I’m was approached by aggressive employees and a manager and store manager at 9925 east Adamo Tampa Florida 33619 and was told to leave there parking lot and because it was against policy for me to be there when I do door dash and Uber eats so apparently while sitting there I seen a lot going on I won’t mention names of these ppl but they where seen smoking weed with employees but then come at me derogatory something must be done

The st cloud mn division store has had a man sit by your drive through window harassing customers. He drives a suv with racist flags and is a sex offender. He just got out of jail again and has restraining orders for several businesses.

I can no longer go to your store and contact you several times and as you did nothing I am posting on internet and will be setting up a protest of your store if nothing is done. Also contacting the news.

I arrived at a Burger King 30 minutes before they closed due to the fact that I work at night I was told by the drive-through that they were out of hamburger meat. You were called Burger King you should have had hamburger meat for the rest of the night I know it was only 30 minutes the guys who work at night we don't have very good options To get food. This one experience I will take my business to Jack in the Box for now on

we stopped at the one on Old Cheney in Lincoln Ne. The person behind the counter was having a heated discussion with another employee before I even ordered, I ordered my food and when she handed it to me and I started to leave a woman who claimed to be the manger stopped me and

said she didnt give me the right food. Then the yelling started between the two employees. they continued to scream at each other for about 5 min. at one point i asked for my food because I didnt need to be here.

the manger finally got it because the other one walked off. Neither on apologized to me for the yelling and screaming. I dont feel we will ever stop at this burger King again. This was horrible, but because I was the only on in there I guess they felt they could behave like this.

the store manager at Burger King on 3rd Ave West and Princeton Pkwy is a nuisance to our community. She smokes marijuana and tobacco behind the store with employees and uses extremely loud profanity which is not good for children to hear.

We would like for her to be removed from the store immediately. She has been disrespectful in her language to my daughters and son. She makes threats to customers as if she is God! She also tries to intimidate people.

This incident is about a week old but we were asked to report it because others have complained as well.

99, I wanted to purchase it twice! Two chicken sandwiches and two Whoppers. The lady running it came up with a price tag of $40, and last time I paid less than $20. She kept insisting that for me but she was trying to rip me off.

I just came from your store at 3491 Mount Read Boulevard Rochester New York and I expect a full refund I was giving a bag overfilled with old food and an incomplete order. m. on 12/26/22 and I was met with attitude when I requested another bag and my receipt but a red-haired lady with wavy hair said the printers down the guy who brought us the order refused to give me another bag the whole place was just attitude and a mess.

My whole order was wrong yet again the food we did get it was pretty gross like it’s been sitting there under the heater. I am on mobile groomer. I come to Burger King every day for breakfast. That croissants have been soggy.

I’ve had to spit food out. Sometimes you have to wait at the counter for 10 minutes before they acknowledged you. I literally had to go there at least once a day there’s a picture of one of the burgers that was wrong.

This is about your store #13573 at 8012 Denton Highway, Watauga, TX. 3 miles to your store specifically to get a Chicken Sandwich & a Burger. I arrived at 18:05 24 Dec 2022. Store doors were locked, so I entered Drive Through line at 18:06.

Line moved slowly, people complained service was slow. Just as I reached the order spot (23 minutes later at 18:29), your staff said the store was closed (there were two of us still in the line). The door posted business hours for 24 Dec said 06:00 to 19:00 (See attached Photo).

Purchased an impossible burger. I was passing through, so l didn't open until l got home. The burger was hard and dry on the edges. Thrown together, After an hour l was able to call the store, talked to l think she said Donnetta, offered to replace.

Problem is the place is so badly run, l am afraid to get the replacement, l will no be returning. I still have my receipt, is it possible to get it at another store. The health dept needs to check on this store.

On December 21st I visited the Burger King Restaurant in Bend, Oregon. Went to the drive up window. My order consisted two whoppers with cheese on the full meal.

Also requesting no pickles on either whopper. 18 minutes later I finally get to window! I am given my drinks. I continue to wait. A short time later the server hands me my sack of food. I pull out of line and get ready to get back on the highway.

I look in the sack!!! It contained no fries. Neither whopper had cheese and both had pickles, but no onions. Traffic pattern does not allow you to pull back into the parking lot. I fully realize this will not be read and nothing will come of it.

