Employee 58924 Melissa she was rude, cussing,gave wrong order and food was cold.
Went thru drive thru on Friday the 5th of May. Paul on Rice and Larpenteur. Was told I couldn't put in order had to come back in 15 minutes. This Burger King NEVER has enough staff and can not hear the person speaking because they speak so soft and ho hum like " I really don't want to be here".
Just so tired of this place.
We ordered a bacon egg and cheese croissant and a sausage egg and cheese croissant and bot had NO egg or cheese!
I would like to know why you can justify new order boards and adding new products when you can't seem to provide the products on the order boards to the customers in Capitola, California. I have asked for ice tea or light lemonade or something that someone who is sugar challenged could drink. Not available for months and months. How is that? OK that it's on the order board but not available in the restaurant?
The workers are always very polite. However, I can't imagine having to explain why those drinks aren't available over and over and over again.
Today, it took 20 minutes for me to go through the drive thru. I was second in line. After the first car gave it's order, I was told to wait by the woman taking orders. , as I watched the car behind me back out and leave.
A male took my order. I then waited 5 more minutes behind the first car for them to get their order at the window! When it was my turn, the woman at the window was rude, didn't apologise or greet me.
Took my card, gave it back, it then took several more minutes to get a cold burger patty, cold cheese and all the rest cold as well. I received no recipt or thank you. This store is often out of ice, milk shakes and has terrible customer service.
Too bad as it is the only fast food restaurant in town and could be very successful! I won't go back.
I was rudely curst out in front of my kids because I pulled up to the inter com in the driveway and said hello 3 times. Unaware if it was working or not this happen at the burger king on Belle chasse highway in Louisiana. Located in plaqumines parish! 5/5/2023

got home realized I forgot My Card that I paid for so i went back the manger was so rule i explained i came there & early and can see check i told her the female that was working which she was off so the manger said what do i suppose to do gave me the young lady name so i went to Facebook and found Her she said that she tried to stop us & she gave the card to her manager Pinky Hunt so
i went back a 2 time and i asked her to give me my card because she has it and i want it it wasn't in the office she had the card the whole time and then goes to say it wasn't here fault i left it there i said so you where going to take my card she said yes this happened at 4:30 she was very rude she acted as if she was high on something
I go to Burger King on Spring hill Avenue @11:15 PM. They tells me they only taken mobile app orders. I was so disappointed so hungry left work on my lunch break For nothing and a waste of gas
I ordered a Spicy Melts sandwich today because I hadn't been to BK in a while. It was almost too gross to eat, but I was starving. Is the bread supposed to be thick sandwich loaf bread? It was thick, white and sweet, but more importantly it was NOT toasted and tasted like Hawaiian sweet bread. YUCK.

The Burger King in Milan, Tennessee is one of the worst when it comes to staying open and serving the customers. I have pulled up to that place so many times because we like Burger King but you can't get waited on half of the time their systems either down or they don't have enough of people working to serve you three orders instead of two they couldn't take but
one coupon because they only had two people working and normally they take two now. That's not the most ridiculous thing I've ever heard. I ordered a whopper with cheese meal and had to correct the worker at least 3 times about the order. I asked for a whopper with cheese no mayo, no tomatoes and add mustard. She kept repeating only ketchup mustard and tomatoes.
So when I got to the window I asked again and she said it's only ketchup mustard and tomatoes and I corrected her again. She then had a little attitude and yelled at the cook and said no tomatoes. When I got the order back to the person whom I ordered it for it had nothing but ketchup and cheese on it.
There was no mustard no onions and no lettuce. He then called up there to tell them they still got it wrong and the lady told him that he would have to bring it back so they could fix it.

I placed a mobile order in the parking lot of Burger King in CLEARWATER, MN on April 11th and when I got to the drive up window and gave them my number they said they did not have my order..... I reinvestigated the order and it said it was placed in Mason City, IA but I never picked ANY location when I placed my order...
so they retook my order and I was on my way. When I got my credit card statement I was charged for my order TWICE... once in Mason City, IA and Once in CLEARWATER, MN. this has been a major issue trying to get this straightened out as I have called several numbers and nobody can help me.

