They were rude and disrespectful

I only got to stay here for an hour long, the place was filled with bed bugs and my family especially my newborn son was staying here. If my nephew haven’t gotten bit we would have not even noticed. When we went downstairs to check out and get a refund the guy told me to talk to the manager.

The manager’s name was Mr. Soni and the location was on Norwalk and Firestone. When I called to ask for a refund the guy told us that it isn’t his fault there’s bed bugs there that the people before hand probably had them.

But if that was the case doesn’t that mean they would have noticed it while cleaning? But the manger didn’t offer a refund and was really rude and hung up on us and said it’s not his problem.

Worst Place I've ever dealt with room was infested with roaches paid 1100 dollars to be sleeping with roaches they need to be shut down the staff was. NOT helpful in any kind of way

I’m filing a complaint against the Budget Inn at 3155 Huntsville Hwy In Fayetteville, TN, where the husband/wife owner are mean to their paying customers. A gal I help is homeless and has been living at BI almost 2 years and, she not only pays $900/mo out of her disability check for one room, but they harass her. It’s just not right.

I stayed at the Budget Inn in Fallon Nv. I was there for almost 2 months. I started noticing bugs with in the first week of my stay. I complained. They didn't even look to see where they were coming from.

I moved rooms the second week. Same thing. The day I was checking out. I removed the heater (AC unit cover. It was completely mildly. I have bug bites all over my body. On check out. I told them my findings, along with the bugs found in the room and off my body.

I asked for at least a partial refund. And or the over $200 in cleaning/bug supplies. They said no. And acted like they didn't care. I'm turning it into the health department as well the BBB. Thank you.

cockroachs , no safety chain, no coat hangers or phone, radio, table, tissues, bath mat, hand towels, ice mach., rack sheet, clock, tv sucked, etc. worked hotels for 37 years.. bad!!!!

When checking in we were told the pool was in the back and wifi was available along with complimentary continental breakfast. We went into the room to find that the TV did not receive but two channels, absolutely no wifi in the room ( it did work in the hallway.

Also the breakfast consisted of wrapped Danish and coffee (which if you got at the beginning was more than likely leftover since no amount of cream would ever lighten up the coffee) We were told in advance that we could see the room ahead of time because many opted to go elsewhere. When you are new to the area and tired from traveling most anywhere seems fine.

Anyway we refused the first room we saw but did accept the second room. Next day we went to check on the pool and found the county had made them close and chain the pool…

I made reservations at the Budget Inn at 10621 San Pablo Avenue, El Cerrito, CA for the night of September 1, 2019. My credit card was charged. My wife notified the manager that we would be checking in late, around 10 PM. When we arrived at 10:30 PM no rooms were available. The driveway has two unlit pillars near the exit to the parking lot. I backed into one and damaged my fender. I don't have a smart phone and opted to drive home rather than search for another motel late at night. On a country road, I ran into a deer. The total damage to my car, attributable to the Budget Inn fiasco, exceeds $3000.

I will not long forget my experience with Budget Inn.

I made reservations for October 5th & 6th under my friends name, Elizabeth Carrillo, due to the fact that I have lost my ID. So we get there are given a room on the 2nd floor. I ask if there are any rooms availableon the 1st floor, due to the fact o have a really bad knee.

Your room is on the 2nd floor is what I'm told. Ok then. Get into my room, no hand towels, no ashtray so back down the stairs I go back into the office. Ask for hand towels was handed an entire packet of towels, whatever asked for an ashtray was told you did not reserve a smoking room and tried to show me his screen on his computer.

I rented a room for a week. My room was infested with bed bugs. I told the front office and they acted as if it was no big deal. They offered to refund me half of today and said I could check out as they had no rooms available right now.

The housekeepers were very nice and respectful.

However the lady in the office was VERY rude and acted like I was bothering her with my problem.

My family make reservations for the Budget inn Express on Gordon highway in Augusta Georgia during our evacuation from Savannah Georgia upon arrival at the hotel we found it unfit to stay at therefore we requested our money back which the hotel denied. This hotel was rundown should not have been occupied by any one.

if i could give 0 stars i would. I had an employee call me and my boyfriend white and black trash all simply because we went to go pay another night and we gave more than what the room was and needed change.

She gave us 2$ short of what our change was supposed to be and when we brought it up she said she had to check the cameras and be sure that we were telling the truth. When we asked her to check the cameras she stood there and looked at us like we were idiots.

