I purchased a 2023 Cadillac XT4 in January. The car has been in the shop a total of 8 times in 10 months for the same related issues. The car has a stuttering and jerking feel upon acceleration in stop and go traffic.

The first time I took it in to the dealership they said they had to change out my torque convertor. Who ever heard of a torque convertor going out with 2000 miles on the car? Less than a month later it was in the shop again for the same thing.

This time they said they hooked it up to one of their computers and their system said it was fine. The car isn't fine. A first year mechanic can get behind the seat of the car and tell you something's wrong with it.

I first accepted a service contract from Assurant Vehicle Care for service, for prepaid maintenance, and windshield. When I got home, I realized this was not what I wanted and called Bravo Cadillac to cancel my contracts. I was promised that it would be done and in good faith I trusted their word.

However, it has been many times that I have contacted these people and again received more promises. I signed a cancellation document, and this morning I called Assurant and was told that only the Service Contract was cancelled on 10/5/23, but the other 2 contracts were not cancelled.

My calls go to voice mail etc. I am a frustrated customer of Bravo Cadillac. I do like my 2023 Cadillac Escalade, but I am needing assistance to get the dealer to follow through with their promises.

00 due to the transmission going out in my 2020 Cadillac. The dealership advised me to contact Cadillac directly, which I have on numerous occasions. I've sent the documentation to your Customer Care Center three times and they continue to not respond to my requests for resolution or confirmation that my reimbursement is being processed.

I've mailed the forms to your Customer Care Department from the Hertz Rental Car and Dale Willey Cadillac, verifying the service performed and the amount of reimbursement due me. Those forms seem to have never been found. I also faxed the forms to the attention of Azaria whom I spoke to two weeks ago.

I am unable to email the forms, either because of my internet or my computer, and have also sent the forms via my cell phone with pictures and continue to…

I have spent over two months trying to get reimbursement for a rental car due to the transmission going out on my 2020 Cadillac for the second time. They continue to tell me they can't find my paperwork, although I have mailed it, sent via phone and emailed the rental car invoice to them, which I was told would suffice in addition to the service paperwork that the dealership provided for the installation of the new transmission.

Cadillac's Customer Car Department continues to send me automated bot emails telling me that my case must have been resolved, I get phone calls from Cadillac Canada who tells me they cannot help me after I've spent twenty minutes on the phone, then transferring me to the Customer Car Department for about the 50th time over the past two months.

I have an issue with my vehicle purchased on the 21 June 2022 Cadillac escalade platinum.

The car was fine, however after taking it to the local service center for its service of 12k the problems started immediately.

I returned the car the next day and they kept the car for 3 days.

However, the problems remains, and the local agent is not cooperative to find a solution or follow up with me.

The problems are: Night vision doesn't work. Forward collision doesn't work Cruise control doesn't work

I drive a 2020 Cadillac XT5, the service person that was assigned to me, (female), I think her name is Aleisa. Not sure, but her name being with an A. The Dealership used to be called "Ron Cadillac. It is now called, Big Star Cadillac.

Since the name has been changed, some of the service personnel has changed also. The one that was assigned to me is very rude. Customer service is not something she know anything about, my first encounter with her, was very unprofessional, she never greeted me, just began talking when one of the other service persons found out that she was assigned to me.

I received a recall notice from Frank Kent Cadillac in Arlington, Texas. The rear suspension had a potentially dangerous flaw that required replacement of the rear toe link. I made an appointment and took the car in for the recall service.

When I picked up the car I found that the car pulled strongly to the right and the steering wheel was cocked to the left. I called the service advisor (Hailey Robinson) and she claimed to have spoken to the technician.

She advised me that there was nothing that they could have done that would have caused the car to be out of alignment. I knew that there was no problem with the alignment when I gave them the car, and I mentioned to her that there was an alignment check done on their initial check-in that stated the alignment was fine.

Hello! My name is Quincy Holloway and I purchased my first Escalade at a Cadillac dealership on 3/29/23! I was very excited until I got my vehicle home. I drove almost 3 hours from Columbus to Mentor, Ohio to pick it up, and the sales people were very nice, but I don't think that the vehicle was checked to prepare for purchase.

I drove back home to Columbus with the wheels shaking and then found out that the passenger window wouldn't even roll down. :( I contacted my salesperson and he basically said that I was SOL because my truck didn't come with a warranty.

