The Complaint is the experience me and my family member had at your Burger King store address is 9090 Merrill rd. Jacksonville , Florida 32277. The store number is #9942. 78. I had paid and was sent to the last window to get order, mind you there was no one in line but me.

As I went to the last window we were told to move up and wait, and my brother said no that there was no reason to. Still keep in mine no one else was in line. The guy got mad and called another woman to the window and again for us to move forward that they were on the clock, and again my brother said no.

We knew what they were doing is to make them look like they are very speedy with order, again she got mad and said that it is the rule if you order more that $20 you are to move forward.. Still we were still at last…

Where do I begin… the counter help was rude and was more concerned about her phone than my order. We ordered 3 crispy sandwiches, 3 Whoopers, fries and drinks. Our order was wrong on 2 of our chicken sandwiches as well as one of the whoopers.

I had asked for to go ketchup, the counter girl was very obviously busy on her phone but looked up and told me that all they had was the ketchup from the self serve dispenser, which doesn’t look like it has been cleaned in years. I would not use something so dirty and grimy.

The bathrooms didn’t look like they were clean for weeks. All around awful experience. Thank you ~ Kristen Wagner

it is the worst one u never get hot fresh food they forget half ur order, never friendly always closes early, always say they never have food u order, have to wait bout 20 to 25 min in drive threw an just a couple cars there. Something needs to b done u r loose n alot of business there it's not a good place to eat at all.

All my children want is plain cheeseburgers. All I hear when I drive up to the drive through window is gossip and more gossip nonstop by laddies in the kitchen. That is why it never fails that my cheeseburgers are never plain.

I want to ignore the bad experience but this is forever ongoing. Too much talking not enough work. Too much talking interrupting the employees taking orders all the way around. Store #17841

The app said coupon not available until 10:30am, but it was 2:00 pm when I was trying to use it. The BK associate could not have cared less, she was no help and kept repeating she doesn’t know anything about the app, if it isn’t working it’s just too bad.

Is this how associates are supposed to respond to app questions? I am not exaggerating, I ended not ordering for myself it was so unpleasant. How can that serve as good customer service. Terrible experience.

I ordered an impossible whopper and a Swiss and bacon royal crispy sandwich. It was wrong twice, also they were rude and refused to speak English when a few mins before they were speaking English fine. I tried to get my order right for the third time when the lady in charge stated to laugh.

I try to respect everyone because I like to be treated with respect. I will never go to this restaurant again, and my impossible whopper turned out to be real meat.

Burger king on telegraph road near I94 freeway. the so called manager refused to take my money for the order. I layer down the bills under the glass screen and handed him the change. He told me to pick up the bills and put it in his hand and to respect him.

I took the money and left th we stores. He was a black man and sounded a bit precedes. My wife and I are 72 years old. He scared my wife with dementia. He then said never come back to burger King. He should be fired.

I ordered and PAID for Chicken Fries and an original Italian chicken sandwich on my way to work. I got an order of fries and a chicken sandwich (not original) with lettuce, tomatoes, and mayo. I am at work so I can't return it so it's in the trash.

Absolutely sick and tired of the Flora, Il store messing up EVERY order. Everyone complains about it and still you do nothing. Ridiculous!!!

I went to the store located at the reference photos and and asked for a number one no picked or onions I received this in the photos. This is ridiculous. I'm not even sure yall have a cheese burger with halopinos.

I didn't get cheese or anything that's supposed to come on it. The dri k I received was a diet coke and I asked for a regular coke. I wanted onion rings and was told they were out. There was 4 guys in there standing around.

I'm not sure if they did this as a joke but I threw the food in the trash and went to the nearby checkers. It won't let me upload the photos but the address of the burger king is 1165 Ross Clark Circle.

message I’m only writing this because I have always valued your restaurant and want to see it succeed in the future. I understand the current market and how hard it is to hire and retain good employees, but last week I was treated very badly at my local Burger King while ordering through the drive through.

