The contract was never sent to me from Veloce Fast cars, after I sent numerous What’s apps, emails & phone calls – What’s app and emails have been uploaded on August 22, 2023 and again on September 8, 2023.

Good Afternoon,

My name is Michael Velez. I applied for a Mastercard credit card at BJ’S Wholesale back in September of this year; 2023. I did not receive an e-mail or paper mail notification of this change. I was initially told on the Mastercard credit card application that I filled out that all I needed to submit is a home bill with my name on it and a passport or driver’s license. I submitted a water bill with my name listed on it and a photocopy of my passport. I again did not receive any updates via e-mail or paper mail as to the status of my application for 5 weeks. I was applying for an auto loan, I been a customer for 4 years, They Approved a loan. 3 Days later they called me to Disapprove my loan. I never missed a payment, they called my job, with that they Approved me.

We purchased 3 concert tickets thru Capital One entertainment on GA5. I contacted them same day to find out seat numbers and the never got back. Today (over a month later) then contacted us and told us it was a system issue and they could not honor our tickets (they committed is in their policy/ legit tickets no cancellations no refunds).

They replaced our confirmed tickets with very bad ones all the way in the back. This is a reputable company and that is why we booked thru them as we are their customers. these tickets are my 10 year old birthday gift.

This bank used to be good... and then, something bad happened. Recently, I was led through a merry-go-round of codes and texts and phones and uploading driver licenses three times, just to be told that nothing could be done about it. All I was trying to do is add my husband, who also has an account with them, as the co-owner of our checking account! Idiotic programming or policies won't allow you to set up a joint account to start with, and then they couldn't recognize his phone, because both our cell phones were under my name. They would not allow it to be handled by mail, nor in person in their "café". It finally resolved today, only for me to run into another brick wall.

After putting 200 Dollars on a secure card with that company they sent me. My card came in through the mail i activate it. I used it 5 times then its said declined i didn't understand why it said decline.

I have been locked out of my credit card account because they say suspicious activity on my account although they tooky payment. They also have my auto which has no problem. I went into A Capital One bank and tried to rectify this but they can't do nothing.

What they want is copy of driver's front and back. Copy of social security card front and back and bank statement to prove who I am. I have just moved mine of these have correct address so don't understand how this would prove anything.

I said I was with a Capital One person in bank could they verify me they said no they needed these two items. I am not doing that especially my social security card especially sending to someone in Philippines. You talk to no one but foreigners and can't understand nothing they say.

Today I was treated like I meant nothing to this company over fraudulent purchases. I paid my bill this morning and spoke with a fraudulent specialist and she cleared me after sharing her concerns on certain purchases from Wawa where I buy gas.

After the representative told me she would reactivate my card and to go ahead and use it, that’s what I kept trying to do. I have tried to pay my phone online and several times the card was declined. This caused me high anxiety as a disabled man trying to pay his bills.

I feel insulted by the numb behavior of the specialist who made me feel like an unvalued customer. I’ve had Capital One for a very long time and the customer service has declined terribly. I should be treated with a better respect as a loyal customer who has now sadly had to cancel…

I have been a business customer of this bank for 30 years. When I started, it was known previously as "Trust Company of New Jersey", then changed to "Trust Company Bank of New Jersey", then it was taken over by North Fork Bank and then Capital One.

My office is in Jersey City --the 2nd largest city in the State-- and when I opened my account, there were about 5 or 6 branches in Jersey City where you could walk into a bank and get teller service. Then, over the past 5 to 10 years, these branches slowly started to disappear into merely ATM locations.

Worse credit card travel benefits ever. DO NOT get their Venture X card. They messed up my booking so bad that I got stuck in another country and after hours on the phone they apologized and said there was nothing they could do about it.

The first lady I spoke to even said I can't connect you to anyone higher then myself because I'm not allowed to and we can't do anything. No emails, text, etc. letting me know that the return part of the travel that they had booked was cancelled.

Spent hours on the phone from abroad to no avail. I will be taking legal action against them as soon as I'm state side...

I am entitled to at least two lounges a year and only used one but was charged twice for one and Capital One did absolutely nothing at all to accommodate me with the mistake that was made. Tabitha that I spoke to that was a supervisor's said that there was nobody higher up than her and there was nothing else that they were due and she spoke over me and it was recorded. I insist on somebody higher up in the corporate to discuss this.

