Don't work here late by 1 min 2x and lost job so stupid and time don't reset for a year

Have been several times. On most occasions people pull in for fuel and leave their vehicles parked in front of the pumps while going in to shop. This poses a safety issue. And a huge problem for those in RV trying to navigate to accessible pumps.

Perhaps a attendant to make sure people move to a parking area before going into shop work be money well spent.

Bucee's is our favorite stop. But, please Bucee's BRING back the good coffee and good creamers! Get rid of the cheap stuff!! Everything else is still great..

I’m willing to pay if need be to have pickles and onions with my bbq. Please bring back pickles and onions.

I just paid $13 for a barbecue sandwich and I can’t even get any extra barbecue sauce for it! What dumb ass idea is that! I’ve been a regular customer at the Terrell location for the last year and a half.

I will not be back! Charge me that much for a sandwich and I got to eat it dry. What dumb ass come up with that idea he needs to be fired.

rude cashier and misinform cashier at same counter on 2 diffrent purchase was told could take debit card for 1 purchase and that pumps were down had to walk back from pump 247 and move to pump 45 then when try to prepay at same cashier was told you do not take debit card for the gas purchase lucky i had enough cash to purchase gas ..A POLICY needs to be stated prior to purchase that debit cards are not accepted for gas

It is sad how Manager's handle the situations sometimes... I'm going thru a really bad time and I applied for a job went for an interview and completed my interview and I didn't heard back from them in 4 days I emailed the manager and she said No you are not a good candidate...

I'm sure she didn't give me an opportunity because I told her I was leaving in my car with my 12 year old with cerebral palsy... I was just trying to get back on my feet...

We were exhausted while moving. We ask permission from female mgr and we're granted a 4 her nap @. 1:02 am. At 3:34 am the male mgr Greg had an employee beat on our door telling us we could not stay there.

Just waking up out of a deep sleep I went into the store to ask why they would do this to us. The female manager confirmed we were granted permission while the other manager Greg was very offensive and rude.

We had another hour and 25 min and when I told him he was rude and gave Buccees a bad name he called the swat team in and had us trespassed. I've never been trespassed anywhere. This is outrageous and I want to know why you allow such treatment to your patrons.

My husband left his phone at buc ees in Richmond. There is no working phone number. Filing something on line does not result in any contact back. We live two hours away and just want to know if the phone is there.

The coffee was horrible the creams were disgusting. Your company took out the hot chocolate that I would get of all my grandkids. This was they high light of our trips out of town. They I find out you no longer sell peanut Pattie’s.

I hope they bring these items back. Willl start goi to loves has carpaccio hot chocolate and good creamers. I always advertise bucees with your shirts cups all the time

This location in Calhoun ga is extremely rude to its guests. Does seem to understand the concept of customer service, or food allergies. I have stopped at this location 3 different times and seen the same attitude. If you have a food allergy, you are SOL.

If you ask them to please place no pickles on the sandwich while they are making them. Oh no we can’t do that. Or when they are making the pies in front of you, to please do one without dipping it in the cinnamon sugar due to being diabetic and getting told by the manager they cannot deviate from the recipe.

Or bother having lids for your drink cups and the manager being hateful and acting like you just tried to get them to commit a felony when you say something about the service… after getting treated like a piece of crap three times I…

When i asked for a bag for my two sandwiches the cashier said he's not supposed to bag anything, unless asked first by the customer. We asked for the receipt and he said the same thing. I believe there's a better script for the cashier to use, instead of making it sound like Bu cees is a terrible company.

Also, my husband said he saw one of the employee in the bathroom ( probably one who's assigned in the parking lot) washing his foot on the sink. He was wearing a sandal, and vest with reflective green tape. This man was talking to another employee while he finished washing his other foot. This is nasty.

I tried to contact customer service using the multiple questions and was supposed to be able to verify my email address in a link that was “sent to me”. I sent two separate comments and neither one received an email to verify my address in a link.

Please bring back the International Delight coffee creamers for people to put in there coffee

I went to Buc-ees this morning to get the Brisket breakfast taco. I asked for some BBQ sauce. I was told they no longer hand out extra sauces. I said its not extra sauce as there is no bbq sauce on taco.

The staff was following company policy but I do not understand that you why I can not getting some BBQ sauce for a brisket taco. So then that following this would make the Brisket sandwiches would not have sauce either.

They are trusting a Marketing Department that is out of touch with Texans! Starting with no extra sauce for bar-b-Q sandwiches. People traveling don't want to, probably won't, buy a bottle of sauce to place in car with the hot Texas sun.

Don't tell us what amount is sufficient! We just laid the 4 sandwiches back down & saw a number of others do the same, We typically travel across Texas stopping at Bucee's spending $50 to $100 a stop including gas.

Not sure we will continue stops there with this type of unwelcoming attitude!

Bought an outdoor canvas at Royce City Tx location on July 28 that is defective. It has faded terribly! Tried returning to same store few months ago. Was rudely told by a mgr that Buccees doesn’t take back defective merchandise. in China!!! 97 before tax.