But, shouldn't those basic things be corrected before putting a Cadillac on the lot for sale? A Columbus Dealership is fixing these things for $1,086. I texted the salesperson to see if they would at least give me a gift card to…

I have been owning and driving the Cadillac automobile ever since Oldsmobile went out of business. I like the automobile very much. This does not sound like a complaint. I had a light bulb go out and on the dash I was notified by "Right low beam failure" so I went to the local auto parts store and purchased a light bulb identical to the one that was burned out.

00 less my veteran's discount. It was a simple job as all you had to do was pop the hood, lift the cover, replace the bulb and then check the light and it worked great.

However the "Right low beam failure" kept coming on. I followed the instructions in the manual to eliminate the error code because it worked fine. I took the car back to the dealership "Rally" where I bought it which is now "Diamond" and Robin…

I took my 2014 Cadillac SRX into Lone Star on 02/18/23 for a shade replacement for my sunroof. I was advised I would have to do a diagnostic before any services began. I agreed and the service advisor came back with a host of services and repairs that my car needed.

I declined everything that day except the sun visor. My vehicle was ready for pickup the following Monday 02/20!! I was excited about the speedy service. 2 weeks later I decided to have the services/repairs done that was given on the diagnostic because I never had anything significant work done on this vehicle.

Took my car back to the dealership on Friday 03/03 it took exactly a week for them to complete, but I wasn't available to pickup until Monday 03/13. Paid for my services and took my car home and parked it in the garage.…

I have a 2015 SRX, (only 51,000 miles) the electronic brake control module needs to be replaced and I am told that Cadillac does not make the part and that there is NO solution to fix this issue. As big a company as Cadillac/GMC, one would think since you put the part into the vehicle when you built it that it should be available. I would like a response to why this is so and why the part is not available? The part number is 20842710.

This is very frustrating and the dealership is telling me they would offer a trade in. I don't want a new car, I want my car repaired. I paid $62,000 for my vehicle and need a solution. I should not have to purchase a new car and temporarily lease a car at my cost to rectify this issue.

Just exactly what is the status for the front and rear park assist for a 2022 Cadillac CT5 Sport. Took delivery 7/2022. All multi media research indicate the chip shortage has significantly eased. So what’s the story. It seems you’re creating a lot of customer dissatisfaction by not being more forthcoming let alone taking care of your customers.

I think it’s not good representation to present vehicles with “retrofits”. Pay now and we’ll fix it later. You can only blame”COVID” for so long for the chip shortage. So when exactly can you install this retrofit chip. The least you can do is to provide consumers an honest and upfront update.

Maintaining silence is not good marketing or you’re simply trying to hide something.

I took my Escalade ESV in on January 4, 2023 because the autosense wipers were not working right and there was a slight shudder on take off. The problem was diagosed as the sensor on the wipers and torque converter for the shudder.

I have an extended Cadillac warranty so they had to call a third party appraisor due to the expense. They have 2 business days to show up and then 2 business days to approve the repairs. This sounds stupid and like a waste of time to me since I am at a Cadillac approve repair center.

In one years taken my Cadillac xt 4 for service because it having problems with batteries working only for about 3 months or less Mechanic horrible they come pick up suv and have it for about 3 to 4 day and say the battery just needed battery charge that the problem. Don't buy Cadillac the service is horrible and they are not reliable .

I scheduled an appointment with cadillac for a problem I was having with my car 2 weeks out. The day before they called me to reschedule another 2 weeks away.

Finally I brought my car in on a Monday and they told me they don't have any loaners so I rented a car.

Finally after 3 days they called me and told me what the issue was and ask if I could give the green light to fix it BUT the part needs to be shipped in. So After 5 days of a rental at $100/day they told me my car was fixed...

a 1 day fix that took 5 days... I was charged around $1200 for the fix as well as the $546 I paid for a rental all week while my car sat there not being touched.

I have a 2014 SRX at the dealership. Today I was informed the oxidized headlights would need to be replaced for a cost of $2,000.00 and is NOT covered under my Cadillac Extended Warranty I actually gave up driving at night thinking it was my age and night vision, only to find out it was your oxidized headlights, perhaps there is a silver lining. On my way to the airport last week for a 6am flight, I started up the car, got out walked to the front of the car….guess what I was checking?……to see if the headlights were working. This car is not safe to drive. Please consider replacing these headlights under my extended warranty, as this vehicle has become a hazard to drive at night.

PS…I feel bad giving Camargo Cadillac a 4 star, as this complaint doesn’t reflect their service.

When ever I call to get updates on my vehicle the person that I am to speak with is almost NEVER there. The receptionist will inform me that she will have the Service person give me a call, and I NEVER get a call back. I try calling again in a couple of days and it’s ALWAYS the same thing, same routine.