I paid off all my credit card balance on the day of the credit card due date using the help/assistance of their own capital one customer service (I paid through the phone) and yet they are still charging me with the interest fee. What’s the common sense on this?

I called and ask for the charges to be removes and they said that this is part of their policy. How can you impose an interest charge on the balance that was already paid in full?? This is so wrong and it’s not the way to make money.

I was not given enough time to pay off my account before Capital one cancelled my card. Capitol one did not work with me to get the balance paid off. I was informed that I had 60 days to pay it off before my account would be terminated.

On 6/6/23 we (my husband and myself) received a flag of fraudulence on HIS Capital One Visa, so we called, (to say that the representative was difficult to understand would be an understatement as her reception was spotty, she kept coming in and out, and she had a very thick accent that often rendered her difficult to decipher on top of the shoddy reception), only to discover that the charge was in fact fraudulent thus rendering us to have to go through the process of procuring a new card, great, fantastic, we EVENTUALLY get through the process required to obtain a new card which (she stated) would be mailed out.

I contacted customer service today regarding paying a bill on online banking (just like I have done for over 8 years). Today I cannot see one of my cards. I had my wife ( the card in in her name) speak with them as she is alot nicer than I am (yes I admit it).

After speaking with one person they ask to speak with me as I am the one trying to access the account to pay the bill. After getting pushed around to a number of other CSR's to name a few, Mel, Marlene, Leo, KIm, Jessie and Tamara.

I was still unable to get the issue fixed. I asked to lodge a formal complaint, Tamara said she was making notes of this and would send it off, I asked when I would hear something she says you won't this is an internal matter.

Hello, I called Capital One to resolve a matter that I had in Oct 2022 and thought it was taken care of. I got agent Colleen Agent ID # ITR057. Ms. Colleen stated that she was a supervisor on duty and that no one else above her other than a CEO that could help me.

I asked her if there was a department where I could have my conversation in Oct 2022 pulled as proof that I wasn't lying about what I was saying to her. Her response was that I could only write in.

I am submitting this complaint about this agent because this agent was being very condescending on the call. She refused to give me an address to customer complaint and directed me to the Capital One website and to look at the bottom of the page for the information I needed. Seriously?

Capital one tried contacting the seller with the phone number that i was supplied by the company and the number that capital one had for the merchant and was not able to contact them and left a message that was never answered, so if capital one can't contact the seller how am i supposed to contact them?

Capital One was a good bank for the 6 to 7 years that I banked with them. I was the victim of scam recently and they kept restricting my account. And they threatened to close my bank account. Like is this how you treat victims of scams or people who had their information stolen?

So I called and just told them I would like to just close my account because I was uncomfortable with someone having my banking information. They automatically told me that my financial relationship with them will end. Like how? I'm currently a victim of a scam and trying to make sure all my info stays safe. Good riddance to them.

I filed a fraud complaint on 4/28/23. the person accepted the complaint and the man said one of the requirements was to close the card used in the claim and a new one would arrive 5 to 7 days. it is now 5/10 and no card received.

I have been unable to order the things I need and lost amazon tv channels set up to be paid the 1st of the month and the auto pay such as my auto ins. Looking at my account you will see my history and that I pay most months in full.

I also use my card for 90% of all misc. purchases during the month and of course have been unable and made it impossible to pay for necessities. being the huge bank you are I expect much better service.

I can't believe what capitol one bank has put me through. The security dept made me feel like a criminal. They blocked my account. I called them and they grilled me for an hour. My boss even went to a branch and explained that he gave me permission to use his debit card to pay a bill.

Still my account is blocked. Capone will loose long term honest customers if they treat people like they are treating me.

I've been waiting for one of my security deposits to show up in my account n they keep telling me it takes 10 days I had made 2 deposits on the same day while one showed up after a week and it's been 17 days since the other one hasn't showed up so they said it will show up by the 28th and sure enough nothing I told them I want it showing or send me my money back and

they say now it takes their system to reset at midnight n it should show up. Why does one show up after 7 days when both were deposited the same day 20 minutes apart n the other one is in limbo.

The company says the credit card and their services can be used while abroad but do nothing for you while you are. It states you don’t need to list a travel notification and your card won’t be declined but it happens every time and there’s no online chat option to resolve the issue and I don’t have access to call America while abroad.

