So we had supper last night (13/12/2022) at the Wonderpark branch in Pretoria. We had 5 Big king xxl medium meals. Unfortunately i did not keep the slip, but we did pay with card as proof and our order nr was 1319.
So the problem we had last night, service was great, cannot complain about the service, but the food was horrible. Chips had no seasoning on it. Same with burgers, tasted like the patties were steamed, had no flavour, lack of lettuce, had about 3 grains of lettuce on each burger, as well as there was hardly any sauce on it. I went to the BK on 8th st in meridian ms. Service keeps going down there. All of them here to be honest. I go through the drive thru. Place my order. Double whopper with cheese. Just the sandwich. No onion. No lettuce. No tomato. Heavy Mayo. I start to leave. Check my burger.
Has no Mayo on it. Things like this has been happening a lot. I never get fries. I never get a drink. Just burger. Not that hard. I had to repeat it four different time. Had to repeat it three different times at the window. Still no Mayo. I go inside.

Like most people out running around shopping when I thought I would take a lunch break. I used the drive through and I ordered a Whopper with no cheese. I was the third car in line so paid and picked up lunch drove to the parking lot.
First of all the bread was previously frozen which makes it crumbly. What I had in my hands was a COLD disgusting burger cheese I did not want, the bread crumbled in my hands made it inedible. Yes I could have ordered another burger but would get the same thing.

I was in the drive thru at Burger King on SR 725 in Miamisburg Ohio on Dec 12th at 5:40 PM. I was 3rd in line. WE sat in line and I noticed that the first car in line just sat there.
After aprox 3 minutes, the person drove thru the line and departed without picking up anything. This happened to the next car in front of me. After it sat at the order post for several minutes, it also drove thru without picking up any food.

You have an employee a Latino gentleman in the North Vernon Indiana location I have overheard him more than once use the word retard to refer to his workers and I do have a son that works there which was on disability with an IEP on special education until he was 18 years old so say the least I'm not happy with that situation he says my son is Prejudice because he doesn't understand Spanish my son is the most non racist person on the planet he is over 18 so
he is a man now but I am still a father and that word is unacceptable to me and a work environment or any other environment.

My minor son works at the Burger King in Pennsburg PA. He has been working there maybe 3 mos or less. Ever since he started there the one Manager Heaven has treated him like crap! She is just nasty to him all the time.
Her boyfriend was also an employee but was recently fired for causing some commotion there. He now just sits at Burger King waiting for Heaven to get off. Apparently last night Heaven and her boyfriend were talking about my son's friend behind his back and my son overheard since he was in the kitchen.
He was in tears after his shift as well as his friend that they were making fun of. I don't know how she got to be a manager. She has absolutely no people skills and teaches all the minors like crap.

On December 9, 2022 I ordered a luncheon meal at the Burger King at 45 Greece Center Drive, Greece, NY 14612. The time was approximately 12:30PM at the drive-up window. The meal consisted of a Royal Crispy chicken sandwich, medium fries, and a medium soft drink. I visit that restaurant frequently. On this day the sandwich was mushy and loaded with royal sauce. The chicken piece was also half the size of the bun. It didn't taste at all like others I have ordered. I would appreciate being reimbursed for this unsatisfactory meal. Thanks for your assistance.

On 12/10 I ordered 2 breakfast burrito jr sandwiches (which I order every Saturday) with bacon no sauce. The person at the drive up window seemed more interest in chatting with his co-workers than paying attention to his job. I also ordered a hash brown.
When I arrived at work I found that there was 1 burrito with sauce. The hash browns were so overdone that they were not edible. This is not acceptable! I live in Fortuna, Can’t which is a very small town with only 1 Burger King.
While I prefer BK’s breakfast over McDonalds I may have to re-evaluate. How can this be made right?

I came in the store this morning and the 4:00 hour order two ham egg and cheese with no egg and two hash browns and orange juice and an apple juice. We have always preferred BK to any other burger joint but the last 3 times in 3 different locations we have been totally dissatisfied. Twice with the Whopper and once with the Whopper Jr. and the bacon cheeseburger. They were very sloppily made, cold to the point where it wasn't even room temperature and the cheese was like it was slapped on the last minute not melted the least little bit and the buns were not fresh.
It was a horrible experience. Since we frequent BK especially when travelling this was very disappointing! It will be a long while before we frequent BK again if ever. You know what they say about 3 strikes!! Your image has really gone downhill.

I was just bringing my wife home from kidney dialysis and stopped at Burger King #27215 on Route 86 in Piedmont, SC. I went through the drive through and ordered a small #5 Whopper Jr meal with no cheese, as I have done before in the past.
My wife asked for this because of her kidney diet with no cheese. The lady taking the order seemed to question the order like she didn't understand it, so I repeated it again. Then she said regular or large, so I said regular.

Twice I have ordered cheese whoppers for my family for dinner at the Burger King establishment on Roosevelt Road in Lombard, Illinois. I have to say the whopper standards have really hit rock bottom! On all of the whoppers I ordered there were tomato slices the size of a quarter. Not once but twice.

Worst customer service that I have ever seen. The worker named Shilpa was very rude, unprofessional and disrespectful. I ask for something and she started fighting with me. She refused to give me food. When I said I will complain about you, she said do what you can do, no one can remove me from Burger king. I am the boss here. And it was not only with me she was also having the same unfriendly and rude behavior with everyone. I hope Burger King administration will take some stern and concrete steps against workers like Shilpa. So people like me will not opt for McDonald's instead of Burger King.

You really should not name or advertise a crispy chicken sandwich. Y'all seem unable to produce the product. I keep attempting to try to get what Y'all promise but it seems to be an impossible dream. Just change the name and leave the crispy part out.

I went to the Yelm, WA store this evening to get food for my daughters and a coffee for my mom. I specifically ordered a large iced mocha. At the window, I was handed what appeared to be a small vanilla coffee.
When I asked the girl at the window if it had chocolate in it due to it being light in color. The girl at the window refused to give me a receipt, threw up her hands, and said “I honestly have no idea”.
When I got home, I called and mentioned it to the manager. The manager consistently cut me off, insisting that I must have gotten it from the Yelm Highway branch rather than theirs, as they “don’t have coffee”. I was absolutely at the branch inside of the town of Yelm, as I live in Yelm.

The customer service at the Burger King on Cassady Avenue in Columbus. Ohio was terrible. I get to the window and see one of your employees with their pants halfway on her ass. I asked for a receipt they told me they didn’t have any more paper.

I live in Oviedo Florida and we have a Burger King right around the corner on Alafaya trail, I must say this is the worst Burger King I have ever gone too!!! Today 12/6/22 at 6:36pm I waited online in the drive through for 10 minutes with only one car in front of me.
In this ten minutes we both had no movement or any one on the intercom. I then reversed out of the drive through parked my car and went inside, as I wait inside with no one there no one greets me and I wait another 5 minutes with no one taking my order or even saying hi!

Sunday I went to two Burger Kings and I had a coupon buy one get one free original chicken sandwich. I asked for extra lettuce and mayonnaise on both sandwiches. They said that's going to be an extra 30 cents.

We were the only Customers and went to the drive through. No customer’S inside either. We were asked if we wanted to Donate money while paying the bill. We said no thanks then we were told to drive around and to the front and the guy said he would bring it out.
