Burger King

Manager was rude as was the drive thru attendant. When we pulled up to the drive thru, lady was very impatient and rude. When I was ordering she was extremely short and when I ordered she goes "a large with a coke".

When I had not said what drink I wanted yet, hence the patience. When we got up the window, she was very unfriendly and unprofessional, as was the manager. Burger King's customer service is as expected, but this was an unexpected low. Even for them. Very disappointed- do better.

m.. I went through the drive-thru and ordered a Whopper Junior with cheese. They wanted to charge me $10. I only ordered a Whopper Junior with cheese and I clarify that with the employee. He said it was $10. I said no way and went to Jack In The Box

I don't eat at BK very often But I wanted a tiny snack on the way home How can you mess up fried cheese? The marinara sauce was just full of sugar. It was all very tasteless and disappointing Now I remember why I don't go there.

On Saturday March about 12 noon, I was not allowed to use 2 coupons but the day before I was allowed to use 2 coupons. After I ordered pop I was given a half cup of pop. I gave it back to them to fill it to the top and it wasn't filled all the way to the top.

The manager told me not to come back to the restaurant for my hygiene or the police would be called on me.

Got a melt, totally cold! Had already gone home, so I wasn't going back. Cashier was the unfriendliest ever. Not a word said, no thank you nothing. This was the burger King in New Oxford Pa on route 30. Time was about 12:15 on Sunday March 19th.

Bk at 8501 two notch rd columbia sc I order my food at the drive thru the young lady was so nasty that took the order when I got to the window my food was too much so I asked why is it so high she made it a large so I requested a small she said I couldn’t I payed for it so I’m going to take that food so

hit my car I flagged down a police and we went back to the establishment one worker…

Sick and tired of going thru Burger King and a bunch of crap speaking Spanish. No 1 in this town is Spanish! Asked them 2 stop but continues. The others need training. They can't get anything right or don't know how 2 do anything.

3 times when I have ordered breakfast melts, we're not toasted. A simple cup of coffee, asked 4 Xtra cream. Just about black. Managers lack training. They r clueless.

Went to burger king at1215 S. Zero street..in ft Smith AR,. At 8 pm..as I walk to counter to make my order..the pregnant cashier rudely told me I had 5 seconds to place my order...then she said rudely ..time is up...and she clocked out...I don't understand her behavior but I have no plans on visiting that restaurant in the future..and will advice my workmates not to go to that restaurant as well.......thank you wydall hallett

Can't order a melt sandwich without getting fries and a small drink. I will likely not go to Burger King on Barksdale Blvd in Bossier City again. They have yet to get an order right. They don't know the difference between mustard and mayonnaise and don't seem to understand what no pickles and onion mean.

@#. Burger place out of lettuce tomatoes and onion??? Large onion rings on the side - only put 3 onion rings in the container. The only beverage they had available out of the 5 listed was doctor pepper and didn't have small or medium cups???

Personally they don’t even deserve one star. I’m obsessed with Burger King but I’m not driving 20 minutes to the next location. The Burger King app is the biggest joke ever... 00 because it does not confirm restaurant location before placing order. Secondly... Burger King is the only fast food store that actually charges payment method before customer ever gets to location to claim their order.

I arrived at BK 2141 E. Main St, Springfield, OH approx 435am on Thursday 3/16/23. The employee that served me was outside when I pulled in. When ordering from the drive in window, she said computers were down and could not take orders for 5 to 10 minutes.

I said I had exact amount... 2 for $5. The employee reluctantly said alright go ahead. I placed my order and pulled up to the window. I see the employee come in from outside and come to the window. I paid, then she keyed the order in the computer.

I said to her, I thought the computer was down. She then lied saying she used her key to open the drawer. How insulting. I just watched her place the order and did not use a key to open the drawer.

I was only a few feet away. Nothing further was said. It appears the employee did not want her…

Since when do any business say they don't refund without it being posted ...But the Bellefoutain location in St Louis Mo do and when you questions the slam the window on you

Light skin old lady with very long nails (very unsanitary) very rude . I told her my drink tasted like the fountain need to be clean . She caught an auto and said she was just drinking it and it doesn’t taste bad so said she i better take another drink or nothing at all.

I did an online order and went in and sat down. I heard the manager say "people don't want to talk to people to order". Then he said that is a lazy way to order your food. I was very offended about this.

Burger king on erie blvb in Syracuse ny has to be one of the worse places to get food. This is my 3rd time writing you people and nothing has changed. Me and my children won't go to bigger king after today and I'm letting social media know about that one burger.

They have loud inappropriate music playing. They scream and yell at one another. The night manger is so rude. They don't use gloves when handing out food. They are playing with their phones when taking orders then touching food.

Opening hours are @ 6 am weekdays. I have stop several times between 7 and 7:30 am weekday and no one is there. Other times they are.

I was at the Detroit Lakes Minnesota Burger King. My husband and I had the classic melt both of them were lukewarm the french fries were half raw. The side of the pop machine was disgusting dirty, we were in there a week or so ago and they were working on the pop machine it was just as filthy then they didn't bother cleaning it.