Was told by dept employee it could b used outside and says outdoor on tag. Still have canvas, tag and receipt. We don’t live near Buccees and would take day trips to a store. Since this happened I pass them by!

I’m very disappointed with the service I had. I believe if it’s good enough to sell it’s good enough to return. Especially if defective. I hope to hear from you with a solution to this. We also have a house in Sevierville Tn.

Traveling north from Florida purposely waited to get gas at Buc ee’s so we could get lunch (love the brisket sandwich) I got a pack of Buc-ee’s salt and vinegar chips. The chips were awful! They tasted like old oil. 49!

” No matter the item, If a customer is not happy and has a receipt, make it right! This multi- million dollar monstrosity does not care if you are satisfied with your purchase!

My complaint is why with so much land for these huge stations why is it only for regular vehicles? I ride with my husband that is a trucker and few stations are for just truckers. Truckers share stations with regular vehicles and truckers have to go in back door like unwanted step kids.

How do motorists think all the things in store get there it isn’t from Santa or magical beings it’s hard working truckers yet not a single place to park for semis on any of their properties!! I seem to think it’s a sort of discrimination!!!!!!

The manager at the Daytona location at 1245pm on Dec28th. Should be fired immediately. No matter the situation no Manager should ever cuss at a customer especially when the manager was not cussed at. He is the most unprofessional employee of Buc-ee's and disrespectful.

My group spent thousands there and even though 10 of us are a very very small group of the thousands that visit Buc-ee's daily. There is not person in the grouo that will ever spend another dollar at Buc-ee's and we stop there at least 15 times per month.

So long Buc-ee's didn't think it would take long for you to allow customers especially the elderly to be treated in such an unprofessional manner.

We’re from FL & frequent both Daytona & St. Augustine stores. We stopped at the Florence SC store on our road trip December20 for breakfast sandwiches & gas. We never had the breakfast sandwiches & a friend said they were amazing.

We grabbed them to go. I handed the driver his sandwich after he was situated on the highway. The biscuit was sliced in such a way that made it very difficult to eat without it falling apart especially while driving.

I expected a little more from Bucees

The wonderful bbq we've heard about was horrible not just the taste but we all 4 only ate a few bites and decided it was not worth it. We were traveling around a little for Christmas and within an hour my wife was throwing up in our bucees bag and 3 of us had to drive home with poopy pants.

It lasted several hours but finally out of our system. 00 sandwiches and no info not want a voucher to get another sandwich!!!! So disappointed in food and follow up service.

I was racially profiled here not once but twice.the first time I was accused of stealing a burrito and the second time my nephew was.it happened during the presence of managers both occasions.I will make sure to let others know how terrible the customer service is.

We stop at Bucees often, dec 16 at 330 in morning we filled up our Motorhome got food and gifts. We spent well over 300 dollars. We were running 4 hours behind because we got hung up in traffic from Louisiana.

My husband was tired so we pulled up out way of all traffic in parking lot to take a brief rest , the sign said only paying customers. Security came twice in three hours to tell us to leave. So we did.

Do we need to pay to park. I seen no signs saying no overnight parking. We didn’t plan to stay. Today dec 20 we stopped again we filled up and got food, another 300 dollars, security said we were against policy. What is your policy.

Stopped at a new location in Richmond KY and they apparently don't like truck drivers. Wanted to try their (excellent brisket or bbq as my best friend told me) i was asked to leave. I will NEVER stop here or any other location.

In my car and i will definitely be telling all my friends not to stop. Just spoke to a man i get my shipping papers from said his wife finally went in and said the food was overpriced and not worth the stop.

The cashier was very unpleasant. The worst experience I've ever had, very bad service, lousy service, they need to have better cashiers.

Ive been going to this buccees for years now. Everyday. Well they have new workers and this girl told another worker once i walked out the door, "oh she really looks like shes on drugs"! And a client of mine was in the store and over heard her say it.

So if she heard it, every other customer in the store heard it! No im not on drugs! I got out of bed got kids dressed and took them to school and was still looking like i rolled out of bed!

I went to Buc-ees December 6 and bought 20 blueberry scones. I get to my house, which is an hour away and I only have 14. There is no number to call and no way to tell them and I can't drove an hour away again until Sunday.

How do I get my money back or my scones.

Used to love to stop at Buc-ees for coffee. THIS NEW COFFEE YUCK IT SUCKS NOW AND NO HOT CHOCOLATE. GOT TO GO BACK TO MY OTHER STOPS.

I was on my way to Ormond Beach from Orlando, and I stopped at Buc ee's on I-95 in Daytona Beach for gas and a brisket sandwich. I ended up buying a Big Buckin sandwich for 12.49 plus tax, when I really just wanted a regular size, because I had picked that one up by mistake. I kept it, because I thought I might get 2 meals out of it. In the end, I did not even get 1, because 70% of the sandwich was fat and grizzle. I was never more disappointed in a sandwich than I was in that one. There was no value in it at all. I would like a refund for the amount plus tax. I will try to get a regular size sliced brisket sandwich in its place next time I am down there. Thanks!

