I purchased an iced coffee. My coffee was spoiled I’ve tried to contact the local store , but no answer. I called customer service I had to submit an email and phone number. But still I have to wait 24/48 hours before someone contact me.

My problem is now not 24/48 hours into the future. Burger King just lost a valued customer.

I placed an online order went to pick it up. Nobody would answer the speaker box went to both windows, honked banged on the windows went to the second window, called. The location watched one of the employees walk to the phone.

Look at it, turn around and walk off I’ve been done all the doors called about six times drove around the building. The two employees were outside smoking. Apparently the female manager on duty had a meltdown Refused to make my order was belligerent so now I didn’t even get a refund.

I had my five year old son it was 930 and they were open. This is absolutely horrible. Clinton mo location 4/19/23 was the date. Online order placed at 9:27 pm I called 4 times.

I have always been a fan of Burger King but the last few years I’ve noticed that the buns are continuously getting harder. The last burgers I bought were so hard I had no choose but to throw them away..

I made a comment to one of the girls at the front counter and her response is that she knew about all the buns being stale but the breakfast croissants were worse than the buns. I have since stopped eating at BK but thought I’d let you know the issue.

I live in citrus county and work in the villages. The locations are all the same with stale products so I believe that’s a corporate issue and not a store location issue. Just thought I’d bring it to your attention.

On 4/14/23, on the WV Turnpike between Beckley & Charleston WV, I stopped at a travel plaza that had a Burger King. I attempted to use on of YOUR coupons on the back of a previously received receipt from a BK purchase.

I was told VERY rudely that "we don't accept coupons here" ! What the heck ?? A Burger King that won't take one of YOUR coupons from the back of YOUR receipt ?!?! I go to Burger King 4 to 5 times a month because I like your product over other fast food, and I find this TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE !!!

This is my final complaint. I have gone to the store many times, but to no avail. I have loved Burger King since 1971, and have considered it my go to when I want a burger.

However, the last 4 years I have gotten substandard food from every bk I have gone to in the Beaverton and Tigard area in Oregon. The food is cold and old, and when I ask for them to remake my burger or fries they refuse.

I then asked for the manager, and they shut the window in my face. I am so bummed about this loss for me but I have found out that your company really does not care about how I feel as a customer.

I have been in customer service for 40 years and I would want to know if I was loosing a good customer like me who used to order 2 times a week. I hope you treat the other customers better in th future.

Burger king Navarre. 4-16-2023. Last night I experienced the most bizarre and rude treatment from one of your staff members. I was in the drive through... and pulled to window. The person who took my order over charged me (because they took my order wrong).

I questioned the employee handed them my card for payment and told them to correct the order. She ran my card two times, over charged me, and denied my refund. She told me it was to late to change the order.

Then said I was told was being rude and to go somewhere else. Thigs got elevated as this progressed. She threw my credit card at me when I wanted my card back. She reached through the drive through window into my truck to grab me because I said I was going to call corporate over her treatment.

They messed up my order at lunch today and made me out to be the bad guy leaving me sitting outside the restaurant for 10 minutes before they agreed to remake what they screwed up I had to take the burgers back in the restaurant and wait for him to make them I would say a total of 20 minutes at your restaurant at the drive-thru.

If I had known you your policy doesn't follow USDA guidelines I would have just brought them back through the window because I knew they were messed up but I parked instead and had to bring the food back in there the french fries are cold at this point and made the fool out of me as best as they could in front of other customers.

When I pulled to place my order the girls working were playing and not paying attention on my order. I had to repair it 3 times, then when I got to the window my food was wrong. When I told them she asked me to pull up and I refused and told her I was going to sit right here and wait in my food.

The older ladies (I assume the so called manager ) came to the window the girl sling the food at me thru the window so I snatched the bag from her. Very rude and told me I didn’t have to snatch.

I kind of knew what to expect but for the first time in many years I decided to dine at Burger King. I’m a sucker for carmelized onions and their “Melt” sandwich looked good in the commercials so I decided to try it. Big Mistake!

I elected to get the “original “ which is basically a double cheeseburger on toast with carmelized onions and “stacker” sauce that turns out to be something like Russian dressing which I had them put on the side (“have it your way”) and I opted for ketchup.

