If I could, I would give it no stars. They made it such a hassle for me to pick up an order and even accused me of stealing! Then, said they could make it to where I can’t pick up orders there.

Which wouldn’t bother me any, since their food was horrible anyway. Most shitty customer service I’ve ever experienced.

Apache Mall location in Rochester, MN. Your Mgr D. White appears to be more interested in talking to friends, than assisting his fellow servers & bartenders. Multiple visits, it’s painful to watch. He doesn’t lift a dirty dish or pour a beer.

Oblivious to know when someone needs assistance. Multiple customers just roll their eyes. I’m sure he is a fine person, just no clue how to represent as a Mgr. and a Mgr’s sense of responsibility.

I placed an order at the Coralville BWW for 6, 10, and 15 BOGO wings. After getting home, I discovered I was given the 15 BOGO wings but two orders of 6 BOGO instead of a 6 and 10. And I was charged for the 10 BOGO that I didn't receive. My order # 30001. Store #0152.

I was told the wings would be fresh. Trusting the host I did a to go order and when I got to where I was going looking to enjoy my wings I bit into then and realized these were not fresh at all in fact all of them were hard.

I was in town visiting one of my store locations and was very disappointed. I enjoy good fresh wings and this was the 1st time I experienced this from this location. Wasn't going back because I had limited time.

Me and my family enjoy going to your restaurant ,it is a great addition to Albertville, Alabama. I thought it was a sports bar but it appears to be managers play list of music. Its terrible. Dont play grunge rap, play sports on the overhead.I have spent alot of money here but if this continues i will not be back .

Immediately upon entering the building, there were 5 employees congregated at the hostess stand. None were welcoming. None offered to seat us. unsure why since there were clearly employees standing doing absolutely nothing. The poor waitress in the bar area is the only employee busting her ass working 6 tables and 11 individuals at the bar.

The men’s restroom was absolutely demolished with urine clearly in the corner on the wall/floor and the reek of sewer. I wouldn’t even give it a 1-star.

I placed an order last weekend va your website via delivery,. Order showed but was missing the large fries that had been ordered… I called into the store, and finally have 5 calls got someone to answer.. who then argued that I had placed my order via DoorDash and would need to call them..

he then put me on hold for 20 minutes , came back to say a manager was not available but would call me shortly.. after waiting 2 days without a call back, I contacted your customer service team via email..

now a week later, NO FOLLOW UP!! This is absolutely ridiculous! ,. Please reach out to me!

We went this past Thursday to Buffalo Wild Wings in Gastonia nc. The food was absolutely horrible. The salad I ordered the lettuce was old and slimy. And the ultimate nacho with brisket had nothing on it and the brisket was dry. It was not edible.

I even asked the manager if she would eat what they served us. I don’t like to complain. I know people have off days and things happen. But I think the manager could have been more attentive to your customers.

The poor waitress-we had was amazing. Kudos to Lindsay to making our experience better. She was running around doing her job. The manager should have helped run food or came out and speak to customers if they’re having a hard time in the kitchen .

I work in the restaurant busy. I’ve cooked expo waitressed and I would have never sent food…

I absolutely love bww!! Always amazing food and great service! That being said - I mainly come to the bww near me in Goodyear az. I was just told that this location no longer does ufc ppv??? Why is that?? The mgr told me it has to be prepaid for in advance and that it was taken away from this location because it’s a busy location and they want turn the table over more quickly! If this is true…. Y’all lost a lot of business just from me…. Sad.

If someone could please contact me back about this with an answer of why - beside just money! I’d appreciate it.

Good morning,.

I telephoned last night to one of your location that is near by me to place an order, because I didn't want to dine in. Finally someone answered the telephone after calling about 3-4 times. Young lady answered and asked me if I could hold a moment. I said yes. In the meantime I am driving heading that way, still no one came back to assist me. It took me about 30-45 minutes to get there from my location where I was coming from. I pulled up and still on hold. Park my car and went in. I asked this young man why was I still on hold and the telephone laying on the counter with the receiver off the hook. I said that is me on hold and had my phone on speaker in my hand playing you guys music. He finally seen this young lady and explained to her and she can of started laughing and…

Rude employee. Unfamiliar to the area we placed an online order with a bottle of soda for pick up. We ran in on a rainy night and was handed the order. ” I asked did you read the receipt and it was a bottle why wasn’t it in the bag?

Only to be argued with from the young man in the other end telling me that’s what happens when you assume and what did I want him to do it’s only a soda… I asked for a manager as I should get it refunded he took the information said it will take days to refund and hung up.

