I don’t know what happened to this company… but what a shame. I need a washing machine and went online to see how soon it can be delivered by multiple companies and ultimately ended up going with Brandsmart as their window of delivery was 2/1. I ordered on 1/29.
Called won location 1/31 and spoke to someone who looked up my order and said they were working into their route and should reach out to me that day. She then told me if I don’t hear from them, to call back.
No one called, so we called back and spoke with someone else who said they didn’t have the order and to call Deerfield. Called Deerfield who then echoed the same crap. They don’t have it. But it was 9:30pm so we were SOL on speaking to anyone any further about the order.
