I'm upset the food was unappreciative the fries were hot the burger was cold the bread of the burger was cold the wrapper was full of grease if you look at the picture it look like somebody's skin scab was on my burger very disappointed

Drive thru window and asked for a swiss bacon royal. Was told it was a 13 minute wait and did I really want to order. I said yes. He then told me he couldn't even take my order. When I asked why he rudely told me because I'm the only one up front. I said I'd wait.

He came back a few minutes later and asked what I wanted. I said the xhick n sandwich and an 8pc mcnugget ( I apologized for my mistake) he rudely said I don't s lol mcnuggets only chicken nuggets. I said sorry and that I needed those.

He was just very rude the entire time and I was trying to be nice but I did not deserve his attitude or rudeness. I am a paying customer and he needs to do his job like everyone els has to that has a job and deals with customer service!!!

First I cannot say enough about the great customer service the employees at the Burger King at 5909 Manatee Ave W, Bradenton, Florida, were we have been going to almost every week for over the past 10 years, have aforted my wife and I. They are NOT the subject of my complaint. They have been great. My complaint is with corporate or at least the district manager for that store.

Hi there, I've had multiple bad experience with my orders at the Marysville, California Burger King. They have forgotten many if my orders of the time I've been there, they have given me one patty in a two patty burger alot (Bacon King).

My husband and I went through the drive thru today at the restaurant in Titusville florida. The food was horrible. We only live about 5 miles away. The onion rings were burnt and old, the French fries were really old and cold, the chicken sandwich was a disgrace.

We threw most of the food away after spending almost $20. This is not the first time this has happened but we decided to give it another try. As bad as that is, that is not my main frustration. My husband has called the store directly about 10-15 times and no one answers.

Today I stopped at Burger King for a Whopper Jr. and onion rings. The whopper was great but the artificial onion rings were awful and were thrown in the trash. I’m not certain what these uniform discs were. I’ve never seen an onion so small and sliced so thinly.

They should have been called leek rings due to their size and appearance although there was not an onion or a leek to be found in these extruded circles of fried goo. 59 price I paid would have purchased several onions for an authentic product.

I will not purchase onion rings again and I will put out the word on these disgusting imitation goo rings. Your profit margin should enable you to make real onion rings for your customers if you so desire!

Burger King in Carbondale, Illinois near the Schnucks Grocery Store Parking Lot opens at 6:00 I attempted to enter through the front door at 7:45 but it was locked; so rather that purchase breakfast at Burger King I turned back towards Schnucks but while walking I called Burger King ; the woman on the just kept repeating and yelling at me that the door is open; I would have still purchased breakfast at Burger King’s if I had been talked to decently and treated respectfully.

Instead I will make it an on going mission to spend my money Any Where But Burger King. Please train your employees on how to deal with the public, your customers, the people who’s money you need to pay their salaries; Respect your customers and treat them decently Please.

I am extremely disgusted with my whole order of last night!! Burger king is my family's most favorite take away and we love getting it as a family meal! If we hadn't asked for the ice-cream that comes with the kids meal we wouldn't have gotten it ( this happens every time).

From our whole order we probably got 10 chips MAXIMUM! We switched our chips for the nacho fries. There was barely any cheese sauce on the fries and the jalapeños was so old it was like rubber!! My bun was so wet I had to take it of and eat only the patty which had no taste at all!!

The last 5 or 6 times, we have received bad service and food. We go inside the restaurant to use coupons. The staff always serve people that come in after us. We have to ask about our orders. Hello, my husband and I went to Burger King today. My husband uses a walker and needed to use the restroom while I went to order our food. After I ordered, I went to see where he was sitting, looked outside the door and there I saw him coming from the parking lot.

I asked him why he was outside. He said both restrooms were out of order. The window washer tried to do the combination to open them and couldn't. So he went to the cashier to ask if the she had the key to the restroom.

She said no both restrooms were out of order. The reason my husband was coming from outside was because apparently he had to do his business outside. I recently was employed by Burger King in Hays Kansas the overnight shift. I worked there for about a week and a half it was so disgusting and so filthy and unclean that I refuse to work there they did not work gloves they did not wash their hands after they use the restroom as a matter of fact when I first started working there I would have to go across the street all of us would to use the restrooms because all the water pipes were busted.

Ordered a big king and impossible whopper along with a frozen cherry fanta. The big king was only lettuce cheese and mayo with no meat for some weird reason. And when told the frozen drink machine was down i had asked for a soda instead and eas told by the manager that soda is more expensive so they can't.

I had an issue where my vehicle was damaged on Burger King property by a cement divider that was broken on the premises. I have contacted Burger King and spoken to managers for two months and nothing has been done. It’s absurd that such poor service can come from such a big corporation.
