I ordered, drove up to the window. I gave the guy a gift card. He couldn't do it. Another girl told me that it was not activated. I came home and found the receipt that showed it was activated. You need to show your people how to process gift cards.

This happened at the store at 2532 Channing Ave, San Jose, CA 95131. I was there around 5pm yesterday.

I hope I get a response from someone here. I just got back from Burger King drive through and it was a very unpleasant experience. I ordered two Spider-Man combos, 1 mind me I’m ordering and the girl taking the order got upset because I asked her to repeat the order to make sure it was right, she starts complaining and

cussed about me, but she forgot to take herself off speaker so I heard her. The manager handed me the orders doesn’t even say thank you, he just shuts the window. On top of that my order was not at all correct.

I tried calling but they don’t answer the phone. All in all the customer service was not a good experience at all. They need better and more customer service training.

Today I used drive they in Pikeville, Ky Burger King . Long wait long line rude rude drive thru employee. Gave me the wrong order 3 times I gave her the receipt after she argued that that’s not my order.

I demanded my money back I decline my order. It’s horrible customer service regularly at this location. My family coworkers and friends will no longer visit Burger King ever again.

I was going to Burger King on 45 Greece Center Rd. Greece NY 14612. Number 26022 Store. I was trying to get my FREE Whopper as stated after getting my validation code from doing a survey. Manager would not honor the FREE coupon, just insisted I had to by a sandwich first.

This is Not how it reads while validating a survey. All I as trying to do is have BK honor what is shown on line in advertisement. And back of receipt. If not this would be false advertisementing. Please help me resolve this issue. Thanks so much. Sincerely Kathi

My wife had a lousy experience at your Oak Creek, Wi store on May 21. She was treated rudely by not only the order taker, a young lady she believes may be named Makenzie, and the young man who brought her order out to the the car.

This young fella told my wife "Don't come here anymore", after overhearing my wife tell the young lady that this is the reason she goes to your competitors more often.

We are both senior citizens, and understand that respect is not what it once was I know you understand that these types of encounters are not good for business.

It all involved a misunderstanding regarding the usage of coupons. But it was the rude manner of the young lady employee that brought everything to a confrontational level.

I ordered 2 whoppers with cheese and a large fries with a small drink. I do not live far from the BK. When I got home the burgers were barely warm. The large fries were warm and for a order of large fries, we counted the fries and there were 25.

Pretty bad for the price of over 3 dollars. The receipt was so faint on the print that you could not make it out. This was one of the worst BK that I have ever been to. What is going on with you people.

I guess I will have to go elsewhere if that's the way you guys are. I think that I will just go elsewhere. Sorry that you people went down hill. Just thought I'd share this with you.

Very displeased went to bk in demopolis al on 5/21/23, no one was taking orders thru drive thru. Stayed in line 20 mins behind two whom both left due to no one taking their order . Pull to window after no one took order and say another 5 mins at window and no one came to window yet they seen me. Won't be back.

Last week and again today I went to hardeeville Burger King Last week ordered 1 two for 5, bacon, and egg croissant, 2 of 2 for 4 sausage and egg croissant, and a small hash brown Both the bacon and egg croissant and hash brown was left off order Order the same thing today 1886 got home and both bacon and egg croissants was left off order again.

I didn’t go back because food for the rest would’ve been cold and it’s too much trouble after that already made it home but since this is the second time it’s ridiculous

Got the double Whopper with cheese. No cheese was on it when i got it. Did not want to go back because, the music was so loud in the store that the employees couldn't hear. Meat was not seasoned at all.

The beef patties looked as if they were just heated up. No char or grill marks. The fries were warm and were not seasoned as well. I will not eat there again. Last time I ate there it was okay.

This time, the food was subpar. No one cares how their food taste anymore. It's all about being cheap and making profit. Burger King has come a long way to a crappy product. Each one needs to be shut down immediately.

I ordered a whopper with cheese and bacon only, when I get home, I have a whopper with mayo only. I also ordered a 8 piece nugget, they were hard a brick, couldn't even eat them. I drove 30 minutes out of my way to get the food. It was HORRIBLE. MY order#407.

