My family and I have been customers of Burlington for years. Mainly, I USED TO SHOP at the location at 590 W 49th St, Hialeah, FL 33012; however, after today's experience I do not intend to go back there, and neither will any of my huge family members and friends.

I was shopping for Christmas and after a couple hours in the store and an almost full shopping cart, I needed to use the women's restroom. To my surprise it had a numeric lock and the PIN was not located anywhere.

A senior lady got to the door at almost the same time and faced the same issue. We approached FOUR different employees who all answered they did not know the PIN and walked away without offering any further assistance. Not even offer to get a Supervisor, Manager or someone who would "know" the password.

20 but October 18 my bank sent a check to Burlington credit card they deposit on October 23rd. 20 and I paid in full. 20 they put late fee and interest charge and I pay that off. I'm going to attach a file and you want to see the proof that I sent you you going to see the day that cash the check and they put it in the account.

Made the mistake of giving the Burlington located at 12803 Citrus Plaza Drive Tampa, FL 33625 a second chance. The first time they left the security tag on a pair of socks and we didn't notice until we were home.

Drove all the way back and after presenting the receipt to the cashier, he removed it. No apology... He just smirked at us when we explained how far we had to drive and how we may as well have bought the socks at Neiman Marcus considering how much gas we used.

This second time we bought a Chaps blanket yesterday. I go to wash it today and had started to take the tickets off when I noticed the security tag still on. My husband drives back out but couldn't find the receipt at first (it was at the bottom of the bag in our truck).

My complaint is about the NO restrooms at the Burlington at the Almeda and Gulf freeway area in Houston. I was reading some of the complaints and answers. You stated that all we had to do is ask an employee/manager to use their restrooms in the mean time but they quickly told us they had no restrooms- sorry. That’s unacceptable.

You need to get on the same page with your employees. I will recommend anyone NOT to go shop there until this issue is addressed. You are LOOSING business- just yesterday I saw where people left their baskets full of merchandise just to leave the store and go find a restroom elsewhere. Sad sad sad!

I am complaining about the Burlington at 11546 Rowlett and Almeda Genoa. This store has no restrooms for customers and it’s very inconvenient for the regular people let alone the handicap people. I enjoy coming to this store and I tell all my friends about how great your store is, but if they will not have restrooms for the public that come and

My friend was just in store #570 in Kennesaw, GA and experienced the worst customer service. She was with her elderly grandmother who isn’t fluent in English, and 2 cashiers laughed in their faces and were being rude about trying to help them.

All because her grandmother doesn’t speak English well. Train your employees better. Who talks badly about a customer right in front of them???

I googled the Edmonds, Washington Burlington store and it said its hours were 9am-11:30pm, there were a couple small important things I needed for the morning, so I drive 45 minutes from Kent, wa to make it there by 10:40pm only to have a SUPER RUDE loss prevention guy tell me that they're closed as I walk up (the store still has people in it), I said "the store closes at 10:40 tonight? He said yes, and shut the door in my face.

When i called the store to confirm, the recording said the hours were still 1130 as well, and When I chose the option to speak directly to the store, I was hung up on without them even answering. I'm sending this email on the day of the event I will be calling to make a report as well once customer service is open tomorrow which is Monday. I'm writing to express my disappointment with Theresa, the branch manager of the Burlington store in Manhattan. She speaks to me in a very poor manner and was unwilling to assist me. I intended to use a layaway service for my purchases.

For starters arrived at one of your many stores in Westchester @750 Central Ave. In Yonkers. It's a shame new store and to see the deplorable conditions. I always find gd buys. But this day 6/29 I had to return all my items back.

Open bags of popcorn, outside vendor cups all over the place on the line near register. Then cloths and stuff all over the floors. I wish I had took a pic I didn't want to be notice but for sure I walked away.

The store in Sheffield Village ,Ohio, 44054 is a total disgusting mess. There is merchandise all over the floor, tripping hazard and the dressing rooms are so full of clothes you can't even get in them. Maybe a surprise visit is in order.

This is my third time that I've had an encounter with this in unpleasant person. I had a bad experience with a manager named Aleisha. She was very unpleasant and unprofessional. Her attitude was mean and disgusting. She also had an odor and was not respectful in speaking to me and other customers I saw her talking too.

This was at the Burlington located in Jenkintown, Pa. Makes me not want to ever go into a Burlington before.

Went into dressing rooms without realizing I needed to check in with attendant(there was no one standing there) and the woman came into the room and opened the door on me as I was naked changing into clothes demanding I come out and get a tag for the number I had.

She continued to be rude to me saying I should’ve asked and known the rules and never apologizing for opening the door. I had never shopped at this store before and obviously never will again it’s not my job to know the rules it’s her job to be there to do things correctly instead of wandering off then blaming me for it.

It was so embarrassing having someone open the door on me changing.

Your store at Linden NJ is under staff all the time specially during the weekend. I spent 1:30 waitin on line because your store only had 1 cashier. This is unacceptable! And its happening all the time. Do you think I want to come back ?

The lady that help me when i was things was not very nice! I don’t like the way I was treated! Her name Khalalah in Gainesville,Ga. on Dawsonville Hwy! IFirst of all I went in she was not to be seen then I said hello 2 or 3 before she came out of the office then she help me then I said thank u!

