Everytime I come there are long line in the drive through and people waiting inside. I'm sitting in line right now. I have been here for at least 30 minutes possibly longer. The same 2 cars are in front of me still waiting for their stuff.

I love burger king food but if things don't change soon. 00 per trip I make here.

The burger King on 103rd and Indiana on the south of chicago is very unprofessional everytime I ever go. The last time I went was last sunday February 4th I ordered a double whooper with cheese. I asked if she could cut it in half and she said no but you can do it yourself.

I asked why every other burger king I ever ordered from does it with no problem. Your way right away at burger king. She said we not every burger king so you want it or not. So i said that's ok cancel the order then she yelled out ha ha you made ha ha.

They are the most unprofessional bueger king I've ever been too. They never have bags or straws. They literally go across the street to the dollar store and get thank you plastic bags to customers. They should be closed down!!

drove up to the drive up window in ft laude florida over on Sunrise boulevard did not get the number but the gentleman that was working yelling on the microphone asking for my order told him wasn’t ready yet and he said what is your order then asking me what my problem was so when i ask to have someone else take my order he turns around and says no because i’m the only one here so

Went to burger king in saint Joseph mo store #12131 on Feb 10 at 10:53. Went through the drive thru and ordered sandwiches and onion rings. We asked for bbq sauce salt and ketchup. The girl said there's zesty sauce in the bag.

I tasted a onion ring and it was cold and mushy so we told her and she left the window for a few seconds came back and said these are fresh. We pulled away and tasted one and it was discussing tasted greasy.

I know what bk onion rings taste like. It was obvious she threw the old ones back in the fat fryer and gave us the old ones back. She never did give us the salt ketchup or bbq sause. Not happy.

This is the third bad experience I've had at this bk this month!

The Attendance did not give me a receipt. I asked her for one and she told me the machine was out of receipts. And what did I want her to do? She walked away from the Drive-thru Window and left me sitting there.

Went to your Omak location to purchase 2 whoppers. Went inside to order and waited about 5 minutes. The 2 employees saw I was waiting and just ignored me. As I left, I told them "guess I will go to McDonalds" and I did.

The Burger King in Boyton Beach, Florida off of Congress and boy in is beyond outrageous and ridiculous. Three nights in a row. I have gone there through the drive-through and even called out to the machine and nobody answers me back so that’s frustrating as it is OK whatever.

I then proceed to go to the window to order my food I get to the window and keep in mind. This is the third night in a row and nobody is at the window. Nobody is in sight yet.

Burger King is open and the employees cars are there. This is so outrageous and disappointing considering I live 10 minutes from that Burger King and would love to go there and now I have to drive across town to get to another Burger King.

It's been almost two weeks, and I have yet to talk to someone on the phone about my experience at the Barnwell location burger king. If I am not contacted back by 02/13/23 then I'm seriously thinking about seeking a lawyer.

On January the 30th around 7pm my husband and I stopped at this burger king to have a bite to eat before traveling a good distance back home. My husband, which has Ulcers, and diverticulitis ordered a #2. I ordered the chicken sandwich.

My husband's sandwich had literally a table spoon of mustard on the top bun, bottom bun, and in between the patties. That alone could have resulted in my husband ending up in the emergency room. Several times I have had problems with the manager there and it's now gotten to the point where I don't want to buy family's meal there anymore. The last time I was there I asked if I could have extra sauce with my chicken nuggets and I'll gladly pay extra for them.

The young man at the window brought my food to the window and before he had the chance to hand me my bag of food the Hispanic man saw it was me and grabbed the bag and dumped all the contents on the counter. He scrambled through my food like he was a customs agent looking for contra ban picked through and removed all but one of my bbq sauce packets them threw the nuggets and fries back in the bag.

Burger King on 4030 Montrose rd. Niagara Falls Canada used to make me perfect burgers a number of years ago but since the past few years they or someone is putting very little mayo in my Bacon Kings and Double Whoppers when I visit the take out window and also they have me waiting in the parking lot and today I waited 5 to 6 minutes.

Last month a different employee was at the window and after he took my order the burgers were made quick with the perfect amount of mayo but this was not the case today and now for the 4th time at least there was very little mayo in my Double Whopper and Bacon King (picture of my opened Bacon King is included as a file as well as 2 images of the receipt).

I asked for people to put gloves on as they prepared my food dealt with money and credit cards at the cash register people at the window and none of them would put their gloves on not even the manager and they dealt with me wrongfully as a customer because I asked them where were their gloves and where was the manager the manager came and stared at me like she was stupid

" Like really! How does tomorrow help me today. Upon checking the whoppers, there was no tomato or anything else, just bread patties onion and mayonaise. This burger king just recently opened; they did not offer a discount and took the full price but fail to give what you pay for!

Honest to God, this country is going to the dogs; we will never get service like we once were accustomed to. I won't go to the Burger King on Princess; the last time I was there, Mold was growing on their patties! Filthy and disgusting!

