I only have a half hour for lunch. I pulled into a Burger King that was close. I pulled up to the speaker and waited. The five or six cards ahead of me all got their food and left. I tried to say hello a couple times and there was no answer.
I then pulled up to the window assuming the speaker was broken. The woman started to hand me an order and I explained what happened and asked if I could order at the window. She told me the speaker was working fine and I would need to get back in the drive thru line if I wanted to order something.
No I’m sorry but you need to do that. I returned to the back of the line and had to wait another 10-15 minutes for my food. Very disappointed with this experience. I also wound up being late to work.