Came to try and dine in at Burger King in Lubbock Texas on 82nd Street and was waiting to order food for 5 minutes. Young employee came to register and was going to take out order when manager called him to the back and he was ordered not to take our order due to being short staffed and would have to go they the drive thru to order instead.

I asked why if food would still have to be made for us customers and was told he didn’t have to explain himself to us. Note the inside smelt like weed as the manager himself did as well and also had employees outside smoking weed in the vehicle.

We left and will no longer give this location our business

I went to my local bk on serene Avenue in Las Vegas. I have had problems here previously.

First Alejandro would not give me a free large fries even though there is no way to select a size on the app. Today i ordered a triple snacker but was unable to add the fries. As I was waiting in line I was able to add the fries to my order.

Alejandro told me I would have to wait 15 minutes and make another payment. This is ridiculous. Alejandro has zero customer service skills. I love bk but this is very frustrating.

I thought someone in the cooperate office should know that the Burger King on S. Irby St. in Florence, SC has their doors locked for breakfast. That was the case when I went there this morning, which was the third time I’ve gone there for breakfast, only to find the doors locked.

In fact, as I pulled in this morning, I saw someone walk from the door back to his car because he found the doors locked too. This cost BK my business and that other guy’s business today (and who knows how many others).

In fact, I was in there for dinner one night when I heard the manager order an employee to lock the door, and when I left, they just locked it right back. When I was leaving, I saw someone pull in and walk up to the door, only to find it locked.

The burger king in Fenton mo on bowls is serving poor quality of food. It was my favorite place to go for a meal, but the last two visits the food was served burnt fries, hamburger old and cold. Chicken sandwich thrown together and messy.

I called and reported this to the manager' bring it back today'are it nothing I can do'. this last time I will visit your place of business. It has gone done since the last year. It probably the workers but it is not worth visiting.

Placed a mobile order on the app and went there to pick up my order. Got to the drive-thru and one employee told me to wait. Waited 15 mins before someone to take my order which I told him that I'm here to pick-up my mobile order.

Than proceeded to the window and waited another 20 mins before they handed my food. When I got home 6 mins later opened up the bag and my food was cold! Fries was barely warm like they just gave me some old fries that been sitting for a whole day.

Drink was warm as well! Wtf!! My total wait time was 35 mins and the food was not even fresh! Burger King isn't what it used to be anymore. It's a shame! Want my money refund

At one of your burger king establishment [Near Black Lake Rd], at around 10:20pm as we approached the drive thru an employee mentioned that cash only. No problem there, as soon as we reach the board to make the order we waited without response.

Following that we proceeded forward to find that the establishment had closed without notifying anyone on the line that had been waiting for their turn. This establishment was showing a closing time of 12 am.

I went in tonight (store is on port Chicago in concord, CA) and spend $40. I checked the hamburgers and they were not plain. I asked them to remake them plain for my kids. Manager threw alway the other burger…even after I said I would give them to the homeless man outside.

And then she took an order from a senior and would only discount one item from his order. She was rude and I also felt really upset…what a waste of food! I would have eaten those burgers but my kids are so picky…that’s what I sent them back.

But to throw perfectly good food away like that? I’m appalled. Never going there again.

I just went into the Winchester Tn Burger King, stood there 5/10 minutes had at least 4 employees walk by me. Among all the ‘employees who walked by me, one was Jessica who had a General Manager name tag on.

I had to ask her, if she thought it was possible I could order. She then proceeded to look to see if she could find an employee to take my order, whom was working making ice cream. The part that upset me the most is how they all including the General Manager, refused to acknowledge my existence, until I asked if I could possibly order.

The sad part about all of this is , it wasn’t even busy. As a manager I always acknowledge my customers who walk through my door, with a hello. I am highly disappointed!!!! Oh and the French fries I go was not even fresh.

My wife and I ordered two Whopper Junior Combos at your restaurant licated at the northwest corner of 144th Street and Center Street in Omaha. NE. My wife's was a medium and mine was a large. We only got one if the Whopper Juniors.

