I only have a half hour for lunch. I pulled into a Burger King that was close. I pulled up to the speaker and waited. The five or six cards ahead of me all got their food and left. I tried to say hello a couple times and there was no answer.

I then pulled up to the window assuming the speaker was broken. The woman started to hand me an order and I explained what happened and asked if I could order at the window. She told me the speaker was working fine and I would need to get back in the drive thru line if I wanted to order something.

No I’m sorry but you need to do that. I returned to the back of the line and had to wait another 10-15 minutes for my food. Very disappointed with this experience. I also wound up being late to work.

When asking why to the employees in Seville Airport in Spain, the answer was “company policy”. This is not acceptable!

During my latest visit to your cornelia st. location in Plattsburgh ,NY with my grandsons, 3 meals were ordered at the drive through. Nugget kids meal, adult nugget meal and chicken fries meal. We all requested sweet and sour sauce.

After leaving the drive through my grandson found that we received only barbecue sauce. I was very specific on which sauce we all wanted. We returned back to the drive through ( which I feel I shouldn’t have had to do to start with) and requested sweet and sour sauce again, explaining what happened.

I was told to pull up to the window. When I got there the employee handed me 2 sweet and sour packs. I explained that we had 3 meals and would like a few more. One employee rolled her eyes and got one more pack and handed it out the window.

33914 today at 01/08/2023, 2:16PM order #2061 It took the manager no exaggeration, about 10 minutes to log the counter girl into the register. We ordered our food which took about 5 minutes. We sat down and the fries were ice cold.

I returned to the counter, explained the problem and after a few minutes voila hot fries. OH, I forgot to say that the manager was the one who put the cold fries on the tray! I take the fries back to the table and when I picked up my whopper Jr.

I lift the top bun and touch the burger and it is cold like it had been in the fridge. I go back to the counter. ". NOTHING, NO RESPONSE. I can see 2 young men in the burger making…

the location specifically located on 700 E Cesar E Chavez Ave in DTLA is a joke. they like to cut corners, obviously, because the website states that they are open from 7am to 12am. but in reality, they are only open from 8am-11:30pm based on reviews & the last 2 times ( consecutively ) i’ve been there.

they call themselves trying to keep the homeless away but are in turn locking out actual paying customers. they start to service the drive through around 7:05 ( still not 7 ), but for those without a car, we have to stand outside for an hour. how is that fair?

poor business practices for sure.

On 1/7/2023 AT 11:30 PM I WAITED OVER 20 MINUTES TO ORDER THRU DRIVE THRU WITH NO RESPONSE. Went to drive thru window to try and order only to be told very rudely by the gentleman that I had to go back thru drive thru as he could not take order from window.

I told him I did but no one responded to take order and waited 20 minutes. The gentleman said he could hear if I was there in the drive thru. Sorry to say there were 3 others cars waiting also and we all left very angry and we ended up at Taco Bell.

Food was overly fried, I tried to get it replaced. The person on duty refused to make the exchange said it was not during her shift, wouldn’t provide me a name said she didn’t have one, I asked for number and managers name said for me to google it.

Dropped bags on floor and picked them up and put them in the shelve. Had no hair net and dirty hands was rude locked the dining area

Willingboro no route 130. Placed order at speaker. When going to the window I wanted to change my order. The worker was extremely nice and apologized and said yes the signs in the window are misleading I’m sorry about that let me get the manager to change your order.

I downloaded and ordered on the burger King app. When I got to the store the employees couldn't find my order. I showed them the order, the confirmation email, and proof that the money came out of my bank account.

They didn't give me my order and said I had to request a refund. I did and was told it would be up to 10 days before I get my money back. My complaint is that the employees didn't try to help or work with me at all.

They said it happens all the time. Why is it OK for your company to take and hold my money? "

I went thru the drive thru and ordered a whopper jr meal and a royal chicken meal. When i pulled up to the window the young lady told me $14, I gave her my debit card. She returned with the card and one drink.

I figured she only had 2 hands so the other drink is coming. When she then returned with a bag of food I told her we ordered 2 meals. She said you were only charged for a sandwich and a meal.

You I was at a Burger King and I asked for a fish sandwich because I haven't ate meat in 7yrs. I went back to explain to the worker that she gave me the wrong sandwich I asked for a fish sandwich because I fl don't eat meat & she wasn't remorseful.

When I go to this Burger King they consistently either are not open, have no staff and aren’t taking orders, or have extremely poor service.

When they are serving food, it has taken up to 20 minutes in the drive thru for one sandwich (when I was the only car in line). I only go to this Burger King because my daughter is vegetarian and likes the impossible burger.

I’ve been consistently disappointed by Burger King employees attitude and poor service.

I was charged $1 to add lettuce per Impossible Burger and I ordered two Impossible Burgers, which I was charged $2 to add lettuce. I was charged $16 for two orders of buy one get one free of the Impossible Burgers I bought, when not long ago it was $14 for the same order.

Plus, they automatically put cheese on the Impossible Burgers if you don't request for them to hold the cheese. All of a sudden, they no longer make the Impossible Burgers like a Whopper. I was told by the manager that they're now made like a quarter pounder, so I had to ask for mayonnaise and ketchup to be put on it and to hold the mustard.

Why put an animal product on a plant based burger and why charge a dollar extra for lettuce on each Impossible Burger when they add onions and tomatoes to it free? Plus, wouldn't…

1209 Leonard St. Grand Rapids Mi. 49504, went to drive thru 1-4-23 at 2:30pm said they didn’t have any food. What is going on? This has been this way for a long time. Time to change management here, not doing there job.

I’m 59 years old and been going here all my life, no more until change is made. Before they had problems with food temperature, cool food. NEED NEW MANAGEMENT. Never know when they close. Early or late, seems like when they feel like it.