On Jan 4th , 2022 I ordered a 2023 CT5 V Blackwing from Blasius Cadillac in Waterbury , CT. The vehicle was produced on Sept 13, 2022 as noted on the Cadillac website. Now the question is WHEN will the car be delivered to the dealership ????????

Every time I ask the dealer they say they have no control of shipping and they leave it at that. I am extremely disappointed with Cadillac's service to their customers. The vehicle is close to $ 120,000 out the door and this is how I am treated !

My order code was BTSSSC. I have been a loyal GM customer for over 50 years and now that I have the means to purchase a Cadillac this happens. I am a fussy car guy and the thought of my new car sitting in a Michigan parking lot with snow coming just disappoints me to no end.

I went in for some front Struts to be installed on my STS Cadillac 2007 I first of all had to order the Struts before the dealer would consider putting them on the car and pay in advance for them to be installed. But check this out now that I ordered them which has been over two weeks the dealer still haven't received them , only one came in .

And that's been over two weeks ago . And the other one surp suppose suppose to have been on it's way from another location. Pretty SAD SERVICE GM. MAK PARTS AVAILABLE... Car still there....

My complaint is not with the dealer but with Cadillac. I ordered a new Cadillac XT5 Bravo Chevrolet in Las Cruces, NM on December 9, 2021. I wanted a 2022 Cadillac in the new Gray/Blue color. My order has not even been placed yet.

EIGHT months and the order has not yet been accepted. Now our contact person at Bravo tells me I'll have to have a 2023 Cadillac and the color I wanted is no longer being made. I am so disgusted with Cadillac that I just might go back to driving a Lincoln, Lexus or BMW.

I do not have to drive a Cadillac, I prefer to. Now when anyone mentions Cadillac I get a bad taste in my mouth. What happened to the idea that when your order is placed you are put in the queue so your car will be built when your turn comes.

My order hasn't even been excepted by you yet.…

I hit a pothole and cracked the rim in half. I had my vehicle towed to a Cadillac dealership Troy Michigan. The vehicle gets their 9:00 Monday morning. No one calls and tells me anything about any damages no one asked me if I wanted a rental car.

It's Friday I still don't have my vehicle over rims and tires. The Rims and tires that's a guess because they haven't called and said anything they haven't even asked for permission to work on a car or about how much the damages will cost.

USAA which is mine automobile insurance are waiting on the dealership so that they can cut a check.

I purchased a new Cadillac XTS in 2018 and when they detailed it for delivery they lost the floor mats. So the dealer gave me the all-weather Cadillac mats, which was fine. Until last year when I touched the brake pedal to start, it didn't start and also the brake pedal went down halfway to the floor.

I took it to Ciocca Cadillac in Atlantic City for warranty service, it was because the drivers side mat was moving under the brake sensor. They advised me that if this happens again just pull the mat backward,(It constantly moves around ) as this problem happened again.

Can you please send me the correct mat for this vehicle? When I purchased the car I didn't realize that they had given me the wrong mats. The drivers mat doesn't pin down

Cadillac portrays itself as a luxury brand. It is so not! My 2019 XT4 with only 16000 miles has to go back in for repair for the 3rd time in 10 days for the exact same emission/engine issue! Each time, the dealer and Cadillac refuse a loaner or rental car.

Cadillac states that AFTER the repair I can submit an invoice for the rental and they will cover $47 per day. They realize that currently you cannot rent a car for that daily rate so they will CONSIDER paying more once I submit the invoice.

I have owned/currently own Mercedes, BMW, AUDI and Ford and each one of these provides a loaner or rental when the repair is UNDER WARRANTY and takes longer than 24 hours. They always have the loaner/rental waiting when I drop off my vehicle.

Cadillac wants me to somehow get to a car rental place…

Purchased new 2009 CTS in 2009. $46,000. Changed oil & serviced as needed. 2016 fuel injectors went replaced $4,000. Then headlight replaced $350. Front end had to be removed. Today told my motor is seized only 72,000 miles, Absolutely unbelievable. Cost $7,000.

I will junk the car! I am besides myself will never buy another Cadillac again! How can a-motor seized with 72,000 miles?? I deserve an answer!

In February 2020, I paid to have repairs made to my 2012 SRX. Cadillac had issued a recall for this exact reason but it only covered up to 2011. I contacted the NHTSA in July 2020 asking that the recall be extended to cover my vehicle year.

On June 29, 2021, I received an email from the NHTSA. The recall has been extended to cover through 2016. Through further communication with them I received a GM Recall (#N212340980) and received an 800-458-8006 number to call them about getting reimbursed.

