We always stop at bucees going to florida,but!!! We stopped to get food and another mug. We travel with a dog also. but you deleted hot dogs from the menu!!!

Also my granddaughter would eat a hot dog also because she doesnt like bold spices. which to me is ridiculous,not everyone likes spicey! I also looked at your club sandwich,but again it has spicey mayo. We were many that left bucees to go to mcdonalds to feed the dog and granddaughter.

ALSO,you are the only chain I know off that does not give a FREE first fill when buying a mug! so disappointed,you also need a 24 hr vontact number for people to call that may have left or lost something at your locations!

I am a regular customer and parked my vehicle in the parking lot for less than 4 hours in an area where there were not many vehicles around. When I came back I located a sticker on my driver side window that stated I could not leave my vehicle and that it would be towed.

I was like okay I can't leave my vehicle for less than four hours. I was okay with that but when I could not get the sticker off the window it really pissed my off. It was like it was cemented on my window.

yea so now I do have a problem. I can't get ahold of anyone of the phone so I guess I will have to go in and speak with the store manager if they are allowing that kind of BS.

I paid over 11.00 for a shipment. The website said 2-3 days. I assumed it was when I'd receive it. They refuse to credit shipping on my order, yet to be received. ETA states over 5 days from the time I placed the order. I selected the middle of shipping options. This does not seem to be a priority shipment. Please advise.

Waited 2 months and finally made it to Buc cees in Richmond Kentucky. When purchasing Grn MNTN firewood it said buy one get one free. Upon checkout my husband informed the cashier (Ross, Bre) her response was yeah right! Real snotty!

Instead of I'll see what it rings up. Expected friendlier service.

No temp parking for anyone who is pulling campers. Wife and i stopped to get drinks and food, use restroom and to fuel truck. After circleing the entire parking and store area we realize they do not have a place to even park a towed camper to even go into the building for antthing.

30 mins of fighting traffic then to be told by employees that campers are not allowed. Myself and others who pull recreation vehicals will probably never comeback due to poorly thought out plans. This is the Severville tn store. Great Smokie Mountain Gateway.

I ordered yesterday fresh beef jerky "sweet and spicy" at the Madisonville location. I always do order the same flavor as it is my favorite to get there. I tried a piece this morning completely disappointed as it has no seasoning taste "at all". My wife and all three of our children shop there regularly. This is the first time I have been let down by any Bucees products and or services.

All I ask is for store credit or refund of the $15.35 I spent on Sweet &Spicy Beef Jerky at 0.480 a lb. or $31.98 a lb. It was Buc-ees #26 205 on Interstate 45 S.

I was charged for something I didn’t buy. And I love bucees but dang why they charging me for something I didn’t get. 48. I live about an hour and 20 min from bucees I just want to be reimbursed

As my last day in Texas I decided to go to bucees to get some merch to take with me as I pcs. She put it all in the bag and I assume it was all in there. As I drove 3 states over and was getting chilly outside I went to go get a long sleeve I bough and realized she didn’t give me my long sleeve and my beaver plushy.

Plus they have horrendous phone customer serivce by forcing you to contact only by website

Please update the pictures of the food on the menu. We ordered chicken wraps and they came with a completely different lettuce than what was depicted. It shows iceberg which we love! We got some weird weed looking green stuff. Disappointed!

My family and I was on vacation at you Sevierville location and one of your employees was sitting in her car smoking drugs, we was parked beside her and she apparently didn't care,my kids was getting sick from smell from her car, before we move from her vehicle,my husband managed to get her name off her badge, it read Kandi and her tag number 628bdxl, a white Ford Taurus SUV.

That is very dangerous and unsafe to the public,and we will notify Sevierville police department and give them her information. A blonde woman looks to be in her upper 30s about 200lbs. This was Sunday 10, 2023 at about 1:30 pm. not great business ethics.

I asked if they served chicken sandwiches without sauce. I was told no and that dozens of customers ask that every day. There were 3 of us asking that question at the same time. I asked a manager (Hispanic male) at the Leeds Alabama location if he could suggest no sauce on some of the chicken sandwiches. He said no.

All I asked him to do was to report as an idea at work. I asked him if he was refusing to help me and he replied yes. I was so upset. I have never experienced such a rude and disrespectful manager before.

At approximately 1300 hours today I was aggressively confronted by General Manager "JASON" of the I-35 Bucc-ees Texas based convienience stores/gas stops.