We have been a Burger Kings customers for 20 plus years, but today we travelled through Merritt BC with my son in law and grandson, and I can tell you it was disgusting. The place was absolutely filthy and the food was no matter.

It was hard to know where to sit as everything was so dirty and the bathrooms were repulsive. On top of that the E Bus for our interior area stops there. I can’t imagine what those folks must think. I don’t want to give up on our favourite fast food restaurant, but this has made us all re think where we eat.

I truly hope you investigate and either clean up this place or clean it up, before someone gets sick, or worse yet get food poisoning. We live in Kamloops BC and I am telling you I will never eat again at at BK in Merritt, and our circle of family and co-…

My order was completely wrong. I ordered two cheeseburgers with just cheese and ketchup there was no cheese on the burgers. I didn’t receive a medium French fry that I ordered. The kids meal was supposed to be a cheeseburger with just cheese and ketchup add bacon.

No bacon and there were pickles on the burger. I also order 4 eight piece chicken nuggets and received 4 four pieces.

Pulled up in the drive thru to get my order, and all I saw was have his ass hanging out , damn pants about to fall off. Damn blue underwear is all you seen. That is absolutely disgusting. I’ll never go there again.

When visiting the Lathrup CA Burger King and purchasing 3 breakfast, I could not use the restroom because a non customer skateboarder was in one of the bathrooms for over 15 minutes and they would not let me use the other bathroom stating that only employees could use that one. Both bathrooms were unisex.

I think Burger King should know this policy. They’re running up that particular store. They finally let me in the other (employee only) bathroom after 15 minutes. These bathrooms are both designed by your company for customers. This is the only Burger King I’ve ever been more.

They had one shut down for employees.

On Sunday 5/14/23 I went to Burger King drive thru in Dartmouth MA. No cars in line. After 5 mins waiting I said Hello into speaker. No response. A few more mins go by I said Hello again. Now after almost 10 mins not hearing from any employee I say Hello is anyone there.

A employee with a cocky attitude says I'll be with you in a minute like I was bothering her. Thinking about it I decided this place doesn't deserve my $$ especially treating customers this way. So I said this place can suck it and drove off without ordering.

The employee suddenly had time to talk yells out the window " you can suck it too". I pulled around front and went in asking who has the cocky mouth.

Finally a girl admits it was her. I told her she needs to be taught customer service. She felt she was justified…

Burger King Hwy 119 Alabaster, Alabama Drive thru Put us on hold for about 10 minutes. No one was in the drive-through line or in the lobby. When we pulled up the manager and to workers were talking and playing at the register.

Then the manager was very rude. We only needed a bag of ice. He was very nasty and told us to keep the money and he wasn’t gonna sell us a bag of ice and he didn’t. This was on Mother’s Day weekend, approximately around 2:40 PM on Sunday.

Tried to go into the Burger King at 60 Saratoga Rd, Cohoes, NY 12047 just before 7 PM on Saturday night, May 13, 2023. Doors locked. Posted hours 6 AM to 11 PM, 7 days. Doors locked at 7 PM on Saturday????

I finally walked around to the back to the drive-thru pick-up window- asked how am I supposed to place my order? "The lobby's closed- we're short staffed," and slammed the window in my face. Couldn't they AT LEAST put a sign on the doors: "Sorry- dining room closed. "??? NO, of course not!

3 other cars left while I was there- they weren't interested in cold, drive-thru food either. Never again!

I just went through the Burger King drive-through on 36 and 370 in Bellevue Nebraska.

First I had to wait for about eight minutes for someone to take my order through the drive-through. All she kept saying was hold on please wait for a minute. There was no cars in front of me and no cars in the parking lot so I’m not sure What was going on.

She finally takes my order and when I get up to the window she was rude she did not give me my receipt which I asked for and I ordered mozzarella sticks and she asked me if I wanted the 60s for the eight piece and I had a piece and I’ve only got to sit down and they don’t even look good.

I went to Burger King (near Dodge and 75th) today at Wed. 10:00PM and went through the drive through. The lady speaking was so quick I could barely hear her. I was not sure if I was asked to my order so I asked again.