You also can’t use an international phone number for your account so if you don’t have an American phone number you can’t get notifications or login or another multitude of issues. This bank doesn’t offer options to help its customers who are frequent travelers to use their banking in an easy way. It’s absolute trash.

I have been locked out my account even though I "thought" I provided the right login credentials. I called the 1877# to get it reset. I told the lady , who could not speak good English, that I just got a new number and I have not been able to login to my account to update my new number.

After nearly 20 minutes of talking to her, she finally understood what I was saying and completely wasted my break time. It was 20 minutes of not being able to understand her and not helpful because guess what? Are use their app to deposit my paycheck. They decided to put a eight day hold on it so I called him quite embarrassing upset because I have bills to pay and they said we can call your employer and

verify the check so I got on the line with them, they call my employer, who, by the way, was quite annoyed with me And we verified the check the next day they put a hold on my account saying I had suspicious activity so when I called them, they said because you’ve never use our Applemoor to deposit a check.

My daughter Cheyanna L Lutch added me on her credit card. Not to use it but to pay her bills as she has quite the hectic schedule. I have asked numerous times and spent countless hours on the phone to no avail.

I want my name removed as authorized user . They promised me it was done and my credit report states they reported it as delinquent April 17th 2023. This is causing so much undue stress. I want my name removed from her account asap!

I’ve called customer support to resolve a very simple issue I live in Arizona MTT My payment was made on the due date which is 13th of every month unfortunately it was after 8pm EST I’ve contacted the customer service. I was told to call back in the morning since nothing has processed yet.

Next morning I was told that I paid to late and the fee cannot be refunded I spoke with several people regarding this issue including supervisors , I was told we have made a request to refund the money however COMPUTER doesn’t allow it and thank you for being our customer since 2017 I pay more than $100 a month of just interest Unfortunately it is not about people anymore very disappointing it seems that $29 is more important than a customer The fee was never refunded

If you ever have an issue with them regarding anything to do with them owing you money. You can never get anything accomplished with them either on the phone or electronically. They are so quick to get their money and continuously put you off for hours and hours on phone calls and chats to have nothing resolved except your frustration and no money ever given back to you when it is legitimately owed. Class action lawsuit!

I opened an on-line savings account with Capitol One over 10 years ago. Recently Capitol One offered a "360" savings account that offered much better rates so I opened a "360" savings account. Once the new account was open, I transferred most of my money from the old account to the new account.

The next day I discovered that BOTH accounts had been frozen. I called customer service and was told by Oliver "any time money is moved from their accounts, they may freeze them and there is no criteria saying why that occurred. Terrible customer service.

I am in the process of moving my money away from Capitol One. Beware.

I have an on line account for a number of years. Several times, I have had problems accessing the account - not recognizing my Password.

I ALWAYS keep a written copy of my current password and used it as recently as a month ago. Today - keep getting the message- NOT RECOGNIZED - gave my work # and via phone it is in system but on line - NOT. There is no number to call about this issue and all the ones I tried are automated - could not find an actual person to speak with.

I am very frustrated and don't feel that your bank is customer friendly at all for on line customers.

Do not use capital one travel. There are constant issues. 2 different times I've booked a flight and flight was cancelled and I was not notified. One time I bought a ticket for my father. Today my friend was supposed to fly in for my wedding. I booked the flight.

He gets to airport and flight didn't exist. I called and Capitalone said I had to call spirit. Spirit wouldn't talk to me because the flight was in my friends name but my friend didn't have card and all that so he couldn't do anything with them.

Capital one basically takes flights and then there done. They don't seem to care what happens after that. Cancelling both my capone cards. Useless.

The customer service who answered the call had a very strong accent. I could barely understand her name. It sounded like Liz or Lees. When I asked her to repeat herself, she had an attitude and used a condescending tone.

I told her that I could not understand her because she had a very strong accent. Then she rudely told me my spending limit on my debit card. I then informed her that I raised the limit online. I don't know why they are outsourcing their customer service.

These reps with accents are not cutting it. If I live in the United States, unless I request another language, I should have a person who speaks clear English. It's stressful.

I've been with CapitalOne for years before the fraud happened and they were NOT able to help with that! Basically, if you buy a coffee in the coffee shop, give your card to pay for it and cashier does cash back without you knowing, the CapitalOne will NOT protect you from that.

This has happened to me in New Zealand when I've stopped by the coffee shop real quick. Because of the bad reception, I have not received notification about the charge right a way. When came back to hotel-seen that charge.