Your workers are not helpful. Dressing rooms were kept closed lone after they opened and we were directed to the restrooms to try on clothing by a worker. Another worker came in an spoke harshly to my mother about using the restroom.

Manager came and said she would speak to the worker but her tone was not appealing at all. Will not waste my money in this branch again

I visited your Mesa, AZ Stanley location on a Tuesday morning. I was extremely disappointed to find out the hard way that you don't allow people to try clothes on. I don't know a women on this planet who doesn't need to try clothes on.

Let me share with you that I work full time and take care of an elderly parent with advanced stage alzheimers so time is something that I don't have a great deal to waste. I chose to visit your store over other stores on that precious day.

I will never get that time wasted in your store back. If you are going to have a rediculous practice then it needs to be noted big and bold at the entrance of the store. In addition you need to change your outdated messaging about all the stupid Covid garbage protocols.

I’m 70 years old with a continence problem. I'm visiting NY and I went to BS in White Plsin, Bronx, NY I ask for the bathroom and the manager and supervisor said that the bathroom is closed to the public.

She sends me to a supermarket in front of the store. I have to leave the store, leave the merchandise in the shopping car and I never come back. For the next time, if I get to urinate on myself because of your policy of no public baths, I'm going to sue you.

I shop Burlington in my area, and find it inconvenient due to the store not making it possible to try on my selections. I don't want to buy there without try on my selections. The store associates are not helpful.

I tried calling the Burlington Coat Factory Store on Bald Hill Rd three times asking yo speak yo the manager they they kept hanging up instead of transferring the call. I finally got through to LouLou, the manager working this evening.

Hello, My mother had purchased multiple clothing items as a gift for me and when I received them as I was trying them on I noticed that one of the items was suppose to come with a top, a bottom and a scrunchy, however the bottom was missing. My mother nor the cashier had noticed this.

So while I was checking out, my cashier was obviously in training. The lady who was training her was super rude. After the girl wrong up my purchase I pulled out my discount card and the girl scanned it.

However the lady who was training her ripped the card out of my hand and threw a fit that my card was expired by 5 days. My issue isn't that they didn't accept my discount card my issue is how she yanked the card out of my hands and then scolded me about it very rudely and then basically chucked my card back at me.

My daughter was hired at Burlington in Baytown, TX. She is a college student and has left for college. She never resigned and was informed by Sarah one of the managers that she could keep her job as long as she worked one day every six weeks.

She worked in November for two days before Thanksgiving. My daughter Mariah Taylor is a hard worker, always on time and Sarah has called her to come on many days to come to work when she was off and she would go to work with no problem.

On February 3rd 2023 I arrived at Burlington coat factory at approximately 9 am in the morning I started shopping from the parking lot entrance through the store covering all ladies active wear and pants section including the clearance section. I basically had a cart full of items overflowing the cart by 11:30 am.

I had to Waite 40 minutes in line to pay For the clothing I wanted . There was a line up more than 60 people to pay at the cashier. There was only 3 cashiers working. When I asked if they could open more cashiers I received a snarky attitude from staff.

I was shopping at you Fullerton, California store and ask your representative where the women's fitting room was located. I had planned on buying jeans for my two daughters and need to make sure the jeans fits since they are on the small size.

The young lady stated the fitting rooms were under construction and to purchase the jeans and return then if they didn't fit. I explained that the store was about a 1/2 hour away and she said there is nothing I can do for you.

After shopping for a while and spending $400+. My baby was asleep on my husbands arms. Our cart was full to the top, we were peacefully walking out to our car when the women at the door stop us and told us that we couldn’t take the cart out.

The staff acts like they are part of a gang. They are aggressive and disrespectful. My mother made a cash purchase a few days ago, and was given a gift card. The last four times I have been to your West Allis Wis store there has been only one checker working . No manager was seen 3 of those four times. I love shopping at Burlington and do weekly. One Friday evening I stood in line from 5:45 to 7:00.

I felt so sorry for the single cashier who was going as fast as possible and there was a line which seemed endless. This morning I went at 9:30 am to buy a few things I had seen last time thinking an earlier time of day would be better. Wrong!!!

On Friday December 30 th. I Hope Tirnbow, had a huge crate of boxes fell on me while walking in the back row of the Burlington store in Beaumont Texas. I was in the back office with two office managers who did not know how to file a accident report.

I wrote out my statement along with a witness . Ms. Bass wrote a witness statement as she saw the boxes fall. I have a spinal cord stimulator in my back and it has shifted since the accident and is not working.

I arrived at 10:30 to Burlington Coat Factory located at 2425 Vista Way, Oceanside, CA, to make a return. When I tried to enter the store, I was met by 2 locked doors. So I looked for a sign stating their hours, and right there, smack dab in the middle of the door, you can see that their hours are as such; Mon-Thurs: 9am-10:30pm, Fri & Sat: 9am-11pm, Sun: 9am-10pm.

Dec 23rd pinole, ca relying on doing my all my Christmas shopping, Burlington pinole due to my only chance and everything stated, the website, the adds, even the locations recorded message they are open till 12am. I arrived right before 11pm to find doors locked store cleared out of all customers, and to be turned away as well as others arriving with similar situations as mine.

I had the worst experience of my life. Me and my family have been going to Burlington for ages but never faced anything bad. This cashier was yelling at me because I was returning a bedsheet for a store credit because I didn't have the receipt (it was a gift).
