Such a horrible shitty customer service. I asked the cashier tameka at Greenfield wi store if I can return an item. She just pointed to a long line and said you'd have to wait like everyone else. I replied ok maam i will.

Then she proceeds to say "sorry not sorry, bunch of assholes" If this is how you treat you customers I will never ever step a foot in this store and I will be starting an online boycott campaign if this employee did not get absolutely fired from her job asap. Peace

Good afternoon, I want to share my horrible experience at Burlington located at 3166 S Highway 161 #100 Grand Prairie, TX 75052. My sister was here visiting from Egypt. She loves shopping at Burlington. Everytime she comes here, she spends thousands of $$ at Burlington stores.

On Thursday, 06/24/21, I dropped my sister at Burlington store in GrandPrairie. She had a lot as usual to purchase and some returns. She shopped first and then waited in the long line to complete her transaction. She told the associate that she had items to return and items to but and asked if she could it in one transaction.

She also had all the receipts available. The associate spent over 30min scanning her purchased items and then was unable to process the returns. She paged Tina who claimed she was the manager.…

I went to Burlington on county-line road in Jackson ms to get clothes for my grandchildren’s summer camp we had our shopping cart full we went to try on a few things and the fitting department closed so now we had no choice but put things back ( we had our shots ) please open the fitting rooms school will be opening soon and would like to shop here

As you are aware, in the state of New Jersey, it is mandatory for those who are not yet vaccinated to continue wearing masks. At your Brick, NJ location, one of your employees, Jen Riccio, refuses to get vaccinated or wear a mask. This is disgraceful and a danger to customers! I am a longstanding customer of Burlington’s and I am disgusted by this employees views and actions. She should be terminated for endangering the lives of customers and employees alike! If this is not resolved, and no action is taken, I will have no alternative but to report this to our Governor’s office and the media which can result in hefty fines and loss of substantial revenue for your company.

I was verbally abuse by a male customer and I’m a woman regarding where the check out lanes begin and ends which there were no signs up to show that information. The location of the incident occurred at the Midwest City store. on May 13, 2021.

The only signs that I had noticed where the red foot steps showing distance. The argument was that he wasn’t within the red footsteps like I was…he was just standing from that as if he made his own line. The male customer didn’t want me to get in front of him which I wasn’t.

I am trying to Make a return at Burlington coat factory In Apple Valley California.

This is the third time I showed up to try and get a refund. I have come at all hours and the line is literally a 40 - 55 hour wait. I’ve already spoken to the manager and asked for a complaint form and she said they don’t have complete forms and directed me to find the number on the Internet

There are three active registers right now with about 60 people waiting in line… I consider this poor management.

I encourage you to train your managers better… And have more employees on staff to assist with this ridiculous line.

We are all standing in the store extremely hot because the air is not flowing breathing in our carbon dioxide.

I was fired because of a trip I was authorized to go on when I clicked it it states it was unexcuse.. before I started I let staff know ahead of time that I would be going on a trip and reminded them 2 weeks in advance.

When I came back on may 5th Wednesday I didn’t receive a call or anything stating that I was fired and was asked why I didn’t call when I told terry and kris about the trip and kris said she would talk to me about it never did . Terry terminated me due to “attendance”.

My son noticed that this lady was following him around, everywhere he went, almost as soon as we entered the store. I shopped your new location in Hoffman Estates, Illinois. It’s a small location but it seemed stocked fairly well. I found about $200 worth of items to purchase, my shopping cart was full to say the least. As I was heading to the exit I was informed that I was not allowed to take the shopping cart out of the store. ARE YOU KIDDING??

I just spent $200 dollars at your store and you now expect me to gather all my bags in my arms and carry them to my car?? If you expect people to shop the least you can do is respect them enough to easily get their purchases to their vehicle.

On Wednesday, April 28, 2021, while at the Ocean Twp. store in the Seaview Square Plaza, I attempted to return several items I purchased a few days prior at the Jersey Gardens Store, Elizabeth, NJ. There were three cashiers working checking out patrons.

The service I experienced was the worst and just how one cashier was on their cell phone while another co-worker was standing next to her also on a cellphone. While the other workers were checking out one or two patrons, these two remained on their phones for several minutes.

I usually enjoy comming to Burlington. Today I went and the restrooms where out of order. I am a diabetic and I usually have to go to the restroom at least once. I usually spend 3hrs at Burlington but, today my trip was cut down to 10mns.

I was very disappointed since I had my stimulus check to spend. I am a loyal customer. I go shopping there at least once a week. I was told the restrooms where down since the day before. That is unacceptable. I was very inconvenienced.

Other people where complaining as well. I took my buisness elsewhere.

Whenever you go to the Clifton, NJ. Store, there is always a long line with two or three cashiers anytime you visit the store. Today 35 people in line in a small area, not socially distant around 4:30. I left the store and called from my car and shared my complaint and the representative was quiet and she said okay okay okay. I hung up.

I spoke with an employee on the floor earlier and she advised there is a shortage of cashiers. This store is always busy and should accommodate customers. The health department will be my next call.

My niece was shopping in you're Stockton Ca. Store and was harassed and embarrased by a customer. The women was not bumped or touched and was also told "excuse me" as she past. The women began agressively yelling at her and threatening her loud enough that other customers heard.

Rogelio in regards to cashier Irma leaving sensory tag on my purchase. It caused humiliation and embarrassment. (Alarm sounding) He told me that Irma had previous issues leaving the sensory tag on purchased products. The manager asked me what did I want him to do. I requested retraining.

