First we had to ask about the happy hour as we weren’t even told about it. Only reason we knew was because we saw online before we went.

Also I got the Buffalo bird dog and definitely not worth the money. A tiny chicken tender with the Buffalo sauce underneath on the bun. Wasn’t even on the chicken at all. I honestly thought they brought out the wrong thing because of how it looked.

I made a phone order and I got the 15/15 wing comb with fries. The fries tasted stale like if they’ve been under heat for a while, and the boneless wings were dry. Like they made NO effort into making someone’s meal enjoyable.

I’m really upset with the Buffalo Wild Wings in Monterey park, California. ” Disappointing.

Me and my family came in on Saturday the 11th of February at the UCF location and we felt very uncomfortable. There was a heavy gentleman in a collared shirt, touching his employees inappropriately . We only assumed he was a manager because of his T-shirt.

We didn't get his name, but he had a ponytail and was heavy. We found it very unappropriate.

Called ahead to check on wait times, was told there wasn’t a wait time but that wasn’t guaranteed. Told they didn’t take reservations or have call ahead service. Arrived and watched people get immediately seated but when we came up in line we were told it would be a 10-20 minute wait.

Then watched more people go in while we waited. The host, named “Brandon” thought my concern was funny, even talking about us having to wait. I then asked to speak to a manager and a woman named Krishna came to talk toy me.

I was at the Buffalo Wild Wings location in west Lafayette and the manager there claimed to be the general manager threatened to put a bullet in my head. This is an out right disgusting thing to say in this day and age. He doesn’t deserve to be working for the company let alone any company.

My husband & I ordered take out. I had the ultimate nachos & he had 15 traditional wings. Not only was the ordered not ready when my husband got there (they said 3:20pm, wasn’t ready until 3:35pm), my nachos were cold as could be, didn’t have hardly any toppings on them, the chicken that was on them tasted burnt. I couldn’t even eat it.

We love BDubs and go there at least once a week & usually the service is great, but due to me being sick we decided to order take out which we learned our lesson on that one.

I was kicked out of Bdubs in Muncie In. Today by manager named Kyle Purta because my food was wrong. The waitress took it back then he came out and was immediately rude telling me I haven't been there in five years and didn't know what I was talking about.

I had my wife, son 17, and two daughters of 6 and 11 with me and my cousin and his family. When he was yelling causing a seen upsetting my kids telling me I was pretty much stupid, I stood up to walk around the big table hoping he would stop yelling and he said since I stood up I was threatening so we had to leave.

Would love to give BWW a -5 Stars. The WORST Customer Service of my life! Six people at the bar and I was ignored for 20 minutes!!! Then when I told him I had been waiting for 20 minutes, he gave me ATTITUDE!

At shift change though, he was quick to cash me out so he could get his tip. Unbelieveable. You lost a lifetime customer

My co-workers and myself spend so much $ eating here but that changes now!!!! 60 extra for ranch that we never receive or it’s blue cheese instead, part of our order is always forgotten, the tortilla chips are stale and they now provide a tablespoon of salsa to go with it, there are never any napkins or silverware, I can go on and on!!

For the high price it sucks!!!!!! Haven’t had a good experience with this place in 2 years and I’m now done!!!

My family and I ordered from this location and when we arrived at the time that our food was supposed to be ready, we were told it would be another 5-10 minutes. Which was fine, but we ended up waiting for 30 minutes.

When we got home and took our food our the bag, the "All American Cheeseburger" was just a patty on a bun. Our "hot" wings did not have any sauce on them. Our "buffalo" boneless wings were cold.

Lastly, we did not receive ranch, bleu cheese, carrots, or celery.

Bought 20 boneless wings five out of the 20 were soft enough to eat the other 15 were so hard and crunchy that you couldn't even enjoy them at all they were too hard to eat when I called they said 15 to 20 minutes I showed up 25 minutes after calling and waited another 20 minutes supposed to have blue cheese with celery instead it was ranch.... This is the first time that my wings were that crunchy

My wife and I both had a busy day. I suggested Buffalo Wild Wings. We arrived was seated placed our order. Jenni food arrived, I was told mi e would be out shortly. 20 minutes later I flagged down my waitress.

She apologized for the delay. The purpose of going out to dinner is to have the opportunity to have dinner together. Clearly that didn’t work, This was a repeat of two weeks earlier the only difference was my group was 10 people.

Hopefully you don’t need or care about our business because you lost a customer.