On 8/5 we called the number, asked for assistance. We were emailed a form to complete - the "GM Unknown Reimbursement Request Form and Procedure". The email arrived with no attachment. We called again, this time the tech stayed with us til we realized that there was no attachment to this either. She…

Cadillac doesn't care about it's customers and the executive care reps are not equipped to take McDonalds complaints let alone a luxury car manufacturer, They say calls are recorded so after speaking with a rude, incompetent, argumentative rep I called to complain asking that the call be pulled. My request was ignored and all I got was an empty apology.

Then I told them about me dealer experience the supposed Team Lead asked no additional questions or took info to solidify that they don't give a darn. If your looking for quality and service Cadillac is not the way to go.

S/N they say buy American but had a foreigner with roasters crowing in the background taking c/s calls with a language barrier that only adds to customer frustration.

I own a 2012 Cadillac SRX with defective headlights. I live in Arkansas. I never received information about a class action lawsuit. Because the vehicle was originally sold in California and there was a class action settlement there and in Florida last year, they will not fix nor reimburse me for needed repairs.

Bad headlights at night is a safety issue. GM does not stand behind there vehicles. It is all about corporate profit.

I just took my car in for a LOF, State Inspection, etc. and was advised that the power steering rack assembly was leaking from the housing and needed to be replaced. Not only would the car NOT pass inspection because of this, but it was also a significant safety issue. 59).

My car has only 58400 miles and is garage kept. This significant parts assembly should NOT have failed for this low mileage vehicle that is well maintained nor should the replacement costs be so high (labor alone was $800+). If you want me to consider purchasing another Cadillac in the future, a significant reimbursement is warranted.

I have driven GM products for over 50 years and Cadillac since 2004. The VIN for my vehicle is 2G61U5S35D9170625.

Cadillac just lost a 30 year loyal customer. Morris Cadillac was part of the reason. I have a 2008 STS. The clock stopped working after I replaced the battery. 5 hours to hear them telling me that there is no fix for it yet.

They told me that Cadillac is aware of this problem. 95. I then started to search on the internet for an answer and I found one. It involves downloading a file from the original software developing company and upload it into my STS.

I went to Morris Cadillac again and gave them the website address. Afterwards, Morris told me ok, they can do that for me. I went there today 1/24/2020. I waited another 2 hours and the clock problem was finally fixed.

Why do I have to wait for so long for them to upload a file? The service manager told me that they have to go to Office…

I give Cadillac service department customer service a -1 star. I had to get a loaner so that my car could be serviced. The person in the service department hand me the key to the loaner and pointed it out in the parking lot.

He did not drive it up nor did he show me how the car is operated, considering that I had never driven this vehicle before. I could not get the car into drive so I had to go find him for help.

When I returned to pick up my vehicle I was sent to the cashier to pay and I received my keys. I had to go out into their parking lot and search for my vehicle while carrying two car seats.

I finally found my vehicle on the back side of the service department. This was the worst customer service I have received ever! They need to take some pointers from Mercedes.

my car is a 2011 SRX it has 6,000 miles (not a typo) I have had to pay to have the TWO sunroof hose's repair . THERE WAS A CUSTOMER ADVISERY ON IT. why MUST I PAY TO HAVE IT REPIRED?

I have been calling into the customer service line for 2 weeks now with NOT A CALL BACK, I KEEP GETTING LOGGED INTO THE SYSTEM. They tell me NaShea is my MY CASE MGR,all all they do is put me into her voice mail, SHE HAS TO BE THE WORSE.

SHE HAS NEVER CALLED MY BACK, NOR HAS THE REQUEST FOR A SUPERVISOR CALL BACK EITHER. This has been the WORST experience ever. I need someone to call me back as to what is going to be done about this issue.

AND THIS IS A KNOWN ISSUE I HAVE DONE MY RESEARCH.

Waiting over 5 weeks For Earnhardt Cadillac N Scottsdale to repair my Escalate, The said GM is on back order for parts needed to repair'Still waiting, This is not acceptable. We have bought GM over 35 years. No way to treat a loyal customer.

My Name is Herman Lennon I purchased 2013 Cadillac Escalade ESV At about 115 thousand miles the valves started tapping . I took it too a dealer ship. They told me the valves were stuck. They gave me three options fix the left side.

replace the engine with a new engine or a used engine. I asked what caused the engine to go bad I kept the oil changed. I bought the truck with 85,000 miles. I choose not to let them do the job because they couldn't tell me why.

I went to a local they checked it out and told me they had done at least 5 of those engines with the same problem. I also checked on line there has been a number of owners who had that same problem why hasn't someone done something about it.