We went back through the drive-thru to get the other Whopper Junior. It had both orders on the board then the sandwich disappeared from the screen, but we didn't think anything of it until we open the bag and found we were missing one Whopper Junior.

My wife explained that we had indeed ordered two combos. The person in the drive-thru said no we hadn't and saide buy one if yiu want to. Why? We had already paid for two. She was rude and arrogant to my wife.

If that is hiw you do thins, thdn so be it. Lesson learned.

I went through the drive thru of your Oconomowoc, WI (53066) restaruant on February 18th at approximately 1:45 in the afternoon. There was one car ahead of me pulling away from the window as I drove up. I handed the man at the window a coupon for 2 Whopper Jrs.

99 and ordered a small diet coke as well. I was handed my soda and my credit card but was not given a receipt. They handed me the order and I pulled away. I have about a 30 minute drive to my home.

The store is located on Dekalb Industrial Way in Decatur Georgia. I think it has gone through to franchise owners was sort of a joke in the neighborhood because the store before it was always mostly closed during the day never knew if it was going to open or not.

Today the dining room was closed. The drive-through was back around and not moving. If I were this franchisee, I would want to know what’s going on at his business. Local Nextdoor website postings indicate the same issues our post above.

I actually love burger, kings brand. I don’t understand why this location in the heart of a growing area has these ongoing issues.

The Burger King in Desoto Tx is the worst drive thru ever. I sat in the drive thru for more than 30 minutes only to find out that they didn't have any Impossible Whoppers. The drive thru is always slow no matter what time of day you go through it.

I've gone to other Burger King restaurants, this one is the worst.

I went to Burger King at 990 44th st Wyoming, MI 49509 on the night of 02/17/23 and I had terrible service, they closed the door of the establishment claiming that they did not have enough employees, they did not want to take my complete order in addition to be extremely rude. Lobby closed! ordered big fish, whopper jr, plain hamburger, med onion rings and small fry.. then specifically requested the food be cooked fresh.. Indo this because often the fries are cold. I was told they would drop them fresh for my order.. cold and tasteless..

I am writing a complaint about one of the employees who is black, short, and wears glasses who was very hostile towards me. Before I even proceed with my story I personally think he should be terminated because he is lacking customer service skills and he has mental issues because there is no reason to show hostility and aggression towards customers over something petty like ice.

I don't mind that I had to pull over & wait but I'm guessing the worker was angry I ordered a custom sandwich so the second sandwich was just a plain bun plain patty and CLEARLY been spit in. Burger King stopped at Burger King today use the coupon for the family bundle, when I was able to finally get my food it was cold the only thing that was hot was the french fries that had no salt, the biggest complaint no one at that restaurant had any hairnets hats anything on their heads I am concerned because we ate the food and hopefully we didn’t eat hair.

I used to go to burger King often. when you see them on the sign, they always look good, but when we get them, they have nothing on them. We usually get 2 small onion rings, one small slice of tomatoes and maybe 3 pieces of lettuce.

Sure doesn't look like the picture. I would like to go there and get a nice burger that I pay good money for and would like to get what I pay for. So, so, sad that this company can't live up to the standards of other fast food establishments.

Today at 5:49 PM I went into the Burger King at 8637 Elk Grove, CA with my two grandchildren, two of the staff were using profanity at the other three employees.

Gave the staff nothing but compliments, my wait wasn't long and my food was hot, but I was severely overcharged and didn't realize it until AFTER leaving the establishment. Upon returning, before 9PM, the lobby was locked so I pulled to the drive thru window to address the issue.

They took the food back with the barely readable receipt, initiated a refund and assured me the funds would be returned to me in a few business days. Upon further inspection the funds returned were not routed to the card that was used to make the purchase AND there was a trivial process of me being rerung for the food I was actually supposed to receive and

If you call the number to "Provide feedback" the automated guy tells you to go online and "talk to a care specialist" but it's only a robot chat that gathers info and tells you someone will be in touch.. Several months and a few email chains back and forth later your issue will STILL NOT BE RESOLVED!!!
