I ordered my order in online and the pick up time was at 1:40 I went there around 1;45 I ask the associate that I’m picking up and they said it will be ready in 5 minutes I was like ok, then I waited on the line for over 10 minutes then I ask the store employee to check my order as everyone who came after me get their orders the store employee was rude and

unprofessional she almost threw the order on my face, on top off my order been late and the employee was rude to me the food quality was very poor I ordered boneless chicken I almost lost tooth because the chicken was so hard it is like biting stone. SO So disappointed.

I was at the Dubuque Iowa location this evening and the bathrooms were disgusting,the employees were extremely rude,and the food was unsatisfactory.. customers left angry because we were standing in line forever and it wasnt even busy...door dashers were left waiting for 20 mins+ .been to alot of this restaurants and this one was completely unacceptable

C. in shopping center. I didn't get the White male's name but my friend did. He had a no care attitude. The two with me ordered for that never came. The bartender said that, "It's not my problem". Didn't want to take the money for drinks, and was running his mouth to the white customers about us as though I couldn't hear him.

The waitress as well was snobby. Other patrons of color were treated the same sitting close, and had a large family. Neither of those employees working behind the bar nor the manager that we asked for smelling like Marijuana need to be employed there.

Food was horrible, our waitress refused us service after we sent back the sprite and vodka or whatever she brought, I ordered a rum and Pepsi, the Guinness I ordered next was the most faul tasting beer I’ve ever had tasted like strait up mold. After an hour our waitress finally came back and brought our food and it was harder than diamonds we said it was gross and they still charged for them.

Our waitress checked on us zero times we were the only clients in the store.!! And she added her own tip I would have never tipped such a rude and unprofessional staff member. This location has two stars they’re absolutely horrible.

I always buy in this location today I order online and I buy the bundle 20/20 so I ask for sauce on the Side I get to the restaurant and I told them that I was picking my order up so the girl bring my order and I notice that the boneless had sauce so I told her, she took them to the back and they fix it whenever she bring it back I notice it was no sauce so

I ask here can i have the sauce please she roll her eyes at me she seems to be upset so I came home and I start serving to my kids so it’s supposed to be 10 boneless for each of my kids but no one of them only had 6 because they only put 16 that’s the reason why i always buy 20/20.

So I’m paying 63 dollars for something and I get home mad because of the attitude of the girl and missing food.

My husband and I were recently at your location near SeaWorld in Florida. We got take out from our hotel across the street. We did not get the sauces we asked for, and the appetizers we cold and terrible. The only thing that was good were the hamburgers we ordered.

We will never eat at any of your restaurants again. Very disappointed as we were told you had food. Didn't see it

Manager was rude when we came, made us sit in booth we are big guys both isnt compdorble. Were the first ones in the store yesterday. Ordered a sweet tea and a half and half tea they were pure sugar had to get unsweet to mix with it do make it drinkable.

Let me Start out by saying this is my second bad Experience at this Location. The first one was when we sat in the bar area, once we got our meal which was not bad we waited about twenty minutes for our server to come to our table so that we could get to go containers.

OI thought we would give it another chance but this visit was worst then the first.

Finally our server comes and we order our food and drinks we got our drinks and waited quite a while for our food and I did not get my wings I ordered so more waiting. Not a good experience at all

We tried to enjoy a nice at home birthday lunch for my son we place an order for the burger and add boneless wings for $1 two times both with mild sauce carrots ranch 2 orders of medium wings one with fries one with potato wedges ranch dressing crasser salad with ranch dressing and with one of the burger meals onion rings. A kids meal.

We got no sauce on any of the boneless no dressing for the salad 1 mild 10 pc and no sauce for the onion rings and when we called to complain she said all she could do was give us sauces because that is all they forgot and the kids drink.

Ok this is understandable however it really messed up our experience because we just wanted what we ordered and because all you forgot just happened to effect 4 out of the 5 meals we ordered caused us ruined plans. But it…

Placed a to-go order with the Fairfax, VA location. Had to wait 25 minutes for my order. And no one was at the host stand so there was a lot of people with late orders. We had to ask an employee at the bar to get someone to help us.

The rack fir to-go orders was empty. Someone had asked to speak to a manager and the manager never came out. The reason I’m upset about the wait time is I had to get home to feed my newborn.