The Burger King at Charleston airport today at 10:30 am was the worst I have ever seen. I stood at the counter for 10 mins before anyone acknowledged me, even tho 3 workers were 3 feet from me.

All the fountain pop was flat.

A worker was on her phone while doing French fries. The lady at the register had nails about three inches long and could hardly work register. TERRIBLE TERRIBLE staff/service.

People behind me in line were also furious. I’m 58 yo and have never seen anything like it

I was went to burger King in Decatur, ga 30032 memorial dr/Columbia dr intersection on 01/05/23 I pulled up to the drive thru window to order a whopper jr meal requested for the sandwich to be cut in half where I was advised that I cant have my sandwich cut because the knife was to big. There was only 2 employees there at the time working.

I want to burger king on valley ave about 11:10 pm Monday. I had just got off at 11. I had kids at home hungry. As well I was after work. The dude helping had an attitude because it was the family meal.

So I get to the window he still had an attitude. I asked him is there a problem. Was he good? He said he was but I come there ordering a family meal at that time at night. I'm not thinking 12 they close.

But still he had like 30 mins left to close. So I called at 3 yesterday to speak to the manager. I just happened to get him. Which he said he was the manager. Still rude what I want. I said I want to complain cause he didn't have to do all that.

App sent order to wrong location, Navarre Florida, before submit button hit. Tried to cancel immediately but no option. Tried calling location but they refused to answer phone. The location I was at told me the order isn't started until customer check in and if no checkin order cancelled at closing.

App sent me to website for help. Email sent but reply said too bad but I can still pickup order. As I wasn't in town that was not an option. Well Navarre Burger King charges me for an order they didn't prepare and they knew it.

Everytime I go to burger King on hearne ave in Shreveport,la. My food is always cold, patty taste like it's been sitting up for hours and the fries too. People work too hard for their money for them to serve people cold food.

I am a cook myself and have been for 20 years. I wouldn't dare serve no one cold or old food or throwed together food Prices are up on everything. You have no room to be wasting or having people complaining.

If they stay off their phones and stop having friends hanging out up there, the food would probably be better. It's been 2 months since I ate at this same burger king and they still serve people cold and stale food.

Please get to the bottom of this. I am so upset about this. Please handle this situation.

On 3/8/22, as soon as I Christopher Averino walked into the 0ne Warren Street, Burger King Glens Falls NewYork, the manager Christina Ellinwood said that I'm not allowed in here. I asked her why, and she failed to provide me with an answer, and just yelled you got to go. So I yelled back and said I didn't do nothing. Soon after I that, I proceeded to leave the restaurant, but was prevented when the team leader Emily Bennett got in my face yelled at me and said that she will kick my butt. This went on for 5 min. Finally the Police arrived. I gave the Police my story, and was advised by the officers to contact Corporate.

From 3/9/22 until August of 2022, Icountless phone calls to the 1-866-384-2493 number. As of 1/3/23, I have yet to receive a response.

I went to the Burger King located at 2601 East Hillsborough Avenue Directions Tampa FL, 33610 on New Years' eve through the drive-thru at about 3:40 PM. I attempted to place an order but I could not understand what the person working the drive-thru was saying they were almost slurring their words and speaking softly the voice sounded like a female's voice.

The Burger King on Ann Arbor Rd & Haggerty has terrible food. We did not receive a receipt. We ordered Whoppers through the drive-thru on 1/1/2023 that were cold and the Coke had no coke flavor… only an off tasting bubble water.

Upon returning, the staff said the machine couldn’t be fixed until the next morning. It wasn’t until we were on our way home that we discovered that the burgers were absolutely cold. We are done with ordering food at Burger King.

Used to be so good.

Store #7302, Salem, OR. 40872-31021-01336-121205. I sent in a complaint to your automated service but couldn't identify myself so here goes. We stopped at the above location and made the transaction above. Wife and I shared the sandwich and both remarked it was the worst sandwich we ever had at any drive-thru.

We asked that it be cut in half (didn't happen). Sauce on the sandwich was cold, cheese was cold and had not even the slightest 'melt' and the chicken was dreadful. Tepid at best and in combination with all of the ingredients it was memorable only as the worst ever.

We stop at BK often when on the road because the items are normally consistent and flavorful. Not this one.

Also, the mozzarella sticks were cold, no sauce and rated a one star at best. At least the drink was cold.

I am at the burger King at 90 Franklin Mills Blvd, Philadelphia, PA 19154. I came here with a Receipt and a validation code for completing the surgery on the back of the receipt. I came to redeem the free Whopper I was supposed to get and I was very rudly told by the manager and one of the workers that I have to pay for the sandwich.

It specifically says on the receipt to bring the receipt and validation code for a free sandwich. It is 4:30 pm on January 1st New years day. Unfortunately I'm living in my car and I am very hungry and I was counting on that to be my dinner tonight and now I have nothing .

The burger king in Decatur AL is a joke. I never leave reviews, but this has to fix or it's going out of business. I wS literally the only customer in the drive thru. I was in that drive through for nearly a half hour.

The cashier refused to let me go up to the second window, I assume so that it wouldn't be recorded how long they were taking, even though they do that every time I go there. When I finally got up to the second window, the lady that gave me the food was clearly high as gas.

I have far toovnumerous times had my order screwed up at the location in Asheville, NC on Tunnel Road. One of those times I ordered a whopper without pickles or ketchup. I received a whopper with both pickles snd ketchup, but no other toppings.

So I took it up to the counter with my receipt and politely asked for the order to be fixed. Next, I get a whopper with 2 standard toppings missing. No lettuce or tomato. When I inquire about this, I get told, "we're out of lettuce and tomato".
