I am adored Asher and I try to do as much as I can before I have to go to my full time job so I was at the Burger King in plymouth MN off of 55 and Fernbrook lane and there was a semi there trying to get outs so I waited wasting my time waiting for them to backup because it's hard to get out of that parking lot and

I start going and the woman is just waving me down and she's like no And said I'm the only person here and I said well I have a doordash and she says well I can't help but I don't have the order so somebody should really turn that off so I don't have to waste my time

Me and my four-year-old son just went through the drive-through here in Wasilla Alaska and experienced a very rude and unprofessional employee, talking rude to us even my son said something about her being rude and her name is Geralyn. When I got up to the window I asked the lady who I was talking to, and she told me that was her name, but she was nowhere to be seen, she was very rude and snobby. Those kind of people don’t deserve a job doing customer service.

Hi, So I Was meeting someone at bk on Main st, in hartford ct. when i got my food a whopper meal and a medium sprite, i ate the burger and fries, but didnt finish the drink and brought it back home.

i put in my fridge, and later in the day, when i got up to finish the drink, i randomly decided to open the cup, and thats when i saw a medium sprinke of black specks at the bottom of my drink. i understand, i saw the place was really busy when i went in to take my order, and the girl may have not used gloves when preparing my drink (i got the drink before the rest of my food).

but i think the black specks may have been burnt food crumbs, from her not wearing gloves, and they could have flew into the cup when she grabbed it to make the drink. while i was at the counter, i also noticed another…

Didn't get our food they dropped it off at the wrong address they said they dropped it off at a house we live in an apartment building what kind of delivery or delivery service do you have .then you can't get anyone to talk to this is three different times now using your services it will never happen again .my money doesn't grow on trees .I work hard for my money.i don't need to be fucked over.by burger kings delivery service.now I have to order somewhere else.and wait again.

I went through the drive-through this morning and ordered two croissants with double bacon and heavy tomato. I got home and my croissants literally have three pieces of bacon each and one slice of tomato. I order this quite often.

I went to Burger King on January 16, 2023 and had a very bad experience. As I I was waiting for my food one one of the workers was dishing out fries and wearing no gloves so his hands were touching the fries.

He actually picked one up and through back with rest of the fries. I called the manager over and he made the person wash his hands and told me they didn’t have to wear gloves. I work with food and always wearing gloves and changing gloves.

she made him wash his hands. Another co worker told me that the kids working there are just high school kids. Is that an excuse for the language he was using. I am just glad I didn’t have a child with me.

Today on January 16th at 12:40 I entered the Burger King on North Columbia St. In Milledgeville Ga. When I entered no one was at the register. Myself and about 6 other people waited for 5 minutes before someone came to the register.

A young lady finally came from the back on the phone discussing personal business. Another employee stated that was the second time calling her from the back. Myself and several other customers walked out. I am a loyal customer who eats at a Burger King at least 2 times a week.

I was totally disgusted with the service I received today. I will never stop at that establishment again. Totally bad management.

I went to Burger King in Bellevue. The store itself was closed - only drive-thru. I spent over 24 dollars, but when I got home (a 25 min drive), I see why. There were several errors on my order. I was NOT given my receipt - only the expeditor ticket was put in the bag.

I ordered 2 back double cheeseburger, plain. They didn't get that right on the expeditor ticket or the actual order. One double stacker, plain - this was correct. I asked for 1 large fry. Expeditor ticket showed and gave 2 small fries and 1 large fry (again no wonder it was so expensive).

They got the drinks right - 1 M Unsweet Tea and 1 M Dr Pepper.

I had to throw out the two burgers and the extra fries - such a waste of money. I couldn't do your survey, because they didn't give me my receipt.

I rarely every say anything negative. But the last 3 times in a row. I order Whoppers with no ketchup. When I get home, they are covered in ketchup. I order extra mayo and onions but don't get it. They apparently just give me a standard whopper (as they say, off the shelf).

This problem is not new. It's happened at least 6 or 7 times during the last year. Mostly at the Burger King s on Hwy 49 in Gulfport Ms. I'm tired of trying to scrape off the ketchup or just throwing them away.

I look forward to hearing back from you. Thank you. Respectfully; A very unhappy lifelong customer.

Cold Burger and terrible response when I returned the Burger to the counter. They refused to accept the food was cold. Only when I asked for my money back, would they make a new Burger. The first time in a year I’ve been to this Burger King.

On Saturday, January 14' 2023, I pulled up in the drive through at Bk on Milwaukee RD, Beloit, WI. I placed my order and I asked the employee where was my drink at and the employee slammed the dive through window and verbally called me a "Bitch" and the General Manager at of that store.

The employee should have been fired effective immediately but her actions were upheld by the general manager. My husband and friend witnessed the misconduct of both the general manager and its employee. The GM stated that it wasn't no one that I can because he was the GM.