I have registered Emotional Support Service Animals - which remain safely secured in a transportation carrier to prevent the Public from disturbing my ESA's or my ability to be in public. General Manager Jason literally told me that I had to leave the facility because my ESA's were not a DOG or PONY - which needless to say my ESA's are far more sanitary than either a DOG or PONY as they are safely enclosed and therefore DO NOT EXPOSE food or people to their fur or create HEALTH & SAFETY ISSUES. Went to the Buc-ees 4080 Baytown East , took my little brother there because the BBQ is awesome, we where coming from out of town I went to the counter to order a sliced BBQ sandwich with out BBQ sauce , I asked can you put the sauce on the side , his response was we don't do that ,and we don't have anything to put it in , i said so you dont have the small cups like you have the sour cream in , he said no not sure , there was a pan with servings of sauces for tacos and

other saucees have been to several Buc-ees where the sauce is in a condiment cup , I ask for the store manager I was told that's not policy, the cashier even was trying to help me she had awesome customer service, the service received from the young adults behind the food counter was not helpful they need more training on…

First the bad: The coffee creamer they switched to is just awful. They used to have coffee mate (my favorite was French vanilla sugar free). I spoke to two employees who said they hear about this all day long, no one likes it.

I used to stop at every buc-ees to get coffee and would end up spending $100 on other things… but if I don’t like the coffee, I won’t go anymore….. You guys have great employees though. …, they are on the front line!!!

Ate an egg and biscuit at Crossville Tn location. Egg taste was like eating powered eggs.

I like the egg and biscuit much better at Burger King. The scrambled egg is a layer of scrambled egg on the biscuit.

I travelled from Canada to Florida to spend a couple of months with my GF. While in Florida, I read a story about Buc-ee's, it was about your clean washrooms. My GF travelled back to Canada with me and we came across your location in St. Augustine, FL.

We decided we had to stop in and see what all of the hype was about. From the moment we pulled up we were impressed. The size, the number of employees outside washing, everything looked pristine. Inside was just as impressive.

Friendly staff, lots of staff, employee washing down walls in the bathroom. Very impressive. Amazing story and a company run very well. 00. Continuing on our journey North, we started eating our popcorn about an hour later. They were so salty they were not eatable.

After driving many hours later, we saw another…

We had never been to a Bucees before but noticed all the billbards on I75. We stopped in at the Bucees at exit 144 of I75 to get fuel and went inside to get food. Tried 2 of the XL chopped brisket sandwiches and bucees chips.

The brisket sandwich was so full of fat and gristle that it was not edible. We discarded them both after trying to eat them. The chips were not very good either and tasted old and stale. My sandwich had a 6 inch strip of skin in it and we were both sickened by it.

If I were not already miles down I75 I would have returned it all for a refund. I do not like to pay premium prices for inedible food and would expect some resolve for my issue. I would appreciate hearing back on this issue. Bob West , 270-331-5805

On Saturday July 22, I had less than a quarter tank of gasoline in my Chevrolet pickup and stopped at the buc-ees in madisonville, Texas for fuel. I did not notice how much fuel was being dispensed by the pump until it shut off. 5 gallons.

My tank only holds 26 gallons when totally empty which it was not. I don’t know, has buc-ees has found a new way to make more money from customers or not, but I was very disappointed as I frequently make the run from houston to Dallas and most always stop there

My husband and I travel pulling a 40' RV, we love that we can fuel here and not truck stops BUT we have yet to be able to enter the store. No shopping, bathroom use or enjoy what we've heard is fantastic food selections, because YOU HAVE NO PARKING FOR US!!!!

If you can buy enough land to build these huge places then you should be able to buy enough land to have PARKING for those with large RV'S and campers. We do not like using truck stops but we will go back to do this because if I can take a break and go inside I'm going to spend my money on your fuel.

Hopefully this will get passed on to someone for consideration.

I purchased glazed cashews at the Temple location on Saturday. I'm not able to eat them as it seems someone sprayed room freshener directly on the cashews.

We love going to Bucee-s and our children love doing their gift shopping there! We bought a stuffed horse earlier in the summer and the eye came off and we could not find it to sew it back on, so we brought it back to the Warner Robbins store but

we did not have a receipt but I had the credit card we used and asked i they could look it up that way and they said no. They said I needed to reach out to corporate online and that they would be happy to resolve the issue, so please let me know if we can send in pictures or what we can do to get this horse fixed/replaced/exchanged please.

On Washington st. In Indianapolis there is a big abandoned mall called Washington square .Great place for a Bucees.Traffic heavy all the time.On national road route 40.

I was not impressed with their breakfast the sandwiches were messy, soggy, and just to expensive for the taste. The only thing that was decent was the pastries. Their coffee was even old and not good.

First time here and will probably not be back. I was so excited to try it, but it left me sad.