On May 1, BWWs was out of hamburger, onion rings, tater tots, American cheese, and that’s just what I know about! I ordered a grilled chicken sandwich w/wedges to go. Got home and there was no bun to make a sandwich and no wedges.

I write this today because the BWWs in Moundsville WV is one of the nicest, clean air establishments in our area. I don’t want it to close! But if management doesn’t improve, it’s going to happen! People were walking out today!

Have gone to our local BWW (Mountaineer Blvd. Charleston, WV) on at least three prior occasions. I do not care for BWW but my husband loves their appetizer sampler. Every time we've gone, they've been out of an item for the sampler and they won't substitute or sell the sampler without everything that goes with it.

Our last visit on March 3, we called in advanced and were assured they had everything. We arrived within 15 minutes, ordered drinks and when she brought the drinks and went to take our order, we were told they were out of an item and couldn't sell the sampler.

We left and went to Applebee's. I lodged a complain by phone and never got a response. I then lodged a complaint online and still no response. One can only assume it is because they do not care about their customers.

I recently placed an online order for pick up at the Buffalo Wild Wings near Washington Ave. and Yale St. in Houston, Texas.

I arrived right around the designated time that my order was supposed to be ready 5:10pm on Monday 3/20/23. I was greeted by a man who didn’t seem very interested in me being there, he seemed upset. I told him I was there to pick up an online order and gave him my first name, he asked for my last name which I gave to him. He typed into the screen and confirmed my last name. It was correct. I ordered food from Buffalo Wild Wings located in Rock Hill, SC 3 different days and his week & ALL 3 days my food was made incorrectly! Not only that, I was missing 12 wings out of my order & after speaking with the on-site manager & them remaking the order, once I arrived again to pick up my order, my food was then given to the wrong customer.

The customer walks out of the restaurant & which the manager flags them Down and let’s them know they have the wrong order & brings the food back inside BWW & tried to give the food to me! This is unacceptable & very unprofessional!!

Ordered Buffalo Wild Wings on Door Dash. Ordered side salad that was super sad for nearly $7 and the traditional wild wings and the sauce is blowing up my mouth. It’s so hot and nothing will take it away. There is no way this is the mild sauce and think someone is playing a cruel joke on me!!!

We have been loyal customers for you guys for the past 16 years. On Sundays after church we as a family come over to your restaurant. I based the time frame on my oldest grandsons is 15. Our daughter-in-law was pregnant with him when we started coming.

We know some servers that have been with your restaurant here in Omaha Nebraska. I just ordered takeout. 99. You probably think that's not a lot and in the scheme of things it's not but you add on restaurant tax and tax.

And then they want a tip for when you come in to pick up your food. When I called corporate they said this was due to inflation. So you are going to charge your customers money to come pick up their food and they are having just as much trouble with inflation as you guys?!!

I ordered a bird dawg loaded. Staff brought out a Buffalo bird dog. I told staff it was wrong. They went to manager, manager came out and said the is what I ordered. It was not. He said I didn’t know what I was talking about and he was a manager and would know better than me.

Having been going to buffalo wild wings for years in Waco,Tx. Went tonight and was told we could not sit at bar,as bartender has not had a break. I noticed another couple had the same problem. She came back and rudely told us to go ahead.

The did not have the beer we wanted as well as other customers paying out that wanted the same thing.

Food is average at best and take out is at least an hour and then you get there at the 1 hour mark and then you get to wait another half hour.

Meanwhile my take out which isn't from BWW is grossly cold when someone else in the family orders it. The kicker is that when you get there, they're not even busy. Frustrating.

The management team, General Manager, and even HR has STRONG favoritism! If you so much as go to your managers for help on ANY issue with one of the favorites they turn it all on you and fire you! If you go to management about sexual harassment as well you’re waisting your time because they won’t report the issue just like they won’t report roaches.

We went to the one in Rehoboth, Delaware and asked for the wings to be made extra crispy and were told we couldn't get them that way. Whoever heard of a restaurant that refuse to prepare your food the way you want it.

We got up and left. No wonder they are going out of business.

I ordered two items from BWW on 02-26-2023. But I didn’t receive all the items I ordered. Bar Pizza I ordered didn’t reach me. Instead, I got a slip written on it as “ No Pizza”. I am attaching a picture of it as well.

I have raised a complaint against this after 2 days as I haven’t received a refund till then. I also got a call from an executive regarding the same on 03-01-2023 for cross-checking. The number I received a call from is +1(703) 267-6979.

