I went to burger King located y la Goya in bayamon at 2 pm on March 1 2023 and the employee was desrepectfull and when I request salt she close the the window in my face and stated that she did not have to talk to me. I been a loyal customer for years and ashamed thatba person be treated like that when all I am doing is giving you business. Hope that the employees are train better in Customer service.

It seems like every time I go to this one Burger King they always say the milkshake machine is down I go to another one and they are down also I am very disappointed in this this company do they just not want to make them not going back your loss

The Burger King on 22nd Ave n. Between 68th and 66th st in St Petersburg fl is terrible. The sign out front on 22 nd Ave n has been smashed out for months. The service is so slow I gave up today and just drove away as did the car in front and behind me.

The employee IQ is way below your competitors I realize you bought this company and I am sure you have to nourish or cull on a store by store basis . Put this one in the cull basket..

2-28-23 Store on National Road West in Richmond Indiana. Store was closed due to no staff available. 3-1-23 Store on National Road West. Served said my transaction didn’t go through. Had to show her my online bank statement to prove I paid.

I ordered a double ham sandwich but received sausage. Order was wrong. Only two people in the store on 3-1-23. Sorry folks , not coming back. To many problems.

Went to the Burger King on popular and Cleveland Monday morning! Been getting breakfast for my child For the last 3 years! This year hadn’t been so pleasant! We have the staff that has constantly attitude with us thur the driveway every morning!

If they not giving us the attitude we have the wrong order! It’s so unfair! Once I was charged but didn’t get my fully order! Once I came back the following morning they stated they couldn’t do nothing about it!

I was shocked because it was they mistake not me as the customer! I can promise I will never in life go to this Burger King or any other Burger King ever again!

I went into the restaurant at store # 29599 None of the employees wear hair or beard nets

The issue for me though is that I had to wait about 40mins for my food and saw multiple people that arrived long after me receive their food first

I wasn't even given our drinks while we waited

I have had much quicker service in dine in restaraunts that serve complex meals

This was by far the worst food ordering experience of my life, I only wish that I could give less then 1 star

I am at the Argyle Forest Burger King next to McDonald’s and it will be the last time I come here. I’ve been here five times in the last week. No iced coffee. We don’t have any coffee. That’s poor management right there.

Now it is 306 and I’m sitting on line waiting over 10 minutes. It was 147 and I pulled right around, and that’s how long I’ve been waiting to give them back these two big kings that are ice cold.

I went to get food on Saturday and it was closed at 10pm. An hour early!!! I was pissed off when I pulled up and hours on door says open til 11pm. WTH... The manager closed the doors before closing time.

The food was absolutely disgusting! Ordered original Chicken sandwich, it had a piece or two of lettuce, sprinkle of mayonnaise and cold! The onion rings were as hard as rocks!!! Could’ve broken my teeth on them! Chicken fries as well as French fries all hard, cold and nasty!!! 00!

I used the drive through inside lane. The attendant finished taking orders from all the cars on the outside lane before taking orders on the inside lane. There were cars backing up to get to the outside lane but I was at the speaker and waited. I ordered a mix and match quarter pound king with cheese. I drove up and paid. Went to the second window and the old woman working there quickly handed me my order and closed the window. I drove home hoping to enjoy my sandwiches but when I opened the bag and unwrapped the product, both were bare hamburgers with a pickle only. I looked for a receipt but there was none, all I have is my chit with the date/time and lines saying 2 for 7 Mix n Match, QTR PND KNG No 2 AMERICN CHS.

I have had bad service here before. This store has issues.

While on my way to Church yesterday 2-26-23, I stopped by BK to grab breakfast for myself and my daughter. The order was : F2 (5) pc French Toast Sticks, a Hash Brown, Orange Juice and a Diet Coke. I continued my drive to Church, when I tasted my Diet Coke it was horrible.

I didn't taste the Coke, it just tasted like carbonated water, I tasted it again, it almost made me gag. So after Church, I came back by to ask for another Diet Coke explaining it was really bad with my receipt in hand.

Ordered 3 Whoppers, when I opened them they had only meat, mayonnaise and onions. I ordered onion rings but they were out, this has happened 3 times in last year. Twice out of dipping sauce and once out of ketchup.

How do run a burger place without ketchup? F..... I loved BK but you have the worst customer service and the stores aren't stocked. Once I went for lunch only to find the store closed because no one showed up to work.

When I received my food, I saw that the order was not correct in several ways. I had first believed I had ordered a double whopper but which in fact I didn’t and was explaining to the female cashier. A male stood up during our discussion and seemed very annoyed and said what’s written on the ticket is what I ordered.

I said that’s fine but there was still something wrong with my order, He kept dismissing me, so I said listen and he immediately said he does not have to listen to me, and the customer is never right which shocked me. I told him that I did not order onions…

The one @ 806 Broadway Drive always has issues. I stopped by this morning @ 7:31am which online and on the door states they open @ 7am. I watched people going in and drove to the Drive thru to order and was told that we are not open at the moment.

There is often times that I go through early am and they don't have the coffee or food that I try to order prepared yet. Why is that allowed? Apparently you need a new store manager that can ensure that the store is opened on time and that products are prepared for the customer.

This has been going on for months and today was the last straw for me. I worked open to close yesterday and didn't get a chance to eat and have to do it again today and I expected to be able to purchase food for breakfast.

I have never seen someone so unhappy and miserable to be working in a place where customer service is mandatory. Many customers were commenting while we waited for our food how unhappy she is. One customer said to her smile and she said NO. She definitely has a chip on her shoulder! I order food. I waited a long time and then I went home to discover that my BIG FISH sandwich was not in the bag...but other items not ordered were. The Big Fish was the first item on the receipt. I had to drive back in traffic and I showed her the receipt and she could not care less.....she put the sandwich in a bag and handed it to me. No apologies...etc. So now the food at home is cold!

Does burger king Corp. train their staff in the morning, or they wake up in wrong bed. I had bfast this morning at your tampines outlet the staff ( manager) face like not happy to server the customer like ( tidak apa attiude)we dont ask more but in the morning gve a customer a smile is good enought.I hope managment look into it. Watch numerous staff members gathered around register areas. No one working when tables could be clean . I searched entire restaurant and could not find a table or booth cleaned. Food was cold and the whopper I had tasted like someone dumped too much salt on it as it was prepared .

I went to Burger King today to order a double whopper meal medium size but they Coke with cheese. I asked for no onion, no mayo. I also ordered what was supposed to be a chicken nugget kids meal, and added on to medium fries and an extra cheeseburger.

By the time I got home with my food that was not even hot. I also realized that my double whopper was missing a burger. It was now a regular whopper, which was cold dry not even close to being fresh.

Lobby was closed when store hours of operation plainly posted states that it should be open. When it was questioned the manager on duty became very rude. Time was 9:14 PM on Saturday 2/25/2023 Location was Dexter Mo store. This is not the first time this has happened that I have taken my family here to eat after church or a movie or other functions and lobby has been closed before posted time of closure.

The food we received was cold and we only live 1.3 miles away from that store. Both Whoppers had no pickles nor onions and the buns were stale. The French Fries were not only cold but unsalted and dry.

We've attempted several times to call the number on the receipt but we were repeatedly hung up on without anyone speaking.

We've then attempted to contact the corporate offices but there was no option to speak with anyone.

We are extremely upset as we were very hungry and were expecting hot, fresh food for our hard earned money after a long work day.