The Burger King I went to was on London Rd in Duluth MN. When placing my order a lady jumps on the intercom and cuts off the guy taking my order. I had 2 separate orders because we were paying separate.
When asking for some honey mustard the lady at the window said I was rude and continued to yell at me as I pulled off.
First of all I work in hotels and deal with people all day long. When I called to speak to a manager. She told me that she was the one that jumped on line while a man was taking my order.
They need to work on their customer service. No matter how a customer sounds doesn't mean that they are rude. yet I was told I was rude because the lady didn't want to give me honey mustard because I had already gotten one with the first order.

Ordered a double bacon cheeseburger, did not have bacon on it. Went back through drive through and they handed me bacon, I didn’t go there to make my own burger. Manager was very rude and would not give me any recourse to remedy the situation.

I initially went through the drive-thru. I ordered the Royal chicken meal (with no Royal sauce )and substituted the fries for onion rings. I also ordered a fish sandwich with just cheese and ketchup. ( should of had tomato and lettuce).
I took the bag back instead bc there were 3 cars in the drive-thru. I gave it to what I believe was the manager and told him all the mistakes. ” No apology was given (no big deal). When I got my order back from him, it was missing my onion rings, which I had to remind him.
He used the scoop with no gloves and placed the onions inside the container and handed then to me while two of his ungloved fingers were inside the container touching the onion rings. I got my food and left the building.

4/22 2 cars ahead of me 2 behind me so I ordered a whopper w/cheese no onions. Waiting patiently get to the window to pay for my whopper and asked the drive-thru cashier to add a drink his reply was no I can’t add to my order I asked why he said because of the line of cars (2cars) behind me.
He said that I would have to go back and get inline. I asked who told you that he said his manager! I was like WOW! So you can’t add a drink to my order again the answer was NO!!
I had to pay for my whopper drive around and park get out of my car and order a drink !! Spoke to the young Manager he said he does it like that because when someone orders and their order is not accurate they won’t get yelled at !!!

Every time I go to Altoona, Iowa, Burger King there is a wait at the ordering speaker and then also at the window I am asked to pull forward. Even today when I was the only car there. It’s never a short wait either, usually 10+ minutes.
When I asked why I needed to pull forward I was told there is a timer at the window. So apparently cheating the system, rather than getting better at their jobs.

Burger King in Tullahoma, Tn advertisers that they will serve sandwiches starting at 6 AM. I get out of work at 5:30 AM and get to Burger King usually about 6:10 AM. Half the time the store is not open.
The other half of the time they say it will take 45 minutes for the broiler to heat up. Therefore they do not offer sandwiches which is the only reason I go there. I suggested to the manager that they show up early and turn on the broiler so that they could offer sandwiches when they open.
This suggestion fell on deaf ears. Trying to get in touch with corporate is impossible.. The only phone number was a recording that would not allow you to talk to a person. The only form to file a compwait does not have enough character room to put your email so you cannot even write a complaint.

I have now gone through drive throughs at THREE separate local Burger Kings, with multiple visits (well over a dozen attempted visits in the last 2 months). I have consistently had bad experiences, see comments below. They are all three in the Twin Cities (Minnesota) - in Roseville, Maplewood and Minneapolis.
* ALL of them have failed to honor posted hours at one time or another, refusing to respond to customers as much as 1/2 hour after posted opening time and with employees visible inside. In one case I asked the previous day what time they opened the following morning. I showed up 1/2 hour after the opening time I was quoted, and was unable to get anyone to wait on me. I should mention they had a posted statement that they only serve through drive-through, so it was not an option to go…
We had a gift card and went through the drive through. She said it wouldn't work when she swipped it. I asked her to manually punch it in because sometimes that is how they get it ti work. She told me no she was not going to punch it in. We then left.
