I go to my local BK store #28513 in Strongsville Ohio almost DAILY for an ice cream cone. I feel the ice cream is the best of all the fast food chains. I place my cone order as usual and was presented at the drive thru window with a cone that had YELLOW ice cream that was sliding off the cone and dripping down the side.

It was about 1 1/2 inches high. Because I indulge daily in BK ice cream I knew it didn’t look right. I asked for another cone, politely but was told my the server that it was fine, that’s all I get( I assume referring to the SIZE of the cone).

When we stopped at the Burger King 3930 So. Salina St Syracuse NY 13205 (315) 469-8885 the doors were locked so we went through the drive thru. After waiting 20+ minutes we tried to place an order using coupons that did not expire till 5/28/2023.

The very rude employee said “ they’re no good” when asked why and advised her when the coupons expired she shouted “they’re no good” again. We’ve had problems with this store several times before but kept saying it has to get better.

This regards the Burger Kings located at JB Andrews MD 20762. Mornings several of us veterans with varying degrees of physical disabilities eat at this restaurant. While eating, we frequently observe employees repositioning/dragging table chairs while customers are eating. Dragging these chairs makes a very loud noise…very uncomfortable and aggravating and causes minor ear irritation for those wearing hearing aide devices. com

I went to Burger King around 7:15 Saturday night. I pulled up at the drive thru and no one ever took my order. I said hello several time but no one said a word. I pulled around to the 1st window and tried to get the manager attention but he never looked up.

The Burger King inside of the TA Truck Stop (#33) in Earle, AR has triple charged my credit card. I told both employees at the register that the transaction appeared as “approved” on the screen, but they both insisted that I retry and that their side of the screen must say approved.

I returned to my truck and checked my online banking to find that the store triple charged me for the same item. They appeared as disinterested and uncaring about the matter.
