Complaint: Burger King store, 6300 Greenwood Road, Louisville, KY 40258 Thursday, 02/02/23 10:00 a.m.

Worst drive through in Louisville, and that's quite a low bar to reach. They never give me a receipt, likely because they don't want me to take the survey. I don't know the name of the nasty person in the drive through (hence another reason they probably don't give me a receipt). But it's the young black girl in the mornings; she always seems like she is angry at the whole world. I know it's hard to get help in bottom-dwelling jobs these days, but you have to do better than this person.

Nobody in the drive through queue before me or behind me, but she barks out "pull around front." So I do. Then she gingerly strolls out the front door and just stares at me until I have to take the food…

You’re trying to sell a product. Whose bright idea was it to have the worst music image & worst vocal performance? I loved Burger King food but these ads actually make all my friends and I want to go anywhere else for our fast food fix!

I visited store number 24496 4 East 103rd Street Chicago Illinois 60628, I went and ordered a chicken Swiss and bacon sandwich and when she gave me the food I got all the way to my job and the order was wrong, so I go back to the restaurant even though I only had a few more minutes on my lunch break, I tried to go on the inside and

the lobby was closed even though it was 11:20 in the afternoon, they made me another sandwich and said sorry while I stood outside in the cold waiting for them to fix their mistake, they didn't ask if I wanted to come in and wait or offer me anything for my inconvenience

Store # 9528. Never have toppings. Tonight waiting 45 minutes. Only thing they had was hamburger Patty, no topping. No lettuce , cheese, mayonnaise, ketchup, nothing. Received drinks, they were nothing but seltzer water. I was not only one complaining. This store is Terrible.

Staff could have cared less, laughing and dancing. I watched four cars turn around and leave. Please do something, this store is a disgrace.

I ordered a whopper jr yesterday at the St Louis airport, Southwest terminal. The bun was hard and stale. The burger was cold. In fact, the cheese was not melted at all, so it was put on a cold hamburger.

I am so disappointed in Burger King. This is not a fluke. My partner had the same thing happen to him at a different Burger King. My guess is that few at your food chain cares about the poor quality of your product.

I would like my mom back.

I went into my local burger king on sunset blvd in Lexington sc it took them 15 mins to even notice me they were to busy talking and cursing up a storm then I ordered my food and the nuggets were cold and nasty the burger was bad and the onion rings were not even cooked all the way I couldn't get a hold of anyone to talk to and

I was on my way to work to be able to go back I put in another complaint but still never heard anything from them I will never go back to there and I want my money back I never even got a receipt and also when I asked about my cup I got an attitude just like I did then I told them the coke was out

I have just had the worst experience at a b k restaurant. I was excited when they opened a burger king in watkinsville but not it is the worst. I went to BK a few days ago, and in the drive thru a young lady named Natalie was very rude and disrespectful. ". I felt disrespected and I left. This is the second time this employee has done this.

01 with only Mayo, ketchup and pickles. I received a burned burger with no cheese and half done bacon and burned bacon. I went back in the store asked for cheese. They redid my burger and added stack sauce after I said only Mayo, Ketchup and Pickles.

They then redid my burger again and it only had one patty on it. I went back again they added another patty and when I had bitten my burger it wasn’t cooked good enough it was half raw. The fruit punch I ordered with the combo also had a weird taste to it.

Had mobile order and payment would not go through. I ask about it at window to pay cash. Manager came over rudly telling me ti come in I was holding up there drive time, I said sir I've been here 30 seconds and it's pouring rain.

Went in ordered a Texas double whopper meal ($12) When I took a bite, realized the burger had so much mustard (doesn't come with mustard standard) that it was discusting. So, I took it back to the counter. They remade another burger, this time the guy grabs a hand full of jalapeño peppers and globs them on it. (Also not standard).

I feel that since I do not know these people who were all black, that they done this out of hatred for me because I'm white. This is not acceptable, I want an apology from this crew, and my $27 dollars i spent for a meal for my wife and myself.

Hatred and racism is very real in that place.

First I cannot say enough about the great customer service the employees at the Burger King at 5909 Manatee Ave W, Bradenton, Florida, were we have been going to almost every week for over the past 10 years, have aforted my wife and I. They are NOT the subject of my complaint. They have been great. My complaint is with corporate or at least the district manager for that store.

As I mentioned, we have been patronizing the Burger King almost every week for over 10 years. The Corvid pandemic and the time they closed for remodeling put a dent in that, but we have been going there often for a while. Boardman -Poland Road Youngstown OH 44512 on Monday, January 23 at 2:29. When I pulled up to the microphone The girl yelled may I help you really loud and really in a nasty tone of voice. We added something to the order after we ordered and she yelled again and it wasn’t just like because the speakers weren’t working it was just she acted angry about being there.

I was surprised she didn’t throw it, without saying thank you ,smiling ,nothing . just hear is yor ur food. She didn’t even say that ,she just handed it over. It was an order of onion rings but there was only half of a bag of onion rings.

Not even halfway full and she got the order wrong one was supposed to be a hamburger with mustard and pickle and the other one regular but no onions and we got one hamburger no heavy on pickles…

Chillicothe BK 45601 zip code bridge st. Many customers leaving mad Pop is warm and flat , ice machine broke ,employees carry in bags of ice from another location in town , many back ups on orders and confusion , customers leaving mad .

Every time I order breakfast they never let me pick my mobile order up and refused to serve me. I always place my order at least 10 minutes or more before breakfast time has ended and my order should already be ready upon arrival since I’ve already paid for it.

The manager gets very hostile with me and refuses to give me her name and the corporate number when I ask for it. They have terrible customer service. The also did not refund my order.

The store was already out of all bacon, so I asked for a cheeseburger with ketchup and onion only. When I received my food there was mayo and also pickles on the burger. I informed the Woman working the window that I asked for ketchup and onion only and the burger was wrong.

I then I received a burger (although done right, I think) practically shrink wrapped in a paper that was way too hot to even touch so I could not look at it for any period of time. I don’t know if it was retaliation because I sent a wrong burger back or that the staff are incompetent.

Either way it was the absolute worst Burger King experience of my life.

I decided to give Burger King another try today . Got to the drive thru, one car ahead of me. Pull up to the window, pay, then asked to pull forward and WAIT. Why? There is only one car ahead of me who was also pulled up waiting.

By the time I got my food, there wre 8 cars in line behind me and people were leaving. I specifially asked for my whopper to be extts hot. COLD. I had to microwave it when I made it back to work.

This store CANNOT GET IT TOGETHER. Someone needs to come down here and either train the whole group or start over again. This store is getting such a bad reputation, you will close down if you don't change. Small towns are not the place to have such terrible serivice because news travels fast.
