The Burger King in Forest Hill at the I-49 exit in Louisiana: No chicken nuggets, no chicken fries, no change so only debit/credit card, only large drinks, ALL female stalls in the bathroom were out of order with feminine products on the floor. Took us 35 minutes to get our food after they had us pull around. Only 2 other customers in the restaurant and no other customers in the drive through line.

I just went to your Location on mall street. And point de mutant in Lafayette Louisiana. It is approximately 6:15 in the morning. I bought some French toast sticks. And it came with hashbrowns and Coke. Well, I got one syrup and I watched her.

I’m making this report against the assistant manager at Burger King on greenwood Road I made my order at the drive through first, she assaulted me saying that I didn’t have any money on my card. I have always had good experiences at all Burger King locations regarding food and service. I also appreciate your investments in great playgrounds. So, I am a Burger King fan all around.

However, I am asking you to stop broadcasting political news stations, especially the divisive Fox News. We have enough problems in this country without bringing them into a family oriented restaurant. Restaurants are no place for politics. I can hardly stand to go into a Burger King anymore with my grandchildren.

If this doesn't change, I will be ending my relationship with Burger King. This is sad to me. I am a retired teacher of 30 years. Please let me know what you are planning to do about this. I am not the only person in this town who feels this way. Thank you.

Went thru drive thru today at 12:27 pm. Was greeted and told it would be a few mins before they took my order. It’s 92 degrees outside and I sit and wait. Exactly 5 mins later. He comes back on and says it will be a few more mins.

There was no one ahead of me. I told him I had already waited 5 mins and was in a hurry. He just switched the microphone off. After another 5 mins (10 all tot) he came on asking for my order.

I arrived at BK location "3004 Airport Blvd, Mobile, AL 36606" around 9:25 pm 6/25/23 to find the lobby doors locked. When I knocked after seeing the lobby hours on the door suggesting that the lobby was to be open until at least 10pm.

Walked into the Burger King I had a coupon I asked if I could get fresh food and cashier acted as if he didn’t hear what I said because he gave me food that had been sitting under lamp. The food was a little on the dry side.

I also asked for fresh chicken fries and as I watched them get the fries that were already cooked I told the cashier I didn’t want those he took them back and the guy that was working in the back took them and put them back in the grease and sent them back up front so I told them that I wanted my money back.

What I can’t understand is why does the commercials say you can have it your way but for real it’s false advertising. If there was a space for zero stars I would have definitely given it. Very unsatisfied customer

My husband and I took our 2 little kids to BK they wanted to try the spider verse meal. They didn't have it so they settled for a bk meal and a happy meal. I really wanted to eat else where but figured since I'm here ill grab a whopper.

My husband thought it was a good idea so he said he'll get the same. I took my daughter to the restroom. Cynthia took our order and was so nice. Food still wasn't ready so we waited some more. When the food was ready the order was wrong.

I ordered food at the Fort Lauderdale Airport. It was busy but the staff still had plenty of time to joke and exchange stories Acter waiting 35 minuyes I got a cold whopper with cold fries. We stopped to get coffee and water at Los Colobos in Carolina, Puerto Rico. Just for curiosity, I asked the cashier named "Mercado" if they had refills and with great sarcasm she said "I don't know why people ask for refills when there are no machones outside" I was in awe and could not believe what I heard.

I said I just wanted to know. A simple question. I told one of the managers and he asked me her name. That was very disrespectful and I told him that I was going to make a formal complaints with the Corporation.

3 of us dined in and ordered 3double whopper meals, the food wasn’t even warm, it was cold, I told a member of staff who are kids by the way, she just said oh sorry and walked away, nothing else. The bread was that old we couldn’t hold the bun together it just fell apart everywhere!

We had to throw it all in the bin, 3 meals. The drinks machine only gave you one option when it had about 10! So overall I’ve wasted £25 and had very bad customer service, awful food and just a bad experience from the glossy branch.

I’ve emailed to complain 3 times but still had no reply and it’s been 2weeks now so clearly nobody is going to do anything.

I went inside, was the only person inside ordering and it took 15 -20 minutes for me to recieve my order. They have one person in drive thru one person on front counter and only 2 people in the back cooking and fixing the food.

Now I know there should be ire than 2 people in the back cooking and fixing food. Y’all need to pay these employees more so y’all can get some good reliable help. Even the drive thru lane was long.

Burger King does not have a complaint line. Everything goes through a support bot that forwards issues to a team that will contact you 24-48 hours later. Even calling the 866 number will put on a repeat to use the website.

The bot states you can ask for a human but doesn't forward, same 24-48 hour wait for a call back. Issue I wanted to report was no way to cancel or change location of an order made at the wrong store.

In the past BK has been my go-to fast food restaurant. For the last 5+ years the customer service at my local BK has gone downhill! It has been no food products, refusal to take cash (including exact change), refusal to take debit/credit cards because the computer is down, leaky drink cups, drink cups with liquid running down the side, unfriendly servers, etc.

Today’s final breaking point…placed my order then was told they were not taking any orders at that time. I’ve had enough. No more BK for me.

On 6/1/23 I made an online delivery order on the app, everything was ok as usual until the order was about 2-3 minutes away from my address. All of a sudden the app said order was declined. I looked outside and there was no order.

I then called the driver the phone ring all the way through until voice mail picked up. I called back 2 more times and got nothing but the voice mail. I then reached out to support on the app and basically got accused of being in the wrong.

I never received my order or had this issue resolved. I've been trying to get this resolved for the last past couple of days. Can anyone help me out?

We got food from your 7 Mile & Middlebelt location in Livonia and it was disgusting! It used to be good but today around 8pm we got a few sandwiches which were ok but the fries and onion rings were absolutely cold, hard and dried out!

Obviously they were sitting around for a long time and of course when something is wrong, it never fails that they didn’t give us a receipt! I don’t know what’s happened to BK but they sure aren’t my fave any longer.

I don’t want anything other than corporate to know that this location is a very poor example of your business. 00 we feel ripped off since we had to throw the fries and onion rings out. We definitely won’t be eating at BK for a long time if ever again.

I went through the drive-thru to place a family bundle order and was asked to drive around for 5 mins while my order was being assembled or I could get out of my car and go in and wait. I drove around and still had to go in because my order wasn't ready.

10 mins later I go my order and it was wrong. Very Unhappy. For the money I spent and the TIME I wasted driving and having to go in and still get the wrong order, that is Unacceptable. I would like to be made whole for my time. Thank You.

I am a retired Federal Agent and this has happened 2 times! They have even traded weed for food at this location. I watched it myself!!! The food is improperly handled they sell you the wrong items given, sometimes purposely!!

At Palma airport 1 June 2023, we were waiting to board flight home to Bournemouth which we were told had been delayed due to an electric storm. I took my 3 grandchildren to the Burger King and ordered food as they were hungry - not eaten since breakfast and this was now gone 3pm.

I went through the drive thru at Burger King in Alameda. It was a really long line they messed up my orders I asked for 5 bacon cheeseburgers meals with no onions or tomatoes and no sauce and they still added it.

On top of that they only gave us 2 meals I'm a family of 5 with hungry kids in the car we couldn't go back and wait. It was late around 8pm on a weeknight. This is our go too spot for fast food since we live close by but the service has gotten terrible at this location.