However, we only treat ourselves once in awhile and to spend our retirement money on such poor quality is really frustrating. Deborah Parazoo

I went to the Burger King at 11768 US Highway 301, Dade City FL. My cashiers name was Naudia. She was very snippy to me and my kids. I did not appreciate it. She had a bad attitude and I do not appreciate that since I come to this place all the time.

The manager was even rude. My son went up to the counter and asked for Honey Mustard and she did not even speak to him and just slid the sauce across the counter. I have been in customer service for 21 years and I know that this is not the way to treat people that you are waiting in.

I always get cold fries always!. And the mozzarella stixs were nasty over cooked and cold. Then i have been noticing how the chicken nuggets are like rubber and no cruchiness so they are cooking them in the microwave. It's to expensive to go out to eat as it is.

00 and she bought this 2 times. Told she wanted cheese on the whopper (all 4 of them didn't have cheese) The employee not only didn't give her the cheese, and messed up the drinks. 00 which was way more than what the food should have cost.

went thru the drive in window. The gal at register gave me my drinks while handing them to me I asked for a receipt she got very snippy and rude and said I will get when I am done giving you your drink.

I had asked very nice. when she came back with the fries I told her I didn't mean to upset you and she said you didn't. I said well you were rude. Then she got mad started yelling and closed the window on me.

Why is it that you spend Millions of dollars on NFL Advertising, yet allow your stores to go the way of 7-11, or K-mart? Please, we love Burger King, find some management and take care of your stores. Until you clean it up, we will not be back.

Got food poisoning on yesterday, bought a whopper with cheese. I had ate most of my burger before I realized the lettuce or tomato tasted funny. I got it around 2pm, I was vomiting my head off by 4. That was only thing I had eaten all day.

I am still sick today, didn’t sleep any last night. In the bed today, every time I raise my head like I am going to vomit.

Also had some foul smelling diarrhea. I went to Winona, Ms ,I did call and report it.

I live in Ronceverte wv (greenbrier county). There is a local Burger King in my area... Fairlea (Lewisburg) wv. I like Burger King but will not go to my area BK (its been about 6/7 months). The fountain drinks are terrible... very very syurpy. It needs fixed.

Burger King advertised two Whopper meals at 599 each I went to the restaurant on 59th South redwood road in West valley City Utah they had a sign up on their board that said no ice I thought that would be fine so I ordered diet Coke and it was also non-carbonated and nasty tasting. Waited nearly an hour after order was made order was 2 duo chicken and bacon cheese meals with loaded bacon and cheese fries large. the burgers were served freezing cold and the bacon fries had no cheese as the server called derek gave us the food we checked it and were left short of the loaded fries and

had to wait longer meanwhile the rest of the order was getting cold the service was shocking your staff were all standing around doin nothing all for one young asian girl she was run of her feet and there was not 1 person in the shop.

The location on severance circle in Cleveland Heights Ohio is the worst location I've ever been to. They are very ignorant and rude the lobby is never open because they don't want to let people in to drive through is backed up people are constantly pulling out due to long waits.

I work nearby and this is been ongoing for several years I don't understand how this restaurant can be ran this way. I have been coming here solely for convenience every time I come here they do something that is stupid ignorant and pisses me off.

I when through the drive thru at 7:15 on December 16. I ordered one thing and the drive thru person cut me off and told me my total I wasn’t done ordering. I waited at the mic no response so I drove up.

I got to the window and he automatically gives me my total, there was no hey how you doing, nothing! So I tell him I wasn’t done with my order and he gave me attitude and rolled his eyes at me more than one time.

Then when I got my food it was cold. I normally don’t come and complain on any restaurants page because I am a manager at one and I know how frustrating these complaints can be, but come on, pay attention to your customers because we are the ones keeping you in business.

Referring to your store located on Matthews-Mint Hill Road in Mint Hill NC:

I am a resident of of the above town and I occasionally go to this store to order food. When I do I like to go inside and enjoy my food. However, this is now a rarity now at this store. The dinning room is only open for a short time each day. When I asked some of the staff why the dining room is often closed they say that they are unable to hire anyone to work there.
