I purchased a Joker Prepaid Visa Card on April 7, 2024 at Canadian Tire Gas+ in Prince Albert, SK STORE #1896 and activated it online the same evening. On April 9, 2024 I tried to pay for a $31 purchase and the card was declined. I called Customer Service and was informed that the card had a balance of .68!! I have attached a copy of my dispute of this transaction I am waiting to hear back about their investigation.

ALSO

Because I needed my receipt for the USED VISA card I unknowingly purchased - I noticed a purchase for an air freshner on my receipt. I DID NOT PURCHASE any air freshener. The Customer who was just ahead of me purchased an air freshner, cigarettes and gas. But somehow her air freshener appears on my receipts also?

Fake promise and poor service. Wasted my valuable time. I order 4 michellen winter tires and pay in full, and booked an appointment after 1 week to get fixed. Now at the time of appointment, they said yes we have the tires and will fixed for and take approximately 1 hr. I'm happy and waiting for my car to complete. All of a sudden someone called me and said we have only 2 tires for now and the rest two are sold out. No ides what is going on ?

1. Failed commitment and very poor communication. 2. Who the he'll sold my ordered tyres ? 3. When I'm at the appointment why they told me thay have all tires before taking my car.

Poor Customer service at Canadian Tire located on the Courbusier Laval Quebec. I purchased an item and after 30 min I wanted to exchange it because it was poor quality. The assistant manager Karina who was training a new employee on the cash needs a training of how to serve and talk with clients before providing trainings to new employees .

Such a disrespectful way of talking that I decided to refund the item and never purchase anything from Canadiantire . She refused to refund or give me a gift card . It’s sad that a company as Canadian tire does not care about providing good service for its customers .

Management should get trained well in order to retain clients by providing good service . Such a shame

Today I dropped off my father at the service entrance, and upon returning inside, I observed a troubling interaction between him and Manish. Our visit aimed to address a flat tire and a small bend in the rim (approximately 2-3 inches in diameter). On October 31, 2023, I visited the store to collect the tires and rims I had ordered, arriving around 12:45. To my frustration, both the staff and the manager insisted that I present an email for the pick-up, despite my repeated explanations. I stressed three times that I had not received such an email, but I pointed out that the online information of my order details clearly displayed my order status as "Ready for Pick Up," along with order number 000054642245.

Despite this evidence, they still refused to release my order, claiming that the online information was not considered valid proof. I made an appointment at your Kitchener South store for an oil change, at least that's what i thought i was doing. Change the oil and give me my vehicle back. After over an hour i get a text saying their "technician" had noticed a problem with my wheel being hard to turn.

Back to the beginning, i wanted an oil change not anfree for all inspection on the rest of my vehicle. So now it's almost 1 hour 20 minutes after bringing my vehicle in for an OIL CHANGE.. I declined the offer to do a diagnostic and said just do the oil and give me my van back.

I just had a horrible experience with Canadian Tire (CT). The company's miscommunication, mismanagement, and operational inefficiency caused me inconvenience - time and money.

On October 3, 2023, I purchased four tires online. On October 6th, I received an email from CT saying my four tires are ready to be picked up. I then called the CT store (Centre Maissoneuve) to also schedule an appointment to get my tires changed and got the appointment for October 9.

As I arrived at the store on October 9 for my appointment, I complete all the paperwork (invoices), hand over my car keys and I was told my car would be ready in 1-1.5 hours. I took my 2015 Silverado to Greenwood NS to repair 2 tires for leak. I purchased 4 tires at Greenwood Canadian Tire in Greenwood , they installed them and I purchased the extended warranty for my tires. I picked up my truck an hour ago and I was charged $98.06. I questioned the new manager in Greenwood and he said that i have to pay for $59.98 for balancing , parts $19.98 for parts and $59.98 for labour. Total: $98.16.

I have been going to Canadian Tire in Greenwood and had never issues in the past. Since they have a new Service Department Manager and I will never go back to Greenwood. I hope that you can help me.

A manager at car service department at CT , at Tsawwassen, BC, 4949 Canoe Pass Way, Unit 200, Tsawwassen Commons, Tsawwassen, British Columbia, V4M 0B2. I brought my car to service three days ago, what was referred as a small repair (broken hose on coolant).

For last three days the reps were given me a different answer about the scope and timing of the repair. When I came to pick up my car at time which was told me that the repair will be finished, the supply was not even delivered. This was outrageous.

The front desk rep was very apologetic and called manager. Without any questions, manager said that I can't raise my voice. I wasn't yelling, but was upset. He spoke very condescending to me, which I know he wouldn't talk to me if I was A man!.

Canadian tire centre boulevard in Montreal. Between 4:30pm and 5pm. Came in by shopping centre entrance to exit by Canadien Tire exit. 1 cashier and 1 training her. The traîner forced thé new girl to check my bag. The traîner was extremely rude and insisted she has thé right to because of à sign.

She has no right to treat me as à criminal and no right to train employées that way. If Canadien Tire cannot afford to pay for sécurité, you should not allow your employées to act like thé police and say yes we have every right to do so.