After finishing my order, i did not hear anything, no acknowledgment or a word. I didn’t want to order anymore because maybe she is mad, not in good mood to the point to add the “special sauce” on my food.

My kids inside the car were also surprised. No Burger King today for all of us. I thing we might drive 3 extra miles for the one at Grover and 72nd (never had an issue other there). I can provide my dashcam video if you want it.

Please hire a completely new staff at your 1601 Trolley Road location in Summerville, SC or at least automate your stores. There is always a line at the drive through. There's always a long line and the employees don't care to do better apparently.

I shouldn't have to wait 30 plus minutes for only 2 cars being in front of me and someone still hasn't taken their order. I've seen 6 cars pull off and this is a reoccurring theme, which is bad for your business.

I wasn’t even in the door yet and the person behind the counter asked if she could help me in a very harsh tone. As far as I could tell she seemed like she could have been a manager. I’ve done management before and that’s not how you talk to customers.

No hello, thank you or anything. And the lady who ordered after me was treated the same way. If dealing with the public is an issue for her, she might want to consider other jobs.

More often than not when I go to this particular location. The service as of late, meaning the last year or so has been crappy at best. The store I am referring to is located at the corner of wallisville and beltway 8 in Houston, Tx.

It is around the corner from my house. I order breakfast there quite a bit, and for at almost at least a year. The morning shift employee/employees have sucked at their job. They are not very personable, and the almost always forget something on my order. Its ridiculous.

I shouldn't have to check my bag every time I get something. I should have enough confidence in the employee to have my order right.

I ordered DoorDash, and I was calling the BK I ordered from to ask for buffalo sauce since the app didn’t have that option. It took awhile to get my order so I called within like an hour multiple times and kept going to voicemail. So I left a message on my last call frustrated I said “I’ve been calling for the last hour and no one can answer the phone”

That’s all I said

15 mins after I got my order I had a someone call me from a “no caller ID”

I said “Hello”

She said: “Hi it’s the manager at Burger King”

(Well since I already got my order from DoorDash talking to them doesn’t really help me much now by asking for buffalo sauce”

So I just said “it’s fine I don’t need any help anymore” (literally all I said”

She said: FINE, Fuck to too! And she hung up.

If I go in to dine like on this past Sunday or use drive thru the food is ALWAYS barely warm if that!!! ( Whopper and fries ) I told an employee & the manager didn't even come to talk with me!

I've asked please make mine hot. Never. I always order The Whopper meal. Sometimes the lettuce & tomato's are pathetic. I've stated my concerns over & over.

Also very upset regarding the coupons - that's unfair to us who do not have a way to have an app!!! You need to do something for us who can't use this! Thank you for listening! I hate not being able to use our BK.

The manager that was on duty was calling the employee out her name. She also said to the employee that she was going to get the hot grease on her. Its makes me not wanna come back there at all & i won't be back.

I am so angry. I visited east gate branch and ordered 2 burgers, one taylored, : fries and onion rings. When I got home there were only 2 fries so I had to drive back. Got the extra fries and when I got back home I found the taylored burger was totally wrong!

I tried to phone but the message said ring again later!!! So angry. Wasted journey’s and wrong food for someone who is particular. You won’t even answer the phone!

Last month I went to Birger King and they said they didn't have a senior citizen discount I went on the computer to complain that the Burger King by my house has one but Burger King at 8581 N. Boardwalk Ave KC MO 64154 does not and the computer gave me a code for a free Whopper that was nice.

I am a senior citizen and saving money with inflation is important to me. When I went back to above Burger King to get my free Whopper I find out it is not free, I have to buy a coke and fries to get it.

I got mad and after a few choice words I realized I didn't want any food from this place deciding what they might do to it, so I left. I am becoming more and more disappointed in Burger King and the only thing I wanted was a senior citizen discount, it can't be that hard.

I am a regular at Burger King now for over 40 years. flFriday night I went to your branch at North Florida and Busch in Tampa Florida around 8:30 pm ordered my food and had a seat at the dinning room.

I was startled by a very aggressive staff member coming to the middle of the restaurant yelling at me at top of his lungs ( did you not see the wet sign?? the floor is wet and you walked on it then you break your neck snd sue us, right? can't you see?
