I stop by Burger King in Plainfield Indiana at least once a week. I will probably no longer be a patron of burger king at all due to what this restaurant has become. I usually order through the app to keep my day going as I am just getting off work.

The last 4 times I have done this when I get to the window I am told they are out of something, or the broiler isn't on. Today I ordered a whopper, a Eggnormouse burrito, a large hash brown and a ice coffee.

I got to the window and was told that the burritos were frozen and the broiler was off. So instead they gave me 2 croinsanwiches. Looking at the menu I see I lost money on this deal badly. There should really be nothing on the app that they cant give me when I arrive.

Asked for FRESHLY made combo. Recieved recooked burger.

Drive thru empty. Lot empty. 7:30pm West Blvd Montgomery, Al. Line at McDonalds, Churches, etc.. Drive thru order taker a 10! Clearly spoken, hospitable, pleasant, and smiles with a thank you. Paid with card, but NO RECIEPT given. Asked to pull forward though NO ONE was yet behind me. Did so. 2 cars pulled in while waiting. Drink cold. Fries hot (needed salt) Dbl cheese burger terrible. The Best fast food burger chain continues to train customers to look elsewhere for quality.. Thank you.

Sat in line in drive through for over 10 minutes. Line never moved. Decide to go next door to Macdonald. As we drove around the building there wasn't any cars at the window, or any employees. This was the east main st store in lancaster ohio.

Just visited BK on Bird Road and 96 Ave in Miami , Fl and had the most unpleasant experience with Geraldo. So much so that we had to leave without our food. I recently downloaded the BK app and wanted to take advantage of the deals.

I wanted the 2 original crispy sandwich and 2 small fries. The order said pick up only. This was my first time using the app and they said I couldn't place my order at the window. When I asked for help with the app they refused.

I then asked to forget the coupon and he said he couldn't hear me. I asked if I could go to the window and he said he couldn't take my order at the window. I told him I was not satisfied with his service and lack of help.

Me and my family went to Burger King in Lawrenceville Georgia the store number is 828. We ordered Whoppers and onion rings and the onion rings were so hard and old that we could not eat them. I called the store and talk to a guy named Larry who said he was the manager and was telling him about the onion rings and he said that I could come back down there now and

get some more onion rings well we were home and not wanting to go back to the store. I asked him to take my name down so that we could get free onion rings the next time and he went he hung up on me.

On February 11th at a few minutes after noon, I visited the Burger King store in Merrillville, IN at 105 W. 61st Avenue. I was the only customer at the counter; there was no one there to receive me. A few staff people saw me standing there but did not acknowledge me.

Finally I pitely asked if someone could assist me and the lady said, "just a second". I waited almost another five minutes before she took my order. She did not apologize for the delay. I asked her to cut my sandwich to be cut in half.

Everyday on my way home I stop at the same burger King off canyon road puyallup wa. I get 2 number 4 combo meals for my kids I pay $21 approximately for 3 meals with 3 orange juices. But they short me 2 French toast meals every time I call they don't answer.

I live further away which don't make any sense to turn around I check my bag but not good enough they pack it with napkins and condiments so I thought it was in there but I was wrong. I'm gonna try this again but I bet they will do it again.

Hi there I just wanted to know if the Burger King on aramingo ave in Philadelphia pa was closed on 2/12/22 . I was denied service at the drive through.. I was told “sorry we’re closed for the “Super Bowl” now if that’s true that’s fine but if it wasn’t I feel that’s no way to treat a customer , I often go to that location .

We stopped at a burger King 332 Keawe Street in Lahaina Hawaii in February14, 2023. They had a child (I assume of an employee) about 4 years old running behind the counter touching food items. I was shocked that their policy was no free refills.

This is the first Burger King that I've been to that doesn't offer this service. The pop machines in the lobby were shut off. No napkins or Catchup were offered when we got our order. My wife ordered no Catchup on her hamburger, but they put it on anyway. I won't be back.

If it was possible to give less one star I would. Is worst experience at a Burger King ever! 729 Main Street sunset Utah Burger King. 19 with meal written right under the 19 cents. I tell the manager exactly what it says and how it says it.

He comes out looks at it agrees with me and then asks me if I want the meal. 19. So not only does he lose me as a customer now but if I ever go back there and see him working again I'll never shop at any Burger King ever again and

I will tell all my friends, family and church members and everybody else how he swore at me and was extremely disrespectful and how Burger King has severely gone downhill over the years with their customer service! It is worst I've ever seen.

It seems that store #23133 just doesn't want to use their milkshake machine. for the past year and a half, their milkshake machine has been out of service, When I ask about it, everyone at the driveup windown just kinda smirked and thought it was a little funny. On February 4th around 830 pm I placed an order at the counter for 2 whopper meals to go. 5 minutes into our journey to Jacksonville Airport we started on our Burger King meal. The whopper was cold and the fries were as well.

I called the store immediately as I was driving and the employee apologized for the poor food quality and said that they would reverse the charges for a full refund. I purchased the meal with my American Express. The fee was never refunded.

16 returned to me by way of check. The staff was pleasant during the ordering and with the complaint. The staff at this location has always been very nice to order from and never a dirty restaurant area. I am surprised with this encounter.

So tonight it was 10:30 the location is in Southington Connecticut. They tried to say that they were literally clocking out and closing the store and said they had nothing even though I had already ordered everything online to pick up the store doesn’t close until 12 AM and

at 10:30 PM they’re saying they’re out of everything but chicken sandwiches and they’re literally going to be leaving in a few minutes so I basically paid for nothing online through DoorDash and got nothing on the order that was paid for.

If the store isn’t truly open till 12 AM then it needs to be posted online and on delivery apps and on the online Burger King app that there will be no food after 10 10:30 PM.