Have been wanting a Bucee’s T-shirt for a long time my Kids drove an hour out of their way to get me a T-shirt and your Kentucky store on their way home from a concert in Ohio washed it hung up to Dry went to wear it and nothing his face and cheeks and hat are black now very disappointed in the quality of the shirt included pictures to show how it looks ☹️ and of course it says I can’t upload the photo to show how it looks after 1 wash in cold water and

I'm writing in regards to a couple of things experienced at Buc-ees on Sunday night, 25 June 2024. I stopped in to purchase gas, coffee, restroom break and get a smoked Turkey sandwich. I was very disappointed by the time I left the store. It was late and I was trying to get home approximately, 30 miles away.

Complaints: 1) I tried to purchase items and gas, but was told I had to purchase my gas separate from the other items causing my debit card to be swiped twice. 2) I was told I couldn't purchase gas with debit because i was parked at one of the back pumps and I had to be at one of the front pumps. I got sick yesterday after eating your sliced Brisket sandwich!!!! This was the 1st time I had a problem with it.i noticed the sandwich was fatty while eating it & after eating it I got real bloated &then got a loose stomach. May 26 I was visiting my daughter in Katy, Texas, and I requested to visit Buc-ees because I love their roasted pecans, and variety of fudge-which I purchased two. 98 each. The dark chocolate, caramel sea salt fudge was absolutely delicious.

Next time I assure you I will check my receipt before leaving the store. I would gladly accept a piece since I already paid for it and regardless, I will continue to visit Buc-ees.

Picked some smoked sliced brisket at the robertdale Alabama loc at $25.99 Lb didn’t expect to get a lot of gristle and fat. Was definitely NOT HAPPY !!!

I have an issue I live in Ft myers and y’all keep building stores so far away from where I live and it’s ridiculous to drive three hours for buccess brisket sandwiches and food I would love for y’all to build one within 1 hour of driving if not 45 minutes away it’s not fair that you all keep building them for everyone on the north part of the state and not one closer to the south part of the state

They quit serving their bbq sandwiches with pickles and onions. I asked why, was told told save some cost. I'm sorry they charge enough for pickles and onions.

Also 2 of my coworkers went there today to get sandwiches both sliced brisket first it was not cut with the grain and it was very fatty, they ended up throwing it away. As long as buc-cees has clean bathroom rooms I will still stop there.

Purchased Father's Day Gifts. Father did not like them, so I wanted to exchange them for what he wanted not to return them and was told no because something was wrong with the merchandise which thats the way I bought both products and

what they were stating I could not see or know what they were talking about. It seemed like a false excuse to not do the transaction! Now my Father is stuck with gifts he does not want. I know not to buy gifts for anyone there!

I wanted to buy a dozen fresh chocolate chip cookies from the counter as a gift for my pregnant granddaughter. The young man looked at me like I was insane and handed Me too individual six packs (prepackaged in cellophane) When I asked if I could get 12 fresh from the counter boxed, I was handed a box.

99 item. When I returned home 240 miles away and looked I my reciept I noticed the double charge. Bucees has no way to contact their stire by phone. com When you fill out the form it says to verify using the email sent to your email address(which you provide) and the email NEVER COMES.

I even took the time to do it twice and it never came. They have such a booming business they could actually care less about their customers...

There is no way to contact someone either by phone or email. I'm trying to contact corporate on behalf of my work and I can't. I'm trying to email a copy of our tax exempt certificate and copy of receipts to receive a credit for the taxes. We fill out the form that the cashier gave us and we haven't heard from corporate. Our AP department is asking us to show proof that we attempted to get the taxes taken off our receipt.

Please email me back, I will send you a copy of our tax exemption certificate and copies of the receipts.

I was making a delivery to your store. So I got out to get me some lunch while I was getting unloaded and was told I wasn't allowed in cause I was a truck driver. I was bringing stuff to your store so you had what you needed to run it. Thats pretty crappie.

On another occasion I parked across the street and walked over... just to be met at the door by one of your employees and told I still wasn't allowed in your store cause I was a truck. That's ridiculous. I will never shop at anyone of your stores. Cause your business discriminates.

They don't allow semi trucks (without trailers, so they're not 18 wheelers) to park in the parking lot so the drivers can come inside. However. They will allow longer vehicles and vehicles pulling trailers that are an overall length longer than a semi truck without a trailer.

That doesn't make any sense.

Buc ees don't won't money from truck drivers . How do they get gas if a truck does not bring it. How do they get any thing if a truck does not bring it. Truckers stay out of Buc ees even if you are in a 4 wheeler .

I was hired on for bucees in angleton and was told to purchase non slip shoes, khaki pants, their red polo and a jacket since I had a tattoo. I was scheduled to do onboarding today but Mandi (the one who hired me) never told me what time to be there so once I spent another $80 on an Uber to get all the way up to Pearland they told me nevermind that they weren't going to follow through with hiring me.

I spent $200 getting ready for this job and I want my money back. This entire experience has caused me to NEVER want to step foot in another bucees again. And I'm not the only person this has happened to.

Apparently she has done this to several employees. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL
