If I can give a zero star I would that is how disappointed I am with your store. I went to shop in the Burlington store over this past weekend located in Wilkes-Barre PA which I have always shopped in.

Unfortunately, I will never step foot in your store again. It looked like the place had been ransacked, more things were on the floor than on shelves or hung. It’s terrible it became of what it has. The last few times I went in there it was the same but only has gotten worse!!

Where is the management that is responsible for the store to allow it to get like that. Who would want to buy things off a dirty floor. I’ve been to consignment stores that were more organized. Lost loyal customer!!

I was inside Burlington in Hatfield with my children on Tuesday around 1 pm . My five year old son was walking behind me with my 13 year old daughter holding a toy I told him he could get .

Out of no where my daughter says “mom that man just snatched his toy from him” . It was the store manager I believe named Eli. I asked him if he really took the toy out of my sons hand and why and he said “yea I did were you even going to buy it “ I am in complete disbelief!!!!!

Who know that to a child !!!? I won’t stop until something is done about this ! This man needs to lose his job or at least title as “manager “

Ok so let me tell you what happened. I went to go get some of my stuff from layaway I couldn't afford to get all of it but I did want some of the things I put in there so

an associate named Mary said the only way I could do that is if I paid the whole amount. I asked her if I would get my money back Luke 3 times because I couldn't afford to pay 419. She told me all 3 times I asked yes you can get your cash back.

Well when they brought my things out I picked what I wanted out of it and when she went to do the return she gave me a gift card. I said I need my money back and she said she couldn't do that because of store policy are you kidding me had I k own they were gonna give me a gift card back I wouldn't have paid 419.

my cash back I wouldn't have done that so now I'm stuck with a damn…

Receive 2 pair of pants as a gift. Didn't fit. 99 because that's what they sell for now even though they had tickets on them still. Manager stood firm. I asked for corporates number, which he gave to me. I asked for a pen to write his name and store number.

He flung it across the counter at me. I flung it back and he kicked me out of the store.

went into local santa fe burlington and took over 20 minutes to find an associate to help unlock a jacket and all associates that i did. ask for assistance were really rude annoyed at us asking for help and in the end couldn’t unlock the damn jacket anyways so finally was assisted asked for store manager two employees didn’t even no if there was one in third called manager and never got to speak with him/ her

This complaint is for the Burlington in Highland, Indiana. I was there to purchase some children’s clothing. When I went to the register, there was an extremely long line and only one register was open. When I asked about the situation, I was told that there was no manager in the store and that they didn’t have anyone else to work the register. Needless to say, I left and went to another store. I didn’t have an hour to stand in line. The message that I received was they didn’t care about my business. I just wanted to make you aware of the situation.

My wife and I were in the Burlington store in Buford Georgia about 2 hours ago and I was appalled at the state of both the store and the lack of any customer service. My wife wanted to buy several bras, but the fitting rooms were labeled as closed and I could not find anyone to ask if another area were made available for trying on clothing. There was only one person working one cash register and no other help to be found.

Additionally, the store looked like a whirlwind had passed through it with clothing strewn all over and almost as many pieces on the floor as on the rack. I have included photos of the store below. This is the second time we were totally disappointed with this Burlington This is a terrible look for Burlington and I doubt that we will ever go there again to shop.

This is a complaint for store #763. I went to that store location today and cthe customer service was extremely poor. The line was not only long but the cashiers were rude and unwilling to aid their coworkers. The cashier by the name of Jamiyah more so was rude and Extremely unprofessional.

I requested the help of a manager whose name is Eric, he never reported to provide support. This is not what I expect from Burlington which I frequent very often. This made needs to be addressed. All personal issues should be left at the door prior to starting a shift.

I tried using two different bank accounts. One was affiliated with my payroll card (it has a routing/account #) I might add EVERYONE takes it. The other is affiliated with child support/alimony card that was issued by attorney general in my state (also has a routing/account #) When both payments were drafted (different months) it stated that one bank was not compatible according to CSR and the other didn't go through.

Due to their stringent policies now Im being punished for 90 days!!! I made sure to give a payment IN PERSON the day before the second bank draft didn't go through in anticipation of this happening. They said it was due to two returned payments in a 3 month period that my privileges were suspended.

2nd payment that didn't go through didn't even make my payment late because…

A manager threatening a new employee to fire her and that she doesnt care about the employees disability. Who is she to make such threats. Here is one lets take this to social media and see what they thinnk. I know this young lady is new.

And isnt the manager supposed to be properly trianed in harassments and threatening employees. This is no manager that should be in her position, as well as threatening a new hire who had not had proper training. Yet your company allows her to behave in such a manner.

Good morning, I suppose to have an orientation on 05/07/2022. Kim suppose to be there that morning wasn't. One of the associates that came in that morning I talk with her about it. The manager John was the only one there.

He didn't know anything about the orientation, so I left. Burlington store in Salisbury, Maryland has poor management.

Burlington store in Brownsville tx is just plain ridiculous. Lines are most of the time so long that they go around several aisles . Store only has 2 cashier's at any given time mostly before 5. I spoke with manager Rita who explained that she didn't do the schedules that they only give her 2 cashier's and she can't get people from the floor to help when lines get so so long.

It's ridiculous to stand in line for over 1 hour to pay for an item. I seriously hope corporate does something about this problem. This location not only has local shoppers but also shoppers from Mexico that often travel to make purchases.

Rebecca at the Southgate plaza in new port Richey Florida was unbelievably rude, she told me that someone complained about how I was acting which I was the only one in the store and had no contact with any other customers. The service and condition of the Staten Island store is horrendous. I waited over an hour on line. The line was very long, there were only two registers open and the manager came out, said “people called out” and promptly disappeared.

I have never been in a store where the manager had total disregard for her staff and customers. The cashiers did the best they could. FYI this was between 6-8pm 4/21/21. Train the manager!

I just walked in to your store off 1-35 and William cannon, I think it's 7615, and the owner Tim stops meas I enter and asks me if im alright and what I'm looking for, when I tell him I was just coming in to look around, I like to check what kitchen wares you carry, like olive oil and spices because there's usually a good deal, and

I was in my local Burlington Coat factory store in December 24th, 2021. 24 items were rang up 3&4 times and the store left a bad taste in my mouth after the first time but I gave it another try and on top of being told my money would be refunded it never was but

I was to be given a 50% off discount the next time I came in the store which would have been this time . The girl called a manger over to take the discount off which she didn’t she tried to tell me I already received my discount which most definitely wasn’t the case because this was my second visit to this store.

The Burlington on Turnbull avenue bronx. Gabriela Flores an HR manager likes to use her position. As power over the young workers at her location. Most of the time she smells like liquor. She drinks on the job. She also changes lables when she is purchasing something, to pay less.

She buys a rug but the code bar she scans is for a $2 tshirt. Manager palmer helps Flores with these scams. Flores friends come to the store to commit thefts. She lets them pass with merch.

My partner and I( F&F) first went to this location looking for sweaters. Everything went smooth that night. We returned the day right after to exchange an item. There was a loss prevention associate up front and we asked him about the exchange procedure and what we had to do, he seemed flustered and mid question, he walked outside and

came in and told us, “ you do not have to do the long line just go to that register”. We went inside, saw an employee, who was walking to her register, before we even asked anything, we greeted her very kindly and stood to the side as we saw she was with a customer.

After standing there for a couple minutes, that employee said in a very snarky tone, “ oh no you have to go do the line”. My partner replied with,” oh we just wanted to ask you a question really…

My daughter was employed there. She was treated unfairly and my daughter has a disability. She was thirsty and went to the break room for a drink of water. Sherry who was the manager on duty that evening told her in a rude manner to come on.

there were other people there to help her but Sherry didn't put anyone to help and I think it was racist because she was the only black there at the time. Mind you that my daughter works in the fitting room.

On October 26th at 7:15 pm I was shopping at the Edmonds location and a female employee walked passed me, then from behind I heard a woman say "you" I turned around saw that she was speaking to me and said "yes" and she looked down at the items I had picked to purchase and said " I want you to leave the store" I said excuse me, I was extremely confused and

I have been in their Clay NY store many times to see massive shoplifting occuring and no security in the store...you can tell the staff are stressed and concerned about customer safety...but it seems like the corporation doesn't value customer or employee safety with all these shoplifters that run out doors with full shopping carts to waiting rental trucks...i don't think i am shopping there anymore and i will share this with my friends and family.