I’m not usually one to complain but we were driving through Buckeye AZ at 7:45 on 2-13-23 and ordered a whopper combo with cheese and a whopper with cheese the whoppers had NO sauce on them at all just burger, cheese, lettuce and tomatoe. I order whoppers because I don’t care for full burger flavor I like the mayo sauce neither had anything on not to mention that our frys were cold not warm at all totally cold needless to say that for over $21 we were very disappointed.

I visited the store in Wasilla Alaska and ordered at the drive-thru. After receiving my meal, I pulled around to the parking lot to eat. I received no condiments in my bag at all. I started to walk to the lobby to get some onion ring dipping sauce, and was told by an employee, who was standing right outside the entrance making out with her boyfriend, that the lobby was closed and

if I wanted any condiments, I would have to go back through the drive-thru. Not “I’m sorry sir, let me get you some”. I’ve honestly never seen such discourteous service. On 2.6. 23, just shy of 1pm, I had visited your Niagara Falls, NY location on Main St.

I had hoped to use the offer (BOGO for the big macs) which had been sent to my phone @ 716.513.4242. I had not been able to do so because the code couldn't be brought up on my phone.

I ordered food from the Burger King restaurant in Dallas, Oregon for myself and my fiancé last night. I ordered the Whopper meal with fries and a coke in the large size for myself and the Whopper meal with fries and a coke in the medium size for her with a large side of onion rings for her.

That cost me $25 of my hard earned dollars. When I got the food I drove home and opened the bag to notice immediately that they forgot her fries. Every piece of food was lukewarm or totally cold as if it wasn't cooked.

The onion rings are made from an onion paste now and not cut and cooked onions. The burger meat was cold. was small and wilted. We ate it but did NOT enjoy ANY of it! You guys ripped US off BIGTIME!

I am extremely upset about this and want my money back!!!

The lady at the counter was rude. One of the other workers told me that is how she is. I was also told she gets a lot of complaints and she just dont care. The same burger king worker said she has talked about me before in a negative rude way.

I dont like being refered to as an americano or gringo. I think that could be racist. I spoke to the manager on duty, Oswado, he apologized to me for her behavoir. I am also going to file a complaint with th e collier board for licenses.

Workers like this that insult customers over a long period is wrong and i ask Burger King to curtail thi behavoir. This happened at 10 am sunday morning, 02/12/2023 at the Burger King on Golden Gate Parkway, Naples, Florida 34116. Thank you.

Visited Burger King Kalispell Montana on 2-1-2023, my wife and I were served Whoppers with no lettuce and tomatoes, they had no napkins to eat our meal as the sauce ran all over our hands. The employees behind the counter just told us they were sorry but they just don't have any of those items.

How can you sell a advertised meal with part of it missing, and how can guest be expected to wipe their hands all over their clothes while eating, totally disgusting and unsanitary.

Also the pop machine had some kind of issue dispensing the wrong flavors? What a sad and horrible experience, may not ever visit that Burger King ever again? Respectfully, My wife and I

Worst customer service I have ever experienced. And to top that cold food after a long wait in the drive-through, I was told they have no soft serve no ice cream no iced tea and when I got to the window to pay I had to wait another 10 minutes for someone to go get change for me I’m certain I will not go back to this location, they rebuilt this building about five or six months ago. In the experience I always had was good but in the last couple of months it is absolutely horrible.

Went to the drive-thru. bought a family bundle - 3 cheeseburgers, 3 whoppers, 3 fries. $18 after tax. The guy put the entire order into one bag so when he handed it to me the bag shredded and hamburgers and french fries scattered all over myself, the floor, the driver side floor on the passenger side. The hamburgers became unwrapped when they fell out of the bag so there is sauce, pickles onions etc all over the car. Most of the order was an inedible mess. As I was cleaning up the mess in the drive-thru he gave me an order of fries to make up for the mess. But I had to get out of the way to straighten up the mess, and besides, there were other cars behind me. So I drove over to the parking lot.

I went to lunch at the Burger King on n the north side of grants pass. The first issue was that it took 22 minutes to get my food when I was the only person in line. But the most disturbing part was that as I was sitting there forever waiting for my food I watched the cashier take money then repeatedly use her hands to scoop up the French fries for ever customer.

I was so disgusted I couldn’t even say anything just took my food and went and threw it away. She literally just didn’t even bother with the fry scoop she used her hands for everything. Then grabbed my card swiped it and went straight over and used her hand for my food again.

I went back to work from lunch so hungry because I could not eat that crap.

We were in the Charlotte airport on 2/03/2023 and after traveling for 5 hours we decided to get something to eat. It was our mistake to have chosen Burger king. We ordered two burgers with just tomato and ketchup only and two sodas and paid $27.

When our number was called I picked up the bag and we walked 5 minutes to our gate. The burgers had no tomato, very little ketchup, lots mayonnaise and burgers were cold. After one bite the burgers went into the trash.

For $27 I expected more.

My grandson and I visited the Burger King at Highway 90 in Mobile near Azalea Road. We had difficulty submitting our order at the drive-through and proceeded to the window hoping to make ourselves understood. The employee was very angry at us and informed us that she had canceled our order And would not allow us to order directly face-to-face when I asked to speak to the manager she informed us that she was the manager and slammed the window in our face.

Total shit show ! 1st I was in the drive through with 3 cars in front of me. 33 minutes later my crappy food was handed out the window without her saying one word during the whole transaction. Brought my crap home to eat.

All was cold half the fries were in the bag stuck together. Mixed in was onion rings and tasted like dirty fry oil. 50. I realize help is hard to find but if that’s the best you can do.. shut it down !