What is store policy in regards to employee repeatedly leaving sensory tags after management has already addressed the issue? Obviously the previous talk was not effective.

Terrible experience with the cashier name “Romalda“ store 00586 located at 3240 Palisades Center Dr, West Nyack. Purchased some items at another location and stopped at this particular location to exchange or return depending on what l find after looking around.

I am wondering how a dept store stay open until 12 am and 1 am .that's very dangerous for employees who has to travel leaving work from a dept store .it put them at risk and who shops at 12 at night at a dept store. Store in west allis WI Absolutely terrible and heart breaking as I walked in with my wife to do a return and saw the line is so compacted and people are literally 2 inches apart instead of the 6ft. Customers and employees without a mask and when I asked the store manager he himself didn't have a mask on.

I had to call the authorities and health safety office in Wisconsin and will be pressing violations against that store soon. Please for the love of all people dying from covid, please educate your store managers!!

I made a large purchase from Burlington online right before the country went into lockdown due to the pandemic. I had been a loyal customer for years. I shopped on line and at my local store. When I shopped online and received items that didn't fit I had no problem returning them to the store. permanently.

I return a item that was broken back to Burlington in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania but Lina explain to me that I cannot return it do to it being a safety hazard. She was very nice and clear that she cannot give me a refund.

However she saw I was very distress and decide it that she will take the blame for the broke item because she saw how distress I was in front of many customers. She is a nice girl and I hope Micheal, the store manager, is not going to fire her for it.

I would like to put a complaint in on the Round Rock, Tx location. I have felt so uncomfortable when I come into to this store for the past 2 visits. I know when I am being watched, truly have know reason to give this store a reason to treat me differently.

Only thing I can think of is that I had put up a layaway & something went wrong on how the employee rung me up. When I came in to pick my layaway up it was such a hassle I was there for at least 45mins from the lack of the workers that didn't know what happen.

So the manager step in and helped out, help me take my rug to the car along with a few other items. But because of all this I am continuing being watched because a silly mistake that I had no control over other than me not having I receipt to pick my layaway up.

I went in on 10/5 to the Hulen Burlington and the girl refused to return my item WITH my receipt. She claimed it was because the tag was not on it. I have never had this problem before as well as dealing with a rude employee.

The receipt clearly stated the item I had and it was brand new not damaged. Only tried on. It was too small and I was looking to get a refund and try to find something else. I could have even found the exact same dress in the store.

She just acted like she didn't want to help me and had extreme poor customer service. Not really that new for that part of town anyways. This will definitely limit my time in Burlington stores from here on out and I'm usually in there one to two times a week.

Either rules have change or your employee needs more training.

Carol Briggs has asked me about my babies hat and gloves did I pay for them, when my baby hat and gloves were on her beforeI enter Burlington.

Another time I came to shop with my friend we were followed.. We went to different parts of store just to see if she would follow and guess what? Carol Briggs makes me not want to come to Springfield store.

I went to return some items on the 07//16/2019. I explained to the cashier that my card was an international debit card, although for some reason on the slip it was noted as credit. On Friday,, May 31, 2019, around 4:30/5:00 pm, I visited the Deptford store and saw two pair of the same shoe with two different prices. One shoe was $20 and the other $10 dollars. The only difference was the color of the shoe.

I took both pair to the register and asked the young lady about it. She called someone else over and she tried to explain about the product coming in at different time. Then they asked "Catherine" the supervisor at the time about it.

At the Boise Id location 83704 zip code does not have an adequate handicapped dressing room. the room has no mirror and it is not ADA sized. the walls have no hand rails and the bench is a triangle seat only a light weight Skinney person w very long legs should consider sitting on.

when the staff person finally agreed to let me use the room I could only take 6 of the 9 items I had in. then they took off leaving the area unattended and as a handicapped person you can only imagine getting fully redressed to go out and get the other 3 items to try on.

I went to Burlington Store on Saturday, April 13, 2019 in Security Mall, Baltimore, Maryland because I discovered that Calvin Klein Truffle Woman Rain Coat that I purchased in December 2018 still had the sensor attached to the coat. I had purchased the coat from Arundel Mills Burlington Store and I no longer had the sales receipt and could they take the sensor off the coat.

I did have the tags that came with the coat. The store cashier and the manager advised me that without the receipt they had to check the computer for the coat purchase. My privacy was violated by your staff at your store in Arundel Mills, Maryland, yesterday, April 2, 2019. She was following me around in the men's changing room. I felt uncomfortable and raised my voice to draw attention to the situation.

I would like to return the swimming suit I just bought. I have the receipt and all the tags and labels are on the swimming suit. The woman who represented she was the manager of the 125th branch of burlington factory yelled at me that I can't return the swimming suit. When I bought the swimming suit, nobody warned me that swimming suits were not allowed to return or it was final sale.

Another bad experience was that I bought two $50 gift cards during the holidays and I was shocked each of my cards had only $41.90 left after a couple months. There is no notice that the value of gift cards would be reduced if they are not used within certain time.

I won't buy anything in this bad store anymore. Terrible experience!

I was given a document to contact customer service when an item I attempted to return was declined. I called the number and was informed that I had been placed on some list and can not purchase with a return an item for 6 months.

that I was informed of this on 10-28-18. Yet they have no documents, tape or written confirmation that I was informed.

Also I would not shop at a store that prevents me from returning, if the item does not work out. Yet they had no intention of accepting a return from me. This is fraudulent activity and a money grab.