When I was in there a week ago I had a chicken sandwich it looked and tasted like it been cooked in the microwave was not crispy at all like the picture showed. The staff was friendly and did the best they could.

But the food was absolutely terrible I will never return there. After having a bad experience two times in a row I was very disappointed. We were very disappointed. The Detroit Lakes Minnesota Burger King really need some help to get there ratings back…

Tried the spicy melt. It's way smaller than a whopper as advertised. The diced onions aren't very caramelized. It would be better if it was caramelized rings and the bread isn't toasted enough. Very disappointed.

The BK in Indianapolis (Pendleton Pike/ Oaklandon) needs new management. They're never opened on time and the outside lights are always off. There are always issues at this location. I'm about to change location and go to McDonald's. I have made several complaints about this location before.

Went to Burger King on Seminole Blvd and park in Largo fl. Tried to Order the large onion rinks on the app. The girl in charge (a heavyset brown hair b——h) said the online was down and could not put my order through. She was very nasty and would not substitute anything or give me any special prices at all. This is Crap. I used to work for a restaurant myself and the customer is always right. My complaint is regarding the Burger King on Noland Road in Independence, Mo. Yet again I stopped in for lunch & the lobby doors were locked. What would it take to train your staff to put a sign in the windows that the libby is closed?

This is a frequent occurance with Burger King, but one I have solved. I'm doing in my way!

Burger King and West Chester Ohio on Muhlhauser Road serve me cold chicken nuggets today and cold french fries I try to order the large fry it was free with the app but I was given a small fry and the manager refuse to give me a large fry because I did not say I want a large fry at the speaker after initially stating I was there to pick up my order she said pull forward.

So I didn’t have a chance to tell her until I got to window. Sad. How hard was it to put more fries in the bag! Wow petty! I won’t be back there and this is not the first time I had an issue there.

But the white guy manager and crew are awesome. No thanks i will not be back.

The Burger King on Newport Ave in East Providence, Rhode Island has the most unprofessional female manager I've ever experienced. She really is like a child, doesn't do anything but smoke cigarettes and bark orders. Even if you don't work for her.

She harasses customers in the drive-thru and should be removed from her position.

I ordered my food, a double whopper combo with onion rings and a ckoe A whooper with mozzarella sticks And a small frie. After paying for my order and waiting 15 mins at the window for my food I finally get it and drive away and park to eat, only to find everything is cold ice cold fries ice cold onion rings no mozzarella sticks and budgets nor even warm. I go back through the drive thru and I'm told sorry because we close in an hour we didn't cook anything.

And we were offered fresh hot food of the same order. 10 mins later we are given the same budgets and hot fries and onion rings.

I then said I want a refund to take the food back and give me a refund he offers me 14 85 for a 26.00 order.

I was in the drive thru. After paying I pulled up to the pick up window. 75. She looked as if she were mad about something. I handed her a $10. She wadded up my receipt and change and put it in my hand and said your welcome.

You could tell she was pissed off. I never had a chance to tell her thank you or have a good day like I normally tell everyone I have communication with. Her attitude and words she chose to use were very rude.

The restaurant on Hollowell Parkway near I-285 is terrible because it has numerous problems from working with the public and something simple as accepting coupons. The staff acts like it is doing you favor by being there. Honestly please just shut down this location.

The Staff at Burger King in Pacoima off of Glen Oaks Blvd. have been giving me terrorist threats. They all seem to talk to a mob boss that ownes the Burger King. As all mob bosses are their friends are serial killers rapist drug dealers.

All if not all employees seem to come from mexican decent. Two series killers a women named Syed and a man named Nano known felons out of Phoenix Arizona won't leave me alone. Everytime I come in they talk about this Syid women who upon my investigation is responsible for over 55 murders of girls in Domestic Violence Shelters.

She with her accomplice have framed men for child abuse in order to torture and kill them. One of their realities works at the Burger King in Pacoima. Everytime I come on they say how great the serial killers are doing great.

I just went thru the drive thru at Huntingdon Burger King. Never checked my order until I got home, the fish sandwich and the onion rings were cold and I asked for zesty sauce and I was given sweet and sour sauce.

The fish was also rubbery. I never got a receipt and when I wasn't asked about one, I just figured it was in the bag. Very disappointed. Probably to the point I will never go back.

I have been to Burger several times sitting the last couple of months and have been asked to back up after I make payment. When asked to do this when another car pull up behind you they are blowing and cursing. This is unacceptable.

I understand parking cars when needed to save your drive through time but they have cars parked and you also have to sit at the menu board forever for them to take your order. It’s really stressful.

I had a full account with many rewards to use. Yesterday when trying to place an order I was locked out of my account. They sent verification codes to my promotions email so I had to keep disconnecting to get the code, then locked out and tries expired.

I called the phone number and was directed to the website only. 2 times , yesterday and today I participated in the chat with no resolution. So I have lost my account and all of my rewards. I can not place any orders. com

At Ashima Mall Bhopal Burger king, they are charging more. You order something and they add some additional things without asking you. Even they are charging extra price for single cheese which is already included and shown in the display at counter.

I felt cheated by Burger king people.