Not once did he apologize for his mistake the first key to customer service but he insisted it was me the consumer that was mistaken. It unnerved me and I did not enjoy a single bite and will never go to Buffalo Wild Wings again.

We stopped in last Sunday at Buffalo Wild Wings in Charlottesville Virginia and my wife and I both ordered 10 piece each. We both like our wings crispy and we ordered them that way. 6 minutes later both orders came our.

Hers We done the way she asked and mine were raw (bloody) at the bone. I sent them back and they came back 2 minutes later still raw. I canceled the order. The cook came out and asked what the problem was and I explained it to him.

He told me they pre-cook all there wings. I am glade I canceled my order, the last thing I want to eat is pre cooked any food. 00 dollar steak and find it was pre-cooked. That the last time for Charlottesville, va Wild wings!

I was at the Buffalo Wild Wings 2514 lake circle drive Indianapolis in 46268 when I found hair in my chicken tenders I order online and asked to have it remade and if for my wait I could have a drink for my inconvenience when the clerk at front desk got an attitude with me saying I would have to pay because unless I wanted raw tenders I would have to wait I then

asked for the manager and while he was coming up to see for my needs I heard her mocking what I said and I explained yes I did want something free for my inconvenience and she started yelling from the back calling me a black ass nigga fuck me and I could have just took the hair out and ate it it was very very rude and

On Sunday, November 20,2022 my husband and I went to have dinner at the local restaurant. The restaurant was loud and very dirty. We had to wait for a table to be cleaned before we could even set down. The restroom was also very dirty.

I had 4,950 points taken from my account as someone hacked my account in MO. I called them and they referred me to the bww support email. have sent them 4 emails since Nov 10th and called them this morning and was on hold for 30 mins, anyone care at all for your LOYAL customers. Awful app and service.

Just called Corporate customer service and they said they may be closed, then put that on the message, not that other callers are in front of you. Looks like sally smith has some work to do topside. should not be this hard, I know I would lose my customers acting this way when a problem arises.

We went here at my son’s request. He and his dad would eat cardboard. I ordered breaded tenders that were so overcooked as to be inedible. Fries were fine, but tepid upon arrival. Side order of Mac & cheese arrived cool in a paper cup and dry, but flavorful.

Service was poor as the workers were covering multiple tables within the restaurant and although we were checked in on by waitress, she was MIA when my glass ran empty. Poor form! Had to flag down another employee by waving my glass repeatedly.

I would never return except my son, who is on the autism spectrum and loves sports, will want to return. Please clean up the act! I was prepared for mediocre but got bottom of the barrel for our afternoon out.

I was at farmingdale ny location for a pickup, I didn't tip because it's takeout, the manager Andrew Schuetts claimed my order didn't exist and I lost 25$. Buffalo wild wings don't do customer service at all, theres no one to contact to get my money back.

Went to eat at 4pm on Tuesday November 8th. Bartender was very rude, didn't offer menu's, sighed when I asked what happy hour drinks were, left after fixing our drinks. We sat there for 15 mins before she came back.

Really upset an highly unsatisfied, won't be back any time soon.

Went to Buffalo wild wings last Friday for my boyfriend’s birthday and the server act like she didn’t wanna wait on us she wasn’t very nice went there again last night took like 15 minutes to get our drinks and I think the server and forgot all about us so we had our drink and left

I’ve now been to the Alpharetta location 3 times in 5 weeks and experienced nothing but atrocious service each time. The first time it took over 15 minutes to get a server to my table and 25 minutes to get 10 wings and a drink.

The second time it took 10 minutes to get a server and 20 minutes to get my entree with the appetizer string after the meal. Last night I tried the bar. Slow night but took 5 minutes to get to ask for a beer menu, 5 more minutes to get a drink, 5 more minutes to get a food menu and after nearly another 10 minutes I walked out as it was clear the bartender was not interested in selling me anything.

Your food is okay but your service is pathetic. I doubt I’ll be back. With the cost of dining out who needs to put up with this garbage?

My family and I avid consumer of Buffalo Wild Wings I was very disappointed with my visit today. The food was great as always, when we were ready to pay the waitress was no where to be found. It took longer for her to return into the dining area, then it took to receive and eat all of our food.

When she did return to the dining area she smelled heavily of marijuana. Very disappointed that I had to wait so long to get my check, even more so that I was probably waiting for her to finish smoking.

Your Shelbyville, IN store is never open anymore I tried to have dinner there today and the was a note on the door at 5:00 pm they were closed. Everything since you people let the best manager this store ever had walk out the door this store is terrible again you need to try to get her back her first name was Samantha I don't know her last name but the one there now she sucks bad.
