th but the washer got here on Tuesday May 9th and the dryer on Thursday May 11th because it broke inside the truck on Tuesday. The delivery guy who was supposed to install the machine told me that he couldn't do it because Brandsmart never requested a service which was nonsense, we have proof.

When I called "customer service" the lady who had spoken to him told me that he told her that he didn't install the machine because of a door, the door that I told him that is broken and I could've taken out of his way but he said and I quote "still though, there was no service request so we are going to have to come back".

Loyal customer for decades, recently my TV started to show shadows on the screen. 00 as credit for a replacement. I am a retired disabled man and sam a manager tried to take advantage of me not once but twice.

He treated me very disrespectful and actually walked away. A salesman acted like he was helping and I fell for it. After settling up tv and registering product I found out I was over charged once again. The TV is on the store site with a purchase price must less than I paid for.

I purchased 5 yr warranty and additional screen warranty. 00 for my defective device. He was over charging me on taxes as well. Only to find out hours later TV is advertised for much less and the $1177. I was invoiced.

I purchased a whirlpool dryer from Brandsmart in August of 2022 and had it installed by them. The issue is that whoever came out did not install correctly. For a couple of weeks, I've been seeing lint flying everywhere and when I finally looked behind the dryer the ventilation tube was never connected to the wall and there was an accumulation of lint I had to clean up.

I called customer service and although I have a service warranty, they want send anyone to connect it right like they should have done in the first place. I was told to hire a handy man and hung up on. Nice customer service.

I'm very disappointed in the treatment I got. Why did I pay a warranty?

I am writing this email on behalf of my (80 years old) elderly mother, Jessie Foster, who purchased a Whirlpool Refrigerator from Brandmart (Miami -Palmetto Expressway Location) in July 2021. She purchased an extended warranty for this product which expires in July 2023.

There is a systemic failure on BrandsMart’s part to honor the extended warranty for the repair of a faulty product. I have been arguing for months with BrandsMart and or Warrant Tech on behalf of my mother to fix her refrigerator and we have endured excuse after excuse which is UNACCEPTABLE.

As of today, we have made four (4) repair claims (7774184) starting back on or about November 19, 2022 and the refrigerator is still not working. The issue has been, and still is, that the refrigerator unit is NOT cooling properly.…

I purchased a massage chair last November (11/16/22). It worked "well" for the first week. After that severla things began to malfunction (from the computer to the actual mechanical parts). I placed a claim on the 2nd week and on the 3rd week I received a visit by a technician, who contacted customer service under the one year manufacturer’s warranty.

I never received any initial or follow up emails or calls to notify me of the claim status. I had to call several times to inquire about the status and was told "we emailed the manufacturer to request the replacement parts but have not received a reply yet".

My refrigerator delivery time was over 2 1/2 hours later than told and then it arrived damaged! I tried calling the store was put on hold five times waiting for a manager. Was transferred to Stockbridge store and still no manager pick up or called me back as I called back many times and were told I would receive a call back.

I had to finally call yesterday, December 18th and was told delivery will be Monday December 19 between 1 and 5pm. Still no manager or anyone had the decency to apologize since I've had a non working refrigerator now for 5 days.

I ordered a LG refrigerator back on September 6, order number 27525292 it said that it would be delivered within 30 days. It's now going on three months and I don't have my refrigerator. I spoke with several customer service reps and only one was able to get an answer for me.

That was over two weeks ago and she told me that it was in the port. PLEASE!!! I'm in need of your help to expedite this process. The funny thing is that when I was looking at the refrigerator Lowe's had it in stock and was able to deliver it within three days.

In January of 2022 I purchased a treadmill from BrandSmart 4000 Mt Zion Pkwy #138, Stockbridge, GA 30281. While staff members were bringing treadmill to the car, my vehicle was hit and damaged by the forklift. An incident report was filed and we were working with David Samela.

David Samela has been extremely dismissive and difficult to work with. We last spoke with him June of 2022 and he said, "They haven't sent you the check yet? You should have received it. " He indicated he would follow up and we have heard nothing from him since.

We have done what we were asked to do, which was get an estimate for repair. We completed that months ago and provided said estimate to David Samela. We are coming to the end of the year, almost a year after the incident and we have not been reimbursed.

I purchased a refrigerator last week and it arrived on last Friday with damage. I did not notice it quickly due to the fact that I am in a wheelchair. In addition the delivery men said nothing to me about the damage and they were in a rush to get the paperwork signed so they could leave.

When I got a chance to inspect the refrigerator, I observed the damage and contacted the west palm beach store, Wayne Henson and was told to send photographs which I submitted. It’s been five days now and no one has resolved my issue.

I would like to purchase more appliances in the short future and I do not understand what the delay is in handling this matter.

I was sold a treadmill at the Deerfield beach location the sales rep said it will hold a big guy like me I’m 6”3 340 i was happy and said ok they sent me over to the leasing center and i did the paper work and put down the down payment, my treadmill was delivered on time and was set up,, i got home from work and went to use it and

it kept grinding so i checked the instructions just to find out it could only hold between 250-300 lbs max i was so disappointed so when i went back to the store and told them what happend they said all we can do is have it picked back up but i can’t get any of my money back because i did it through the leasing center !!!!!

I purchased a refrigerator with an icemaker on July 20, 2022 at the Stockbridge location. The receipt number is: 0176164117. The sale person was Patrick Evans.