We were not seated for over 30 minutes and the restaurant was only a quarter full. People were walking out because they saw the restaurant wasn't full but they weren't being seated. The hostess said it was because they had a large party. They had 3 servers.

Last time I went to buffalo wild wings the wings were undercooked. So this time I ordered wings crispy and they came desiccated.. I also ordered celery and carrots and mentioned that the last time the celery was slimy. I paid for the celery and carrots for this order.

When I got home I found in my sealed bag there were no carrots or celery in the bag as well as no blue cheese dressing. So all I had for dinner was 20 desiccated. wings of which I was only able to choke down 6.

I visited your restaurant off Colonial Boulevard in Fort Myers today and was very disappointed in the quality of your food. The wings, your signature dish, were miniature in size and over cooked to the point of being hard to chew.

Needless to say, but based on this experience I will not be returning to one of your restaurants anytime in the future. By the way, I spoke to the other patron sitting at the bar on the way out and he had the same assessment as that I did.

I ordered from the Concord address and my food was 30 minutes late and cold. When I tried to talk to the "servers" they were ignoring me and everyone, seemed bothered to be asked to do their job. I wish i could remove my tip.

Not a single employee in this branch deserves more than their base pay.

Buffalo Wild Wings in Lima Ohio on Allentown Road. I ordered 20 boneless wings on takeout. 48. 50. And she said there is taxes. And I said there isn’t on takeout. And she said yes there is. And I said ok.

Then I checked online and asked a friend and I found out there isn’t. When I went to pick it up. 48 and I told her that I’m for sure that there is no tax on take out, then she said “oh, it’s actually a $1 service fee for call in orders”.

She lied to me on the phone that it was taxes. And when I confronted her, she told me what it really was. If I knew there was a service fee for calls, I would’ve used the app. She purposely tricked me

Bought 40 wings yesterday. The 2 packages of the p were great. The package of 20 was cold. Not room temperature but refrigerator cold. I had to microwave them. I might as well bought wings from grocery store. I don’t understand how they could give me tegrigator cold wings.

After ordering online, I pick up my meal from the Lee's Summit MO location and a young lady asked for the names in the order. After giving my name she hands me a bag of food. Upon opening the bag and boxes to check my order, I noticed the order is incorrect.

The hostess took the bag and places it back on the shelf to be picked up by the correct person and proceeds to ask the kitchen staff if there was another order for the correct Kris in the back and they responded yes. Store #3800 was the worst experience I ever had at a restaurant. I arrived with three buddies to watch playoffs football. Front entrance is no greeters so we wait and wait but no one comes so we decided to take a seat.

I went to the Buffalo Wild Wings facility in Carlsbad New Mexico. This restaurant was totally out of all of their Chicken Sandwiches. That alone showed me this company is not very well run! My daughter and I since I am back in Murrieta California ordered a Bucket of Wings, a Chicken Sandwich with Fries. They did not deliver the wing order my daughter ordered, and the fries were over cooked.

I personally feel their prices are way over priced. $10.00 for a Chicken sandwich with a small portion of fries to me is a rip off. I have a degree in Restaurnat Management and I am well aware of pricing. Restaurants have to charge three times the cost of their purchase in order to make a profit.

The Buffalo Wild Wings location at 3065 E Shaw Ave, Fresno (by Fresno State) is a joke at best. If possible, I would leave a negative star review. Years ago we had horrible service with disrespectful staff, but had decided to give it another try this evening (1/22/23) around 8PM.

This was yet another dissapointing experience. They had the whole front section cleared out and tried to sit us in the back by the bar, but it was so loud that we couldn’t even talk amongst our group and requested to be moved.

I am at the Buffalo Wild Wings in Palmdale,Ca. I ordered 3 boneless Bar Pizzas. 2 Buffalo ones and 1 Honey BBQ. The Honey BBQ was not supposed to have any hot stuff on it at all. When we got the pizzas, we took off all of the hot peppers then I hate a piece, 1 of my kids ate one and my daughter tried to eat one, but it was too hot.

I orded 20 wings on your wesite. The order was placed at 7:23 pm. I was given a pickup time of 8:30 pm. When I got them home they were cold. Upon looking at the receipt I found that the order was completed at 7:45 and was placed on the shelf.

My first visit I called and ordered the 20 boneless wings/ 20 bone in with side of fries. They explained to me they were out of bone in wings so I could not get the deal. I would have to actually order all boneless wings and pay higher price.