Even till date, I didn’t receive a refund. I am very much offended by this. I would like to refund as soon as possible.

I never go public on my comments . But, I have to tonight. We went to Buffalo Wild Wings restaurant this evening and I was appalled at the service and the Manager. Asked the waitress if the wings were one bone or two bone.

Her response was, I will have to ask. She returned and said it was at the bottom of the menu. Flats were 2 bone drums were one bone. So she apparently had not read the menu,and did not know what they were serving.

The most horrible experience that we ever had. We observed the floor of the restaurant was completely dirty full of garbage and the host was sloppy looking. Nothing was picked up off the floor Never got any food And the server was ignoring us and spend more time with her friend.

We are rewards members and frequent flyers at the Ft. Wright BW3s. Bartenders and service staff knows us. Service manager Will Vaugh was extremely rude to us on 2/22/23 as our order was never delivered. He was not helping the crowded bar area or bartender serve the customers.

He got argumentative and refused to take care of our bill even though we never got our wings.

First let me start by saying I am a big Fan of your Establishment. My wife and I have have been going to the Buffalo Wild wings in Richmond Va, shortpump location since before Covid attending twice a week or more.

At this particular location there are two people who have been there since then and have been doing an Amazing job. They are Stephanie and Drew. They represent your establishment with pride and Great Customer service. Since before Covid there were many mangers that did a Great Job!

My first time visiting Buffalo wild wings. The Bartender seemed to be a lil intoxicated. I myself was not drinking and was ordering food. She was very nonchalant with me but seemed to be fully engaged with the men in the restaurant.

Her attitude seemed to be like I disturbed her. After I ordered I was not offered a drink. I had to catch her and ask while a employee was asking for a drink. I ordered the strawberry lemonade. Which was a bit over powering and somewhat tasted like syrup.

We visited our local store in Heath Ohio we received drinks and appetizers right away but food took over an hour 20 minutes. For two orders of wings. Other customers were having same issue. We were told kitchen was short staffed yet I watched kitchen staff leave to go outside multiple times.

Two managers were contacted by bartender and they reduced our bill but seemed not interested in addressing issues in store. Instead were more engaged in socializing with staff. Very disappointing behavior. On the up side restrooms were very clean. I wish service matched.

I visited BWW 2/20 12:40 pm. We were never acknowledged by any BWW staff for seating. I was a party of three after 15 minutes of waiting and a total of 8 people waiting never being acknowledged or seated. My party of 3 left as well as the party of 2 left the restaurant.

My party went to a nearby Hooters. The party of 2 who left with my party went to a nearby Saints. I had not been to this location in 5 years. So disappointed

My husband and I visited the Buffalo Wild Wings in Fresno on Shaw and Valentine. Sat at the bar and the bartender/server was named Alicia I believe. Extremely unprofessional and rude. I have frequented your company (Buffalo wild wings) in Mansfield Ma a few times now. The wait to be seated has been over 25 minutes with the restaurant’s tables empty. The staff has been rude, tables are not cleared in any timely manner, food has come out cold after an extremely long wait.

Went to one in Clarksville Indiana, got there at 12:30pm. Was seated right away waited 15 minutes no one came to table mean while people are coming in being served ( coming in after us) We stopped someone asked if they could get our server said it was him but

he needed to close loose ends before coming to us. He was walking around talking to people for 15 minutes before we stopped him. I said we are leaving and left. My question to you is this why did we have to wait while other servers where just as busy but made it to the customers table before 5 minutes after they came in.

I saw a woman there named Jennifer with long hair taking drugs outside the restaurant. I also saw the same Jennifer doing a drug deal in the parking lot. I’ve seen this happen several times up there her name is Jenn Debose.

I visit the location in Wesley Chapel and it wasn’t the best experience. I arrive at the restaurant around 850pm. I looked for seating at bar, but there was none. So I went to host desk and asked to be seated in a high top table by bar area.

He asked was the table directly behind host desk was ok, I stated yes. He sat me down and provided me with a menu. So far so good. But until I sat there for long amount of time without being acknowledged.

I have 4 people just walk by me that’s working for your “brand”. I came to have a beer and wings. But guest no one felt the need to even speak or be attentive and acknowledge me. Coach your entire team on customer awareness.

3 bartenders, 1 serving, and server on floor. But no one acknowledged me!
