I live in Barbourville and we sat in the drive thru after ordering our food for over 20 minutes and then 2 people in front of us didn’t get their food either after waiting that long and left. We then pulled up and waited approximately 5 more minutes and was able to submit an online order for pick up at Wendy’s before the woman came to the window to confirm our order so we could pay.

The whole time we sat there waiting to be greeted and to pay for our food 2 girls were laughing and standing there talking to other workers. They never once came over and said hey sorry about the wait or anything. We finally just left.

I frequent Burger King almost weekly and yesterday I went thru the drive thru in Carmichael and ordered a spicy melt and a diet cola. When I got home, I discovered that the drink was not a cola nor was it diet.

Reason for diet is because I’m a diabetic and on a restricted diet. These is the second time that it’s happened. It is a wasted drink since it needs to be discarded once I taste it. It tasted more like either Dr Pepper or Rootbeer instead of cola.

I tried calling the restaurant to complain but all I get is a recording that mailbox is not accepting calls which is weird and not customer friendly. Please reply.

259 Cochituate Road, MA-30, Framingham, MA 01701 While I was entering the store and placing an order, suddenly the person who said the order number started shouting. 5 feet tall with a black shirt, headphones and tattoos on his arms, shouting like he was shouting much louder than usual.

He kept yelling until I got a hamburger. I heard him speak in a low voice from the person right behind me. I think he did it on purpose because I'm Asian. It's racism, and I express serious concern about this happening in such a famous chain.

In this regard, the company should investigate and come up with measures to prevent recurrence.

Couldn’t wait to try the new spicy melt but was so disappointed when I got it. You show a nice juicy burger with dripping cheese and peppers. Well it was a small burger with little cheese and no peppers, nothing spicy about that burger.

I love having a Milkshake with all my meals and yours are the best. Unfortunately The store in Sandy Oregon has stopped serving them for about 3 weeks now. Sometimes they don't have the mix, others to early and now no machine to make them with.

I miss them but have no choice but to go to McDonalds. Letting you now you lost a customer along with a few others for the same reason.

I went through the drive thru at the Burger King on 299 S. Randall Road in Elgin, Illinois today at approximately 207 pm and I ordered 2 bacon sourdough burgers and 2 small onion rings and 3 zesty onion ring sauces. It was order #23.

75 cents for the sauces and I asked why was i being charged when those sauces are supposed to be given with the onion rings?? The young man who helped me was stuttering when he said he was told to start charging for those sauces if you get more than 3 and I said I only got 3.

Then he said well I don’t know but it depends who you are and I said what do you mean?? I said so if I would’ve gotten only 2 would I still be charged and he said well I was told to start charging for those.

I’m confused because I was never charged for those before and they’re supposed…

Murrells INLET store March 9 2023 about 1220pm. 70 I waited 21 minutes for order. My order was lost and employee was confused and asked me what I ordered four times. She needs to be retrained. I told her to keep the food and I walked out never to visit that store again.

Manager never got involved as he was making food orders. Look at the tape for order 31 at about 1220 pm on March 9 2023. 70 which is fine as I will never visit this location again

On 3-2-23 I went through the drive thru at 2116 Whitesburg Dr. Huntsville, Al. 98. 00 She turned and gave me the receipt. I waited about 30 seconds and saw she had no intentions of returning my change. 02 I think it was out of line not to do so.

If I wanted to donate to the kitty or something else that should be my choice. I said to her, "you didn't give my change back". " I said yes I do!. Rudely she opened the drawer and snatched out the 2 pennies and practically threw them at me.

I looked at the receipt and did not see my military discount. Went back to woman who took my order and ask if I got my discount because I did not see it. " I then ask her could I get it, she replied "NO".

On Wednesday, March 8th at 7:15 pm, I went to the Butler, MO location to order the $3 whopper as offered on your app. The app said mobile ordering was unavailable but it also wouldn’t give a code to order in store so I was hoping for some assistance from an employee.

There were no other customers in the building and I stood at the counter for at least 60-90 seconds before anyone even came to the register. When he did, he never said a word to ask to help or take my order.

I showed him the app and what it was saying and the only response I received was a shoulder shrug, still no words. I explained that it said no mobile orders but that I just wanted to order at the counter, and still I got no words, just another shoulder shrug.

My boyfriend and i order here alot. Never again. My order went in while in the parking lot. His did not. I went in and there was fashion belts and jewelry all over the farthest counter with an employee and sales people completely ignoring my asking for help.

He should have gotten his impossible burger for $3.

However, mine even wasn't done 10 min later and I was charged full price for his impossible burger. If that was the manager buying tacky jewelry and belts, shame on you all. I'll go to the Ocean City , MD store.

