Ordered online for pick up today. Got to the store and they said their frozen coke machine was not working and that they were completely out of mozzarella sticks. Didn’t offer any solutions. Got home and was missing a cheeseburger and chicken sandwich.
Contacted support and they said they can not offer a refund but can only offer me a 10$ coupon for $20 worth of food even after I had said I won’t be returning to the store. How is it that you can take someone’s money but can not offer a solution and the only one you can offer is to cover half of the food not given by your employees.
I would like a refund for the missing items not a coupon I’m not going to use.