The auto service was replacing my battery, serpentine belts and water pump, but, this was delayed for almost a entire week because of a seized bolt. I kept getting the run around on when the work would be completed. Then after getting the car back they left the inside of the car dirty and did not place my radiator cap back on the radiator.

The next day after driving my car it STALLED. I took it back and again the following day got it back and they said THEY FORGOT to hook a vacuum hose back up. My car now is STILL leaking antifreeze.

No apology was given to me and the customer service was terrible and mechanic work shoddy on my car as the mechanics seemed to not be very caring as my car is a older car. I would never recommend anyone taking they’re car there.

On July 8,2023 I purchased, what was a 2-in-1 CERTIFIED 14" corded lawn mower. It was advertised as being able to cut and to mulch grass. 69 at the Blenheim store. When I got home and tested it, I discovered that it DID NOT mulch.

When I returned to the store, the Store Manager agreed that it was "false advertising" but refused to take the item back or refund my money. Her claim was that the mower had been "used". This was not true because I had simply "tested" the mower to discover that it DID NOT mulch.

Hi, called Canadian Tire on 12th Ave in Sherbrooke for new wipers for Micra 2019. The service tech told me there were no fees to install wipers and then transferred me to parts. 99 fees to install each. I decide to call the store on plateau St-Joseph and again, the service tech states no fees for installation he assures me.

So now I have wipers at $24 with no costs for installation. I jump iny car and head to plateau St-Joseph and I get once again all wrong info. Service states $56 and cents for both wipers and there are fees for installation.

He gets the service manager and he goes to verify with the employee if what he told me was so. The manager comes back stating that this employee was in training and there have always been fees to install wipers.

On July 13/23 at approx. 7:30 pm I attended the Canadian Tire store at 1210 Steeles Avenue East. Milton Crossroads Shopping Centre. I was teaching my Autistic daughter about money and purchases. My daughter gave the sales clerk $20 cash.

I paid the rest of the bill by debit. The next day i was surprised to learn that the clerk redeemed 20$ of my triangle points instead of using the cash money she was given. This is theft and unacceptable.

Triangle rewards refunded my points however i feel the management needs to be aware of this employees actions as it may happen to other customers. com

Booked my Chev Suburban for 4 new tires at 9AM on Sunday, July 23. I was quoted a time of 1 hour which is very common for 4 tires on a truck/SUV.

The technician was a new guy who took 2 hours and 30 minutes to do the installation.

I was a tire buster back in my day and would have had 5 cars done in the same amount of time.

While doing a road trip from Quebec to BC one of our right wheel Bering started to make noise we booked an appointment 3 day prior to our arrival at Canadian tire located at Richmond rd Alberta for 9 am, we waited until 4 pm to get the diagnosis then we’re told to come back the next morning at 9 am and the part would be ordered and we would pass first in the morning it was not then they said they would not repair the Bering unless we fix a minor leak in the power steering.

Went into Canadian Tire on Walker road Windsor Ontario. Went to purchase a flashlight that was clearly marked $20 and change. On sale in the center sale isles. Where there where Multiple of the same item. Got up to the cash and it rang up $52 and change.

I questioned the price with the cashier she called back to verify price. So my spouse walked back to where the the item was and another staff member was changing the sign that said the item was $20 in change of the items 6 plus items.

" Manager was called and said he was not going to honor their mistake. As well there was another in the process of making the same purchase. We weren't the only ones affected by this mistake.

On May 15 2023 I took my Honda Civic 2010 for service at Canadian Tire Grimsby Ontario to replace an oil pressure sender . The service was to be completed the next day, but because the part did not arrive on time, and the wrong part two days later, I did not receive the car back until May 18. I had to rental car for the three days.

Mother's 80. Asked me to pick her up a hose. She thought maybe 50' hose. Clipped the very small bands that where attached to the hose. We had to unclip them so we could stretch it out to make sure right size. Nope.

It coiled right back into place. Of course dry as a bone, clean as a whistle. Just as when purchased. I put the cardboard cover back on, but I did not put the little bands back on. She said no return.

she said not in original packaging. I told her I would go back home and put the bands back on. She said Nope. Once again, that is all it came with. There is nothing else that it came with. I have pictures of everything.

I phoned your View Royal store and no one at their phone number picked up the phone and phoned the Associate owner did not respond both calls I was cut off by your automated system. I did want a specific garden hose that they had at the above location from a representative from the Hillside branch.

She said phone ahead to make sure they had the one that was at the above location. It was a Yardworks Pro Flex rubber hose. Any size was okay. Then the person that I contacted said do you have a item number.

Hi There, Canadian Tire (Windermere location) completed 3 repair works for me and for each one I had to go back after a few months to re-fix the repair completed as it's always malfunctioning. Each time I have to pay for labour for the re-fix out of my pocket as your policy indicates that the warranty on the labour is 100 days.

if Canadian tire used malfunctioning parts, why I have to pay for the adjustment and fix the repair again? Why every time I have to pay the labour twice??? My local store needs a complete overhaul the new owner has turned what was once a very nice store into a dumpy store with junk everywhere. The aisles are so narrow that at some points 2 shopping carts can not pass each other in the same aisle.