Tonight I called to order the same thing, when I got home the fries were not in there. I called explained my fries where not in there. The employee in stricter me I had to say I wanted the fries. I explained the fries come with this deal. She asked if I wanted to come back I told No not tonight. Just received our order picked up by door dash. They left out the 4 sauce of blue cheese we ordered, we had a 20 honey bbq boneless wings, it says 20 on the outside but when we opened it there were only 11 in the box.

The additional 20 piece honey bbq was missing but in its place was two 5 piece buffalo sauce wings. Tried to call the store and the phone system either hangs up or goes to voice mail. Wish I could say this is this first time this place has let us down for our dinner but it happens over and over.

We use to order 3 times a month from their but now we give a try every few months to see if there still awful and it is. I think you need to find someone to run Lakeville Minnesota restaurant that’s better than what they have.

We waited 10 mins to be seated while all the tables available were not cleaned off and was not cleaned off for the remainder of the time we were there until the end. We waited 45 mins for our food which the food was only 15 boneless wings (which were not warm), wedges,chicken tenders,fries.

We watch a YouTube video about how great the burgers and wings are and decided to order dinner. We ordered a chicken sandwich, double burger, and 50 chicken wings. Let me just start by saying the chicken wings are totally worse than little ceasers.

Way under cooked and taste like fatty abused masses of poor chickens, no one wants that!

Second, everything was dried out and way over seasoned.

Lastly, the side salad (lettuce) was the only thing halfway edible, minus the tomatoes that were two or more weeks old( and that’s all you get in the salad Never will order again, and WE order!

Went to Bdubs in Newburgh, NY. Very busy which was not a problem. We had a party of 8. Ordered Supreme Nachos with chicken for an appetizer. Took awhile to receive but was not a problem, the problem was is that is was very cold.

I had 5 teenagers with me and they were hungry so I did not say anything. When our food came, my bar pizza was cold and an order of the boneless queerer very cold. We did receive new ones that were warm delivered by the manager.

I have both gone to and gotten takeout at the Buffalo wild wild wings in Carmel Indiana off 146th.

Today I got takeout and it was particularly bad. I ordered online and came 10 minutes after it was supposed to be done. I waited another 30 minutes to get my order and it was wrong. They argued with me that I had not ordered what I had even though I can show them my receipt. After the third time do the kitchen they came back to the kitchen they said the order was partially canceled because they were out of chips.

I and my party had a late supper on New Year's Eve at your restaurant on Market Street in Mt. Clemens, MI. We arrived a little late at 10:20. Fireworks were scheduled for midnight. Hello. I visited Buffalo Wild Wings in Columbus, MS yesterday. I’m concerned that employees are allowed to smoke marijuana on company grounds. Yesterday, there were at least 3 African American males and possibly one female sitting inside an older model black Chevrolet Tahoe in the parking lot smoking marijuana.

This is my second time seeing the same individuals pass joints between each other in uniform and on company property. I was with my family and it was very hard explaining why their behavior was inappropriate and illegal.

Came to Buffalo Wild Wings approximately 11:30am on lunch break and sat at bar. Bartender rolled his eyes as we asked to sit there. He got our drinks and took our order. He did not put in our order until 15 minutes later after he took it.

He gave us trays with utensils and there was a fly on the napkin. Our order came out on trays 30 minutes later. He forgot our fry’s but walked away before we could tell him or need a refresh on our drinks.

We have eaten at the College Station location many times and never had bad service, until Dec 26, 2022. We literally waited o we an hour for our food. The food was brought out separately. When I say separately I mean my daughter finished her food and we still waited another 30 mins for ours. The food was COLD.

They also forgot part of our order. The manager brought out of appetizer and was rude. The waitress said the manager was focused on a large online order. There was only 2-3 other tables in the restaurant. The waitress never came to refill our drinks or did she even bring us any napkins (we ordered wings).

I visited Buffalo Wild Wings on12/26/2022 so many people called out. I was upset at first until I realized that only 3 people showed up Lashell, Leroy, and Dwight. In spite of no one else showing up these people did they best they could.

The service coming from the cashier and the manager I spoke to was horrible. Asking for what I am paying shouldn't be grounds to have cold food. The cashier turned her back on me multiple times, and was giving me attitude over me requesting the missing items that I paid for.

I have never left so angry and upset out of an establishment like today. I work in customer service and I know that is unacceptable behavior.
