Store 11361 in the City of 29 Palms. Old saying when the cat away the mice’s will play. Today 3/5/23 @ 1530hrs . My order was being take cashier lilianan( long name) heavyset caucasian female it appeared she having trouble getting my order and chewing gum she she had but continue to do so after looking at her screen she walkway without finishing my order and whisper, something to the supervisor.

She walk up and ask me what going her about the even and she acted like it’s a normal thing. And ask to repeat my order. I told it’s ok and left. Please check on this store, it the only BK in the area, so I have seen the floors, bathroom and beverage area dirty.

As for me I pick up and go nasty. Respectfully R. Badillo USMC Ret/ 1st responder. Ps don’t believe see for your self.?!

Went to a BK restaurant in Spencer MA and encountered a slow and inefficient drive thru girl. she was difficult to understand, fast talking and inaccurate. I explained what my order was and she obviously did not listen. I questioned her and did not recieve a response back.

When i went up to the window to pay i questioned the total amount due, that it seemed to high to me. She did not care for my questioning and did not take a moment to LISTEN to my problem.

The restaurant seemed to be backed up behind the counter however there was not many people in line or waiting. 49 classic chicken 2-for promo as stated on a window poster. It was clear to me she didn't enter my order that way.

After placing my order and arriving at the window, i asked for two rodeo burgers. She stated that they normally don't add extras unless i drive back through. Everything was fine untill she slammed the drive thru window and was complaining about me to other employees.

How sad a commentary on burger king i'm disappointed. 100% percent of the time everything is great.

However i assume there are exceptions..

A while back Burger King was failing. They changed their menu, had coupons, and added values meal to menu. I was a regular customer again. I enjoyed the mobile app. Recently they changed policies and menu again. I can handle menu; but the policy of bringing you coupon in to counter, allow them to see it, and then place order is stupid.

All same coupons have same numbers.

However the worst part was I was treated like a child. I went in and the manager (a short middle aged woman brown hair) asked for coupon, and I said I forgot it in the car, but still know the numbers.

She said "Well (with tone) I guess you will have to go get it if you want any food". This made me angry, I am 63 years old and will not patronize stores with bad food or treat me like a child.

Order number 67 at store 09004 in Diamondhead Ms charging for children’s drinks told them a month ago and still charging for children’s drink with the bk meal. Has been pointed out and still doing it! It has on the order screen drinks are fre with purchase of meal. 30 for one pickle.

Hi this afternoon around 12:15 I went to the west Caldwell New Jersey drive through. I ordered food fir my kids . When I gave the women Kay at the drive through my creditcard she told me only 18 dollars on a 35 dollar order went through .

Burger king hazard ky 41701 606-439-2226 this burger king straight up locked the doors at 12:00 because they said they was short staffed. While there was customers inside eating the doors were locked. The employees were rude and turned away at least five families while my group was in the lobby eating.

The other workers were hiding so the sorry manager could tell people they were short staffed. Never have I ever experienced any shit like this before today. The workers were cussing and showing their selves while one lady acted like she was so overwhelmed she was gonna fall out and quit.

Id be ashamed to have these workers represent my company.

At the drive in window, I ordered one icee ( blueberry) a sm fry and a whopper ( I had a free coupon for). 89. I said that’s with my free whopper coupon and she said yes. Once I paid she stated handing me my order.

The first item is a coke icee which I didn’t order. I told her that’s not correct I ordered a blueberry one. She said you didn’t order both, I said no. She said ok, ( kept the cola one) I’ll give you back your dollar. 89.

When an icee is just a dollar. She took the coupon for the whopper so she knew there was no charge for that. I wasn’t giving a receipt so I had no way to check the price calculation. Bad business.

I have been coming to this location for at least 10 years (7070 Bird Road Miami Fl 33155) and recently every time I come in there is a problem with the orders or the employees actitud. Always used the drive in. 1.

If you order in English, they don’t understand, but if you speak in Spanish the process your order fast. So they cannot tell me that is the system that doesn’t allow them to hear clearly. 2. If you have specific instructions they do not comply with them and when you arrive at home it is a mess.

For example no lettuce, and then when open there is lettuce or they remove particularly it from the order. 3. Last but not lease the actual manager call “Carolina” if you would look into the most rude person in the area, you just have to finger point her.

Ok so I saw the BK stacker advertised on tv and what looked to be a huge hamburger. So I go to Burger King tonight and ordered 2 quad stackers meals medium sized and saw the price and was like surly this is a good sized hamburger and what I got was a joke , a small bun with 4 pieces of meat and

it didn’t even have bacon on it, false advertisement to say the least , I could have ate at a diner or Waffle House and got legit big hamburger & the medium fry was the size of a small . I could not believe Burger King got me like they did.

But I won’t be a sucker twice and believe me I’ll tell everyone I know not to order it.. very very disappointed at Burger King… SMH

Came into Burger King at 807 river road puyallup wa waited about 4 minutes to order the employee didn’t know how to give me 06 cents back change. Then after waiting for my two jr whoppers and two small fries I asked where’s my order they finally made it.