I was at Buc-cees near St. Augustine Florida on Tuesday, November 8th, 2022. I put gas which was not a mistake. 99. My complaint is not purchasing an overpriced sandwich. My complaint is that the sandwich was spicy. You need to indicate on your sandwiches that they are spicy!!!!!!

On November 13, 2022 we went to Buckee's on 288 for breakfast tacos. Got home and they were cold. The sausage was overcooked and hard on one and the other had undercooked sausage. The cheese was hardly visible. Maybe 1 teaspoon of cheese.

They were half the size compared to what they use to be for same price. Actually they were not edible. Will not be returning or recommend to others.

I took a bad fall at your Calhoun location. Fell over a cement parking barrier. Factured my arm and badly hurt both knees. The manager took my name and phone and has yet to follow up. I am 64 years old, this has hurt me physically and financially.

I bought a buc-ee's BBQ sandwich at the buc-ee's on the west side of houston. As I have done for years I asked for pickles and onions. To my horror they said lBuceess no longer provides pickles and onions. My family has always stopped at bucky's going out of houston to buy barbecue sandwiches. It's a traditional thing.

I was astounded that bucky's no longer provides pickles and onions with barbecue. That's almost crazy. Barbecue sandwiches Withhout pickles and onions is unheard of in texas. Tell me that it's just a temporary thing and that you haven't made it a policy!

Bring pickles and onions back!

This is 4 x that I tried to make contact regarding purchase of 2 pulled pork sandwiches that we bought 9/26/22 while trying to get home before hurricane.

The sandwiches both that chunks of fat 1" x 1 1/2" of disgusting fat.

We ate while driving & couldnt take back for a refund.

The cinnamon roll & coffee & candy were great.

I stopped at the Florence South Carolina Bucees on October 12th approximately 5 pm. My wife and I wanted an Icee but there were not any large or extra large Icee cups. Since it was the same price we took a large fountain drink cup and filled it with Icee Pepsi and cherry flavored product.

They went to check out the lady at the register was ringing them up and I told her that one of them was an Icee in order to bed honest and fair with the Company. I did not think this would be a problem since both products for the same price.

To my surprise the lady at the register said that she could not sell me the product because of the cup that it was in she remove the cup from the counter the counter and discarded it to the trash She looked at the other clerk confirmed that she could not sell it…

They informed us that we could no longer get pickles and onions for the bbq. They even refused to sell them to us. After 20 people were complaining and they it it wasn’t us it is corporate. Bring back the pickles and onions, no one minds paying for them!

On Wed 9/28/22 purchased (3) three Signature sandwiches and asked for foil wrappers to take with me to prevent the juices from going through the paper wrappers. I was first told that by the cook attendant she couldn't do it.

Then she said well let me ask my manager. Upon returning to the hot food section I was informed that the manager said this would be a one time only thing and it would not happen again. The cook attendant said she would take the sandwiches back and rewrap them in the foil.

I said don't put yourself through all the trouble and I would pass on the foil wrappers. I did notice that other attendant walking up and dump about 4 or 5 sandwiches wrapped in the foil wrappers away. So I didn't see why there was an issue abut 3 (three) foil wrappers for my sandwiches.

Ordered three (3) club sandwiches. Asked for three (3) foil wrappers. I would be leaving New Braunfels and heading to San Antonio TX. I don't live in New Braunfels, TX. I didn't; want the juices to come through the paper wrappers.

I was told it had to be cleared through the Deli Manager who said it was a one time thing and he wouldn't be able to do it again. The problem is I was asking for it today, since I don't live in New Braunfels I doubt if I would come in everyday asking for (3) foil wrappers.

I'm not sure what has happened to the coffee bar at the Brazoria store. But the creamer n condiments have changed. Just stand around and 8 of 10 coffee customers complain about quality of the bar. I'm not one to complain but we only have 1 bucees now and coffee drinkers know quality and what is sub par.

Driving down 35 today from waco and every mile was a Bucees sign advertising. Just wanted to say it would be nice to donate all that unnecessary sign money to homeless or the needy.

Went in the Bucees in Terrell Texas

1. Restrooms where the mens urinals were dirty in the corners, trash, dead roaches, very unusual. 2. Went to food prep area and saw they were warming tortillas and I asked can I have a tortilla with chopped brisket. Employee rudely told me only in the morning! 3. No ice available on the right entrance coolers! 4. Bought a brisket sandwich that was 80% fat! Cold hard bread to go with it. 5. Cashier charged me twice for my bag of potato chips.

Lisa was rude at the Daytona store. Trying to fuel 3 Dually trucks with diesel. Needed to park my semi to walk and pay for the fuel $800. 10 cent per gallon on diesel fuel which caused your store to lose the purchase and future purchases at your stores.

I have and can provide proof I spent this year alone over $5000 on diesel at your store in Daytona it including store purchases. Just fuel. I own a transportation business so I fuel with diesel daily. Your store is no longer in my consideration for fuel nor stops.

Such disappointment in the way they spoke and treated me today when trying to fuel my 3 trucks.

Last 3 purhases of 1 pound briskett consisit of 50% fat. Trashed the last purchase. Asked for sliced but received 2 fat slices and the rest a scrambled mess. Use to enjoy but now it's gross.