I have had 3 attempts to connect the icemaker and on each attempt the service person identifies that they have the wrong equipment. The most recent attempt was made Monday August 22, 2022.

Today I have made many unsuccessful attempts to speak with someone at the Stockbridge store. 4 calls were disconnect after having waited in queue.

I am thoroughly disappointed and would like a resolution to the issue as soon as possible.

I purchased a Samsung washer and dryer on 6/6/22 that was delivered on 6/16/22. The dryer is making a scraping sound. I contacted Samsung and a technician came to my house and said the damage is structural damage and is not covered under the warranty.

On 8/4/22 Samsung advised me to call brands mart to have the dryer repaired. I called the brand smart in Stockbridge Georgia, where I purchased the unit and was told it’s over 30 days. It’s a shame to treat customers this way.

I was in store for my job we buy TV's and appliances from you guys on the regular but today we had a very hard time with our order we paid for a washer and dryer and there TV's, after posting we went to the loading dock to load or order.

After sitting there for about 15 minutes we where then informed that the washer and dryer we paid for was not there they only had the washer. After telling us that it was there and having us pay for it .

We then went back in the store and paid for another one went back to the loading dock waited about another 30 minutes we where once again inform that the washer and dryer we paid for was not there and we once again had to repeat this process over again .

Went to look at JBL Xtreme 3 speaker. Had 2 different sales people that could only find Rap Music to play for listening to quality of speaker. Asked for different music in order to discern quality of mid, high and low output at lower than ear shattering sound they insisted to put volume at.

Kids selling their speakers don't know anything about music by thinking music must be loud with a boom boom bass only! I went to a competitor around the corner for purchase of JBL Bluetooth speaker.

In 2021 while building his home my son bought ALL Apliance at Brandsmart and was encouraged to order early due to supply chain issues, house building is slow and when it came to kitchen hood vent it did not fit, and now they forgot they encouraged to order early, and refused to exchange refund or return a very expensive KitchenAid hood vent because it’s over 30 days.

If you can build a house in 30 days, shop at Brandsmart, if you can’t GO shop elsewhere! The store manager and corporate refused to help and they no longer remember supply chain issues, which caused me to order early!

Two stupid delivery guys arrived with a refrigerator and washer/dryer. They scratched my hard wood floors up from the front door thru my dining area and into my kitchen. One of them took a rag and tried to wipe the scratches up. What an idiot!

They're long, wide and deep and definitely will not wipe up. The floor has to be redone. I have contacted them and sent pictures for the past few weeks with no response. These guys deliver and I thought they should have known better than to drag the heavy items over my floor.

Sad they just don't care and you have to be super attentive because the people you think should know.. don't seem to know or care. I'm have my floor redone in June and sue Brandsmart as they have not responded at all.

I haven't been able to use my washing machine for a month. I opened my claim on 2/21 still nothing. When you call the Brandsmart service number and leave a message no one returns the call, you can't speak to a Sup or Man the agent has to place a request for a call back which you never get.

No one has any urgency, no body cares. I just called the 800 corporate number on this site, it rang and then I hear "one moment" no hello, no - can you hold, - absolutely horrible!! Brandsmart does not stand behind it's service, why would I want to buy from you again?

I brought a speaker from Brand smart , along with warranty and they refuse to take it back and refund my credit card.

I’m drove almost a hour to return the speaker, only to be told the store refuse to take it back. I spoke with manager who told me.to incorrect information. He told me to call the warranty and they will refund my money.

When I call the warranty next day, I was told they don’t give refund only the store does that since speaker wasn’t purchase directly from manufacturer website.

WARNING! Recently purchased entire GE kitchen appliances, in white with delivery 4 days later. The stove and refrigerator were unboxed when installed. The microwave and dishwasher were installed 4 days afterwards. Upon cleaning all appliances, the refrigerator has light black scuff marks.

I telephoned the customer service 1-800 number only to be told that I need to address this issue with the store that sold this package. I visited their customer service department with hopes the problem would be resolved. How stupid am I?

I am very dissatisfied with Brandsmart USA's website to make purchases.

First of all, I called my local store to inquire if I can use a Brandsmart USA gift card and my own debit card to make an online purchase. I was told I could. Then I decide to purchase a Brandsmart e-Gift Card.

After trying several times to use the gift card to make the purchase, I kept getting an invalid gift card message. I have tried entering the e-Gift card on my cell phone and on my computer. There wasn't even a box or place to enter the gift card's pin number.

On Monday 5/3/2021 I went bransdmart at 4815 S. State Road 7 Davie Fl 33314 to get a fridge. I spoke to the salesman Kumar and bought a floor model. He said I will receive it on Friday 5/7/2021. I bought a dishwasher in August 2019 and it stoped working. It is less than 1 year and they refuse to exchange the dishwasher. They said they will fix it, it needs a new motor and the electrical panel as per service guy that came to see it. There are no parts available and I'm getting a runaround on when it should be fixed. This is going on a month with no dishwasher and no service.

This is the worst time to go though this issue when we're trying to keep everything sterile during the virus outbreak. And I am putting myself and my family in danger by have to visit the store on daily basis to get this problem solved.

I purchased a brand new Samsung 75" TV. It is still under the manufacturer' s warranty. The tv started shutting down and coming back on. The screen would go blank, come back on. Techs came out replaced parts. Continued same problem after repair.

I bought a couch through brandsmart deerfield bch, w the 6 year warranty that would cover any damage to couch. Brandsmart is now not covering there end of bargain to fulfill the warranty of damages.