There was at least 6 people and half of them we’re walking back and forth and not doing anything at all. When I got my order I politely asked if I can have a cookie for waiting over 20 minutes to what an rude person employee asked me if I paid for a cookie with an attitude that I’m asking for a $50 meal.

The employee said as rude and never even apologized for my long wait. I think there needs to be a better training since so many people were mad at how slow everyone was and drive thru line was even bigger plus they messed up few orders…

Tonight I drove to this location and was going to go inside. There was yellow tape as it looked like some concrete wad broken so could not go in. So I drove around to the drive thru. ” She asked me for the number.

It is really too small so I asked if they had another door to enter. She said yes, a side door so I parked again, got out and went inside. I gave the coupon to the girl, who by the way, seemed like she did not want to be there.

I sat in the drive through for 10 minutes. I ordered the Crispy Chicken meal. The sandwich was half cooked, soggy and covered in mayonnaise and old lettuce. The only thing edible was the french fries. I would have gone back for a refund but by the time I got back to work, my lunch hour was over.

Worst Customer service I've ever experienced in a restraunt. I ordered one sandwich and a drink had 2 people in front of me and took 12 minutes and I ordered this to go. But while waiting on my food because I was on my lunch break I asked for my cup so I would have it ready for when my food was done I could leave quickly. Burger King in Bradley, IL. On Kennedy IS THE WORST location ever. We went to pick up lunch via the drive thru. We were told they'd be with us in a minute. We sat there for 10 minutes and no one came to rake our order. We left.

Later we found out that the person there was the ONLY one working that day handling the drive thru, walk ins, making the food. I felt sorry for her.

However, this location has continually have p r obl e ms. Wrong orders, slow service and now NO service at all. We will not be back!

Burger King picks and chooses who to take orders from and sat there for nearly 10 minutes waiting for someone to take my order and so we pull up and when at the window I ask if their drive through speakers broken and she said no you have to pull back around as she was taking someone’s order. I ordered an Impossible Whopper at the BK store on route 51 in Decatur, ill. on 2/2/23. It took 20 minutes to get my sandwich. Several customers came in after me and got the food before I did. The register person never once apologized for the long wait I was ready to ask for my money back but the sandwich finally came.

I noticed that several drive-up customers were getting their food ahead of me, I told the employee that I would not ever return to that location. because of the poor service. He just smirked at me and sarcastically said have a nice day.

This person and the poor service at that location do not represent BK very well.

I went to put my order in, I ordered a Whopper with no onions and a large french fry. The lady taking my order asked me what drink I would like I told her I didn't order a drink so I spoke up and repeated my order to her so she could hear me correctly and get it right this time.

She told me I was yelling at her and to have a nice day . So I pulled up to the window to let her know I wasn't yelling at her I was speaking up so she could get my order right .

Placed an app order on 2/4/23 and both whoppers were made incorrectly in the Bedford, Va store. I called about the mistake and was told that they would put me in the manager’s book to replace both whoppers free of charge on my next visit.

When I returned at a later date to place another order and get the 2 free shippers, a rude manager named Nick stated that my name was not in the managers book and refused to replace the whoppers I had been promised when the mistakes were made. He even went as far as to state that he didn’t care who I complained to or if I ever returned to the restaurant with any further business.

One the cashier was the rudest person I’ve ever met. I ordered a whopper with bacon and cheese. No onions because I’m allergic to onions and I got onions on my whopper and the fries were so salty you couldn’t eat them unless you had ten gallons of water.

I am on meds for high blood pressure. Every time I go it and ask for no salt, your employees remove fries from the salted bin and throws them back in the oil to refry them. I tell them those have salt and I want fresh ones.

They mostly all speak Spanish and I ask do you understand what I'm asking and the response is yes, as I watch them do it regardless. Then they use tongs to pick each one up one by one and I end up with about 10 fries.

I feel when I say no salt, I get less and a refried batch. I go to your establishment quite often and so tired of repeating myself over and over and still not getting it "my way" as your slogan states.

Kingstree, SC whoever is in drive thru is very rude. Honestly Burger King is slow every time I pass by and ppl talk about how the food is always cold. Today I actually stopped to order, the intro played then silence… I placed my order and the lady with a terrible attitude says ma’am can you wait I mean you just pulled up.

I’m on the phone and say to my friend did she really just say that and started telling the lady now I see why business be slow and she not even about to talk to me like that. As I pulled off she was trying to apologize but I told her f her and just left.

I will never return nor recommend anyone to support this establishment with this type customer service. She had on a management shirt at that.

I made an app order on February 28 around 7:30 am. When I got to store, I was told they were they out of the burritos. I asked about my money and the lady told me that she did not know anything about cancelling the order.

Online it says Burger King in Jackson, Ga. m. but it actually opens at 6:30 and then you still have to wait for your biscuits to be cooked. The 2 ladies that took our order acted like it was such a problem to wait on us.

On three different occasions February 24th February 27th and March 1st I went through the drive-thru to get two ice cream cones and they are saying that the machine is broken well the night before I was there and I got two ice cream cones the machine was fine so these employees do this because they're lazy and they don't want to clean the machine or turn it on and