I was racially discriminated by desk clerk in Gillette WY on Friday July 12. My fiancee paid for a week in advance plus an extra $70 for his dog. He was evicted after 2 nights for having her, who is a service dog. He has epilepsy and mental problems. He even offered to pay for her again but was refused.

He was then threatened and forced off the property. Worse, he was called a retard, having ADHD and dyslexia this upset him very much. He was given $120 back but really needed the room and now has to try to find a new one.

The owner should be penalized, he is rude and refused to give his name, as I spoke to him over the phone several times for explanation and each time he hung up.

We went to a softball tournament in Magee, MS on June 21-23. com. When we arrived at the motel they couldn’t find anyone’s reservations, there were 5 of us that rented rooms. When I was checking in she wanted me to tell her the PIN number to my debit card.

I refused and made her unlock the door so I could put it in myself which I noticed then she charged me more than I was supposed to pay. 78 and they were debiting my card $140. She said she would refund me $8 but never did anything to show me she was crediting my card back that amount.

My daughter and her family checked into Budget Inn Sanford Florida. Both rooms were filthy dirty, one of the rooms bed was not even made. Dirty bed linen was balled up and sitting in a chair in the hotel room.

The family that checked in after us came running out of their rooms saying hell no, there are bed bugs. Needless to say we checked back out immediately. Evan, the gentleman at the desk was very quick to give me the refund.

However, the money doesn't go right back to my credit card, so therefore it put me out $150. We drove down about 15 miles to a Marriott. This experience wasn't what we wanted after a long flight here

The Caldwell location is maintained very poorly. After we checked in at 8:30 pm we noticed that the refrigerator was not working. We had to call to get it replaced. Although they said it was nonsmoking the smoke smell lingered.

The toilet kept flushing itself. The toilet floor was unbearable. The light bulb was not working and the maintenance guy could not find a way to go behind the bed to replace. At 11 pm I complained and they said they could move us into a different room.

That is a joke when my spouse was tired and went to bed they wanted to move us. Please shut this place. Not worth the money. We want a refund

We found blood on our sheets at the budget inn host NAU location. We didn’t even sleep in the room because it was absolutely disgusting. We paid for a room that we didn’t even get to stay in and did not get our money back.

Staff entering rooms while guests are gone. Housekeeping never cleaning rooms when scheduled but days later when guess are never there. Staff are cussing out guess, being unprofessional. Staff is stealing money at cash register. All staff is kin to Management and living in hotel, as well as partying with guess during business hours.

Allowed guess to work here to lower room fees. Staff doing drugs on property while on duty, All things done are also known by Management also.

I had a two night reservation for 4/25 and 4/26/19 at Carlisle Budget Inn 1125 Harrisburg Pike Carlisle PA. 17013... My experience their was Horrible. (1) I check in and the first thing I experience was a Very long screw was installed on the entrance door that cut my fingers on.

(2) The room smelt musty so when I opened the window to get fresh air into the room their was absolutely no screen on the window ! (3) I went to take my medical pills and then their was no cup or glass to take water with for my medications.

(4) I then thought about taking a shower, I discovered that there was No Soap in the bathroom what so ever. (5) The most gross is when I observed LARGE clumps of human hair in the corners of the bathroom.. It was discussting !!!

I won’t go into details, as there are to many issues, I will say that I was in the Hotel business for over thirty years and never stayed in a worst property.

The franchise should be yanked ASAP, and the regional manager put into a less damaging position.

Danville, Viginia. Budget inn. I got a room at the budget inn and was first greeted at my room by two crsck heads. upon entering my room, i found extensive cigarette burns in the blankets on the bed. The walls were full of holes and white spackle.

the shower curtain rod was not attached to the shower, the sink in the bathroom was bary attached to the wall, the bathroom was so disgusting that i could not shower or even sit on the toilet seat. Totally disgusting.

On a recent trip to Florida with my daughter, we stayed at the Budget in Jasper, FL. It was the worst experience I have ever had with lodging. The first room we were given was filthy! Stains dirt, dust and stains on just about everything from bedding to bathroon.

First off the lobby was locked when we arrived to check in, we had to converse through a glass window, not very appealing or safe! This should have been my first clue something wasn't right. The room had dead bugs all over the floor, we found live bugs in the sink and the tub.

The room had a very bad odor, it smelled like musty bleach, we both ended up with a severe headache the next morning. There was at least a one inch gap at the bottom of the door, making every noise echo in the room.

You could hear every person outside, every car, every noise! The room was very sparse, there was no luggage rack, no dresser, only a table with the tv on it and a rolling chair, the fridge with a small microwave on top of it, that's it!