I usually don't go into the store but did this morning only to wish that I had stayed in the car. There is no rhyme or reason for the placement of items in aisles the aisle that use to be allocated for pet products only now has electronics why would I look for electronics in the pet aisle.

I would just like to inform you of the service I received from the store in Tsawwassen Delta BC. We were shopping for sprinkler parts and stopped at the garden section and saw a whole shelf of potted clematis. 98.

Few days back I bought a cookware set in 120$. When we opened one pot out of it and used it, it's color was going off and spoiled our food too. When I went to return the cookware, they didn't returned it and asked me that I have used one pot so we won't return and will only replace with some other stuffs.

It was very very depressing moment for me at that time. I had no other way, so they deducted the tax and also deducted amount and gave me a card to get some other things. It cost me almost 30$ to exchange it.

I purchased a Moto master battery from Canadian Tire in North Kamloops in November of 2022. It was defective. It failed four times in the four months I have had it. I returned the battery to the same store this afternoon under warranty to be replaced.

I was charged the difference between what I paid and the replaced one. I do not think I should have had to pay that.

However it was only $30 and I could have let that slide I was also charged $101 for shop fees for installation. 7 hours or 40 minutes to install a battery Seriously???? If you have a professional who takes three times as long to install a battery as a lay person, then you have another problem.

Would not take payment over phone to get a part in. I would have to go into the store to make payment. I’m in a different town and think this is absolutely ridiculous/ bull shit.

If there no stars i would put it. Not that while ago i was highly disrespected/abused at Fanshawe park road and Hyde park road Canadian Tire London on by one of your employees. I did talk to Jamey lady (she said she is manager but i doubt…) .

Explained what happen only to be told thats ok and we gonna do nothing about it. The troubled person was african canadian that was all the time harassing me while my visit to your store. At the end when i was about to pay using self check he ripped off my credit card from my fingers….

I did make another call to talk to “manager” just to be told no disciplinary action has been made. The troubled person does not deserve to work in a such place as yours displaying attitude as such.

Worst Executive resolution possible! Don’t bother emailing executive resolution because they will send you back to service manager. Service manager will ignore your email. Walk in and speak to manager - sorry service manager is not in. Your part is difficult to find.

You will receive annoying vague phone calls while you are working from other mechanics and customer service reps. Over 4 months later you will still have no resolution. They just don’t CARE!!!

location of the canadian tire store : 750 st. james street, winnipeg, MB R3G 3J7 issue : extortion, miss guidance, bad customer service. steeling the vehicle. explanation: i and my husband went there and wanted to buy tires for our car.

I told him that i want to buy tires on instalments. He asked us how you want to get your tires with MPI or triangle. and he told with triangle there is 0% interest and we said ok with triangle.

he did not tell us that you need your triangle master card for payment and also we did not know that we should have a triangle master card as we went first time there. he just took our cars key and installed the tires.

then another girl came and asked do you have card to pay we said no and that guy just assumed by himself that we know everything about the triangle…

18/22. 00 for this tree hoping it would be a nice tree. It took a couple days to get it put up only to find out that the lights on the bottom weren't working and to be honest, the tree was awful.

I was unable to return it because I was and am still having severe issues with my spine and legs. It is very difficult for me to go anywhere. Not your problem, I understand. So, it was just a couple of weeks ago that I tried to return it.

I had my receipt and the tree and went to the Kelsey Dr. location. I was told that it was too late to return it and there was nothing they could do. I asked for the manager. no introduction or how are you, nothing.

I'm 40 years old now I'm driving a car for almost 25 years and yesterday I was told that I would need to pay $240 just to diagnose the problem the start of my car has been going now for a few weeks anytime I started it's getting a little bit worse and worse and soon so yeah bring the Canadian Tire and tell him that my starter is gone and your starter replacement so then he tells me what we're going to need to check and

make sure that that's the problem and check everything out she said it's going to be $240 just to start just to check just a diagnose a problem anywhere else they take a look at it and they call you they tell you what's wrong or they confirm what's wrong and then they tell you how much it is to fix starters don't need 2 hours of $240 2 hours labor to find out what's wrong…

UNPROFESSIONAL, SLOW, DELAYED CAR SERVICE, store 0294 1530 Albion road Brought in my car for rear brake replacement cylinder. The initial promise was same-day service at 5 pm. I walked 40 minutes that day to the location expecting the car to be ready or close to ready, only to find out upon arriving that the shop was closed and nobody had bothered to call to let me know. When I called the next day they promised it would be ready later that day. I called around 5 pm and once again the work wasn't done and they promised it would be done by the next morning. Again I called and again it wasn't ready.

Finally it got fixed. But the journey there was riddled with incompetence, disrespect, delay, and total disregard for the time, money and energy of the customer. I have been a customer here for…
