Was in today June 21, 2022 with my two granddaughters. Bathroom was in terrible shape, a huge nasty mess. Employees standing and blocking shopping areas and you could not enjoy looking around, very, very rude staff at this location, every time e I stop there.

I love bucees and stop at one every time I can. Please get Temple, Texas in shape and retrain the staff. If they hate their job and customers, well tell them to go somewhere else. I normally let stuff like this roll, but terrible behavior by all employees and worse from cashiers, is unacceptable.

While at the Florence, SC store I went to the fudge counter and was completely ignored by the two ladies behind the counter. If this is the way your employees treat your customers I am really surprised you have customers.

Standing in line at the fudge counter with two people waiting on customers and I was one of two people in line and was completely ignored. If that is way customers are treated I am surprised you have any.

We go to this Bucees every night almost and have the same order. 3 apple pies with extra cinnamon sugar. Never had an issue, ever. Tonight when we went in, we placed our order, approached the counter, and asked the closest Cafe worker ‘Carson’ to add the cinnamon sugar to our apple pies.

” I let him know that we get our apple pies like this every night, so he said he would ask his “Team Lead”, whose name is Rae. Rae approaches the counter and very rudely says that it’s their policy to not add cinnamon sugar because they can’t charge me for it.

Mind you, we’re talking about 2 Tbsp of sugar here.. I told her that we had always gotten our Apple pies like this and have never had an issue. So we asked to speak to a manager. The manager came over and after speaking…

To whom it may concern , My wife works for bucees in royce city texas in the warehouse dept as a team lead she’s pregnant and during our latest appointment the doctors found a problem with our baby due too lifting excessive weight, the managers all were aware of the pregnancy but still had her lifting over said limit with no care to her or anything else, she now has a doctors note signed by the doctor herself limiting her to 20lbs max and

yet again the managers including mike the warehouse manager has her lifting cases of items even with a note saying she cant. The store manager has also been advised but did nothing as usual. Bucees is absolutely a terrible place to work for with zero care for there employees , they will be hearing from our lawyer if anything happens to her or our baby.…

Had an issue with buying an iced coffee with the cashier. She was extremely rude and not helpful. Please contact me back. I have a few questions regarding the coffee situation. 214-799-9262

I just stopped at Buckees in Ennis. I use a walker to get around. There are no handicapped scooters! I made it to the restroom in the nick of time and wanted to get something to eat. There were so many people in the store I couldn't make it over to the BBQ to get a sandwich.

I have up and made my way back to the truck. I would have to edit to send some time shopping for smacks and things but I couldn't go anymore. If there was a place to sit down I could have rested and gotten something to eat.

Buckees has turned into nothing but a money maker. Y'all don't care about the customers. Just our money.