I was very badly hurt when I fell in peppermint oil I did fill out paper work but don't have a doctor then covid happened and I couldn't really leave the house I have autoimmune diseases. This has done so much bad to my life I have to find a doctor because it's been awhile and I still can't walk good can't get out of bed without help have to use a bath chair and

was just accepted in Rhode Island College for my bachelor degree in nursing. I had to be pushed around Disney like a fool. Have to walk with a cane sometimes go out but either am crying because I'm in so much pain and embarrassed.

This has ruined my life. O am raising my 14 year old granddaughter and now it's affecting her. I don't even think my insurance will pay because I got insured in your store and they won't return anything…

Since the pandemic I have limited leaving my home. I made a purchase at Burlington Coat Factory in August but the items that I purchases I need to return, I did not make the return by the date on the receipt.

I contacted the corporate office and explained I did not want to leave home due to the increase positive cases of COVID. I asked if I could make a return of the items to the original form of payment of which I was denied.

I am upset that I am not able to return the items. The items did not work and I would like a refund.

This woman, a cashier, starts following us as soon as we walked into the shop! My mum though we were looking for the same stuff, every aisle, there she was, looking at what we bought! She profiles us all the way through to the cashiers! Then started looking inside bags that were not clearly opened! What did she think we were doing? This is the third time this is happening. Seriously!!! Caution your staff on profiling customers! Stop harassing customers! What a horrible experience we had! I wish there was another Burlington closer to us! I’d happily go there! Shame on you for profiling us and thinking we couldn’t afford it.

Return policy need clarification on why did I have to swipe my credit card 3 times to return a item without a receipt when I told the associate from the beginning it was a gift, obviously I didn't purchase it so what is the purchase of swiping my card and irritating the customer. Reading the return policy all I needed to give the associate was my Driver license ID this associate said its the policy and he's following the rules.

I am pregnant and I purchased almost 300$ worth of merchandise from Burlington in Miami. The man said the shopping carts were not allowed outside. And for the big merchandise they did not have big bags so they put everything for me in clear bags meant to put fine dresses sometimes you buy in order to protect them . Not regular bags.

Carrying out my stuff was extremely hard to my car and as expected one of my bags ripped all merchandise falling out. This is very disrespectful and I’ll consider buying at Burlington again in the future .

My. Complaint is I was standing in line to pay for my purchase at Burlington in Patchogue and 3 young employees at that counter ignored that there was a line of people to pay when I looked at the embankment of 8 cashier stations and

only one was open I noticed 3 of your young employees were looking at their phones and texting. This kind of work ethic is unexceptable and won't be tolerated. When I asked for them to open another register so I can pay they took their sweet time to do so.

I live locally and frequently shop there.

This employee named Cassandra at the West Allis Wisconsin location was really rude. Talking to her other co worker about me while I am standing right there cursing me out and calling me a dirty Mexican. First of all I am not Mexican (Puerto Rican). The worst customer service and the co worker was just quiet and didn’t want to engage. Wow I was severely cut on a glass pumpkin at your Reno, Nevada store. Last Saturday I was shopping and was cut very badly…the blood was going all over the place. The so called manager was a total joke. She didn’t have a basic first aid kit and didn’t take a incident report!!

I bought some items from Burlington Coat Factory, it was a last-minute shopping for gifts before I travel, and there were few items I wanted to return or exchange, including a perfume but unfortunately, the cashier refused to refund me for the perfume even it is still sealed and wrapped in the see-through wrap as I bought it and it is obvious that the item never been opened or anything, so I asked to talk to the manager BUT THE MANAGER WAS RUDE TO ME AND GAVE ME A LECTURE in front of all customers about their return policy.

Per your return policy, I am in the title to get refunded and this manager should discipline and learn how to treat customers.

I will never shop from that store anymore.

The workers at Burlington walked around the store, staring at me and talking. The receiving supervisor proceeded to jump in my face and yell in my face and insult me, all three employees waited for me to leave at the door instituting on jumping me. The supervisor stormed out of the building and went home, all while on the clock.

I was so disappointed when I walked in to store 1176 and there was no one at the door to greet me nor were the baskets clean they just have some spray on the table no paper towels, mask box was empty. I see that they have a post on the door stating that associates and customers are required to wear a mask I seen several people in the store walking around with no mask made me very uncomfortable so I left.

They're used to be a African American young lady at the door which was very nice and polite she greeted you with a smile and was helpful and knew where everything was in the store. She also helped me take merchandise to my car.

She stayed on top of making sure the baskets was nice and clean and as you left she thank you when leaving y'all need to bring her back to the door she gave great…
