I have been staying here at the budget inn for a week I am on a business trip for work. Today is 06/14/2025 I went to the office and request to get the room again she told me to check out I have not caused any problems she didn't want to use my credit card that was on file she said to checkout then

check back in which makes no since. I had to be at work I missed work due to her asking me to leave. The woman is very rude when I walk up to the desk she tells me what's up don't greet with a hello how can I help you.

I ask her if I my have towels and she tells me no I thought we are allowed to have towels here at the hotel. If someone could reach out to me cause this is not fare I had to miss work cause of her asking me to leave when I had my payment for the room.

The people running the Farmington Budget Inn, in New York, only tend too rooms 1-2 times a week. They make you take your own trash out. And when you don’t get to it before they do their services they talk shit about you in the language they speak in front of you showing aggression that they have to do the job they were hired to do.

They let me my woman and my 21 month old son go without heat in the middle of winter for 9-10 hours. Didn’t change our room and only provided 2-3 extra comforters.

I rented a room out for one week. I'm on day 2 of my stay and this night I pulled the blankets out to find rodent droppings all over the pillow and sheets. I called reception who then came to my room, slammed the replacement sheets on the dresser, and then proceed to yell at me for calling the office about it.

She told me to leave at check-out which is at 11am. After she left I saw a mouse run across the floor behind the desk and dresser. I do not have the pictures of the droppings physically on the bedding itself, but below I have attached photos of the droppings in the box spring

We have been here 2 weeks at the Russellville arkansas budget inn.. we have service animals and one is a cat.. we were informed cats are not allowed on the property but no signs say no cats.. even after the man was told they are service animals and that we have proof and all documentation we were still made to leave.. our room is clean.. no damages.. and we are quiet..

I never been treated this rude at any hotel. Let's start off by saying poorly on customer service and false advertising. When my granddaughters came and visited. I ran to the store probably gone for 25 minutes. I got a call from my granddaughters that the lady came inn kick them out and yelling at them saying we can't have visitors.

I would like to bring to your attention a very concerning interaction I had with a member of the staff at the Budget Inn Sanford on the evening of January 12, 2023

I arrived at 3:30pm January 12 to book into a room for one night. I had a flight out of SFB very early in the morning. I was assisted by a very helpful front desk staff member who booked me into room 117. She advised where it was located in the building and said it would be convenient for me and I could park my vehicle right in front of the room.

That evening I was in and out of my unit many times, locking and unlocking the door with my supplied electronic key. I had to get to sleep quite early as I had to be up at 3:30am to travel to the airport for my flight.

I booked a room at the Budget motel in Brunswick Georgia. I called the office there about what the room contained eg. Microwave, small refrigerator etc. The man who answered the phone couldn't understand what I was asking. He hung up on me three times.

They have no business running a motel or any business that requires an understanding of English speaking customers

When you call ahead they give you a price and when you show up in person they change it, and ask for deposits, and tell you dont complain, well rooms are dirty looked like never been clean, rooms smell, and towels and sheets smelled, bugs everywhere, phone didn't work, heater wasn't working, door to the rooms wouldn't lock, and etc. If they don't what anyone to complain then they should do their job right instead of keeping the money they could be fixing things and making sure rooms are clean!

The most disgusting motel I have ever been at in my 50 plus years of traveling, the location at 815 Krome Avenue in Florida City, Florida. The internet pictures were deceiving the actual room was so dirty, bugs crawling on the stands and in the bathroom/shower areas there was no clean towels in the room we had to go to the office and the staff was like oh well attitude, they didn't care at all.

I cannot believe this hotel actually exists and charged me $165 for what I am going through. I had to sign something that said no refunds before I even got my room. I am generally terrified with this experience. I am also disgusted that I have seen half a dozen bugs and my sheets are stained.

I booked a room in Deland, Florida for a one night stay. I arrived on Friday afternoon at 2:30 after finding the motel in the middle of nowhere. My first impression of the facilities was how poorly maintained the buildings, grounds an parking lot were.

Yes, I stayed at the Budget Inn location in Okeechobee, Florida for just a little over a month starting around October 2021 till November 26th 2021. It was only me & my fiance, as well as our 2 dogs. We never rented by the month/week for few other different reasons, but we paid daily for our room- At that it was almost every time before checkout even rolled around, which was at 11am.

Additionally we paid the additional "pet fee" per day as well, with a Room total of $66/Night. As mentioned above, we stayed a few days over a month. During that stay we were no trouble to anyone or caused any issues or problems with anyone.

I only got to stay here for an hour long, the place was filled with bed bugs and my family especially my newborn son was staying here. If my nephew haven’t gotten bit we would have not even noticed. When we went downstairs to check out and get a refund the guy told me to talk to the manager.

The manager’s name was Mr. Soni and the location was on Norwalk and Firestone. When I called to ask for a refund the guy told us that it isn’t his fault there’s bed bugs there that the people before hand probably had them.

But if that was the case doesn’t that mean they would have noticed it while cleaning? But the manger didn’t offer a refund and was really rude and hung up on us and said it’s not his problem.

I’m filing a complaint against the Budget Inn at 3155 Huntsville Hwy In Fayetteville, TN, where the husband/wife owner are mean to their paying customers. A gal I help is homeless and has been living at BI almost 2 years and, she not only pays $900/mo out of her disability check for one room, but they harass her. It’s just not right.

I stayed at the Budget Inn in Fallon Nv. I was there for almost 2 months. I started noticing bugs with in the first week of my stay. I complained. They didn't even look to see where they were coming from.

I moved rooms the second week. Same thing. The day I was checking out. I removed the heater (AC unit cover. It was completely mildly. I have bug bites all over my body. On check out. I told them my findings, along with the bugs found in the room and off my body.

I asked for at least a partial refund. And or the over $200 in cleaning/bug supplies. They said no. And acted like they didn't care. I'm turning it into the health department as well the BBB. Thank you.

When checking in we were told the pool was in the back and wifi was available along with complimentary continental breakfast. We went into the room to find that the TV did not receive but two channels, absolutely no wifi in the room ( it did work in the hallway.

Also the breakfast consisted of wrapped Danish and coffee (which if you got at the beginning was more than likely leftover since no amount of cream would ever lighten up the coffee) We were told in advance that we could see the room ahead of time because many opted to go elsewhere. When you are new to the area and tired from traveling most anywhere seems fine.

I made reservations at the Budget Inn at 10621 San Pablo Avenue, El Cerrito, CA for the night of September 1, 2019. My credit card was charged. My wife notified the manager that we would be checking in late, around 10 PM. When we arrived at 10:30 PM no rooms were available. The driveway has two unlit pillars near the exit to the parking lot. I backed into one and damaged my fender. I don't have a smart phone and opted to drive home rather than search for another motel late at night. On a country road, I ran into a deer. The total damage to my car, attributable to the Budget Inn fiasco, exceeds $3000.