They got my order wrong and when I went back in to tell them the manager said you can’t get a spicy chicken plain ok give her a crispy chicken plain which is less money than a spicy chicken which I have had plain before so he did not know what he was talking about but I took the crispy chicken plain and left without arguing cause it was pointless but it is distressing that they cannot get an order correct and then they give you false information when you confront them with their mistake

My entire order was cold. I ordered and picked up in the drive thru drove 1 block and all food bought was ice cold. The bags were not even warm. Could not heat anything up because they all had mayonnaise, lettuce, onions.

The French fries were not even warm either and heated fries in the microwave are just plain nasty tasting. I will NEVER go to a burger King again. 59. That is ridiculous considering the huge expense just to throw in the trash.

Probably one of the worst meals I’ve ever had from a fast food restaurant. My son was craving cheese sticks after his football game so we stop by Burger King and let me tell you they did not look smell or taste like cheese sticks.

My son ate a couple of them and then asked me why I ordered him fried sausage. That’s really all I need to say about this restaurant or fast food location. I spent $30 on food that we threw away. It was terrible.

Received wrong order, the staff was complaining to them selves about the order and me behind the window but I could see them. I asked them to open window so i could explain my order, they had attitude. The one staff fixed the order and said the person left in front of me that messed up the orders.

This customer service needs alot of work. Im not impressed and causing people not to come back, including myself. On top of the time spent there.

I used to work here and I have NOT received my W2 yet I tried calling and emailing but getting no where. I want to know where my W2 is or when it’ll arrive. The places I worked at was in Rainsville Alabama and they gave me a main office number for Kendra but it said the number was no longer in service.

Offending party: Burger King, Hutchinson, KS, 67501, around 4th and poplar; Manager tries to put customer at fault for their screw ups, never correctly completes an order, when someone comes back to get it fixed, they blame it on the customer when they are nowhere near at fault. Crew member sitting in back drive with their thumb up their ass, I'm asked to pull forwards for my online order to window 2, back drive still has their thumb up their ass, so I go around and pull forward to window 2 as directed.

I get given the wrong order, they don't even try to verify the order before handing it out; notice 2-3 blocks away it's the wrong order, turn around to get it remedied; I return to the facility, they start shouting at me for pulling ahead of the person just sitting there doing nothing…

Employees had difficulty in taking my order. Employees were rude and tried to talk over me. In the presence of my elderly parents I was accused of having an attitude and was called a prick, a D…, and that I needed to get the F… on down the road.

By the time we got our food it was cold and disgusting. We chose this particular location because of convenience and good service we had received in the past. I did the receipt survey with contact information requesting to be contacted.

Two weeks later there has been no contact and I refuse to patronize this location ever again.

I believe you have a problem at this Burger off of I35 north. I came a few weeks ago and I was waiting on the drive thru no one answered me. Drove up to the window and the told me they couldn't take my order because they are short staffed.

I will not be ordering ever again from Burger King this is like the third time that I've had a wrong order. I ordered a bacon cheese junior Whopper today with extra onion extra pickles there was no bacon there was no cheese The onion was barely there and maybe a couple extra pickles.

Last time I complained I got a whole $5 for I think it was like a $15 order which I used but then it was still charged to me wrong because I didn't get the bacon cheese Junior Whopper. The onion rings I was supposed to be a large and there was hardly any onion rings in the package.

Service at drive thru is awful i ordered a Jr Whopper withno catsup, add mustard. after 12 min of wiating, the attendant had a bit of an attitude, had the wrong order and charge for me when i repeated a simple Jr WHopper with no catsup, add mustard, she disappeared. I complained obout the slowness of svc. She was pleasant in words but not in behavior.

The service and workers at the Burger King in Denison, Texas is absolutely horrible. To start the young boy that took my order did not know the address and barely knew the menu or specials. I ordered my food and it was cold and they was not busy to be passing out cold food.

I asked the girl at the front counter to please remake my burger and fries and she acted as if it was a problem. I asked her if it was a problem to remake my food she could just give me a refund and I would leave.

I went to Burger King located at 1780 E Main Street. Prattville,Al for lunch. I informed the worker I had two separate orders. I placed the first order with specific instructions that were totally ignored. The second order was prepared correctly but both orders were placed in the same bag.

I also asked condiments of mayonnaise, ketcup and mustard but none were in the bag. When I was told that both orders were in the same bag I told her they were separate orders going to two different places. The manager said give her another bag because she can separate the orders herself.

I am really disappointed in the services I received today. I plan to let anyone that ask not to go to that restaurant due to the awful rude services. I do not plan to ever go to that restaurant again.

When I walked in I said "hi" and smiled. The worker just looked at me with no response. I ordered and got our food. It was the worst fast food I have ever received. The nuggets were soft and tasted bad.