First of all, Burger King is so rushed apparently that they only toast the top bun and leave the bottom untoasted. The burgers did not look charbroiled—only grill lines—and the supposedly carmelized onions looked like they were steamed and didn’t show a hint of brown. It took about 30 seconds between the time…

Front counter was filthy in the dry food on it so you know they didn't clean it for a long time they would have three or four orders for a drive up and would not tend to the register for lineup of customers and then they were very slow however running the register didn't know what they were doing and person coming to help them didn't know what they were doing you would think they would get a manager by then

About 10:30 PM Monday night I came into the Burger King on skyline Drive in Conway Arkansas where I saw one of the workers an older white lady with brown grayish hair Nodding off in front of I believe was the ice cream machine. I just was to give a huge shout out to Molly at your kalkaska Michigan location. I visited today with my granddaughter, who fell and hit her head on the corner of a table, slicing her eyebrow open, I immediately rushed her to the hospital and they glued her back together.

We then went back to Burger King and Molly noticed us right away, because when we left, we hadn't even touched a bite of food, Molly first asked if my grandmother was ok, then she replaced our whole order. Everyone places needs employees like Molly.

on 4/13 at 2:45pm in Long Beach at Burger King 2 E Park Ave, Long Beach, NY 11561, I was ordering at the counter and after 10-15 miniutes, I noticed that my sandwhich was already made and everyone else was already being service. '.

Who can please help this location CLEAN up the outside on the building and grounds? The order teleprompter is broken, barely hanging on the pole. The screen doesn’t even work and they only have audio. There are potholes along order area and the drive up window.

The drive up window area STINKS like rotten food. Not sure if the lobby is open. I don’t go inside. I don’t know who owns this business, if it’s a local person, but they should be ashamed of how horrible this property looks.

I'd eat there every day if I could. That being said, I have put off contacting you for that reason-I love BK. But your Hudson Wisconsin store needs a lot of TLC!!

I went there on Sat.april 8 2023 I ordered a whopper and a big fish for the 10.00 special. Got my food and went home . I was there about 25 minutes because the speaker in the drive through was broke and they parked me because the big fish needed to be cooked. When i got hone I tried the big fish first. The fish must have been very old because it taste like #%&@ . Chucked most of it in the compost. Then I tried the whopper. The bun like the bun of the big fish was dry stale and cold. The hamburger was overdone and even black in some places. I chocked it down because I was hungry and I did not want to go back. I think you should close that store because the food suckes . I wanted to report this to you as help for management to know what happened. Not to get a free meal in return or anything. I came through the drive through today at 6pm and ordered the chicken strip and french fry meal with a large drink.

I asked for the Ranch dip for the chicken. The kids were talking, laughing and proved not to pay attention because they did not add the ranch dip, ketchup or napkins. Alot of people who experience just stop comming. They need to report the service when it's poor and great.

Today around 11:30 AM I was eating my lunch and a very angry man came in yelling and screaming at the staff for over 20 minutes at the Avalon location in Pittsburgh, PA. I don't understand why nothing was done to get the man out of the store. I would have called the police if I had my phone. I had to confront the man myself and told him to get out but he left and came back again. I could not even eat my meal with what was going on behind me. I was rushed and ran out of my house due to a system outage at work and made this quick run to BK. I just happened to receive the worst experience at my local Burger King. I was very specific with my order, hot freshly cooked fries out of the grease, I did not check my order before pulling off.

No wonder the young lady (Ashanti Smith per receipt) stood frozen at the window as if I was going to say something as I drove off. My sandwiches was not only cold, but a portion of my burger was burnt, I pulled out the receipt to complete the survey and the survey code was intentionally torn from the bottom of the receipt (I be darn).

I tried calling the telephone , no one ever answered. I could not go back because I am still on my job for another hr. 63.

However, today was the worst meal we have ever gotten anywhere! Our whoppers were COLD, the fries were as hard as rocks and inedible. 52 for food that was horrible. We do enjoy whoppers once in awhile, but based on the food we got today we will never return to Burger King. It was that bad.

For what it’s worth, the server had filthy fingernails-literally black dirt caked under her nails. I frankly hope we didn’t get food poisoning. While the food prices are going up, apparently the quality is deteriorating. This was a NO STAR experience.

One of your worker always saying things to a customer every time he come in so on yesterday it got out of hand and the manager didn't do anything she took up for her worker so call someone please call me at ms johnson