As I ordered my food, the AGM John handed me my food without payment. This is not a complaint, but more of a concern, however, he did not seem mentally stable as I tried several times to pay. I had to literally leave my money on the counter and walk away.

I've been to a location in west Virginia and Ohio and I'm being told I can't buy cheeseburgers or double cheeseburgers anymore and that they don't even have the buttons on the register for them. This is bs and I guess the motto of having it your way needs to go in the trash.

We went to Burger King on Fillmore Street and Stone in Colorado Springs 3/7/2023 at approximately 0930 and ordered breakfast croissant's, tater tots, and coffee for two. 65 at the window. When we got the sack, we sat it on the floor of the car until we got to our destination.

We raised the sack and the complete bottom and side of the sack was saturated with grease. We took out the tater tots and the container was 3/4 saturated with grease. We took out the sausage croissant and the paper around it was saturated with grease.

My daughter called the Burger King and asked for the manager. She answered the phone and was very defensive and ask if we could bring it back so she could see it and hung up the phone. We made the trip back to BK.

I had a nasty experience at your Quicks Mill Rd, Verona, Virginia store. I went through the drive thru and placed my order. I ordered a combo number 3. As I answered the employee's questions, I finished by saying "thank you ma'am".

The response I got back was "Not a ma'am". I immediately responded with a "Oh, I'm so sorry". " When I drove around to the window I saw someone come over to the window who kept looking back into the restaurant.

Sore # 6431, Greencastle, Indina. I visit Burger King several times a week and I use the survey coupon as often as possible. As I did this time, when I placed my order I told her that I had a survey coupon and the code was 9487.

She came back on the speaker and said, she hands no idea what I was talking about. So I told her again it was a survey coupon and she needed to enter the code 9487 into her cash register. She said she never heard of a survey coupon code before but she would try.

We went to Burger King at 11031 Old St Augustine Rd, Jacksonville Fl 32257 on 3/5/23. We arrived, parked, and walked up to go inside- but door was locked? There were a few customers and workers inside. A woman (I’m guessing a manager), walked up and unlocked door-went inside and re-locked the door as we were standing there.

All she said to us was- yeah, I don’t know why the doors are locked. Soooo, we decided to go through the drive thru- sat there for 10-15 minutes- waiting for someone to take our order- no one came on speaker.

We decided to just leave and when we pulled up- there is another customer car at window waiting for their food- another car pulled in behind us- no one took their order either. Now we are boxed in for another 15 minutes.

Ordered a whopper and fish sandwich. Received no cups till we asked and then the African American girl who waited on us gave us attitude when we asked for them. And she stuck her fingers inside the cups when she gave them to us.

Then when she gave us our order she topped the whopper with a sesame seed small bun that didn’t even go with the whopper and the fish sandwich was wrapped in chicken sandwich wrapper. Then when told about it she broke a piece off the sandwich and said, see it’s fish.

We didn’t want the faux whopper or destroyed chicken sandwich and asked for a refund. 75. I explained to her the error and she finally refunded the proper amount. Needless to say this girl had a real attitude throughout the whole transaction.

Second of all the local Queensbury New York Burger King is rude on professional and was not at all helpful when I just moments ago tried to order on the app.

Specifically I had a coupon that had to be read to them Burger King that is four times one Whopper and one for free and a large Coke they told me it came to $15. I patiently waited at the window the manager said he didn't know how to do online coupons.

Referencing store at 1104 E Church St, Cherryville, NC 28021. We have tried eating there 6 times in the last year. Three times, we left after sitting in the drive through for more than 15 minutes. The 2 times we waited it out, the orders were wrong and one of them was cold.

" Drive through took 15 minutes and then they overcharged for EVERYTHING. When we pointed it out, she said that the prices on the menu were wrong. 00. This is an absolutely illegal practice and I will be filing a consumer complaint with the NC dept. of justice as well.

On a positive note, your store in Dallas, NC is excellent. I always get great food and service at that location.

The burger King off veterans in fargo, ND, has not had a working screen in drive through for well over 6months. Kinda hard to for people to order when ur screen doesn't work and customers can't see what you guys offer.

Tried to go look at ur app while at the drive through and app wouldn't load. So I left without any food took my business to McDonald's. This is ridiculous and should have been fixed many months ago.

My husband and Co workers only have a little bit of time for lunch each day. So they ordered and just went back to work,when they got there they had literally not even half their order so thus evening at about 10:30pm him and I just went back to speak to them and

Made a purchase on 2/4/23 at the Bedford, Va store. Both whoppers were made incorrectly and I called and spoke with the manager in duty . He apologized and said that he would put me in the managers book to replace the 2 whoppers free of charge m.

I went back on 2/9 to place another order and get the 2 free whoppers that I had been promised when a very rude manager named Nick stated that he didn’t see my name in the book and refused to replace the whoppers as had been promised on 2/4.