Well that is a inaccurate statement due to Burger King being a cooperation. I request GM and employee be terminated effective immediately. Please Review your camera of the time frame between 8:45 AM to 9:00 AM.

We went there on Wednesday mid-morning for breakfast. Stood in line behind one lady. Waited over 10 minutes no one came to counter. Then this white male with orange & blue hair, wearing a silver nose ring, stud in his toung, wearing jeans with holes and made contact with the lady ahead of us.

After viewing this creature we left and will never come back with that disgusting creature waiting on customers.

However milk shake small or medium only. I got what they said was medium. Bump against small at two other fast food places and I was charged for medium and got a small. Why dont you make large milk shakes any more?? Onion rings were burnt.

Yes it was a freezing cold night January 12th 2023 I asked a manager if I could have a cup of coffee my account has been restricted and out of courtesy he could have given me a hot cup of coffee I was freezing freezing his his manager or the one who oversees him was the one I believe he had to answer to. That man should be fired he is a nasty mean despicable this one is on Pecos and Tropicana this particular Burger King also there was no internet and I believe people should have a heart.

As a result of Burger King's dirty little schemes I am leaving and I'm not going to become a customer I'm not going to and I'm going to tell my friends to just stay away from here this particular Burger King is filthy a disgusting and it needs New Management.

Went thru drive thru this morning about 11 am. Ordered 2 double cheeseburger meals had coupon. Made sure girl understood I wanted 2 of them. Not once did she say coupon only good for one. When we got to window we were given one medium and one small order.

Asked why she said coupon for one medium meal so she downgraded other to small and charged full price for it. That was not what I ordered. Why was I not told this when ordering. NO more Burger King for this family.

What a way to treat senior citizens already trying to make our income stretch. I have never been treated this way at the Columbus BK. This was the Taylorsville IN facility. Never been treated so rudely. As I said never again will I frequent a BK.

I go to the Burger King on 1329 Whalley Ave. New Haven, CT. 06515. 90 percent of the time they are rude and mess up my order. I went today and the guy lied to me. I ordered one of the frozen drinks with my meals and he said there wasn’t any( by the way every time I go they say they don’t have any).

He told me to pull up to wait for my order, so I did. I was waiting for a good 10 minutes and while I was waiting I decided to go inside and see if the machine wasn’t working. When I got in the lights on the machine were off which means they are ready.

I am writing I. Regards 5o your new 6 dollar meal. I ordered a Jr Whooper wich comes with a drink fries and 4 chicken nuggets. Husband got the same. I loved the Jr whooper and for that matter the whooper in general.

Only fast food hamburger we really enjoy.

However, we order meals went to our seat were I had to clean the table so dirty and opened up my hamburger with such utter dissapointment as did my husband. These burgers were smaller and I compare it to a hamburger slider. Nothing really on it.

So sad that I just watch a Burger King old advertisement showing large hamburger have it your way. I usually will dismiss and not complaine but you have to know. I will probably not return if this is how the Burger King corporation is producing this. Sad.

We live in a very rural area of southern Illinois and our options for fast food are limited to the nearest town - 25 miles away - and where the nearest Burger King is. It is BK #10726 in Flora, Illinois. The employees are always extremely friendly but the food is consistently cold. Most of the time we order plain cheeseburgers - the burger itself is always lukewarm at best and the cheese is never melted - just cold on top of the lukewarm burger on a hard old bun. Never fresh, freshly made or hot. As I said, we live extremely rural and it takes us 25 minutes to get to town. Quite the trek for a cold burger every single time. The latests incident was 1/9/23 at 12:50:07 p.m. and the receipt/transaction ID number for it is 11043 27222901709 210726.

I went to lunch with my client, terrible experience! They had no ice for the drinks, and the drinks were warm, crazy!. Asked for no ketchup on my burger, looked like it purposely packed on there. Very disappointed! The inside was dirty the table we sat at was sticky, very disappointed.

Two days ago, Sunday 01/08/2023, went through BK drive through and ordered a double cheeseburger, plain. I really think it was on purpose. The burger I received was the worst burger I had ever received at any restaurant. The bun was hard and cold, the two hamburgers were very dried out and cold.

The cheese looked like it had just bee slapped on the burger and was cold and the edges were dried out. It was a burger that I looked at and actually threw it out! I am very surprised because I like BK and at this particular place have had decent service and food.

The location was in Lincoln Ne on 48th and Van Dorn Street. I did not receive a receipt so I don't know the location number etc. After wasting my money on something that was not fit for a dog, I am not sure I will return to BK.

00 mix and match advertised on TV as well as on a flyer we received in the mail. 00. We told them that we had seen this special advertised on TV and even showed them the flyer that we had received in the mail.

As Burger King is a franchise we feel that they should have honoured the special pricing.
